We present the behavioral changes and symmetrical enhancement on KERMA, mass stopping power and projected range parameters against heavy-charged particles through Indium (In) and Tantalum (Ta) incorporations for various zinc-tellurite glass groups such as TZI and ZTT for nuclear applications. SRIM and PAGEX codes are utilized for the determination of investigated attenuation parameters for alpha and proton particles. In KERMA calculations, the ZTT7 sample is reported to have the greatest release of charged particles because of an increase in kinetic energy. The mass stopping power values of all absorbent glass materials are steadily increased from 0 MeV to 0.1 MeV. TZI and ZTT attained their maximum mass stopping power at a kinetic energy value of 0.1 MeV. While comparable behavior patterns are seen for various energy values on the examined energy scale, the ZTT7 sample is observed with lower mass stopping power and projected range values against proton particles than the other samples. It can be concluded that zinc-telluride glasses through maximum Ta-reinforcement may be considered as promising materials for stopping the proton and alpha particles. Moreover, Ta-reinforcement may be considered as a monotonic tool in terms of providing a symmetry for attenuation enhancement against heavy-charged particles.

Objectives: Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has spread rapidly, locally and internationally after it started in Hubei province of China in December 2019 During the spread of this infectious disease in the world, health care workers are taking place as the main people in the screening and treatment of the disease The present study aims to evaluate the relationship between anxiety and depression levels with perceived stress and coping strategies in health care workers during the COVID-19 pandemic Methods: In this study, 200 participants were included Beck Anxiety Inventory (BDI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Perceived Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10) and COPE (Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced) were applied Results: Mean scores for BDI and BAI were 9 2 +/- 8 9 and 8 2 +/- 9 2, respectively BDI scores of 33 (16 5%) of 200 participants were >= 17 62% of the participants had minimal depression, 21 5% of the participants had mild depression, 13 5 % of the participants had moderate depression, and 3% of the participants had severe depression according to BDI scores 60 5% of the participants had minimal anxiety, 25 5% of the participants had mild anxiety, 8 5% of the participants had moderate anxiety and 5 5% of the participants had severe anxiety according to BAI scores BAI and BDI scores of the female participants were statistically higher than the male participants A statistically significant positive correlation was found between BAI and BDI scores and PSS-10 scores A statistically significant difference was found in the averages of BAI and BDI, PSS-10 COPE 3 (Focus on and venting of emotions), 7 (Religious coping) and 13 (Acceptance) subscales levels in occupational groups A statistically significant difference was found in BDI levels in the clinical units during the pandemic Conclusion: This study indicated that different coping strategies can be used in health care workers regarding anxiety, depression and stress levels during the COVID-19 pandemic While problem-solving and emotion-focused adaptive coping mechanisms help reduce symptoms, maladaptive and negative coping mechanisms can cause symptoms to exacerbate Thus, training should be given to developing attitudes of health care workers to cope with stress

Amac - Endustri 4.0 ile birlikte uretici firmalar yeni uretim yontemleri ile birlikte bir degisim surecinden gecmektedir. Bu degisim sureci firmalarin sadece uretim asamalarini degil ayni zamanda stok kontrol yontemlerini de etkilemektedir. Bu calismada, uretimde Endustri 4.0 kullanan isletmelerde stok kontrol yontemleri arastirilmistir. Yontem - Arastirma nitel arastirma yontemlerinden ornek olay calismasi ile yapilmistir. Bu kapsamda calismanin ilk bolumlerinde literatur taramasi gerceklestirilmis, stok kontrol surecleri, stok kontrol sureclerindeki problemler, Endustri 4.0 teknolojilerinin amaclari ve sekilleri incelenmistir. Sonraki bolumunde, uluslararasi alanda tedarik zincir ve lojistik yonetimi yapan ve arge merkezi bir isletmenin uygulamalari incelenmistir. Calismanin sonuc ise bolumunde gunumuzde kullanilan endustri 4.0 destekli stok kontrol yontemleri ile gelecekte kullanilacak endustri 4.0 destekli stok kontrol sistemleri ile ilgili degerlendirmelerde bulunulmustur. Bulgular- Endustri 4.0 ile ortaya cikan ve daha once olmayan uretim yontemlerinin etkisi ile stok kontrol yontemleri de degismekte ve Endustri 4.0 odakli hale gelmektedir. Sonuc- Halen gelisim surecinde olan Endustri 4.0 konsepti uretim yapan firmalarin sadece uretim acisini degil isletmeye bagli bulunan her alt parcayi etkilemektedir. Bu durum karsisinda Endustri 4.0’a uyum saglamak icin isletmelerin gecirecegi degisim surecinden stok kontrol yontemleri de etkilenmektedir.

Amac- Zamanlamanin ozellikle onemli oldugu lojistik gibi sektorlerde esneklik kavrami ayrica bir onem kazanmaktadir. Bu calismada, esnekligin 4PL sirketleri uzerinde olan etkileri DHL vakasi ile incelenmistir. Yontem- Esneklige yonelik ozel uygulamalari olan bir firma ile yapilan vaka calismasi sonucunda veriler toplanmistir. Bulgular- Esneklige yonelik ozel uyari uygulamalari ile esnekligi arttirmayi amaclayan lojistik firmalari musteri memnuniyetini arttirarak yeni ve daha guclu musteri tabani olusturabilmektedir. Sonuc- Esneklige yonelik sistemler zaman odakli endustriler ve bu endustrilerin tedarik zincirlerini yoneten 4PL sirketleri icin bir zorunluluktur. Tedarik zinciri esnekligini arttirarak 4PL sirketleri musterileri icin katma deger yaratmaktadir.

Purpose- Aim of the study is to determine readiness level of logistics companies to industry 4.0 to provide insights companies regarding which types of actions should be taken to achieve customer satisfaction and expectations. Industry 4.0 is a new concept that is still in development phase, and readiness level of the companies will be an indicator of the survival of logistics companies in the changing environment. Methodology- Indepth interviews conducted with logistics companies in a specific work environment to compare and contrast companies that are affecting from similar variables in the industry. Findings- Readiness levels of companies change according to customer bases, the vision of the company, scope of the company and some other variables. Conclusion- Logistics companies a different level of readiness regarding Industry 4.0 and measuring this levels offers insights fort he companies and guide them which measures they should take to achieve the higher level of integration.
