Single phase (1 − x) PbTiO3 − (x)Bi(Zn2/3Nb1/3)O3 (x = 0.26, 0.28, 0.30, and 0.32) binary piezoceramics were prepared using solid-state reaction technique. Rietveld analysis confirms the tetragonal phase with P4mm space group for all the compositions studied. The lattice parameters and unit cell volume are shown to increase with increasing Bi(Zn2/3Nb1/3)O3 (BZN) substitution in PbTiO3(PT). The microstructure of the samples exhibit average grain size distribution (< 10 μm). Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis confirmed the chemical composition of the prepared samples. Temperature and frequency-dependent dielectric studies revealed normal ferroelectric behavior in (1 − x)PT − (x)BZN. High remnant polarization and saturation polarization were attained for 0.74PT − 0.26BZN samples. The Curie temperature (Tc), dielectric constant (εr), and remnant polarization decrease with increasing BZN substitution. The recoverable energy-storage density (Jreco) of 0.2105 J/cm3 and efficiency (ɳ) of 67% were achieved for 0.74PT–0.26BZN and 0.68PT − 0.32BZN ceramics, respectively. The enhanced piezoelectric coefficient charge d33 − 409 pC/N was observed for 0.74PT – 0.26BZN. Human capital is generated in the form of know-how and competence in schooling and training, which increase the productive capacity of employees. Since education is generally views itself as a means of skill growth, it is considered part of the continuum of capital creation. The key argument among economists is that, thus, is that as the demand for educational training increases, the various forms of schooling will grow to meet it. Though workforce-capability is a considerable obstacle, unfortunately, many jobs' seekers lack of it is a suitable training opportunity are a bigger problem. In the other side, India has the world's largest pool of great scientists and engineers, owing to a gap between those who find a place in academia and those who are effective in the business world, India has been unable to fully tap into their talents. This problem is prominent among female graduates. The aspects and human resources management of employment abilities that universities develop includes, but not limited to, human resources skills and capabilities. The overall goal of this study is to establish learning methods for the university graduates. It aims to identify current female student skills and to discover how training for effective knowledge management can support these abilities and the value they generate. The study is descriptive in nature and sample is derived from three different stake holders of graduate's employability - n=100 Female Students, n=50 Lecturers and n=50 HR of IT industry, Convenient sampling technique was used due select the sample under the study Fuzzy analytics technique is used to rank the employability skills in preference of its need to become employable in IT sector from 3 stake holders' perspectives. Further, ANOVA is used to understand the difference in perception of the 3 stakeholders in relation to need for employability skills. Findings of the study reveal that there is a gap between the student understanding of KSA, Lecturers and perception and actual requirements of the Industry. The recruiter FAHP approach shows that skills rank top, attitudes second and Knowledge last in employability and recruiting process. The study further suggest the opportunities available for female graduate by State Government to enhance their skills and also some important insights from the recruiters are illustrated. Nicardipine belongs to BCS class-II drug having low solubility and orally bioavailability of about 10-40%. The objective of the present study is to develop a nanoemulsions based gel Nicardipine formulation to increase the solubility and diffusion to increase the bioavailability while reducing variability in systemic exposure. The obtained ratio of 3%:1:2 of Drug, Light liquid paraffin. Ternary phase diagrams were constructed by varying Tween 80: PEG-400 ratios as 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1. The ternary phase system of Tween 80: PEG-400, (1:1, 2:1) that exhibited maximum area for nanoemulsions formation and inviro diffusion for the optimization of nanoemulsion batch. The Nano-emulsion was prepared into gel by 1.5% using chitosan gelling agent with 2% Eucalyptus oil shown homogeneity of drug. The Nicardipine Hydrochloride gel was shown good stability in the studies. The bioavailability studies of Nicardipine nanoemulsion based gel was shown Cmax158.46 ng/ml, T max at 6 Hr, AUC(0-8) at 464.9 ng.min/ml and t1/2 at 6.15 hr. AUC and maximum plasma concentration of Nicardipine nanoemulsion gel is higher than pure nicardipine drug it indicates Nicardipine nanoemulsion based gel produce more bioavailability than nicardipine hydrochloride. Thus, the prepared Nicardipine nanoemulsion gel proved to be a potential technology for enhancing the transfer of poorly water soluble lipophilic compounds to the aqueous phase, thus enhancing the bioavailability. A new series of piperazine-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole deviatives were synthesized by the condensation of 1, 3, 4-thidaizole with substituted piperazine, in the presence of N, N-diisopropylethylamine. The structures were confirmed by IR, ¹H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectroscopy. All the precursors were screened for anti-bacterial activity and the results indicate that phenyl substituted chloro (PO2) and hydroxy (PO6) functional derivatives possess better anti-bacterial activity towards to Gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, Maximum zone of inhibition was observed in (PO2) against Bacillus subtillus (14.0 mm) and (PO6) against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (14.0 mm). Piperazine-1, 3, 4-oxadiazoles were synthesized by combining two active molecules into a new bioactive conjugate molecule. Background: Community health workers such as Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) are existing resources who can facilitate the bridging of the mental health treatment gap. Knowing about the perspectives of ASHAs in delivering mental health care and other professionals with experience working in the area of community mental health is imperative. Method: As part of an implementation research project aimed at comparing the effectiveness of two training methods for community health workers (ASHAs), we conducted five focussed group discussions including four with ASHAs (n = 34) and one with other stakeholders (n = 10). Focussed Group Discussion (FGD) was conducted under the following themes: acceptance and feasibility of provision of mental health services from ASHA's point of view and understanding the supply and demand side opportunities and challenges. The discussion began with open-ended questions, allowing for new themes to emerge until saturation was reached. Results: ASHAs were willing to incorporate mental health identification (and referral) in their regular activities without additional perceived burden. ASHAs were easily able to identify severe mental disorders (SMDs). For substance use disorders (SUDs), due to factors such as normalization of substance consumption and stigma, there was a felt difficulty in the recognition by ASHAs. ASHAs' difficulty in identifying the CMDs was because of poor awareness in both those with mental illness and ASHAs. Incentivizing the work of ASHAs was thought to yield more returns. Conclusions: ASHAs have the potential to be excellent resources for easy screening, identification, and follow-up of those with mental health concerns in the community. Policies to involve them need to evolve.
