The purpose of the publication is to present a web page validation approach that is part of a method for designing accessible web content. The validation approach is built on standards, principles, guidelines, success criteria and techniques for web content validation. The main standards to which the approach adheres are Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Technical Specifications for Accessible Rich Internet Applications. The publication discusses the understanding of dynamic web content, dynamic web content design and implementation method and web content validation approach.

The article presents a spiral approach for the competency development in the object-oriented programming style education as a part of the occupation “Application programmer” of the national program “Education for IT career” (NPEITC) in the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science. The education is realized by a system of tasks comprising topically linked modules of the study plan. Such system is demonstrated and the obtained results from its application, followed by the analyses confirm the success of the competency approach, are presented.

This article presents a pedagogical study on the impact of Information Communication Technologies (ICT) on the motivation of primary school pupils in math classes. The obtained results demonstrate the positive impact of ICT on learning motivation.

The purpose of this publication is to present the implementation of API interface for RouterOS of the company MikroTik, which allows using PHP scripts for obtaining data for configuration and management of the routing devices that use this OS.
