Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine the correlations between markers of chronic systemic inflammation (CHD), inflammatory endothelial activation, blood lipid spectrum, antioxidant system, liver and heart function in patients with stable coronary heart disease in combination with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The study involved 110 people with coronary heart disease: stable angina pectoris, II FC, CH 0-I in combination with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease aged 40-69 years. The analysis of indicators of a lipid spectrum of blood is made, studied the level of ceruloplasmin, cytokines (IL-6, TNFα, IL-10), circulating endothelial microparticles (CEM) CD32+ CD40+ in the blood, the expression of kappa B inhibitor mRNA gene α (IkBα) of nuclear kappa B transcription factor in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was studied and echocardiography, liver ultrasound with color and pulse Doppler imaging were performed (blood flow velocity in portal and hepatic veins was established). The relationship between the variables was then studied by correlation analysis. Conclusion. The correlation analysis established the relationship between the expression of mRNA IkBα nuclear transcription factor Kappa B with chronic systemic inflammation of low intensity, lipid metabolism with dysfunctional changes in blood flow in the liver (blood flow velocity in the portal vein), we can conclude that chronic systemic inflammation at the molecular genetic level plays an important role in the development of both coronary heart disease and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and confirms the common pathogenetic mechanism of this comorbid pathology.

Abstract

The dynamics of a bilayer system filling a rectangular cuvette subjected to external heating is studied. The influence of two types of thermal exposure on the flow pattern and on the dynamic contact angle is analyzed. In particular, the cases of local heating from below and distributed thermal load from the lateral walls are considered. The simulation is carried out within the frame of a two-sided evaporative convection model based on the Boussinesq approximation. A benzine–air system is considered as reference system. The variation in time of the contact angle is described for both heating modes. Under lateral heating, near-wall boundary layers emerge together with strong convection, whereas the local thermal load from the lower wall results in the formation of multicellular motion in the entire volume of the fluids and the appearance of transition regimes followed by a steady-state mode. The results of the present study can aid the design of equipment for thermal coating or drying and the development of methods for the formation of patterns with required structure and morphology. Abstract

Today many cities experience changing in their role in the modern economy and functional structure. At the same time tourists search an unusual tourist experience, and all this brings to the fore the issues of the urban environment creativity. They are of relevance in cities suffered from crisis phenomena - the decline of city-forming enterprises, a high level of unemployment, etc. In this case, attracting creative capital becomes a development tool, and creativity is seen as a new point of growth. At the same time, creative objects, spaces and cities are perceived by tourists ambiguously. The cities following the transformation path into creative urban centers not always demonstrate successful results. This is largely due to the vagueness of the concept of a creative city, misunderstanding of the criteria for the effectiveness of a creative environment, and sometimes incorrect assessment of the target audience of a creative city as a tourist center. The article analyzes the concept of "creative city", reveals its key properties. An analysis of the tourist products presented on the market, made it possible to identify the formats for organizing creative urban tourism. Audience of its tourists and visitors is another indicator of the tourist city creativity. Abstract

The deal with study the scientific literature and cases of Olympic destinations from the standpoint of assessing the impact of the Olympic Games on the place development to identify measures and mechanisms for prolonging the post-Olympic effect and analyzing the negative consequences of mega-events such as Olympics. The article examines scientific sources in English and Russian them in chronological order, identifies modern areas of scientific research of influence of Olympic Games on tourism industry. The authors study the positive experience of using the legacy of the Olympic Games in host destinations and the mechanisms for extending the "Olympic effect", consider the cases of Olympic capitals, which later became leading tourist destinations, and examples of countries that failed in an attempt to use mega-events as a growth driver for their tourism industry. Contrary to the popular belief that failure of the Olympic capitals caused by mistakes in planning and preparing for the games, the analysis of cases shows that success or failure is based on a complex of different factors - from external economic to internal socio-demographic ones. Thus, the preparation for the Olympic Games has a long-term effect in the form of tangible and intangible benefits for the destination.
