This paper divides and assigned the reform of rural land contractual management right transfer and incorporates it into a long-panel econometric model to capture the partial effect on the input of production factors in the context of the reform of the transfer of rural land contracted management rights. Taking 2016 provincial panel data as a sample, this paper discussed the impact of land contract management right transfer reform on agricultural production efficiency. Data analysis showed that with the advancement of the reform of the transfer of land contractual management rights, the land factor efficiency and labor factor in agricultural production have a positive and significant impact on agricultural output value, and the impact is continuously increasing. In this study, an evaluation index system for the development of three rural industrial integrations has been built; the entropy weight method was used to measure the development level of the three rural industries in Sichuan Province. The result indicates that from 2009 to 2018, the comprehensive score of the three industrial integration development levels in rural areas of Sichuan Province has increased year by year. In addition, there are large differences in the specific scores of each dimension, among which urban-rural integration is developing rapidly, and the agricultural multi-functional expansion dimension is slightly insufficient. In conclusion, to promote the development of the integration of the three industries in rural Sichuan, we should vigorously develop ecological farming agriculture, remove funding restrictions, and strengthen related supporting construction. In recent years, evidence-based medicine (EBM) has bloomed and become the main reference in modern medicine. EBM makes up for the medicine deficiency of empiricism which has been reigning clinical medicine field in the last century. Many of its hypothesis theories are overthrown by evidence-based medicine on account of which doctors' clinical decisions are influenced or even changed to a great extent by EBM. For patients of cardiovascular disease, although traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is growingly embraced and accepted by modern medicine, mainstream medicine field holds mixed opinions towards clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine. Thus It is high time traditional Chinese medicine introduce evidence-based medicine in order to evaluate curative effects of Chinese medicine. L-type calcium channel (LTCC) gene Cav1.2 on astrocytes play an essential role in the alteration of Ca2+ homeostasis and a line of calcium-related glial-cell functions and neuro-glial dialogue. A wealth of experiment revealed that oxidative stress and reactive astrogliosis account for most neurological diseases. Existing studies shows oxidative stress induces influx of Ca2+ into the cell through LTCC. In this study, we directly investigated the effect of oxidative stress inducing by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) on LTCC Cav1.2 α1-subunit. We found that H2O2 upregulated LTCC Cav1.2 α1-subunit protein but not mRNA, suggesting H2O2-induced changes in Cav1.2 α1-subunits most likely through posttranscriptional mechanism. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease mainly characterized by cognitive impairment and memory loss, which pathomechanism is unclear and hard for intervention and treatment at the early stage of the disease. The biomarkers presented by MR neuroimaging as objectively measurable parameters provide important evidence for early monitoring and diagnosis of AD. This paper reviews recent advances in biomarkers revealed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in AD. The literature suggests that structural MRI can provide several biomarkers associated with memory loss in AD. The most mature MRI findings are hippocampal atrophy, which is associated with memory loss, and are now used as diagnostic criteria for AD. Neither task state functional MRI nor resting state functional MRI alone can provide biomarkers for AD. Multi-mode biomarker research using β-amyloid protein, positron emission computed tomography, structural MRI and functional MRI will be an important research direction in the future. Craniocerebral trauma is a common feature of brain injuries and represents a critical medical issue associated with high rates of mortality and disability. While standards of care for craniocerebral trauma are well-established in hospital settings, there has been less progress in defining such standards in prehospital emergency care contexts. Pre-hospitalization care for these patients typically consists of a medical survey, the administration of basic life support, and professional transport to a hospital. Such care is generally administered by paramedics and other emergency care professionals. Owing to the relatively slow progression of such emergency medical care, rates of treatment success are likely to be affected, with medical surveys of patients being the most important form of pre-hospital care. Indeed, pre-hospital evaluation index values have been shown to correlate with patient prognosis, and as such these index values may be able to better guide the emergency medical treatment of patients upon hospital admission. The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) is among the most commonly used tools for the evaluation of brain injury severity, making it an invaluable tool for the assessment of patients suffering from severe trauma in a pre-hospital emergency medical care context. In order to better clarify the relationship between pre-hospital GCS scores and patient prognosis, this review article provides a current overview of the use of GCS scores for the evaluation of craniocerebral trauma patients in a pre-hospital emergency medicine context. Primary cultures of astrocytes had made important contributions to understanding of astrocytic functions, especially the complex cross-talk to neurons. The purpose of this study is to determinate the effect of the serum concentration on the proliferation of astrocytes. Astrocytes are responsible for antioxidant defense, thus, the model of 50 µmol/L H2O2 was applied in primary astrocyte cultures. Cell viability was tested by MTT assay. We observed that there was no difference in the cell viability of the third generation mature astrocytes with different concentrations of serum. However, the astrocytes viability of serum free was significantly lower than other serum groups as the presence of H2O2, suggesting that appropriate concentration of serum in primary astrocytes is essential to improve the stability and accuracy based on the special purpose of experiment. Astrocytes are electrically non excitable cells but calcium signaling is widely considered a form of their excitability. Astroglial calcium signaling can be regulated by multiple pathway and the L-type Cav1.2 calcium channel is one of the most important mediator of calcium influx into astrocytes in central nervous system (CNS). A recent study demonstrated that 17β-Estradiol (E2) upregulated Cav1.2 protein mainly through estrogen receptor α (ERα) in rat-cultured cortical astrocytes. Given the larger and more complex architecture of human astrocytes than murine, here, we assessed the E2-mediated effect of Cav1.2 protein in human astrocytoma cell line U87-MG to examine whether there is species difference between rat and human by using Western blots. We found that in cultured U87 cells, E2 increased Cav1.2 protein though ERα like in primary cultures of rat cortical astrocytes. Sarcopenia, also named as muscle attenuation or muscle volume reduction, is characterized by decreased muscle power, strength, and function, which is more common in the elderly, seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients. The disease belongs to "flaccid paralysis" and "consumptive disease" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Nowadays, many scholars have conducted clinical trials on elderly patients with sarcopenia by Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine therapies, achieving remarkable curative effect. This paper based on sports physiology, mainly using literature review and experiment methods to solve the problems of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, especially ball games teaching, such as the emphasis on basic skills teaching, lack of exercise amount and intensity, and weak participation of students. It proposes to use Daryl Siedentopp's sport education model for ball games teaching and make use of the characteristics of students competitive spirit and love of games so that students can participate in sports successfully. It is found in the research that teaching under the sports teaching mode can effectively improve students' sports ability, sports accomplishment and sports enthusiasm. The students' physical quality, basic skills and tactical ability have improved obviously, and their participation and autonomous learning ability have improved obviously. Traditional physical education teaching organizes relatively regular competitive sports teaching competitions after learning all the movements, and students' participation is not strong. The sports teaching mode has lowered the competition threshold, instead of taking the regular competition of competitive sports as the only competition, the regular competition has been reformed to gradually transition from simple games to regular competitions, so that sports and teaching can be well combined, and teaching can be made simple and entertaining. Through this frequency of participation in this type of competition, students are more familiar with the rules, judging methods and so on. They have the ability to organize competitions autonomously after class, which greatly improves students' spontaneous exercise ability, gives full play to students' subjective initiative, reflects the students' learning dominant position and is conducive to the implementation of the concept of lifelong sports. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is an import risk factor for peoples' health, which can lead to diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease and stroke. The prevalence of NAFLD is increasing rapidly in China, increasing the national healthy economic burden. Microsome triglyceride transfer protein (MTP) is a key enzyme for liver lipids transport, and the increase in MTP promoter methylation plays an import roll in liver lipid deposition. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "spleen Qi transfers essence", and MTP may be one of the substance of "spleen Qi transfers essence". Clinical studies have shown that the spleen-strengthening and dampness-removing therapy has a good effect in the treatment of NAFLD. By reviewing related articles, this paper points out that the therapy of Spleen-strengthening and dampness-removing can improve NAFLD by regulating MTP promoter methylation, increasing the level of hepatic MTP, promoting the outflow of liver lipids. In this study, 130 elderly women (aged 60-75 years old) from several communities in Chang'an District of Xi'an City are selected as the research object, and are divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping method using experimental comparison method. The 12-week exercise intervention in the experimental group mainly focuses on the square dance items loved by the elderly female, while the control group only carries out daily activities and exercises. The physical fitness index data of elderly female before and after exercise intervention are compared and analyzed, and the changes of physical fitness of elderly female before and after exercise intervention are further analyzed. The results show that there is no significant difference in fitness test results between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment, which indicates that the experimental grouping is more reasonable. There is no significant difference in healthy physical fitness of the control group before and after the experiment. In the experimental group, the test level of various indexes of healthy physical fitness is increased to a certain extent with significant differences (P<0.05), indicating that scientific and reasonable exercise intervention has certain effects on the improvement of healthy physical fitness of elderly female.
