Background: Rudraksha has excellent mineral characteristics, making it a smart medication and smart nutrition. In Ayurveda, the highly prized plant is believed to have sprung from Lord Shiva's tears, offering tremendous therapeutic and astrological advantages for human existence. Methodology: To conduct a thorough evaluation of the literature, databases from Springer, Elsevier, PubMed, and Science Direct were used. Result and Discussion : In addition to its scientific use, Rudraksha has unique characteristics that make it possible to heal a wide range of incurable ailments. It also serves a significant spiritual function in a man's everyday life. Biochemical analysis, electromagnetic analysis, and chemical composition can provide all the necessary chemical information about rudraksha. Accurate information about its scientific properties reveals that Rudraksha is a highly potent plant that will greatly benefit our medical research. Additionally, traditional mythological and astrological values describe the various types of Rudraksha; generally, each type has 1-14 faces (Mukhi), each with a unique value. Conclusion: Contemporary medicine has utilized the rich pharmacological and therapeutic properties of rudraksha, such as its analgesic, antioxidant, antifungal, antidiabetic, hepatoprotective, immunomodulator and antidepressant properties. The primary objective of this work was to examine the potential neuroprotective properties of a seed extract derived from Asparagus racemosus for neurotoxicity in an acrylamide-induced zebrafish model. After ACR treatment, fish went through neurotoxic effects where glutathione reductase levels decreased by 3 times; lipid peroxidation activity increased by 3.4 times; nitrite levels increased by 1.7 times; acetylcholinesterase levels increased by 3.9 times, and total protein levels decreased by 1.4 times, compared to the wild-type zebrafish. Treatment with the standard drug vinpocetine showed a significant level of neuroprotective activity in ACR-induced zebrafish, where glutathione reductase level was increased by 2.7 times; lipid peroxidation activity decreased by 3.4 times; nitrite level decreased by 1.5 times; acetylcholinesterase decreased by 3.2 times, and total protein increased by 1.4 times. The results were comparable to those of a wild type of zebrafish. Therapy using different solvent seed extracts of Asparagus racemosus after ACR exposure restored glutathione reductase, lipid peroxides, nitrite, protein, and acetylcholinesterase activity, which was comparable to control group levels. Among the two solvent extracts, the ethanolic extract showed much better results for neuroprotective activity in ACR-induced zebrafish. After treatment with 440mg/l ethanolic seed extract, glutathione reductase level increased by 2.7 times; lipid peroxidation activity decreased by 3.1 times; nitrite level decreased by 1.4 times, and acetylcholinesterase decreased by 2.7 times. Breast cancer is globally associated with majority of the women. Indeed, high estrogen levels are the most common subtype of breast cancer. Three different classes of estrogen receptor antagonists are frequently used to treat such kinds of breast cancers. Each of these interacts directly with the initiation and activation of the estrogen signalling pathway. However, new medicines must be developed because resistance limits the therapeutic effectiveness. In silico studies for drug discovery have become popular in recent years due to their low cost and quick execution. To develop novel therapeutics for breast cancer, three different series of benzimidazole compounds targeting the estrogen receptor were docked. Among these three series, benzimidazole fused with pyrazole showed significant results and the leading compound was 32 based on docking results. The docking data was further validated by executing molecular dynamics (MD) simulations for the stability of designed leads within the macromolecular cavity in relation to time. For example, zebra fish are better than other vertebrate models when it comes to testing largescale genetic mutations and therapeutic chemicals. They are used in toxic genomics and aquaculture as genetic models. They can also be used to make human illness models based on zebra fish diseases, which can help scientists learn more about how humans get sick. Heterocyclic molecules have fascinated a massive interest in medicinal chemistry. They are heterocyclic compounds that have gained significance due to their diverse variety of pharmacological activities. Benzimidazole is a heterocyclic compound consisting of benzene and imidazole rings. The ease of synthesis and the structural versatility of benzimidazole make it a promising scaffold for drug development. Many biological actions of benzimidazole derivatives have been well documented, including antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antitubercular, and anthelmintic properties. The mechanism of action of benzimidazole derivatives varies with their chemical structure and target enzyme. This review has explored numerous methods for producing benzimidazole derivatives as well as a broad range of pharmacological activities. SAR investigations are also discussed in this review as they provide crucial details regarding the essential structural qualities that benzimidazole derivatives must have in order to be biologically active, which could aid in the rational design of new drug candidates. Benzimidazole scaffold is an exclusive structure in drug design and discovery. Many new pharmaceutical drugs containing benzimidazole are anticipated to be available within the next ten years as a result of the extensive therapeutic applications of benzimidazole and its derivatives. This review inspired many researchers to develop more biologically active compounds bearing benzimidazole, expanding the scope of finding a remedy for other diseases.
