Google Classroom has been frequently used as an e-learning platform to substitute for Learning Management System (LMS), and the use of its features (Classwork, Stream, People, etc.) varies among teachers with different goals, focuses, and familiarity. However, research has not addressed how the selection of Google Classroom features affects students learning experience. Therefore, this study was aimed at finding out how Google Classroom features should be used to better facilitate online learning among students in English as a foreign language (EFL) classes. The data for this research was collected from ten leading schools in Indonesia, and 373 students participated in this study. Two questionnaires were used and delivered online, i.e. a Google Classroom Use questionnaire with Google Classroom features, consisting of 23 items, and a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaire specified for EFL, consisting of 21 items with four constructs, i.e. usefulness, ease of use, intention, and actual system of use. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model to determine the effect of each Google Classroom feature on students' perception of TAM indicators. The hypotheses were rejected at the significance level of 0.05. The research results show that there is a correlation between both variables. The results also show that Classwork and Stream features were significant predictors for almost all TAM indicators. In this case, Classwork feature covers learning activities, and Stream feature includes interaction or communication facilities. Based on these results, it can be suggested that e-learning needs to facilitate students learning activities (e.g., quizzes, assignments, materials, and schedules) and student interaction/communication (e.g., announcements, notices, discussions, and shared posts). The results of this study contribute to educators and e-learning developers to consider maximizing the use and design of learning activity and interaction features due to their significance in online learning. This study delves into the effectiveness of Google Classroom in enhancing academic performance among first-year engineering students in a communication skills course. Rooted in the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) model and the Diffusion of Innovations theory, the research tests two hypotheses regarding the impacts of technology use and the instructor factor on student outcomes. With a sample of 356 students, the analysis employs t-tests and regression analysis to compare performance between students using Google Classroom and traditional teaching methods. The results reveal no significant difference in performance between the two groups, suggesting that integrating Google Classroom does not inherently enhance academic outcomes. However, marginal effects of instructor involvement were observed, underscoring the intricate interplay of human and technological factors in educational settings. The implications of these findings are significant, as they provide a nuanced understanding of the role of technology in education and the importance of effective instructor engagement. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of e-learning media based on learning style in the form of e-posters, podcasts, and interactive videos on students' cognitive learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research. This study used a sample of 32 grade X PMIA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Banjarmasin students. This research uses Google Classroom as a platform for learning activities. Learning media in the form of e-posters, podcasts, interactive videos, and student learning outcomes can be downloaded and uploaded on Google Classroom. The research instrument used is a learning style questionnaire containing 30 statements. Data analysis in this study used a normality test, and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The cognitive learning outcomes of students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles were 90.66%, 93.33%, and 87.33%, respectively, with N-gain values of 0.75, 0.80, and 0.71. Based on data analysis, the results of this study show that e-learning media based on learning style is efficacious in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. This learning style-based e-learning media can be applied to other chemical materials or subjects. The study employed-N-gain values to analyst the learning outcomes of the students. The - N gain values for students with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles were 0.75, 0,80 and 0.71 respectively. Overall, the data suggests that the learning outcomes of the students were quite positive and that the use of various learning media and Google Classroom as a platform can be effective in enhancing students learning outcomes. Mathematics is a subject rich in representations, ranging from tables, diagrams, symbols, physical, to verbal. In the realm of mathematics, students are required to master all of these types of representations. To facilitate learning encompassing all of these representations, various structured materials and references are necessary. The objective of this research was to determine the extent of improvement in mathematical representation among students who received Model Resource-based Learning aided by Google Classroom. The research method employed was quasi-experimental. Sample of this study were students of grade XI in the academic year 2021/2022 at one high school in Bandung. Purposive sampling technique was used for sample selection. The research sample was selected based on available classes, ensuring that both classes had equivalent initial capabilities. One class then became the experimental group, while the other class served as the control group. The research instrument was a test of mathematical representation ability. Based on the data analysis, the improvement in mathematical representation ability among students in the experimental group was higher compared to students in the control group. It was also found that despite being provided with resources in Google Classroom, students' verbal representations were still lacking and remained the lowest type of representation besides physical representation.

Reasoning is a very important aspect of mathematical ability in learning mathematics. Mathematical reasoning ability is not optimal, one of which is learning that does not involve students enough. One of the learning models that encourages students to be active in the learning process is the PACE model. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of PACE learning assisted by Google Classroom on students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasiexperimental research design and the form used is the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. In this design there are two groups selected randomly (cluster random sampling).The data collection techniques used are test techniques and observation techniques. Based on research results, PACE learning assisted by Google Classroom is effective for mathematical reasoning abilities. This can be seen from the obtained which is greater than , so is rejected. This means that the results of the mathematical reasoning ability test of students using Pythagorean material who used PACE learning assisted by Google Classroom completed classical learning. Then we get so is rejected. This means that the proportion of students who complete learning with PACE learning assisted by Google Classroom is more than the proportion of students who complete learning with Problem Based Learning (PBL). Apart from that, we get then is rejected. This means that the average mathematical reasoning ability of students using PACE learning assisted by Google Classroom is more than the average mathematical reasoning ability using PBL. And obtained then is rejected. This means that the average mathematical reasoning ability after being subjected to PACE learning assisted by Google Classroom is better than the mathematical reasoning ability of students before being subjected to PACE learning assisted by Google Classroom.

Distance education has become a prominent part of the education system around the globe in recent years. The limitations and problems encountered during online lessons have made teachers and administrators overlook the many benefits that distance education can offer. In an attempt to dispel this misconception, this study shows that not only can online lessons match the efficiency of traditional face-to-face lessons, but they can actually become more efficient in teaching writing to EFL students. Sixteen undergraduate students from a state university received online EFL writing lessons for two months using Google Classroom. A questionnaire was created to investigate the benefits of using this online platform in such lessons. The results were interpreted by calculating the average means for each questionnaire section and examining participant answers to open-ended questions. Overall, the participants declared that the use of Google Classroom improved both the quality and quantity of feedback, interaction, and group work in online lessons, resulting in better learning outcomes.

AbstractThis study focused on paragraph writing abilities as it is a fundamental skill for academic and professional success. Improving paragraph writing lays the groundwork for addressing advanced writing tasks and is vital for effective global communication in English. The objective of this study was, therefore, to examine effects of blended instruction on students’ paragraph writing performance at Pharma College Hawassa Campus, Ethiopia. A quasi-experimental design was used to attain this objective. A sample of 54 first-year pharmacy department (26 control and 28 experimental) students was taken purposefully. The control group attended conventional, face-to-face approach; whereas experimental group received instruction using blended learning approach via Google Classroom, which incorporated collaborative writing that allowed for peer interaction and scaffolding, extensive online resources for independent learning, face-to-face support, and feedback. Pre-test and post-test paragraph writing were conducted to test effects of blended instruction, and effect size was computed to measure the magnitude of intervention. Furthermore, students’ questionnaire was used to collect data on participants’ backgrounds and experiences. Results revealed improvements in both groups; however, overall, the experimental group in post-test demonstrated significantly better paragraph writing with a large effect size. Regression analysis highlighted flexibility, collaborative tasks, and instant feedback as key contributors to improvement, whereas impact of authentic materials and face-to-face interactions was comparatively less. Finally, the researchers recommended EFL teachers should benefit from applying blended instruction, which may in turn improve students’ paragraph writing performance in English language in the Ethiopian context.

This study examines the ever-changing environment of blended learning, with a special emphasis on how teachers in public schools in the Philippines use Google Classroom in the shifting educational landscape. Based on a mix of academic views and practical research, the study seeks to improve our understanding of the difficulties and possibilities related to blended learning. The conceptual framework, derived from Graham et al.'s blended teaching matrix, classifies interactions into four quadrants, offering a complete structure for comprehending blended learning situations. The study aims to identify the blended teaching approaches used by instructors, evaluate the utilization of Google Classroom features and Google Apps for Education, and ascertain the frequency and dependence of Google Classroom as a key teaching tool. Data was gathered from 123 public-school teachers at the Schools Division Office of Isabela through a systematic survey. The results demonstrate a prevalent use of Google Classroom features, highlighting its significance in facilitating the transmission of lessons, communication between students, distribution of assignments, and improvement of learning activities. An examination of the features of Google Classroom, Google Apps for Education, and Google Docs file templates reveals a wide range of use patterns among instructors, ranging from seldom to regular utilization. Teachers demonstrate favorable attitudes towards the adaptability and compatibility of Google Classroom, emphasizing its seamless connection with portable devices. Challenges arise from the sporadic Wi-Fi connections, which have a negative influence on the quality of blended learning. The research suggests implementing customized professional development program for teachers and highlights the need to include adaptive technological frameworks in curriculum design. This study provides essential knowledge on the implementation of blended learning methods by public school teachers. The use of the learning management system (LMS) in online learning has impacted the development of science and technology in the field of education. One of the major LMS that is frequently used today is Google Classroom. This study intends to evaluate student impressions of utilizing Google Classroom as an LMS in online physics learning. The method utilized by the researcher is the qualitative method. A total of 12 physics education students from one of the universities in Indonesia were involved as respondents in the interviews performed. The interview data were evaluated through the stages of organization, transcription, exploration, coding, theme formulation, and description based on the theme. The conclusions in this study consist of advantages, disadvantages, challenges, and suggestions for Google Classroom as an LMS relating to accessibility, connectivity, features, navigation, notifications, data plans, bandwidth, device memory, and display. A further study employing more respondents or from a teachers' or lecturers' perspective can be undertaken to provide a more comprehensive understanding of student perceptions of using Google Classroom as an LMS. Aim: Google Classroom (GC), an e-learning platform, has received a lot of attention in the educational community. The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of GC on students in learning a difficult-to-understand topic like nervous system. Materials and Methods: A total of 144 students studying in the Department of Nursing participated in the study. Students were divided into 3 groups: The group receiving classical education (Group 1), the group receiving education with GC (Group 2), and the group receiving supplementary education with GC and classical education (Group 3). Research data were collected through "Structured Student Introduction Form", "Google Classroom Satisfaction Questionnaire" and "Nervous System Anatomy Knowledge Exam". Results: In the results, students stated that they found the system and the use of GC easy and that they were satisfied with it. When the achievement tests between the groups were analyzed, the post-test achievement level of Group 2 and Group 3 was significantly higher than Group 1 (p<0.005), and the post-test achievement level of Group 3 was significantly higher than Group 2 (p<0.005). At the same time, although students were generally satisfied with GC, they reported that they experienced problems such as difficulty accessing the internet and uploading homework, and distraction. Conclusion: Since health sciences education is an applied education, its suitability for distance education is controversial. This paper presents simple and intuitive strategies for effective online assessment of a freshman engineering course. The proposed strategies for unproctored online exams include creating multiple sets with identical options, using image-format questions, maintaining short duration of exam, and employing a rotational assignment. Unlike a single-set paper where the class average was found to be disproportionately high, the proposed strategies helped in correctly restoring the class average. Feedback and results from 141 students show a significant statistical difference in the scores obtained using the proposed multi-set quiz framework, as opposed to conventional single-set papers. The paper also presents a simple setup of remote proctoring using dual-video and screensharing to replicate in-person classroom exams without the need of commercial proctoring services. The aim of this paper was to explore how teaching and learning of physical sciences using rural blended learning strategy (RBLS) in rural schools occurred. A qualitative case study design was used to collect data from a from a rural school. Hence, it was a purposeful sampling strategy with one physical science teacher and his 45 learners. Data was collected through classroom observation, semi-structured, and focus group interviews. The study found that issues such as digital divide, poor training of teacher, incorrect teaching approaches, workloads, poor parental involvement remain challenges in rural areas, even though the teacher experienced effective institutional support and exposure to e-learning. As such, we noted his ability to create Google Classroom (GC) and WhatsApp platforms and their effective use, even though the same could not be said about the use of video conferencing (VC) platforms. Issues like workload were cited as the barriers to the implementation of RBLS. The teacher also carried on with teacher centered methods, which were not effective not only for the learning of science but also for the implementation of blended learning. Therefore, the teacher failed to flip the classroom. Learners on the other hand found RBLS to be inducing their self-directed learning and motivation. We recommend that more prolonged training on the use of RBLS should be provided, not only to teacher but also to the learners. Department of basic education should engage network providers on the provision of zero-rated data for educational applications such as GC and VC platforms while school governing bodies provide institutional support to both learners and teacher. Advancements in modern technology provide teachers with opportunities to develop their skills in using media and teaching materials. This shift helps transform the instructional paradigms used in school learning processes, making education more modern and high-quality. Therefore, teachers need to be proficient in using information technology to enhance classroom learning, especially in subjects like crafts and entrepreneurship. This study is a quantiative research that focuses on examining the impact of Google Classroom on students' learning motivation, interest, and outcomes. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Tualang, Tualang District, Siak Regency, with a sample size of 95 eleventh-grade students. The data collected from this study were deemed valid and reliable, particularly concerning the influence of Google Classroom on learning motivation. The research findings were obtained through the use of questionnaires, with 33 respondents, providing data on the Google Classroom variable with a maximum score of 40. This indicates that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Online Google Classroom Learning Method and those taught using the conventional learning model in the subject of Crafts and Entrepreneurship for the 10th-grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Tualang in the Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2023/2024.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of Google Classroom on the learning achievements of English language students at State Islamic University Of North Sumatra Medan. This form of research is a pre-experiment with the research design, specifically the One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The participants in this study were students in the eighth semester of the 2020 English Language Education Study Program. The independent variable in this study is online learning, while the bound factors are student learning outcomes. Methods for data collecting include distributing the questionnaire employed the G form, which was organized using the Likert scale approach. According to the research findings, respondents' final competence tests vary greatly based on the completion criteria. The validity test demonstrates that all indicator items are valid. The findings of the reliability test for the entire variable are reliable. The normality test indicates that all data is normal. The research instrument consisted of 30 multiple-choice questions. Data collecting strategies include pretesting and posttesting. The gathered data is then examined statistically, both descriptively and inferentially, using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the average pretest value was 40, while the average posttest value was 80. The independent sample analysis T test yielded a significance value of p = 0.000

This research aims to determine the effect of online learning (Google Classroom) using a scientific approach based on ethnomathematics on the mathematical problem solving and communication abilities of class VIII students at SMPN 02 Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. The population in this study were class VIII students at SMPN 02 Bengkulu City, Even Semester, 2020/2021 Academic Year. The sample for this research was class VIII C students as an experimental class by implementing online learning (Google Classroom) using an ethnomathematics-based scientific approach to mathematical problem solving and communication skills and class VIII A students as a control class by applying conventional learning via WhatsApp. The results of this research show that the Ftable value = 3.99. The results of learning using online (Google Classroom) with conventional learning on problem solving abilities Fcount = 7.9. The results of the problem-solving abilities of students with high abilities and students with low abilities Fcount = 8.86, and the results of the interaction of learning factors and abilities on students' problem-solving abilities Fcount = 7.41. It can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable, then H0 is rejected, so there is an influence of online learning (Google Classroom) using a scientific approach based on ethnomathematics on the problem-solving abilities of class VIII students at SMPN 02 Bengkulu City

L'apprentissage hybride ou mixte permet d’assurer des opportunités d'apprentissage engageantes aux apprenants en combinant un moyen d'enseignement en face-à-face avec des alternatives d'apprentissage en ligne. Par conséquent, de nombreuses plateformes numériques ont été mises en oeuvre par les universités et les établissements lors de la pandémie COVID-19 pour maintenir la continuité de leur processus d’enseignement-apprentissage et assurer le suivi pédagogique, nous citons ici « Google Classroom », qui fait partie de la suite en ligne Google Apps for Education (GAFE), reposant sur le modèle pédagogique de la classe inversée « Flippedclassroom ». Cette approche tente à dynamiser le temps alloué en classe en modifiant les rôles traditionnels d’apprentissage tout en utilisant en alternance l’enseignement à distance et la formation en classe pour prendre avantage des forces de chacune. Dans cet article, nous mettons en évidence principalement l’intérêt accordé à la classe inversée dans l’apprentissage hybride. Ensuite, nous soulignons les avantages et les apports offerts par la plateforme pédagogique « Google Classroom » pour le processus d’enseignement-apprentissage FLE. Enfin, nous évoquons les limites de la classe inversée et les contraintes auxquelles les concepteurs pédagogiques et les enseignants sont confrontés, presque, quotidiennement.

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively describe the results of the analysis of the ability to understand concepts and misconceptions in terms of differences in learning styles, as well as gender differences. The data to be collected in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The primary data is obtained from primary sources and secondary data is obtained from secondary sources. The primary source in this study is informants, namely students, and the secondary source is documentation of student test scores as an illustration of student abilities. The instruments in this study are student learning style tests and auxiliary instruments in the form of misconception diagnostic tests. Learning style test in the form of a questionnaire. This instrument is used to uncover visual, auditorial, and kinesthetic learning style variables. Misconception diagnostic tests use the Certainty of Response Index (CRI). The results of the CRI analysis based on student answer criteria are: (a) 5.83% of student problem solving do not know the concept (lucky guess); (c) 22.30% of the student problem solvers did not know the concept; (b) 50.18% of student problem solving mastered the concept well; and (d) 21.69% of student problem solving occurred misconceptions. This article explores the efforts made in Rajasthan, India to enhance the use of data for evidence-based decision-making in the healthcare sector. The initiatives involved training programs and ongoing support for health officials and data managers, with a particular focus on on-site assistance and the use of the Google Classroom platform. The study emphasizes the importance of continuous support and sustained efforts in maximizing the potential of data-driven decision-making. The findings indicate that mentoring and participation in Google Classroom significantly improve knowledge and skills retention, as well as the utilization of data for decision-making. The low physics learning outcomes of students are influenced by several factors, namely the selection of learning models and media that are less supportive so students are less responsive to learning. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Google Classroom on student learning outcomes and describe student responses to the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Google Classroom on straight-motion dynamics material. This research is an experimental research using a posttestonly control group design. The sample selection was done by cluster random sampling method. Data collection methods consist of observation, interviews, documentation, written tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique of learning outcomes used an independent sample t-test, while student responses used score criteria. The results showed that the Sig. (2-tailed) in the t-test using SPSS is 0.000 (≤ 0.05). Then, for the results of experimental class student responses, the results of the response aspect were 82.58% and the reaction aspect was 83.44%, both of which were in the interval 80 ≤ P ≤ 100 with a very good category. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant effect of the application of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Google Classroom on the learning outcomes of students of SMAN 3 Jember on the material of the dynamics of straight motion. Then, the results of student responses to the application of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Google Classroom on the material of the dynamics of straight motion obtained positive responses and reactions and included in the very good criteria. Distance education at universities during the COVID-19 pandemic was implemented through various so-called learning management systems (LMSs). These environments are primarily used for teacher–student communication, assignment, and sharing of learning materials, testing, and assessment. This article aims to evaluate the Google Classroom environment's perception by university students of the courses Teaching Academic Subjects and Geography, forced to study through distance learning during the second half of the semester. Students filled out a questionnaire focused on the perception and evaluation of the Google Classroom environment at the end of the semester. The students were divided into two groups, depending on whether they worked in the Google Classroom environment for the first time or not. The results were evaluated using the Wilcoxon rank-sum test and the semantic differential method. The results show students' positive attitudes toward this environment, even though some were working with it for the first time. The perception and identification of the strengths and weaknesses of learning environments are essential in their future use in creating curricula and analysis of possible further use in other subjects or situations. Google Classroom is a virtual education platform created by Google that allows both instructors and learners to actively participate in educational environments inside and outside of the classroom in an innovative way. This research aims to determine how university students perceived the adoption of Google Classroom in writing classes. This research was a convergent parallel mix-methods approach in which data were gathered through a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The participants of this study included 130 university students in Vietnam. The results revealed that students expressed their approval of using Google Classroom in writing classes and that they had a positive view since it benefited them greatly in their learning writing process. This study suggests practical implications for language educators to use Google Classroom in writing classes.

Abstract: Mathematics teacher candidates need to have good digital literacy so that they will be able to guide their students to use digital media wisely. Therefore this study aims to describe the increase in students' digital literacy after attending microteaching lectures (Introduction to Schooling Field 1) using Google Classroom. This type of research is quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 30 students in the 6th semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Methods of collecting data using performance tests. Data analysis of students' digital literacy improvement used the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Digital literacy indicators used include aspects of technical skills, critical understanding, and communicative abilities. Based on the analysis of research data, it is concluded that there is an increase in student digital literacy after attending lectures using Google Classroom. Student digital literacy is included in the advanced category. Metode pengumpul data menggunakan tes unjuk kerja. Analisis data peningkatan literasi digital mahasiswa menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Indikator literasi digital yang digunakan meliputi aspek technical skill, critical understanding dan communicative abilities. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa terdapat peningkatan literasi digital mahasiswa setelah mengikuti perkuliahan menggunakan Google Classroom, Literasi digital mahasiswa termasuk dalam kategori advance.

Primary education is a basic education for all, which depends on different agencies and factors to ensure its quality. The study assessed the state of instructional facilities in primary education at the Upazila level in Bangladesh. An explanatory sequential design and mixed methods have been used in this study. The researcher has collected quantitative data by surveying primary school head teachers and selected schools from two upazilas: Charghat in Rajshahi and Sundargonj in Gaibandha District. The sample for the study was determined by stratified and simple random sampling. The total schools were 12 and 42 in both study areas. Through different interviews, questionnaire surveys, and document reviews, the researcher has explored the scenario of instructional educational facilities and provided suggestions to ensure quality primary education. The study finds that the Upazila Education Office should be at the vanguard of achieving quality primary education by ensuring the excellence of the school environment through instructional facilities with the help of the government, School Management Committee (SMC), Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), and communities. Overall, the government should prioritize investing in the improvement of instructional facilities in primary schools, as it directly impacts the quality of education and the ultimate academic performance of the students.

To keep up with the latest developments in science and technology, schools must use teaching strategies that are in line with modern times. One of them is the Blended learning Enriched Virtual Model (BLEV), which is a mixed model that is enriched through features in Google Classroom for learning needs. To test this model with social conflict material, the experimental group applied the model and the control group. Quantitative approaches and quasi-experimental procedures are used to explore the effect of one on the other under controlled conditions. The results showed that there were differences between the two groups. According to this study, students who use the virtual mixed learning model have superior learning outcomes than the traditional mixed learning model. It has also been shown that using an enriched virtual blended learning paradigm can expose students to the topic of social conflict. Therefore, the use of an enhanced virtual blended learning paradigm is highly recommended for students, especially in social conflict content. Abstrak Untuk mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi terkini, sekolah harus menggunakan strategi pengajaran yang sesuai dengan zaman modern. Salah satunya adalah Blended learning Enriched Virtual Model (BLEV) yaitu sebuah model campuran yang diperkaya melalui fitur-fitur di Google Classroom untuk kebutuhan pembelajaran. Untuk menguji model tersebut dengan materi konflik sosial, maka kelompok eksperimen menerapkan model tersebut dan kelompok kontrol. pendekatan kuantitatif dan prosedur kuasi-eksperimental digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh satu terhadap yang lain dalam keadaan terkendali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara kedua kelompok tersebut. Menurut penelitian ini, siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran campuran virtual lebih unggul hasil belajarnya daripada model pembelajaran campuran tradisional. Juga telah ditunjukkan bahwa menggunakan paradigma pembelajaran campuran virtual yang diperkaya dapat memaparkan siswa pada topik konflik sosial. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan paradigma blended learning virtual yang disempurnakan sangat dianjurkan bagi siswa, terutama pada konten konflik sosial.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted education and made teaching and learning activities use blended learning and Google Classroom as learning media. This research aims to determine the implementation of blended learning using Google Classroom as a language learning media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research results indicate that using Google Classroom as a platform for implementing Blended Learning at SMP X is common and aims to make learning easier for students. In conclusion, Blended Learning with Google Classroom can improve language learning. The world of education today is closely related to the development of scientific and technological advances. Google Classroom is a useful platform to help the online learning process, especially in learning English. This study aims to determine students’ perceptions of using Google Classroom as a learning medium in writing class. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. The research subjects were all tenth-grade students in one of the senior high schools in Wates, Central Java, Indonesia. The population of the study consisted of 385 students, but the researchers took a sample of 30% of the total from all tenth-grade students. The researcher used a questionnaire and interview as a data collection method. The researcher analyzed the data statistically by calculating the percentage of students’ answers using Microsoft Excel. This study finds that students have a positive perception of using Google Classroom in writing class. Moreover, it can be concluded that Google Classroom has a good influence in supporting learning for English Foreign Language students.

The use of online platforms has been shown to help students engage in learning writing. The student’s engagement in revising their writing draft can be seen from the interactions between the teacher and the students or among the students. This study aims to determine teacher-student interactions in a writing class conducted synchronously and asynchronously via Google Classroom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp. The data were derived from the teacher’s and students’ discussions posted in written and oral modes in the applications. A qualitative approach in designing and gathering the data was used in this study. The findings show that the interactions between the teacher and the students raised the students’ understanding of the teacher’s instruction so that the students were engaged in writing their drafts and revising them properly. The patterns of the teacher’s interactions can be categorised into giving feedback (39%) followed respectively by prescribing the editor role (17.7%), promoting individual contributions (13.3%), promoting joint construction of meaning and form (11%), thanking and praising (10%), guiding through the writing steps (5.7%) and stimulating students (3.3%). Students’ responses toward the teacher’s patterns of interaction depend on the teacher’s talk. There is no initiative from the students to start the discussion. The student’s background as freshmen can cause this; the first-year students may not be brave enough to start the discussion. This suggests that exploring the interactions between the teacher and students of different backgrounds is necessary.

Los desafíos sociales y educativos a los que nos enfrentamos en la actualidad nos obligan a repensar el rol de las tecnologías digitales en el siglo XXI, lo cual requiere una comprensión más profunda de las actividades de aprendizaje de las escuelas. En este artículo se presentan los resultados de una evaluación respecto a la satisfacción de un entorno virtual de aprendizaje. Participaron 143 estudiantes (hombres y mujeres) de primaria de la Generalitat de Catalunya, los mismos que han utilizado tecnologías emergentes (plataforma Google Classroom) como herramientas de acceso a los procesos educativos. A través del instrumento ACOTIC-ALU, se pudo identificar un alto grado de satisfacción por parte del alumnado (en un 60 %) al trabajar con el aprendizaje basado en proyecto a través de entornos virtuales de aprendizaje (EVA). Sin embargo, se evidenciaron tres barreras importantes durante el aprendizaje: la falta de socialización, la escasa transferencia de materiales didácticos entre compañeros de un mismo grupo y la carencia del desarrollo de la competencia lectora. Hallazgos que nos permitieron llegar a la conclusión de que la motivación que el docente propicie en el desarrollo de proyectos a través de Google Classroom permitirá al estudiantado involucrarse en procesos creativos y cooperativos para romper con las barreras de aprendizaje, incluido el mantenimiento de una buena relación con el docente para comprender de mejor manera los procesos que se desarrollarán dentro del aula.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Google Classroom selama pandemi terhadap kemahiran dan hasil belajar notasi siswa SMK Negeri 8 Surakarta. Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah lanskap pendidikan, dengan platform digital seperti Google Classroom yang memainkan peran penting dalam menjamin keberlangsungan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen yang terdiri dari siswa SMK Negeri 8 Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kecakapan menulis notasi keterampilan dan survei mengenai keterlibatan siswa dengan Google Classroom. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google Classroom secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar notasi kepatihan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, siswa yang menggunakan Google Kelas menunjukkan tingkat keterlibatan yang lebih tinggi dalam proses pembelajaran, dengan peningkatan partisipasi dalam diskusi online, penyerahan tugas, dan interaksi dengan guru dan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman kita tentang efektivitas Google Classroom dalam mendukung pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi sekolah dan pendidik dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan platform digital untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

The introduction of educational technology has transformed the assessment practices of Accounting teachers. The advent of technology has created space for Accounting teachers to design meaningful Assessment for Learning (AfL) tasks using technology platforms such as Google Classroom. Google Classroom can be used to create meaningful learning environments that facilitate the development of the necessary 21st-century skills and competencies such as critical thinking, problem-solving, self-management and self-competence. However, nearly a decade after its introduction, Google Classroom is still minimally used in South African schools. This empirical study, therefore, explored the use of Google Classroom to enhance AfL in Accounting. The study used a qualitative research approach and Participatory Action Research as a research design to explore the use of Google Classroom as an AfL technique by Accounting teachers. As with other qualitative studies, focus group discussions were used to generate data from four purposefully selected Accounting teachers. Data was analysed using thematic analysis. The findings revealed that Accounting teachers perceived Google Classroom to be an assessment technique which leads to effective teaching and learning because it provides a platform for learner active participation. Furthermore, the teachers displayed an interest in Google Classroom as a tool to facilitate meaningful teaching and learning, which enabled them to support and strengthen the learning of Accounting. It is recommended that teachers constantly use this platform as it allows learners to be assessed outside the boundaries of a physical classroom.

The COVID-19 pandemic stimulated education system worldwide to employ online learning to support learning despite difficult times. To respond to this challenge and to promote Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, advocating quality education, a virtual learning material (VLM) for Biology was articulated in Google Classroom. Accordingly, this study aimed to evaluate its acceptability and conformity to the international standards for online courses using the Open SUNY Course Quality Review (OSCQR) rubric as the questionnaire. Respondents (N=40) involved four stakeholders: Senior High School Students, Pre-service Science Teachers, High School Teachers, and Science Instructors/Professors, with n=10 representatives each group. Their perspectives of the VLM acceptability in terms of Overview and Information, Technology and Tool, Design and Layout, Content and Activities, Interaction, and Assessment and Feedback were obtained through a Google Form by rating the 50-item questionnaire on a 4-point Likert scale together with two open-ended questions. With a grand mean of 3.81(SD=0.40), the findings revealed highly acceptable results. The qualitative responses also substantiated this result. Significant differences in the responses are also discussed, while the Cronbach alpha reliability test is high (α=0.923). The upsurge in Malaysia's Industrial Revolution 4.0 (4IR) is in line with the changes in the global education environment. One of the latest approaches in the education field is learning analytics (LA). The use of LA in Google Classroom (GC) as the learning platform that measures, collects, analyses data and reports information about students to help teachers improve teaching and learning (T&L). This study aimed to determine the factors of teachers' technology acceptance as the predictor for use LA in GC among the teachers in secondary schools. It is done by observing 304 teachers in daily secondary schools in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. The research instrument used was online questionnaire using Google Form, which data were collected and analyses by using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26.0. The findings from this study show that the use of GC, teachers' perceived usefulness and behavioral intention were the predictors that influenced the performance of LA in GC. This study hoped to provide a description and contribute a required alternative for the Ministry of Education (MOE) Malaysia and the schools in designing an effective strategy that can help teachers monitor the suitability of using LA in GC during teaching and learning. Purpose: This study aims to determine the opinions of pre-service teachers who receive education through blended learning regarding Google Classroom support and their interaction preferences in blended learning environments. Methodology: The research was conducted using a case study design, one of the qualitative research designs. Data were collected from 11 pre-service teachers who participated in a teaching practice course, utilizing a semistructured interview form. The collected data were coded and categorized using descriptive and content analysis methods. Findings: The study found that students primarily utilized Google Classroom for assignments and interactions with instructors, other students, and course content. Students emphasized their need for interaction with the instructor as the most significant aspect of blended learning, followed by content interaction and interaction with other students. Pre-service teachers' views towards Google Classroom were positive. Their opinions were categorized under the categories of contribution to self-regulation, an interactive assignment system, ease of use, and studentstudent interaction. Highlights: Google Classroom can be used as a support for LMSs. When it is used with activities that will attract students' interest, it may be possible to increase students' satisfaction. Students were very satisfied with the detailed and quick feedback on their assignments. Another prominent feature of Google Classroom is that the documents are systematically organized and always accessible. Online learning still occurs in many places during the New Normal, along with limited face-to-face learning. However, offline learning in several regions had to be withdrawn because of the new version of the coronavirus. One platform of online learning that is often used is Google Classroom. This study aims to determine the difficulty level of online learning with Google Classroom in STKIP Pamane Talino students in the new normal period. To reach the aim of the study, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Fifty-nine students in the Extensive Reading class of second-semester students of the English Education Study Program, STKIP Pamane Talino, were selected to participate in this study. The data analysis technique used in this study was critical analysis. The data were collected through observation and interviews. The questionnaire results showed that 73% of the respondents agreed with the ease of using the Google Classroom application in online learning, which can be categorized as good. From the result above, it can be suggested that online learning using Google Classroom is one of the alternative ways to online learning in remote areas during the new normal period.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of TPACK in microteaching mathematics education students in terms of differences in online learning platforms. The type of research used in this study is Mixed Method with a Sequential Explanatory design by starting with quantitative data collection and then continuing with qualitative data collection.. The subjects in this study consisted of 12 mathematics students. Subjects were given a TPACK ability test and the opportunity to simulate learning using an online learning platform, then conducted in-depth interviews regarding the implementation results. The results showed that there were differences in the ability to implement student TPACK in microteaching consisting of PCK components including basic skills of explaining and asking, TPK components covering basic skills of explaining and providing reinforcement, TCK components covering basic skills of explaining and providing variations, and TPACK components covering basic skills of opening and closing as well as essential skills of managing small groups. Based on the two platforms used, Moodle is better when compared to Google Classroom in supporting and making it easier for students to implement TPACK when compared to using Google Classroom. Especially in terms of appearance, features, integration with other applications, and storage limits. It can be stated that Moodle is more effective when compared to Google Classroom in implementing TPACK in microteaching.

Mobile learning became the alternative device and gadget in the online learning environment. Its implementation enabled English language learners to acquire and archive learning content regardless of their location or environment, ensuring that online learning is relevant. However, compact devices are restricted with various technicality challenges, and English lecturers and learners need their adaptation in university. The study aimed to measure and compare English language learners’ attitudes and challenge toward Moodle and Google Classroom mobile application (app). The study employed a quantitative descriptive approach applied to the survey research design cross-sectional. 149 English language learners were concerned as participants from South Jakarta Universities. The questioner findings revealed that the Google Classroom application had a moderately positive attitude toward mobile phones for language learning and teaching than Moodle Application. These findings suggest that the challenges of both platforms could be minimized by recognizing the comprehensive feature from both applications. The English language learners utilized and adopted to learn and develop their communicative capabilities in the Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) context. Its platforms could have the alternative device for conducting a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) rather than a personal computer or laptop interface. The characteristics of Moodle and Google Classroom mobile applications supported and enhanced both learners’ individual and social aspects of the online learning environment. The comparable parameters displayed Google Classroom application was more compatible with learning media than Moodle application. Nevertheless, the advance and complete feature would be accessed from Moodle application than Google Classroom.

Problem statement . One of the priorities of the modern school is informatization and individualization of education. The implementation of these tasks can be facilitated by an electronic portfolio as a means for evaluating the individual educational results of students, optimizing work with information, and supporting the design of a non-linear structure for presenting materials in different formats. The research is aimed at studying the possibilities of an interactive multifunctional cloud portfolio for the individualization of education in a primary school. Methodology . Theoretical and methodological analysis and generalization of legal acts, literature on the application of information and communication technologies in education, processing of test results and electronic content of the portfolio are applied. Experimental work was carried out on the basis of Gymnasium No. 1 in Kirovo-Chepetsk. The experiment involved 52 students from grades 5-10 (girls - 52%, boys - 48%). Pearson’s chi-squared test for statistical data processing was used. Results . A model of an interactive multifunctional cloud portfolio has been developed for the individualization of education in a primary school. This model determines the structure of an interactive multifunctional cloud portfolio, including the sections “My individual educational route” (personal development of the student), “My lessons” (class activities), “My studios” (extracurricular activities), “My affairs” (educational work). The Google Classroom service was used to implement the model. Statistically significant differences in qualitative changes in the pedagogical system were revealed. Conclusion . The possibilities of an interactive multifunctional cloud portfolio for the individualization of education in a primary school are summarized: changing the nature of interaction between participants in educational relations; formation of universal educational activities, communication skills; personal development of students, etc.

The 2018 PISA results recommend increasing learning achievement by improving teaching quality and learning climate. Responding to these recommendations, it is necessary to improve the quality of teaching and student learning climate, one of which is applying blended learning. This pre-experimental study aims to determine the increased conceptual understanding of mathematics through blended learning using Google Classroom. This study used one group pretest-posttest design, and data were collected through a test of conceptual understanding of mathematics. This research involved 14 junior high school students. Descriptive statistic effect size and inferential t-tests are used in analyzing research data. The research results show a difference in the average score in conceptual understanding of mathematics before and after applying Blended learning using Google Classroom. In other words, it is empirically proven that conceptual understanding of mathematics can be improved through Blended learning using Google Classroom with a magnitude of effect increase of 76%. In comparison, 24% were influenced by other factors.
