The article analyzes contemporary research approaches to the problem of visualization of the future, the images of which are formed with the help of social networks. There are considered arguments, according to which, images and forms for visualization of the future can be treated as technologies of creating new worlds (reflecting the diversity and multidimensionality of various social practices). The authors defend the thesis that images and forms of visualization of the future vary significantly in different social environments and contexts. It is suggested that every image within the visualization of the future includes many traces of individual interpretations, which influences, in turn, the processes of formation of collective shared images of the future

Purpose of the study is to improve the method of preterm deliveries onset predicting in pregnant women at 24–34 weeks. Materials and methods. 49 pregnant women with gestational age 24–34 weeks and with diagnosis of “threatening premature deliveries" were comprehensively examined using transvaginal ultrasound. Pregnant women with a shortened cervix ≤25 mm were given a qualitative determination of fetal fibronectin. The average age of pregnant women ranged from 26–34 years and averaged out 31.2 ± 0,6 years. Study results. Clinically significant structural changes in the cervix were only in 21 (42.9%) pregnant women. The average value of the cervix length varied between 16–24 mm and averaged 18.2 ± 0.4 mm. Positive test on fetal fibronectin in vaginal secretions was in 7 (33.3%) of 21 pregnant women with clinically significant structural changes in the cervix. During 10 days premature birth occurred in 3 (42.9%) of 7 pregnant women with clinically significant cervix shortening and a positive test for fetal fibronectin in the gestation period of 32 weeks. Hospitalization in an obstetric hospital was found to be unjustified in 28 (57.1%) cases. Conclusions. Combination of a comprehensive assessment of the cervix state and vaginal fetal fibronectin evaluation in pregnant women with risk of preterm deliveries at the outpatient stage allows to predict the manifestation of preterm birth in critical terms also determine the volume and direction of therapy in obstetric department. Combination of this methods help to prevent unwarranted hospitalization of a pregnant woman in an obstetric hospital and as a result it limits the conduct of glucocorticoid therapy and prevent a prolong stay of a pregnant woman in a hospital and the associated contamination with nosocomial bacteria strains.

The article touches upon topical issues related to the problems of knowledge formation, including knowledge as foresight (knowledge about the future), which, according to the authors is impossible without the implementation of retrospective analysis. The author formulates the assumption that the process of the emergence of new knowledge is an integral part of the cultural state of society and is conditioned by the cultural memory and cultural achievements of particular epoch. In addition the research addresses the issues related to the inferential nature of knowledge: the contexts of opposing approaches are compared. The transformation of knowledge is an endless and non-interrupted process. The formation of knowledge about the future by a particular subject of knowledge seems doubtful and unsuccessful without the study and analysis of this process. In addition, the appeal to the problem of the transcendental pattern, forming knowledge, makes it possible to consider the inferential component of knowledge and its role in the creation of new sociocultural discourses

Among a variety of innovative processes occurring in Russia in recent years, one of the most important is education reform. It is expected that upon the completion of the reform, Russian education system would meet the international standards of education and training. The fact that the role of mathematics in modern economics is increasing should be reflected in the educational process and the standards which are currently being developed by the Financial University. The paper suggests approaches to eliminate the existing discrepancy: with similar educational content in Russian and foreign universities, there is a deep gap in the study and application of quantitative methods. This gap leads to a decrease in the competitiveness of Russian graduates.

The relevance of the work is caused by the need to analyze the grounds of denial and prediction of knowledge in the K. Popper neopositivist concept. The objective of the study is to analyze the problem of neopositivist grounds of denial and prediction in the K. Popper knowledge system in the aspect of knowledge development current trends; to justify the assumption that the statement of the falsificationism concept author on existential form of deduction and impossibility of elimination of axiomatic form structuring knowledge system, is an implicit recognition of the presence of a priori factors. The methods of the research: comparative method allows us to carry out the correct analysis of various concepts and mythologems in diachronic level; this approach provides a reasoned comparison of the discourse constitution principles at different historical stages, which are caused by the shift of meaning of concepts and mythologems; phenomenological method allows us to show the way and the bases of «redistribution» of the meaning of rational and irrational factors that determines the configuration of this or that discourse in a particular cultural and historical level. The results of the study: The author has made an assumption that appeal to meta-scientific character of knowledge is pure and simple recognition/statement of interconnectedness of knowledge system to the irrational status; and formulated arguments of the statement that the explanatory theories specified by K. Popper neither have a direct relation to our cognitive abilities nor the mathematical structures, being logical-epistemological description of the continuum, in any way correspond to the represented given continuum object.

One of the main parameters that characterize the quality of the antenna side lobe level is that in some cases should be the lowest possible with minimum dimensions of the antenna. The aim of this work is to find a method for reducing the side lobe level at constant mass-dimensional parameters of the antenna. The study has found a link between the distribution function of the deceleration phase velocity along the traveling wave antenna and the level of the side lobe. In particular, it was found that under certain laws of the phase velocity changes along the antenna, the level of the side lobe can be reduced significantly. As a result of numerical analysis of directional antennas traveling wave chart with slow phase velocity varying sinusoidally, revealed a decrease in the level of the first and second side lobes 1.5 ... 3 times as compared with the conventional optimum traveling wave antenna. Despite the reduction in the emission side, directional factor is the same as that of a conventional antenna of a traveling wave with a constant phase velocity of the same length.
