In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project "Music for Everybody." The organizers of this project ---- the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic ---- have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. For this purpose, the ministries signed an agreement on joint work in order to promulgate the project that was developed and organized by scientists, musicians, and teachers. In 2015, the Music Faculty of the Yakutsk Gogolev Pedagogical College was appointed as a project coordinator for providing methodological assistance during the implementation of this program. Against this backdrop, the present article discusses the main coordinating aspects and elements of the methodological support of "Music for Everybody," which are aimed at consolidating the efforts of the music teachers of Yakutia. In this regard, modern musical computer technologies are increasingly playing a significant role in preparation of the key components of the educational process's methodological support within the context of project implementation. The application of such technologies facilitates the preservation of the cultural features and national colors of ethnic groups living in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), while also making it possible to broadcast the most salient elements of the multinational cultural traditions of the republic's indigenous ethnic groups.

The "Listening to Music" course is an important link in the music education of a child. The "Listening to Music" course fosters love and interest in music, teaches to understand its language, and develops emotional responsiveness in children. The article considers new opportunities in teaching the "Listening to Music" course, which appeared along with a music computer, and which is more often used in the children's music school and meets the requirements of modern pedagogy. The article describes the capabilities of music and computer programs aimed at developing creative abilities of children. The authors examined new forms of work in the classroom using a music computer. The article proves that using a musical computer opens up broad prospects for employing creative tasks at children's music and art schools.

The development of new music technologies necessitates changes in the content of music education. Musical pedagogy is faced with the task of educating creative musicians who are capable of innovative activities and inventive musical thinking. Therefore, primary music education should introduce creative learning technologies aimed at developing students' creative abilities. This article analyzes the content of students' musical and creative activities in the field of music computer technologies (MCT) illustrated by the subject "Computer Music Creative Work." The theoretical and experimental study led us to conclude that this course not only develops creative abilities but also establishes conditions for the comprehensive and harmonious development of students' personalities.

Naphthalene is a fungicide that can also be a phase-change agent owing to its high crystallization enthalpy at about 80 °C. The relatively rapid evaporation of naphthalene as a fungicide and its shape instability after melting are problems solved in this work by its placement into a cured epoxy matrix. The work's research materials included diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A as an epoxy resin, 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl sulfone as its hardener, and naphthalene as a phase-change agent or a fungicide. Their miscibility was investigated by laser interferometry, the rheological properties of their blends before and during the curing by rotational rheometry, the thermophysical features of the curing process and the resulting phase-change materials by differential scanning calorimetry, and the blends' morphologies by transmission optical and scanning electron microscopies. Naphthalene and epoxy resin were miscible when heated above 80 °C. This fact allowed obtaining highly concentrated mixtures containing up to 60% naphthalene by high-temperature homogeneous curing with 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl sulfone. The initial solubility of naphthalene was only 19% in uncured epoxy resin but increased strongly upon heating, reducing the viscosity of the reaction mixture, delaying its gelation, and slowing cross-linking. At 20–40% mass fraction of naphthalene, it almost entirely retained its dissolved state after cross-linking as a metastable solution, causing plasticization of the cured epoxy polymer and lowering its glass transition temperature. At 60% naphthalene, about half dissolved within the cured polymer, while the other half formed coarse particles capable of crystallization and thermal energy storage. In summary, the resulting phase-change material stored 42.6 J/g of thermal energy within 62–90 °C and had a glass transition temperature of 46.4 °C at a maximum naphthalene mass fraction of 60% within the epoxy matrix. Organic lasers attract much attention due to their high efficiency, low energy consumption, and structural flexibility. However, long‐term stability and the creation of the lasers on arbitrary surfaces remain a challenge. Here, a synthesis of amide‐based organic molecules that provides packing into hydrogen‐bonded organic crystals (OCs) is reported. The resulting OCs demonstrate an amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) regime with 0.55 μJ cm−2 threshold under the normal conditions due to 5%–13% quantum yield and high emission rate (1.02 ns). The simple process of self‐assembly of the hydrogen‐bonded OCs and highly stable ASE (over 30 min of continuous operation) allow fabricating fibers, flexible polymers, and hard planar periodic optical systems based on them, which paves the way to creating organic laser diodes of an arbitrary design. The data on locations, habitats and vegetation season of 205 species agaricoid basidiomycetes new for the Karakol natural park UchEnmek (Altai Republic) are presented. They were collected in the steppe, forest, forest-steppe and highland belts. Among them 32 species are recorded for the first time for Altai Republic, 6 species are rare in Altai Republic and Western Siberia.

The article highlights issues associated with the introduction of cloud-centric and tablet (mobile) devices in music education, use of which confronts the teacher-musician fundamentally new challenges. So, it's a development of practical teaching skills with the assistance of modern technology, a search of approaches to the organization of educational process, a creation of conditions for the continuity between traditional music learning and information technologies in educational process. Authors give the characteristics of cloud computing and the perspective of its use in music schools (distance learning, sharing, cloud services, etc.). Also you can see in this article the overview of some mobile applications (for OS Android and iOS) and their use in the educational process.

Information processes transform the environment of a modern professional musician cause the formation of students’ new educational needs in various musical disciplines. They necessitate the significant changes in activities of the teacher-musician associated with the creative work and the using digital educational resources as well as the widespread introduction of techniques and methods of networking. Music & computer technologies (MCT) allow to use fruitfully the rich pedagogical experience in traditional forms of teaching music as well as the unlimited possibilities of computers in a flexible and versatile manner.
