With aging and weight gain, the population is significantly overweight and faces additional pressure on vertebral and peripheral joints (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders), which affects muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. Muscle contraction, translated by pain, sends the patient to the doctor. Lumbar and cervical spine disorders occur in 70-80% of the world's population during their lifetime. They are a major problem because they reduce the quality of life and increase the costs borne by health services and patients. There are multiple therapeutic options, both classic medication and alternative treatment, to combat pain for a longer or shorter period. Relief or suppression of pain, the dominant symptom in the manifestations of degenerative arthritic diseases, is an important goal of treatment, ultimately improving the quality of life. Patients, for various reasons, frequently seek alternative therapies, especially to surgical treatment. Finding the most comprehensive treatment is often a challenge. If we consider the benefit that a treatment (therapy) should bring to the health condition, then an individualized therapeutic plan must be chosen. In team handball, coaches can make unlimited substitutions, allowing players to enter the game at any time, even if they haven't been active on the bench. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of inactivity following a warm-up on the physical performance and physiological responses of female elite team handball players. The secondary aim of the study was to examine a possible connection between the examined parameters. Twelve female adult elite field handball players (n = 12; age, 31.9 ± 4.05 years; weight, 66.1 ± 5.8 kg; height 173 ± 3.8 cm and body mass index, 2.2 ± 0.2 kg/cm2) were examined. All tests were assessed in two distinct situations: (a) immediately after warm-up (T1-AW) and (b) after a 15-minute inactivity period (T2-IP). The physical tests performed were: countermovement jump with arms fixed (CMJ AF), squat jump (SJ), medicinal ball rotational throw test right (MBTT-R) and medicinal ball rotational throw test left (MBTTL) and 10 m acceleration test (TA 10m). Heart rate (HR) was measured during warm-up and at T2- IP, while body temperature (BT), lactic acid (LA), serum glucose (G), and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) were measured at T1-AW and T2-IP. Significant differences were found at T2-IP for RSI1 (t= 2.88, p < 0.01) and PP (t= 2.24, p < 0.05), specific to CMJ AF and RSI1 (t= 3.88, p < 0.01), and for PP specific to SJ (t= 2.28, p < 0.05). All physical indices correlated positively with the physiological ones. In addition, two significant correlations were identified, one between the decrease in the RSI 1-CMJ AF index and the PP-CMJ AF index (r=0.59, p<0.05) and another between the decline in the PP-SJ and Tc (r=0.60, p<0.05). The results obtained from the present study indicate that short-term inactivity can negate some of the physical and physiological benefits that players gain from warming up. The study revealed a significant reduction in certain parameters related to jump tests after a 15-minute period of inactivity. Moreover, it was observed that there is a direct correlation between the decrease in body temperature and the reduction in peak power specific to squat jump performance. This implies that lower body temperatures that result from a short period of inactivity can have a negative impact on jumping performance just before players enter the game. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The relationship between population, agriculture, and carbon dioxide emissions has been an issue of concern to scientists and institutions for many years. Concerns about the impact of population growth on the environment and agriculture go back several decades. As the world's population continued to grow, scientists and researchers became increasingly aware of the potential consequences of this growth on food production, resource use, and greenhouse gas emissions. A growing population means higher demand for food. This has increased pressure on agriculture to produce more food, often leading to increased acreage and more intensive farming methods. Intensification involves the increased use of fertilizers, pesticides, and machinery, which can lead to higher greenhouse gas emissions. The goal of this study is to quantify the contribution of agriculture and population growth to carbon dioxide emissions. In this context, 412 papers were found on the Web of Science. Papers in this area often address the role of agriculture in greenhouse gas emissions, including its direct and indirect effects on the carbon cycle. Although most studies were published in 2020, the number of publications has changed over time as regulations in the field have emerged. Vocational training and education are key component of economic and social progress, mainly in the current stage of development based on knowledge and digitalisation. The importance of the educational process for a sustainable development is more emphasized in Romania, on the one hand due to the internal economic and social gaps and on the other hand due to the current reduced contribution of education to economic growth. The current health and economic crisis accentuate the material difficulties of the rural population and the access to education. The amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2201/2003 was carried out in the direction of divorce, legal separation, and annulment of marriage. The second direction considers the assignment, exercise, delegation and total or partial withdrawal of parental responsibility. The amending regulation clarifies the right of the child to be given the opportunity to express his opinion in the proceedings of which he is the object and contains provisions that complement the Hague Convention of October 25, 1980 on the civil aspects of international child abduction in relations between states EU member. The first purpose of this article was to identify the current methods to assess the anaerobic exercise capacity of athletes, both in the laboratory and in the field of sports competitions. The second purpose of the research was to highlight the factors that limit the ability of anaerobic effort, according to the literature in the field. We found that anaerobic capacity is still difficult to estimate and/or measure, mainly because of the laborious, invasive, and expensive research methodology. To ensure the quality and veracity of the data, strict adherence to test procedures, calibration of instruments, and increased attention to physiological measurements are recommended. Puberty represents the period in which athletes go through many changes from a physical, morpho-functional and psychological point of view. Also, in the age range between 13-14 years, the training of athletes registers a gradual increase in the volume and intensity of training, which determines special attention on the methods and means used during training. This study was carried out with th eaim of identifying the level of development of the motor indices directly involved in the practice of the handball game. The research methods used during this study were: the method of analyzing specialized and interdisciplinary literature, the pedagogical observation method, the statistical-mathematical methodand the tabular method. Following the study, we would like to emphasize the urgent need to update the performance scales specific tothe game of handball and develop unitary training models, from the perspective of the content of the training process for each age group. This study investigates indoor air quality in a naturally ventilated school classroomlocated in a university from Romania, with a focus on the following parameters: particular matter (PM2.5 and PM10), carbon dioxide(CO2), and air humidity. The purpose was to examine the effects oftwo separateseminars on indoor air quality and then compare the results with existing standards. CO2 was the only parameter that exceeded the recommended rates after two indoor activities, held in the presence of eighty students that wore protection masks, given the regulations during Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this paper is to identify the methods of adapting the physical training for a women's handball team, during the State of Emergency declared on March 2020. Moreover, our objective is to analyse the specialised literature in order to consult the opinion of specialists regarding physical activity during the isolation caused by COVID-19, but also during competitional breaks, periods of inactivity, withdrawal from sports, etc. The players involved in our study had carried out the training, according to the individual training protocols communicated by the team’s coach, in two different environments: inside, in narrow spaces, and outside, close to their personal homes. The main objectives pursued during the isolation period at home were to minimize the effects of physical deconditioning and preparing the body for the new training plan, by using exercises for adjusting the muscles, tendons, and ligaments and exercises for preventing injuries. In order to avoid blocking the capacity of the banking system to finance the domestic economy, a legislative package was issued in order to protect the interests of bank debtors, at the suggestion of EBA and against the background of the crisis caused by COVID-19. In addition, the legislative moratorium was supplemented by a non-legislative moratorium, and as a result of their application, the payment obligations of the debtors who requested the postponement were suspended. The analysis of the effects produced on the banking market leads to the conclusion that the government's measures caused both positive and some negative effects - the risk of default for banks and public exposure being the sensitive factors. The rules of prudential supervision have brought more success to the efficiency of banking, which is protected from practices that could be harmful. The regulations contained in the rules applicable to the systemic ensemble are recognized in the supervision through the legal relationship between the supervisory authority and the credit institution. Through the legally established principles, the National Bank of Romania develops the potential requirements imposed on credit institutions and establishes a regular reporting in the conduct of supervisory activity. All credit institutions have an obligation to draw up their own regulations, rules to be complied with and operations to be carried out only after communicating them to the supervisory authority.
