Introduction Organizational procrastination is a prevalent negative behavior among employees in all types of organizations. Despite its detrimental impact on organizational performance, it has been largely overlooked in management research. Procrastination is the intentional delay of actions despite awareness of the negative consequences, often resulting in decreased employee performance. Employees' procrastination can lead to a lack of motivation to engage in team tasks, work avoidance, rationalization, and making excuses for not completing assignments. These individuals often allocate insufficient time for substantial activities, leading to rushed and incomplete work and ultimately diminishing work quality. Procrastinators experience a form of self-restraint and avoidance, desiring to complete tasks but failing to follow through to completion. This phenomenon has affected the work of millions of employees and significantly impacts organizational effectiveness and productivity. Therefore, it is crucial to address and identify the factors influencing organizational procrastination. Previous research in this field has indicated a notable increase in employee procrastination, which can significantly diminish organizational effectiveness. However, this variable has been overlooked in many organizations, including Payam-e Noor University. It is essential for management researchers to consider the possibility of procrastination among university employees. Given the adverse effects of procrastination within the university, it is crucial to investigate and identify the contributing factors. Furthermore, a review of past studies reveals a lack of exploration into the roles of mobile dependence, organizational laziness, and cyberloafing in organizational procrastination among employees. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the relationship between mobile addiction and organizational laziness with organizational procrastination, while considering the mediating role of cyberloafing among employees of Payam-e Noor University in Kermanshah Province. Materials and Methods This research employed a purposive approach and utilized a correlational descriptive method, specifically employing the structural equation modeling. The statistical population comprised 250 employees from Payam-e Noor universities in Kermanshah Province with a sample of 160 individuals selected according to Morgan's table using the available sampling method. Data collection involved the use of Safarinia and Amirkhani's organizational procrastination questionnaire (2013) consisting of 25 questions, the cyberloafing skew questionnaire (2014) comprising 14 questions, the grounded organizational laziness questionnaire (2013) containing 20 questions, and the mobile addiction questionnaire by Hyun Yong Ko (2008) with 20 questions. Discussion of Results and Conclusion Among the respondents, 137 were male and 23 were female. The data analysis revealed several significant findings: mobile dependence exhibited a positive and direct impact on organizational procrastination, organizational laziness had a positive and direct effect on organizational procrastination, and cyberloafing also demonstrated a positive and direct effect on organizational procrastination. Additionally, mobile dependence and cyberloafing were found to have a positive and direct relationship, while mobile dependence indirectly influenced organizational procrastination through the mediating role of cyberloafing. Similarly, organizational laziness indirectly affected organizational procrastination through the mediating role of cyberloafing. Furthermore, the mediating role of cyberloafing in the relationship between mobile dependence, organizational laziness, and procrastination was found to be significant. The model fit assessment indicated a relatively strong and appropriate fit for the model. These results underscore the meaningful implications for organizational practices.

Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: The study of genetic diversity with the help of molecular markers is the main precondition and an important step in the improvement of vegetable plants, including tomato and is the basis for the effective use of heterosis and the protection of genetic pools. Several studies have been conducted using molecular markers between different tomato lines, but there is little studies in Iran. Based on this, the present study intends to estimate the genetic distance between a numbers of tomato lines using ISSR molecular markers. Materials and Methods: In the present study, 12 tomato lines were investigated using microsatellite primers (ISSR) at Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed by ISSR primers and PCR products fractioned on 1.5% using agarose gel electrophoresis then the bands were analysed. Results: The primers used showed acceptable polymorphism (85.28) and suitable score able banding patterns. The highest and lowest polymorphism information content (PIC) with values of 0.40 and 0.22 were related to ISSR2 and ISSR10 primers, respectively. The ISSR2 primer was more efficient than other primers in identifying and classifying the studied lines. The degree of genetic similarity varied from 0.23 to 0.95 between the studied lines and lines Fanal and Harlekyn had the most similarity and lines CP with Bibor and after that SP with Bibor showed greatest genetic distances. Results of cluster analysis and evaluation of quantitative characterestics of studied lines showed that genotypes 4, 5, 6 and 8 placed in first group had better yield and earliness comparing other genotypes. Conclusion: Lines CP, SP and Bibor had a great genetic distance from each other and hybridization between CP and SP with Bibor as well as utilizing of selected genotypes in first group is recommended for next breeding programs in tomato. The ISSR2 primer has useful information in distinguishing the studied lines than other primers and its useful in breeding programs of tomato.

IntroductionWheat bread is one of the most important food products in the world. In terms of area under cultivation and production it ranks second among different products. Therefore, Genetic advances in sustainable wheat production can play a large role in global food security. The average wheat production in the world is reported Nearly 3.425 and its average production in Iran is 2.164 tons per hectare. Given the importance of wheat, Production of this product should be increased by cultivating modified genotypes with high grain yield. Wheat grain yield is affected by environmental conditions, genetic potential and its interaction. Identifying genotypes that have good performance and stability in different environmental conditions seems to be complex due to the strong interaction of genotype and environment. The change that occurs in the relative performance of genotypes in different environments is called genotype × environment interaction.Genotype × environment interaction is one of the most important issues in plant breeding which is of great importance in introducing and releasing modified varieties. Cultivation of genotypes in test environments during different years and places it has determined the stability of performance. And genotypes with less genotype × environment interaction are selected. Usually in breeding programs, Genotypes are known as compatible that the variance of their interaction with the environment is small. Among the multivariate methods, GGE biplot method is one of the most important methods for investigating the interaction of genotype × environment and determining stable genotypes.Water scarcity is the most essential limiting element of agricultural production, particulary in arid and semi-arid areas throughout the world. Evaluation of the bread wheat genotypes under different environmental conditions would be useful to identify stable and high yield potential genotypes.Materials and methods15 new bread wheat lines along with Aftab cultivar were evaluated in a randomized complete block design with three replications in four experimental field stations (Gachsaran Khoramabad, Moghan and Gonbad) during three crop seasons (2017-2020). GGE biplot statistical method (genotype effect + genotype × environment interaction) was used to study stability of genotypes in the studied environments.Results and discussionResults of combined analysis of variance indicated that the effects of environments, genotypes and genotype × environment interaction were significant. The results indicated that 91.49, 1.54 and 5.03 percent of total variation were related to the environment, genotype and genotype × environment interaction effects, respectively. The polygon-view of GGE biplot recognized five superior genotypes and four mega-environments so that the best genotypes within each environment were determined. Based on the hypothetical ideal genotype biplot, the line G7 with 3818 Kg ha-1 grain yield was the better genotype than other genotypes. Also this genotype showed the most stability and had the high general adaptation to all environments. Biplot of correlation among environments revealed that environmental vectors of Gachsaran and Gonbad were near to 90◦ so, these locations were different environments. The results showed that all environments had high discriminating ability so that could able to show differences between genotypes.ConclusionGenerally, the results indicated that the line G7 with suitable mean seed yield and high broad adaptability was selected as superior line for further investigation to introduce the new commercial wheat cultivar under dryland conditions. Also, the Moghan environment was the nearest environment to ideal environment that had the highest discriminating ability and representativeness.

We introduce a coding method which creates a nested sequence of codes whose distances can be adjusted to fit the error statistics of a specified digital communication or storage channel. This construction permits the use of redundancy in a nonuniform manner, as required by the actual digital error occurrences in the codewords. In storage applications the codewords are usually distinct interleaves of data sectors. Our construction creates redundancy which is shared by all the interleaves and is used in those interleaves in which the number of errors exceeds the first level code distance, hence the name integrated interleaving. Our construction is, in particular, suited for long block records, where its coding gains are largest. We evaluate the performance and provide a decoding algorithm for this coding scheme. The purpose of this study was to the prediction of entrepreneurial intention university students based on psychological capital and career adaptability. The method of this study is correlational. The statistical population of this study comprised all of Mohaghegh Ardebili university student in 2018 academic year, that among this population, by using cluster random sampling, 243 samples were select. For data collection luthans, youssef, avolio psychological capital questionnaire, savickas career path adaptability questionnaire and liñán, rodríguez, rueda-cantuche entrepreneurial intention questionnaire were used. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The result showed that there exists a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and its components (self-efficiency, hope, optimism, resiliency) and career adaptability and its components (concern, control, curiosity, confidence) with entrepreneurial intention. Also, the results of the regression analysis revealed that the %20 of the variance of entrepreneurial intention can be explained by psychological capital and career adaptability. Therefore, it can be concluded that the psychological capital and career adaptability may be taken into account as one of the important factors leading entrepreneurial intention, which requires planning and attention.

Background and Objective: Job adjustment as a psychosocial well-being and adaptive state of the individual to post-employment occupation has positive effects, which necessitates identifying the factors that affecting it. This research aims to study the mediator role of job self-efficacy in the relationship between psychological capital and job adjustment among staffs of Kermanshah university of medical sciences. Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive correlational study and applied in structural equations model (SEM).According to the Morgan table and using convenience sampling method, 122 employees of Kermanshah university of medical sciences (92 men and 30 women) were selected in 2016. Data were collected using Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Rigs and Knight Professional Self-efficacy Questionnaire and Dawis & Lofqist Job Adjustment Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, KMO and Bartlett test with SPSS v. 22 and LISREL v. 8.8 softwares. Results: The results showed that the direct effects of psychological capital on job self-efficacy and job adjustment is significant and also job self-efficacy has direct effects on job adjustment. The mediator role of job self-efficacy in relationship between psychological capital and job adjustment of employees is also significant. Conclusion: Psychological capital and job self-efficacy are variables that effects on job adaptability and should be regarded and strengthen by the university administrators in the staffs.

The purpose of this study is investigation of mediator role organizational commitment in relationship between organizational justice and commitment to change in Salas babajani teachers. Method of study is correlational. the study population included all primary school teachers (310 persons) of Salas babajany. From among this population, 180 teacher were selected as sample based morgan table and using cluster sampling method. The used tools were Allen and Mayer organizational commitment Questionnaire, Barati et al commitment to change Questionnaire, Nihof and Morman organizational justice Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and kolmogrove smirnov) in SPSS software and LISREL software. The analysis results showed that organizational justice directly affect on organizational commitment and commitment to change and indirect affect on commitment to change. Also positive and direct effect of organizational commitment on commitment to change was significant. The purpose of this study is investigation of mediator role organizational commitment in relationship between organizational justice and commitment to change in Salas babajani teachers.

Introduction: Today, acceptance and adaptation to environmental change is essential for all organizations and the style of organization's leadership with other factors has been taken into account in organizational change. Thus, this study aimed to study the relationship between transformational leadership style and commitment to change through the mediation of organizational justice in 2015 among employees of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The research methodology was of descriptive, correlational study (structural equation modeling; SEM) and the population was all the employees of the university. By using the Morgan table, 183 samples were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect data, transformational leadership questionnaire and commitment to change questionnaire and organizational justice were used. For data analysis, software spss (Pearson correlation and descriptive statistics) and Amos were applied. Results: The results showed that transformational leadership style had positive and direct and indirect effect on employees` commitment to change through organizational justice. Also, organizational justice directly affected employees` commitment to change. Conclusion: Nowadays, the change is part of organizational life and the attitude and commitment of staff to these changes and the most important factor is the organizational adaptation to changes. It can be said that the transformational leadership style in organizations and organizational justice can be considered as factors to increase employee' commitment to change.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of the perceived innovative organizational atmosphere on the teachers continuous use of e-teaching with the mediating role of computer self-efficacy using a structural equation modeling. It was a causal-correlation research. The research population included 312 male teachers, from which a sample of 172 participants were selected using the Cochran Formula and cluster sampling method. The research instruments were of three types: King et al. (2007) the perceived innovative organizational atmosphere standard questionnaire, Karsten and Roth (1998) computer self-efficacy questionnaire, and Chou et al. (2010) continuous use of e-teaching questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires, which was computed using Cronbach’s alpha was 0.85, 0.88, and 0.92, respectively. The fitness of the structural equation model was determined using Lisrel8.54 software. Findings indicated that the innovative organizational atmosphere has a positive and significant result on the teachers continuous use of e-teaching and their computer self-efficacy. The GFI was equal to 0.92 and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) in the latent variable model was equal to 0.074. So, the model has had a favorable fitness and as a result, the structural equation modeling of the perceived innovative organizational atmosphere had a direct influence on the computer self-efficacy and an indirect influence on the teachers’ continuous use of e-teaching through computer self-efficacy. It could be concluded that using innovative organizational atmosphere at schools, and increasing the teachers’ computer self-efficacy, principals could see the continuous use of e-teaching in the classrooms.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediator role of change self-efficacy in relationship between psychological capital and commitment to change in Mohaghegh Ardebily University employment. The study is applied and the research method was descriptive correlational (sem). According to sampling morgan table and using available sampling method, 180 persons (136 males and 44 females) were selected. Participants responded to, Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Chen, Guly, Eden Change Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, and Meyer, Herscovitch Commitment to Change Questionnaire. The results were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that psychological capital and change self-efficacy had direct effects on the employee commitment to change. Also psychological capital had direct effects on change self-efficacy. Moreover the psychological capital showed indirect effect on commitment to change. In general, hypothetical model showed good fit. Therefore, it can be concluded that psychological capital and change self-efficacy may be taken into account as one of the important factors leading commitment to change

Rice is staple food in Iran. Despite of high quality of local rice, their grain yield is low. In hybridization breeding programs, selection of suitable parents is an essential role for developing new combinations with broadens genetic diversity. Combining ability of local rice varieties namely ‘Hashemi’, ‘Sang Jo’ and ‘Tarom Deylamani’ and ‘Nemat’ was evaluated in a partial diallele analysis for agronomic traits in a randomized complete block design at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University. General combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) variances showed predominated role of additive gene effects in the inheritance of grain length. Both additive and non-additive components of genetic variances were important in the inheritance of traits like grain yield, plant height, panicle length, total grains per panicle, grain length and grain length to width. However, non-additive gene effects were seen for tiller number. Results showed that ‘Nemat’ was the best general combiner for most of characters followed by ‘Tarom Deylamani’. The cross of ‘Hashemi’ × ‘Tarom Deylamani’ was suggested to exploitation of heterosis breeding for increasing yield and its components in rice breeding programs.

Pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) is native to Iran with several ecotypes which have been adapted to various climatic conditions and diseases. Although it is one of the important exported fruits, there is not a precise identification criteria to determine the authenticity of genetic inheritance and proprietary rights in the country. In the present study the genetic relationships of 47 pomegranate genotypes, including 9 cultivated genotypes (from the collection of Yazd) and 38 wild genotypes (from Mazandaran, Gilan and Golestan provinces), were investigated with AFLP markers. Using 10 primer combinations, 825 bands were obtained of which 697 showed polymorphism. Among the primers, primer combination of M-CTT and E-ACG showed the highest number of bands (148) and primer combination of E-ACC, M-CTG produced the lowest number of bands (40). The average value for PIC was 0.21, while Average Marker Index (MI) was 17.33 that the highest one belonged to primer combination of M-CAC and E-AAG. Maximum genetic similarity belonged to Bahnamir with Shirin Kan Tehran samples and the minimum genetic similarity observed between Berenjestanak and Khosh Darreh. Principal component analysis showed that 57% of the total variance was explained by first three components. The identified primer combinations in this study could be used as a powerful tool for determination of genetic relationships between Pomegranate genotypes

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of organizational justice and organizational trust in anticipation of organizational silence in University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The population included all faculty members of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. Using cluster random sampling method, three faculties and 70 faculty members were selected. The data collection tools were the Van Dyne organizational silence questionnaire, Moorman Nyhvf organizational justice questionnaire and Alvnn organizational trust. The content validity of questionnaires was confirmed by experts and reliability consider them to be 0/73, 0/89, 0/82 reported. To analyze the data, correlation and multiple regression method was used. Results showed that there is a significant correlation between organizational justice and organizational silence in the negative direction (r= -0/64). Also there is a significant correlation between organizational trust and organizational silence in the negative direction (r=0/50). Results of regression analysis showed that organizational justice and organizational trust can be a negative predictor of organizational silence, and 51 percent predict changes in organizational silence.

Genetic distance between parental lines used in hybrid rice breeding program was estimated based on information from molecular markers data. Sixteen parents (5 CMS, 5 maintainers and 6 restorers) were analyzed with 15 random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and 20 inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) marker. Out of 15 RAPD markers, 9 were polymorphic and 79 bands were generated, of which 28 bands were polymorphic (35 %). By using 10 out of 20 ISSR markers 86 bands were detected, of which 35 bands were polymorphic (41 %). Marker index (RAPD = 1.68; ISSR = 1.88) and percent of polymorphic bands indicated that ISSR markers were relatively more efficient in polymorphism detection. Cluster analysis of the parents based on Jaccard’s genetic similarity and UPGMA method were revealed 3 groups. Restorer lines IR68061 and IR5931 with origin of the Philippines were found in distinct group. Results suggesting the cross between CMS lines Neda and Nemat with restorer lines IR68061 and IR5931, can be used as the best heterotic groups for exploration of heterosis.
