Abstract The propagation of public opinion in multilingual environments presents unique challenges due to the diversity of languages, cultures, and values. This study develops an SEIR-based model tailored for multilingual contexts, incorporating mechanisms such as social enhancement, forgetting, and cross-transmission. The model’s purpose is to improve transparency, inclusivity, and effectiveness in public opinion management, particularly in diverse linguistic settings. By emphasizing democratic engagement and avoiding social control, the model provides tools for managing public opinion that promote fairness and transparency. The model was validated using real Twitter data related to COVID-19 across multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Catalan. Key results demonstrate that the model effectively captures the dynamics of opinion propagation, particularly in languages with fewer users, where opinion spread tends to be more predictable. By addressing cultural and linguistic differences, this study offers an inclusive approach to public opinion management. The inclusivity ensures that different cultural groups, regardless of language, are fairly represented in public discourse. This research contributes to the ethical management of public opinion, providing valuable insights for policymakers and analysts in multilingual societies.

In this study, we aimed to characterize the liver protein profile of Chaohu ducks using two-dimensional electrophoresis and proteomics. The livers were quickly collected from 120 healthy, 84-day-old Chaohu ducks. The intramuscular fat (IMF) content of the left pectoralis muscle was determined using the Soxhlet extraction method. The total protein of liver tissues from the high and low IMF groups was extracted for proteomics. Functional enrichment analysis of the differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) was conducted using gene ontology (GO) and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG). In total, 43 DEPs were identified. Functional enrichment analysis indicated that these DEPs were significantly related to four lipid metabolic processes: carboxylic acid metabolic process, ATP metabolic process, oxoacid metabolic process, and organic acid metabolic process. Three pathways correlated with lipid metabolism were identified using KEGG analysis: glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, pentose phosphate pathway, fructose, and mannose metabolism. Eight key proteins associated with lipid metabolism were identified: ALDOB, GAPDH, ENO1, RGN, TPI1, HSPA9, PRDX1, and GPX1. Protein–protein interaction analysis revealed that the glycolysis/gluconeogenesis pathway mediated the interaction relationship. Key proteins and metabolic pathways were closely related to lipid metabolism and showed a strong interaction in Chaohu ducks.

The high power transfer case as a key component of a multi-axis super-heavy chassis transmission system,with the characteristics of large torque,high speed,and large temperature difference,rely on splash lubrication and natural air cooling has been unable to meet the need of the chassis for high mobility,high through off-road and extreme ambient temperature. It is necessary to use the forced lubrication system to lubricate the internal hot spots of the transfer case,especially the bearing position. Therefore,the power thermal energy model of the hotspots of the transmission parts is built first,through the heat balance conditions,the flow demand of the lubrication point and the overall are estimated,and then a hydraulic simulation analysis model is established,the matching lubrication system piping is designed. Aiming at the problem of the natural air cooling can’t achieve the system thermal balance requirements in the great power of the transmission system,by calculating the surface wind speed and heat dissipation surface,the heat dissipation capacity of the transfer case itself is evaluated,the external air-cooled radiator and fan are matched according to the heat dissipation requirement.Finally,through the bench and running vehicle test,the design of the high power transfer case forced lubrication system to meet a multi-axis super-heavy chassis of the use of the requirements is verified.

Based on the theory of dimension chain,the dimension chain compute with extremum method and probability method is researched. It defines that compute method determined by the number of composition loops,the real statistical data and the statistical process control ability can be used to optimize the dimension chain. Usually,the structure of gearbox is complicated,but the accumulative error must be controlled in a minor range. That method can avoid severe dimension tolerances of components and parts in the design of gearbox,meanwhile products can be manufactured reliably and economically.

In the multi-axis super-heavy-duty test platform,the high-power transfer case has the problem of broken teeth during fatigue endurance. The comprehensive analysis is carried out on the failure gears,the causes of gear damage,such as gear strength,shaft and box stiffness,gear tooth profile and tooth orientation precision,surface heat treatment,etc. are analyzed one by one,and finally it is positioned as the gear tooth surface grinding burns,resulting in reduced hardness of the tooth surface,contact fatigue strength decreased,the occurrence of premature failure damage. In the improvement work,the grinding process of the gear tooth surface is modified,and 100% grinding burn monitoring is added. The improved high-power transfer case passed the fatigue endurance test.

The inter- axle differentials as a core component of power transfer cases is used to achieve the distribution of chassis power and meet the needs of working conditions of vehicle cornering and climbing,which has played a key role in ensuring the reliability of the vehicle power transmission. By using the two- stage optimization method,the inter- axle differential planetary wheel structure optimized design is carried out,on the one hand to ensure the strength of the structure,on the other hand to reduce the quality of products to meet the requirements of the vehicle light weight and high maneuverability. By the checking of classic strength calculation and finite element method,it shows that the optimization program could meet the requirements of both high torque and high- reliability design of the planetary gear inter- axle differential of multi- axis ultra- heavy-duty chassis large power transfer case.

The wheel gearbox is a key component of Multi-axis super-heavy hybrid test platform,for the special nature of the application,on the one hand to meet the requirements of vehicle wheel power transmission requirements,while also meet lightweight and high reliability requirements.Therefore,in the wheel gearbox design,taking the lightweight for the wheel gearbox as the target,reliability as constraints,the optimization design scheme of the wheel gearbox is proposed.After the high- speed test,full load fatigue test and overload fatigue test verification,the wheel gearbox performance and reliability meet the requirements of super- heavy hybrid multi- axis test platform.

In this study, 2D multimetallic MOFs combined with the advantages of 2D nanosheets, with the synergetic effect of multimetallic nodes, exhibited good photocatalytic activity for reduction of CO2. Herein, a 2D MOF‐Co/Cu/Fe were successfully prepared via one‐pot stirring of the solutions of multimetal salts and organic ligands at room temperature. Introduction of the second and third metal (Cu and Fe) into MOF‐Co does not change the 2D morphology of MOFs, although it improved the photocatalytic CO2 reduction performance by broadening the light absorption range of 2D MOF‐Co, accelerating the separation efficiency and transfer rate of photogenerated carriers. Upon irradiation with full‐spectrum light, the average CO yield of 2D MOF‐Co/Cu/Fe achieved 17.06 µmol·g−1·h−1, being about 1.8 and 1.2 times that of 2D MOF‐Co and 2D MOF‐Co/Cu. Enhancers act to regulate cell-type-specific gene expression by facilitating the transcription of target genes. In mammalian cells, active or primed enhancers are commonly marked by monomethylation of histone H3 at lysine 4 (H3K4me1) in a cell-type-specific manner. Whether and how this histone modification regulates enhancer-dependent transcription programs in mammals is unclear. In this study, we conducted SILAC mass spectrometry experiments with mononucleosomes and identified multiple H3K4me1-associated proteins, including many involved in chromatin remodeling. We demonstrate that H3K4me1 augments association of the chromatin-remodeling complex BAF to enhancers in vivo and that, in vitro, H3K4me1-marked nucleosomes are more efficiently remodeled by the BAF complex. Crystal structures of the BAF component BAF45C indicate that monomethylation, but not trimethylation, is accommodated by BAF45C's H3K4-binding site. Our results suggest that H3K4me1 has an active role at enhancers by facilitating binding of the BAF complex and possibly other chromatin regulators.
