Många bostadsrättsköpare och bostadsrättshavare har enligt tidigare studier svårt att tolka och förstå bostadsrättsföreningars årsredovisning. Utöver detta så visar studier att många människor har en bristande finansiell förmåga, vilken dock sägs kunna förbättras genom utökad information. Syftet med studien är att pröva hur väl förädlingsvärdeanalysens utökade information fungerar som ett komplement till bostadsrättsföreningens årsredovisning. För att kunna besvara syftet har denna studie utgått från huvudfrågan på vilket sätt utökad redovisningsinformation i form av förädlingsvärdeanalys kan påverka förståelsen bland bostadsrättshavare avseende bostadsrättsföreningens ekonomi. Därtill har studien utgått från två delfrågor om vad det är som gör att bostadsrättsföreningars årsredovisning upplevs svårbegriplig, respektive hur väl modellen för förädlingsvärdeanalysen täcker bostadsrättshavarnas önskemål om utökad information till föreningens årsredovisning. För att besvara syftet har en kvalitativ metod använts där kunskapsinriktningen är deduktiv med inslag av induktion. Forskningsdesignen består av en fallstudiedesign med en kvasiexperimentell del. Data har samlats in via tio semistrukturerade intervjuer. De strukturerade frågorna analyseras och redovisas genom en jämförelse av medelvärden. De öppna frågorna tolkas textkritiskt och analyseras med hjälp av tematisk analys. Studiens resultat visar att den framtagna förädlingsvärdemodellen påtagligt bidrar till en ökad finansiell förståelse bland bostadsrättshavarna. Som svar på studiens huvudfråga kan slutsatsen dras att det i första hand är jämförbarheten mellan olika föreningar som ökar av informationen i förädlingsvärdemodellen. Därtill ökar även förståelsen för föreningens sparande, samt att förädlingsvärdemodellen bidrar till en upplevd ökad begriplighet av föreningens ekonomi. Förädlingsvärdeanalys har såvitt studiens författare vet aldrig tidigare applicerats på bostadsrättsföreningar. To answer the aim, this study has been based on the main question in what way expanded accounting information in the form of value-added analysis can affect the understanding among condominium-owners' regarding the condominium compounds' finances.As well as the sub-questions what is it that makes condominium compounds' annual report difficult to understand, and how well the model for the value-added analysis will cover the condominium-owners' wishes for extended information in the condominium compounds' annual report. A qualitative method has been used where the focus of knowledge is deductive with elements of induction. The research design consists of a case study design with a quasiexperimental part. Data were collected through ten semi-structured interviews. The structured questions are analysed and reported through a comparison of mean values. The open-ended questions are interpreted text-critically and analysed with the help of thematic analysis. The results of the study show that the value-added model clearly contributes to an increased financial understanding among condominium-owners. In response to the study's main question, it can be concluded that it is primarily the comparability between different condominium compounds that increases through the information in the value-added model. In addition, the understanding of the condominium compound's savings also increases, and the value-added model contributes to a perceived increased understanding of the condominium compound's finances. The detection and classification of cystic lesions of the jaw is of high clinical relevance and represents a topic of interest in medical artificial intelligence research. The human clinical diagnostic reasoning process uses contextual information, including the spatial relation of the detected lesion to other anatomical structures, to establish a preliminary classification. Here, we aimed to emulate clinical diagnostic reasoning step by step by using a combined object detection and image segmentation approach on panoramic radiographs (OPGs). We used a multicenter training dataset of 855 OPGs (all positives) and an evaluation set of 384 OPGs (240 negatives). We further compared our models to an international human control group of ten dental professionals from seven countries. The object detection model achieved an average precision of 0.42 (intersection over union (IoU): 0.50, maximal detections: 100) and an average recall of 0.394 (IoU: 0.50–0.95, maximal detections: 100). The classification model achieved a sensitivity of 0.84 for odontogenic cysts and 0.56 for non-odontogenic cysts as well as a specificity of 0.59 for odontogenic cysts and 0.84 for non-odontogenic cysts (IoU: 0.30). The human control group achieved a sensitivity of 0.70 for odontogenic cysts, 0.44 for non-odontogenic cysts, and 0.56 for OPGs without cysts as well as a specificity of 0.62 for odontogenic cysts, 0.95 for non-odontogenic cysts, and 0.76 for OPGs without cysts. Taken together, our results show that a combined object detection and image segmentation approach is feasible in emulating the human clinical diagnostic reasoning process in classifying cystic lesions of the jaw.

Då en demokratisk transition, där begreppet transition refererar till den situation som uppstår mellan två olika politiska regimer, avslutas tar en konsoliderande process vid. Denna konsoliderande process ämnar till att förankra det demokratiska styrelseskicket i samhället. Begreppet konsoliderad demokrati är i sig omdebatterat. En transition, som kan vara en övergång eller en återgång, till demokrati kan föra med sig någon form av auktoritärt arv. Detta auktoritära arvet kan sedan utkristalliseras genom att de valda, civila politikerna inte kan fatta beslut på vissa områden, främst då det handlar om hanteringen av minnet från en auktoritär period. Detta kan i sin tur innebära att det demokratiska styrelseskicket inte förmår tillfredställa dess medborgare och missnöjet expanderar. Resultatet kan då bli en kvalitativt sämre demokrati eller vid en alltför konfrontationsinriktad politik en återgång till ett auktoritärt styre. I uppsatsen undersöks Uruguay under den första demokratiska regeringen, ledd av Julio Maria Sanguinetti. Fyra personer med insyn i det politiska arbetet då och nu intervjuas med utgångspunkt av teorin om det auktoritära arvet. Slutsatsen är i uppsatsen att det auktoritära arvet i Uruguay verkar ha varit svagt, eller kanske till och med mer eller mindre obefintligt, varpå juridiska processer hade kunnat genomföras under den första demokratiska regeringen. Att så ej genomfördes kan i sin tur härledes till de intressen och ambitioner som den första regeringen hade, oberoende av militären som institution och politisk påtryckare.
