The whole society is facing many changes and is subject to many where one has to adapt, that is why leadership can be a way to improve risk management. As soon as the leader manages to have a united, motivated and high-performance team, they will be able to anticipate the risks and manage them as well as possible in order to have successful organizations. The notion of risk has always been one of the elements widely spoken and studied in many fields of activity, and risk management is today a means of quantitative approach of measuring and evaluating the exposure of organizations to well known events and probabilities. Managing these risks is extremely important in overcoming crisis situations, and a good, prepared, competent leader who works with a motivated and efficient people is going to be able to face any challenge in order to maintain the organization's performance.

Insurance is a necessary element, socio-economic system of any company was and remains one of the main areas that offer the guarantee in case of violation of the interests of property. In the current stage of the development of marketing relations, the role of insurance is increasing substantial. Insurance is becoming more and more important because, on the one hand, it is one system of protection of the national economy, and on the other hand, this is significant domestic investment resource. The young field of economics, insurance does not yet have instructional materials necessary methodologies that would allow them to evolve and improve and be successful competes with foreign insurance companies. In addition, the development of internal business insurance, which focuses on the creation of structures, provides for centralized revenue management involving parent company affiliated investment companies. Income and expenses, together with financial results (profit and loss) are important indicators of the activity of any insurance company and the principal income statement.

Today's work environment is increasingly characterized by stress, agglomeration, change, pressure, making people less productive. Due to this fact, in such organizations, leadership along with sustainability plays an important role, as it builds the unity and cohesion of the group by forming a personal team that works towards meeting the goals proposed by the leader. To meet the challenges of everyday life, we need leadership skills just to find opportunities in a difficult situation, and a leadership model based on leadership can provide new opportunities. The leadership skills of leaders lead organizations to new heights because leaders create vision and see things differently. Leadership and sustainability are optimization tools for any bussines to the extent that it is used in its authentic form. The aspirations, values and even survival of society in the developed countries will depend on the achievements, competence, seriousness and value of the leaders.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the field of insurances, whereas the author will present certain important aspects regarding their importance, in order to achieve a more efficient management accounting. Insurances represent an essential element of the market economy mechanism, which contributes to the country’s economic development and to the improvement of the external economic affairs. Every human being acknowledges the need to protect and to purchase insurances, as an individual and optional act, mainly determined by objective factors- economic, financial, social, family and educational factors- as well as subjective factors- their previous experiences, considering the advantages and the protection offered by the insurances. In the present days, it is noteworthy that the insurances- depending on the economic life, the real estate and the movable assets, the international trade, the continuous assets flaw, values and people- have registered an obvious tendency of augmentation, a fact which has positively influenced the evolution of reinsurances. The aim of the management accounting is to measure the performance: the money, the payment and return as cash payment time. Management accounting holds the key to one problem, and that is the future. It is said that, if through financial accounting we are informed about the past and what has happened, managerial accounting deals with the future and with what it is going to happen. The field of insurances is vast, where management accounting makes its presence sensed, where it aims to obtain a clear evidence for the future on the insurances’ route.

We consider that a specific aspect of the quality of education is the leadership and sustainability of education. The concept of leadership has begun to be promoted over the past decades in many areas. Educational leadership means creating a process based on clear values and beliefs leading to a vision of the educational organization. The vision is based on educational leaders who are trying to win the commitment of staff and stakeholders to create a better future for school and for students. Education is also the most important element of society, because it contributes to the development of the future of mankind. For this reason, a sustainable educational system must be created. Sustainability education is a way to encourage change. Thus, using methods such as literature review and documentation, in this article we highlighted the relationship between leadership and sustainability in the educational organization.

In Romania, as elsewhere in Eastern Europe, the collapse of communism triggered a testimonial drive that shifted from early concerns with victimhood, justice, and retribution to seemingly apolitical revivals of everyday life under socialism. Drawing on a range of memoirs of socialist childhood published over the last decade by an aspiring generation of Romanian writers, this article examines the role of public intellectuals in articulating hegemonic representations of the socialist past. To understand both the enduring power and limits of such representations, the author argues that published recollections should not be read only for their (competing) perspectives on the past, but also for the sociopolitical effects they have in the transitional present, where they facilitate the socialization of emerging writers into the ethos of the postsocialist intelligentsia. Exploring the tenuous relationship between dominant intellectual discourses and social memory in postsocialist Romania, this article aims to throw light on the tensions at the heart of broader processes of democratization, diversification and commodification of social memory in Eastern Europe.

We derive explicit solutions to the problem of completing a partially specified correlation matrix. Our results apply to several block structures for the unspecified entries that arise in insurance and risk management, where an insurance company with many lines of business is required to satisfy certain capital requirements but may have incomplete knowledge of the underlying correlation matrix. Among the many possible completions, we focus on the one with maximal determinant. This has attractive properties and we argue that it is suitable for use in the insurance application. Our explicit formulae enable easy solution of practical problems and are useful for testing more general algorithms for the maximal determinant correlation matrix completion problem., Competing Interests: The authors have no competing interests.
