Digital transformation has changed the economy and society, having an increasingly powerful impact on everyday life. However, before the COVID-19 pandemic, its impact on education and training was much more limited. The pandemic has shown that it is important to have an education and training system ready for the digital age. This article aims to highlight the impact of digital transformation on school organizations.

The objective of this study is to collect and measure the impact of renewable sources on the development of the energy sector. This is done using a holistic macroeconomic framework. In particular, the study provides quantitative evidence on the macroeconomic effects of renewables on global energy deployment. In addition, it improves existing knowledge on the socioeconomic impact of renewable energy deployment globally. All relevant economic interactions are considered in a single quantitative framework in this study, which is based on macroeconomics.

The food segment is diversified and renewed due to the needs, desires, and increased demands of consumers. In the evolution of society, a defining role is the issue of nutrition which is quite complex, wide-ranging and contradictory. The purpose of this study is to identify the behavior of the Romanian bread consumer. It was used as a research method for conducting the case study opinion survey, the research tool being the questionnaire, in online format. In order to make the research as rigorous as possible, it was calculated by means of χ² whether certain variables such as sex, environment, income and age influence consumption.

The rising carbon dioxide emissions from the MENA region constitute a severe danger to the environment, public health, and the execution of the United Nations SDGs. Substantial steps are required to solve this problem and maintain the region’s sustainable future. Hence, the current study focused on distinct factors, including renewable energy, energy intensity, green innovation, GDP, and CO2 emissions from 1990 to 2021. The research determines the multifarious variables in various quantiles, including the novel Method of Moments Quantile Regression (MMQR) approach, Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square (FM-OLS), Dynamic Ordinary Least Square (D-OLS) and Driscoll-Kraay Standard Errors (DKS) applied. The findings reveal that renewable energy significantly reduces carbon emissions in all quantiles, while energy intensity, green innovation, and GDP lead to carbon emissions in lower, middle, and upper quantiles. For robust outcome confirmed by FM-OLS, D-OLS, and DKS methods. Also, Granger heterogeneous causality applied that confirmed the bidirectional causality among the variables. The study’s findings imply that authorities should emphasize the emergence of renewable energy and green innovation while adopting energy-efficient technologies to minimize carbon emissions and accomplish SDGs 7, 9, and 13 to secure the MENA region.

Mobbing is a less known phenomenon, but its effects are real and worrying. This is a form of psychological abuse encountered at work by any of the superiors or colleagues through repeated aggressive acts. This article defines the notion of mobbing, presents its conceptual delimitations and dynamics, drawing attention to its impact on the employees' activity, as well as measures to counteract this phenomenon. Organizations should pay more attention to mobbing problems at the workplace as it significantly affects the employee's performance.

The study conducts a bibliometric analysis of the specialized literature from scientific publications related to Artificial Intelligence and sustainable solutions, identifying key areas where Artificial Intelligence makes significant contributions to promoting sustainability in business management.

Digitization has a significant impact on the instructive-educational act, and in school organizations, it provides easy and fast access to various educational resources, including e-books, videos, simulations, and interactive materials. This enriches the learning experience and allows teachers to provide concrete and varied examples. The purpose of this study is to obtain the necessary information to identify the effects of digitization on the instructional-educational act. An opinion poll was used as the research method for the case study, with the research instrument being a questionnaire.
