The purpose of this study was to determine the physical condition of each futsal player at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo; this was to provide an overview to the coach regarding the physical condition of each individual. This research method uses a descriptive method to reveal facts in the field; the sample of this study consisted of 33 futsal players at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. The results of this study are from 33 futsal players who have been tested and measured. All players fall into the category of lacking in VO2Max conditions, strength, speed and reaction speed. This study concludes that the tests and measurements gave the coach a basic picture of the player's physical condition. Hence, the coach needs to be careful in choosing and sorting out training programs to improve the physical condition of futsal players.

This study aims to find out information about the effect of circuit training on physical condition. This research is a pre-experimental study conducted using a one group pre test-post test design. Experimental research is a way to look for a causal relationship (causal relationship) between two factors that are intentionally caused by researchers by reducing other disturbing factors. The number of samples is 17 people obtained from the total sampling technique. The study was conducted for 6 weeks, with 3 meetings each week. The instrument used to measure physical condition was the VO2Max test (Bleep test). The results of data analysis using the t test showed a significant increase in the ability of physical conditions due to the influence of circuit training exercises with (t-count 18.59 > t-table 1.74). Based on the data analysis, it is known that t-count> t-table, it can be concluded that circuit training exercises affect the ability of physical conditions.

4. Application of Big data in football in Indonesia: Systematic Review

The purpose of this study is to review articles that are carried out systematically and qualitatively synthesized on the application of football sports technology. The research method carried out by conducting a limited search is on research published in the article search period 2017 to 2022 by following prism guidelines, the search is carried out by systematically identifying 155 publications that undergo a review of the title, abstract, or full text. Studies are issued if the article is not in English or does not include the original data. The results of a systematic review found 10 articles that met the eligibility criteria, based on self-reported data that in Indonesia the use of sports technology in football has not been thoroughly used in every aspect of the football organization and there is a need to secure goals related to the use of technology as a whole to advance Indonesian football. The conclusion of this study is that there are still many factors that cause technology and bigdata to be used thoroughly in football.

This study aims to produce a product development model for football attack tactics training at an early age and to increase the effectiveness of the ability to attack football tactics during competitions. This research is research and development carried out by adapting development research steps. This method begins with a needs analysis by developing an attack tactics training model with characteristics that match the results of the effectiveness test conducted at SSB Mahardika. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative on the rating scale. The number-based soccer attack tactic training model is used as a tool so that the players can increase their effectiveness against attacking abilities. Based on the results of the analysis in small group trials, it was found that the average choice was 76.67%; this stated that the attack tactics training model had a good category. In the large group trial, the middle option was 86.49%, which noted that the soccer attack tactics training model had a particular type. This study aims to determine the condition of the body mass index of athletes running in Gorontalo. The research method used is ex-post facto descriptive with a research sample of 18 athletes, consisting of 15 male athletes and three female athletes. This study uses the Body Mass Index instrument by measuring the athlete's height and weight. Data analysis using Benchmark Reference Assessment (PAP), then the data is processed using ms. Excel. This study revealed that all athletes in Gorontalo City with 100% male and female athletes have an average Body Mass Index. This study illustrates that the trainer maximized the exercise pattern and the nutritional practice to keep the Body Mass Index regular. However, coaches must continue to monitor their athletes to always have an average Body Mass Index, especially during Ramadan.

This study aims to determine the effect of meditation practice and internal imagery on the concentration and shooting accuracy of the 10-meter category in the Perbakin Bantul branch. The research method was experimental with a two-group pretest-posttests design. The population investigated 16 athletes using the purposive sampling technique so that the sample became 12 athletes. The research instrument used the Grid Concentration Exercise to measure concentration and measurement of firing accuracy using ISSF standard target targets. The data analysis technique used was paired t-test and independent t-test. The results showed an effect of training between autogenic meditation and internal images on concentration and shooting accuracy. When viewed from the percentage increase, the meditation practice method showed better results than internal imagery, while internal imagery training showed better results in increasing concentration.

This study's population was students of Sports Coaching Education at the Faculty of Sports and Health, Gorontalo State University semester 1 T / 2020-2021, which had a population of 43 students. The research sample is the entire population (total sampling). This study used a vertical jump test for leg muscle power and a Stadiometer for height measurement. The result, this study suggests that leg muscle power with height has a contribution to high jump results.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of squat training on long jump abilities. The research method used was one group pre-test and post-test. This study consisted of 20 students of class XI Computer Network Engineering who were taken randomly. Research results in peer squat exercise, which affects students' long jump abilities, have been studied before. Still, the difference with this study is that the method used is peer squat exercise, which is done in pairs to provide a new atmosphere and make students not feel bored. This study concludes that peer squat exercise, which is done in pairs, positively affects the long jump ability in athletic sports.

- Abstract
Permainan tradisional identik dengan permainan yang multigerak, anak-anak akan dituntut lebih banyak bergerak dalam melakukannya. Permainan tradisional merupakan sarana untuk mengenalkan anak-anak pada nilai budaya dan norma-norma sosial yang diperlukan untuk mengadakan hubungan atau kontak sosial dan memainkan peran yang sesuai dengan kedudukan sosial dalam masyaraka Pengenalan permainan tradisional atau kata lain sosialisasi, mengaktualkan kembali permainan-permainan yang kaya akan gerak di dalamnya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menitik beratkan pada pengajaran baik berupa materi maupun moril untuk meningkatkan kemampuan afektif, kognitif dan psikomotor anak-anak untuk melestarikan kearifan lokal khususnya di Panti asuhan melalui permainan tradisional asli Gorontalo. Hasilnya, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini memperoleh antusias yang tinggi dari tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat yang berjumlah 9 orang dan juga peserta yang berjumlah 22 anak. Luaran dari Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini telah memotivasi anak untuk mengenal kearifan lokal masyarakat Gorontalo, dapat berfikir kreatif dan bergerak dengan perasaan riang.

- Abstract
Kesehatan sangat penting bagi manusia, karena tanpa kesehatan yang baik, setiap manusia akan sulit dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya sehari-hari. Salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal adalah berolahraga salah satunya yaitu jogging. Namun, olahraga pada masa kini lesu hal ini terkait dengan kebijakan pemerintah terkait pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia. Melalui kegiatan Fun Run, tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk membangkitkan semangat berolahraga dengan sedikit bumbu penghargaan medali untuk semua peserta dan juga penghargaan uang untuk finisher pertama sampai ketiga untuk masing-masing kategori dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode kegiatan ini yaitu dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan Fun Run untuk masyarakat umum dengan menggandeng komunitas lari se Provinsi Gorontalo. Kegiatan ini berhasil memperoleh 81 peserta yang berjalan dengan sukses dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari peserta.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a direct or indirect influence between kinesthetic perception, hand-eye coordination, and motivation for the shoot lay-up. The research method used in this study is Path Analysis to look for effects or relationships that affect variables. The subjects used in this study were Kuningan basketball athletes with 35 athletes. The results of this study show 1). There is a positive influence between kinesthetic perception (X1) on lay-up shoot skills (Y) in basketball athletes, 2) There is a positive influence between hand-eye coordination (X2) on a shoot (Y) lay-up skills in basketball athletes, 3 ) There is a positive influence between motivation (X3) on the skill speed of the lay-up shoot (Y) in basketball athletes, 4) There is a positive influence between kinesthetic perception (X1) on motivation (X3) on basketball athletes, 5) There is effect positive between hand-eye coordination (X2) to motivation (X3) in basketball athletes, 6) There is a positive influence between kinesthetic perception (X1) on shoot shoot-up skills (Y) through motivation (X3) in basketball athletes and 7 ) There is a positive influence of hand-eye coordination (X2) on a shoot (Y) through motivation (X3) lay-up skills in basketball athletes.
