Contains fulltext : 251813.pdf (Publisher’s version ) (Closed access) IMPORTANCE: A clear dosing regimen for methotrexate in psoriasis is lacking, and this might lead to a suboptimal treatment. Because methotrexate is affordable and globally available, a uniform dosing regimen could potentially optimize the treatment of patients with psoriasis worldwide. OBJECTIVE: To reach international consensus among psoriasis experts on a uniform dosing regimen for treatment with methotrexate in adult and pediatric patients with psoriasis and identify potential future research topics. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: Between September 2020 and March 2021, a survey study with a modified eDelphi procedure that was developed and distributed by the Amsterdam University Medical Center and completed by 180 participants worldwide (55 [30.6%] resided in non-Western countries) was conducted in 3 rounds. The proposals on which no consensus was reached were discussed in a conference meeting (June 2021). Participants voted on 21 proposals with a 9-point scale (1-3 disagree, 4-6 neither agree nor disagree, 7-9 agree) and were recruited through the Skin Inflammation and Psoriasis International Network and European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology in June 2020. Apart from being a dermatologist/dermatology resident, there were no specific criteria for participation in the survey. The participants worked mainly at a university hospital (97 [53.9%]) and were experienced in treating patients with psoriasis with methotrexate (163 [91.6%] had more than 10 years of experience). MAIN OUTCOMES AND MEASURES: In a survey with eDelphi procedure, we tried to reach consensus on 21 proposals. Consensus was defined as less than 15% voting disagree (1-3). For the consensus meeting, consensus was defined as less than 30% voting disagree. RESULTS: Of 251 participants, 180 (71.7%) completed all 3 survey rounds, and 58 participants (23.1%) joined the conference meeting. Consensus was achieved on 11 proposals in round 1, 3 proposals in round 2, and 2 proposals in round 3. In the consensus meeting, consensus was achieved on 4 proposals. More research is needed, especially for the proposals on folic acid and the dosing of methotrexate for treating subpopulations such as children and vulnerable patients. CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In this eDelphi consensus study, consensus was reached on 20 of 21 proposals involving methotrexate dosing in patients with psoriasis. This consensus may potentially be used to harmonize the treatment with methotrexate in patients with psoriasis.

International audience; Our paper illustrates possible analogies and solutions for using different images between our scientific writings in the educational sciences and comic strips. Our productions feature panels and strips combined with other textual or iconic elements. These are Picture-Text-Audio Hybrid Systems (PTAHS). We give them educational assets already known in graphic novels. We give them many opportunities to show the practices studied : actions and didactic situations. We propose to study the articulation of this methodological element with our epistemological and theoretical anchors. The risk of acquisition of multidrug-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (MRE) and of occurrence of diarrhoea is high when travelling to tropical regions. The relationships between these phenomena and the composition of human gut microbiota have not yet been assessed. Here, we investigated the dynamics of changes of metabolically active microbiota by sequencing total RNA from faecal samples taken before and after travel to tropical regions. We found that the occurrence of diarrhoea during the travel was associated with a higher relative abundance of Prevotella copri before departure and after return. The composition of microbiota, before travel as well as at return, was not correlated with the acquisition of MRE. However, the clearance of MRE one month after return was linked to a specific pattern of bacterial species that was also found before and after return.

We consider the situation as a didactic transaction. We refer to the theoretical framework of the Joint Action Theory in Didactics, and of resources systems of teachers. The central data we analyze are videos shot during the visit. We collect data such as scientific productions of the researcher (posters, papers and thesis). We analyze how the researcher organizes resources, how he introduces knowledge in the 'milieu' to communicate his scientific activity and his results, to a public of non-science specialists. We show the relationship between didactic contract and didactic " milieu " , and we show their evolution in a very short episode.; Cet article rend compte du travail de didactisation opéré par un chercheur en physique granulaire lorsqu’il guide des visiteurs dans sa salle d’expérimentation. Nous considérons la situation comme une transaction didactique. Nos cadres théoriques principaux sont la théorie de l’action conjointe en didactique, et l’approche documentaire. Nous réalisons une étude de cas à partir d’une observation réelle, d’un film d’étude, d’entretiens rétrospectifs et des productions scientifiques de notre enquêté. What do we know about scientific knowledge practices in the specific context of the French event « Festival of science »? The research studies this question. We have chosen to investigate three stands in a “Life sciences village” about bones and articulations, underground water and sand. Activities are being carried out by scientists; the public can come from schools, but can also be a general public. We investigate in the scientists preparation of the event in their laboratory, and we look at their ordinary activity too. We observe students of an elementary school before, during and after the event. We refer to the theoretical frameworks of the Joint Action Theory in Didactics, and the Documentational Approach. Our qualitative method is based on case studies. The central data we analyze are videos shot during the investigations. We develop a suitable methodology for this research, based on image processing and digital data curation. We provide descriptions, analysis and results with text-picture-sound hybrid systems. We map out a typology of didactic transactions in the case of joint work of teachers with the same group of students. In this specific framework, we contribute to model concepts as: the genesis triplets (topo genesis, meso genesis and chrono genesis), the didactic transactions, the semiosis process. The research highlights that the activity of didactisation of scientific practices is contiguous with and parallel to its production. It is necessary within research labs themselves and has to adjust to the public. In the stands all knowledge practices are studied: some knowledge practices, inconsistent with scientific knowledge, are replaced in their original context. The activity of didactisation associates knowledge practices (consistent with scientific knowledge) with this scientific knowledge. Its aim is to bring the views of the public closer from those of the scientists. Researchers communicate their scientific activity to a public of non-specialists with artifacts which evidence phenomena. These artefacts are linked and associated with other material and symbolic, semiotic and proxemic, resources. The empiric work had been done in a specific context and with a particular public. These results now need to be implemented in other situations. Methodological and technological resources must be further developed and tested in other research.; Que savons-nous de la didactisation des pratiques de savoir scientifiques dans le contexte d’un événement public comme la Fête de la science ? Notre recherche étudie ces questions ; nous avons retenu comme terrain d’enquête trois stands d’un village des sciences, à propos des os et articulations, des eaux souterraines et du sable. Les ressources méthodologiques et technologiques demandent à être développées, testées et intégrées dans le système de ressources d’autres chercheurs.

International audience; Most angioedemas are histaminergic and correspond to deep urticarial swelling. Recurrent histaminergic angioedema led to the diagnosis of chronic urticaria, even when there are no superficial associated hives. Chronic urticaria is a benign disease, and autoimmune in 40 % of cases. The occurrence of angioedema in chronic urticaria is not a sign of severity. The occurrence of angioedema in chronic urticaria is associated with a longer duration of urticarial disease. NSAIDs and/or systemic corticotherapy are classic triggers of angioedema in chronic urticaria. In the absence of clinical endpoints, there is no need to make further assessment in chronic urticaria good responders to antihistamines.

National audience; This paper questions the joint work of teacher, students and a scientific instructor. We study the case of a grade four teacher and her class, visiting a science festival. The study aims, in a didactic perspective, to describe (inter)acting subjects' engagement, teachers' resources, and knowledge. For the theoretical framing, it draws on Joint Action Theory of Didactics, the documentational approach of didactics, and reference social practices. The central data we analyse are videos shot during the science festival. The teacher presence is important at the beginning and at the end of the session. While the scientific instructor is acting (he controls didactic time), she looks after the students who lose interest in the session, she does links with its inside classroom courses, she intervenes in the 'milieu' organized by the scientific instructor when it seems not suitable for the students. The teacher appropriates a part of the instructor's resources system.; Notre étude porte sur le travail conjoint entre professeurs des écoles (PE), élèves et intervenants extérieurs scientifiques sur le temps scolaire. Nous considérons le cas d'un professeur et de ses élèves de CE2, dans le contexte d'un atelier à la Fête de la science. Le thème abordé est celui des os et articulations, avec une entrée médicale. Nous interrogeons, avec une perspective didactique, la position de chacun des sujets engagés dans l'action et les savoirs en jeu, en nous appuyant sur la théorie de l'action conjointe en didactique. Nos analyses se basent sur des films d'étude réalisés sur les lieux de l'action. L'analyse montre que la présence de la PE est forte en début et fin de séance et que le médiateur a la responsabilité de la gestion du temps didactique au cœur de la séance. Pendant son intervention, la PE gère les élèves qui décrochent, fait des liens avec la séquence réalisée en classe et intervient dans le milieu aménagé par le médiateur quand celui-ci lui parait inadapté aux élèves. En dépit d'une absence de préparation commune, la PE et le médiateur tous deux très expérimentés aménagent conjointement un milieu pour l'apprentissage.
