This study analyzes both the perceptions and the preferences of Romanian registrants of .ro domain names, a fundamental element of Romania’s national digital identity. Through a quantitative approach, with the help of an online survey, we have collected the responses of 50 registrants, users who have registered at least one .ro domain in their lifetime. The study analyzes factors such as ease of registration process, the reasons of choosing .ro domains, preference over other TLD and the general perception of the .ro extension. The study shows the importance of .ro domain names as a powerful online marketing tool for online branding, regional competitiveness and increasing user’s trust while also providing some insight into the decision-making process regarding domain registration. These conclusions contribute to a better understanding of the advantages of ccTLD’s, having relevant implications for companies, individuals and digital marketing professionals interested in optimizing strategies on the local online market.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented challenges for the labor market and young people entering the job market in Romania may face unique fears and uncertainties. Some of these fears may include: uncertainty about employment opportunities, remote work challenges, health and safety issues, digital skills requirements, economic instability, mental health. This study aims to explore the fears perceived by Romanian youth entering an increasingly unstable labor market in a post-pandemic society. In this article we use a qualitative research method, in-depth interviews, to obtain information about the specific concerns and anxieties of young people entering the labor market after the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to understand their consumer behavior in the labor market. The findings of this study will help us understand the experiences of young people in the labor market in Romania and will help policymakers and businesses find ways to support their transition to the labor market. Also, this study will highlight the need for strategies adapted to the challenges of a post-pandemic society, such as digitization and sustainability. Young people will discover some opportunities to develop the skills and competencies necessary to use the new technologies. In conclusion, this study will serve as a valuable resource for educators, employers and policy makers who wish to promote a more sustainable and inclusive labor market in Romania.

Social Media has become integral to our daily lives in a hyper-connected world where the digital environment becomes an important part of the consumer's life. With the proliferation of new brands in the market, it has become essential for businesses to adopt effective communication strategies that integrate social media to build and maintain relationships with their customers. New brands face great challenges when it comes to establishing themselves in the market and building relationships with customers. Each brand must adapt to the target audience and communicate effectively with them in order to gain long-term loyalty. Understanding how the consumer connects with a new brand is the key to building an effective long-term communication strategy that will bring results from a marketing and business point of view. The purpose of our research is to understand consumer preferences when it comes to new brands on Social Media. We carried out quantitative research by using the survey method focusing on finding out what really matters to the consumer so that we can come to the aid of new brands thereby they can adapt their integrated communication strategies with Social Media. The research findings indicate that respondents place the utmost importance on the inclusion of genuine narratives and customer feedback from previous product or service users when considering the content that new brands should produce. Furthermore, an analysis of the data reveals discernible preferences based on the age demographics of the participants. The results show that irrespective of age, the presence of brands on social media platforms exerts a substantial influence on consumer loyalty and support.

In recent years, technological development in the ITandC field led to the exponential increase in the number of mobile terminals such as smartphones, but also in the speed of data transmission, thus creating the premises for the intensification of online commerce. This research focuses on online consumer behavior influenced by a series of elements from the external environment such as rising prices and shortage of goods after COVID-19 and during wartime to see what changes have been in the consumer's decision-making process. The restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic generate the widespread adoption of online commerce where traditional companies have been forced to think in terms of "digital" and "online", to adapt their operating systems, and intensify their presence on the internet and social media channels. Also, the supply chain disruptions, the container crisis, and the rising prices for energy resources caused a shortage of goods and rising prices. The current global problems are becoming a challenge for both advertisers and consumers. These challenges are met by both parties, and they must adapt to these changes: the consumer to rethink his decision-making process when shopping, and advertisers to understand what influences the consumer in the online environment, to adapt and to be able to survive in this competitive context. The results showed that disruptive elements change this process almost completely and that consumer behavior adapts and changes when major phenomena such as those mentioned occur.

This paper describes the current state of young people's attitude towards the world of finance and their need for financial education. Today, financial education is already practiced in many European countries, but this is not the case in the Republic of Serbia. However, research shows that financial literacy is one of the necessary skills for young people in the 21st century. The research results were presented on a sample of 175 people (exploratory research) aged between 18 and 35 from Serbia. The attitude of the respondents towards finances was presented, their financial habits were examined, and the results were presented using the method of descriptive statistics. Financial literacy plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable development and green finance by empowering individuals to make informed decisions that contribute to economic stability and growth.
