Abstract: Many company provide greater leisure service settings or arrange another leisure service settings to attract consumers and also make profit, movie theater is one of a kind of leisure service setting. Appearanced of The Premiere movie theaters in Manado become a phenomena although this kind of movie theater already introduced by other company that provide premium movie theater. This research aims to evaluate the servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach and IPA used as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who already experience watching movie in The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Convenience sampling was used to collecting data through online questionnaire.The result, the servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3 shows, the cleanliness inside the studio attribute located in Quadrant 2. On the other hand, electric seats inside the studio attribute placed in Quadrant 3 on IPA chart about servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. The Premiere needs to improve all of them in order to keep the market share they have already created otherwise to keep satisfying their customers, and creating further repatronage intention. ­­Keywords: importance and performance analysis, servicescape, leisure service setting, the premiere, cineplex 21 group.

This paper contains the results of an outlier resolution evaluation for a large flat bottom tank, 40 ft 6 in. in diameter and 32 ft 8 in. in height. The tank was an outlier in both the USI A-46 and IPEEE programs due to insufficient strength of the bolt chair to transfer the bolt load to the side of the tank. The bolt chair evaluation resulting in the outlier was linear elastic. A more sophisticated non-linear analysis was performed of the bolt chair using the program ANSYS. The evaluation resulted in the conclusion that the bolt chair was able to transfer almost the entire yield strength of the bolt without excessive deformation that could ultimately cause overall tank failure. This evaluation tremendously increased the seismic capacity of the tank and resolved the outlier for both programs. The tank outlier evaluation also included a evaluation of soil–structure interaction (SSI) effects on the seismic demand on the tank. However, the formal consideration of SSI had a small effect on the overall seismic demand.

The regulatory criteria for licensing of nuclear power plants require that certain safety-related equipment and systems be designed to function during and/or following a postulated, design basis earthquake. Since many older, operating nuclear power plants were designed and constructed prior to the issuance of the current seismic qualification criteria, the NRC has questioned whether the seismic adequacy of the essential equipment has been sufficiently demonstrated and documented. In response to this concern, a group of affected plant owners formed the Seismic Qualification Utility Group (SQUG). With support from the Electric Power Reseach Institute (EPRI), SQUG has undertaken a program to demonstrate the seismic adequacy of essential equipment by the use of available seismic experience data for similar equipment. The Generic Implementation Procedure (GIP), provides a generic means of applying this experience to evaluate the seismic adequacy of equipment. This paper is an overview of the technical approach, generic procedures, documentation criteria, and engineering guidance provided in the GIP.

The commercial Light Water Reactors operating within the United States have been in service from about 20 to 35 years. These plants include buried Service Water piping systems primarily made from low carbon steel. This piping has been subject to aging over the years, resulting in degradation and corrosion that will require replacement of the piping. Due to the advantageous cost and durability of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) piping (as demonstrated in other commercial industries), ASME code inclusion of this piping is logical. Duke Power industry has expressed interest in replacing a portion of their steel buried Service Water Piping in Nuclear Power Stations with HDPE pipe. To assist in this effort EPRI has funded and supported the work summarized in this paper to develop design criteria for HPDE Pipe and has teamed with EPRI to develop appropriate ASME Code requirements. Other nuclear utilities will follow once HDPE piping is included in the ASME Code. This paper includes proposed allowable limits of all modes of failure and provides design criteria for HDPE pipe made from PE 3408 resin. It also provides the technical basis for the proposed criteria. This paper deals primarily with the actual design of the piping. The methods included comply with ASME Power Piping Code, B31.1-2004 and Section III of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Extensive use was made of industrial research, data and experience over 40 years of use of high-density polyethylene piping. Allowable stresses are based on data published in these sources for Design and Service Levels A-D.

The paper provides design criteria for High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe made from PE 3408 resin. It also provides the technical basis for the proposed criteria. This paper deals primarily with the design of the piping in relation to its interface with the soil in which it is buried. The criteria primarily is derived from current analysis methodology for steel and concrete buried pipe while incorporating changes required to account for the properties and behavior of HDPE pipe. The proposed analysis methodology described herein has evolved into a proposed ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section III, Division I, Design Code Case for consideration by the Section III, Subcommittee on Nuclear Power.
