The outcome-oriented e-education concept is one of the current international advanced education concepts, and its generation and development fit with the development of information technology and the social demand for the quality of talent cultivation. In this paper, a knowledge mapping system for university English courses based on the concept of outcome-orientated education is investigated to enable the integration of university English course knowledge and its visualization in the form of web pages. Knowledge points, concepts, definitions, and other information about the university English subject are extracted, and various data sources, which contain structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, are collected, integrated, and extracted in the form of English knowledge triads. The system testing results indicate that, in comparison to the traditional DistMult method, this paper’s method enhances the classification accuracy of the three English course datasets by 0.93%, 1.68%, and 0.85%, respectively. The experimental results validate the effectiveness and superiority of the system. Meanwhile, the questionnaire survey found that the system can effectively help learners improve their confidence, interest, and initiative in learning, enhance their learning effectiveness, improve their learning efficiency, and provide them with high-quality learning resources that have good application value.

Ti-6Al-4V components are widely used in aerospace industry. However, it’s not economic to manufacture them in traditional subtractive methods. Wire and arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) is a promising alternative technology for fabricating it efficiently and economically. Tool-path planning strategy is a very important step in WAAM process. This paper investigated the influence of the lap way between layers and layers in tool-path on the Ti-6Al-4V samples fabricated by WAAM. It has been found that the lap way between layers and layers in tool-path do influence the forming quality and especially mechanical properties of the fabricated samples. Samples have different surface quality (smooth or undulating) and defects inside or on the surface of the components. The highest and smallest ultra tensile strength of the fabricated samples are respectively 907.86 MPa, 684.82 MPa. But it has few effect on the grains of the fabricated samples, and they all have cross-sectional columnar grains.

The increasing vessel size and automation level have shifted the productivity bottleneck of automated container terminals from the terminal side to the yard side. Operating an automated container terminal (ACT) yard with a big number of automated guided vehicles (AGV) is challenging due to the complexity and dynamics of the system, severely affecting the operational efficiency and energy use efficiency. In this paper, a hybrid multi-AGV scheduling algorithm is proposed to minimise the energy consumption and the total makespan of AGVs in an ACT yard. This framework first models the AGV scheduling process as a Markov decision process (MDP). Furthermore, a novel scheduling algorithm called MDAS is proposed based on multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient (MADDPG) to facilitate online real-time scheduling decision-making. Finally, simulation experiments show that the proposed method can effectively enhance the operational efficiency and energy use performance of AGVs in ACT yards of various scales by comparing with benchmarking methods. The monitoring of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) is crucial for understanding the level of antimicrobial resistance and the associated health burden, which in turn is essential for the control and prevention of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Isothermal amplification, an emerging molecular biology technology, has been widely used for drug resistance detection. Furthermore, its compatibility with a range of technologies enables high-specificity, high-throughput, and portable and integrated detection in drug resistance, particularly in resource-limited areas. However, to date, reviews involved in isothermal amplification all concentrate on its technological advancements and its application in nucleic acid point-of-care testing. Few reviews have been published that focus specifically on the application of isothermal amplification in the detection of drug resistance. This review summarizes the detection principles of different isothermal amplification techniques and discusses their strengths and weaknesses as well as the applicable scenarios for drug resistance detection. It also summarizes advances in the application, challenges and prospects of isothermal amplification technologies in conjunction with different methods such as base mismatch, CRISPR-Cas, lateral flow immunoassay, sensing and microfluidic technologies for improvement of specificity, throughput and integration for drug resistance detection. It is anticipated that this review will assist scientists in comprehending the evolution of isothermal amplification in the context of drug resistance detection and provide insights into the prospective applications of isothermal amplification for highly integrated and immediate on-site detection of drug resistance.
