This article discusses findings from a study conducted by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Research Foundation, in conjunction with ResearchWorks, which finds that most IABC members are satisfied with their jobs. Also, since the last IABC survey was conducted, members have experienced an increase in pay. These pay increases are said to be related to the experience, education, and accreditation that IABC members have. Different aspects of this IABC Profile survey are discussed. Facts about IABC members' salaries are presented. Facts about IABC members' companies and jobs are presented and compared to those of the earlier survey.

Information about the results of a survey and a roundtable discussion sponsored by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) on the issue of IABC workers' salaries is presented.
