In this study, we focus on addressing the functional domain of research related to indexing XML data in wireless networks, emphasizing ensuring data confidentiality. The abstract outlines a novel indexing method designed for broadcasting encrypted XML data over wireless networks. The proposed technique involves two channels: one for indexing and another for transmitting the actual XML data. The method ensures data security by encrypting the XML stream, allowing mobile devices to access only authorized bits based on their access permissions. Studying the spatiotemporal variability of pollutants is necessary to identify the pollution hotspots with high health risk and enable the agencies to implement pollution abatement strategies in a targeted manner. Present study reports the spatio-temporal variability and health risk assessment (HRA) of PM2.5 (Particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter <2.5μm) and NO2 over IGP from 2019-2021. The HRA is expressed as passively smoked cigarettes (PSC) for four different health outcomes i.e., low birth weight (LBW), percentage decreased lung function (DLF) in school aged children, lung cancer (LC), and cardiovascular mortality (CM). The findings confirm very high PM2.5 and NO2 mass concentrations and high health risk over middle IGP and Delhi as compared to upper and lower IGP. Within Delhi, north Delhi region is the most polluted and at highest risk as compared to central and south Delhi. The health risk associated with PM2.5 over IGP is highest for DLF, equivalent to 21.63 PSCs daily, followed by CM (11.69), LBW (8.27) and LC (6.94). For NO2, the health risk is highest for DLF (3.09 PSCs) and CM (2.95), followed by LC (1.47) and LBW (1.04). PM2.5 and NO2 concentrations, along with the associated health risks, are highest during the post-monsoon and winter seasons and lowest during the monsoon season. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The transmission and storage of digital data raises serious security concerns as information technology evolves at a breakneck pace. To ensure the safety of the transferred data, security methods must be put in place. Encrypting an image is a method of protecting sensitive data by converting it into an unrecognizable format. The procedure includes access control, privacy, validation, and copyright protection. Cryptography, steganography, and watermarking are three distinct methods to prevent unauthorized access to digital data. Of these three methods, cryptography has emerged as one of the most important ways to ensure complete safety. Therefore, a secure and efficient cipher algorithm is required for trustworthy communication. In this work, we offer a practical Secured Asymmetric Image Cipher (SAIC) Algorithm for encrypting images with a secret key of arbitrary length. At first, the KG algorithm creates two unique keys. Both the encryption and decryption processes require a key. The experimental results reveal that the encrypted image lacks the original image's independence (NPCR > 99.89%, UACI > 36.89%). The suggested approach has a high encryption rate, can be implemented easily, and is computationally secure. The reproduced data validates the safety and practicability of the proposed architecture.
