En este trabajo sostenemos que debería existir un diálogo (que excluye la subordinación y la independencia) entre las neurociencias y las éticas normativas. Nuestro argumento toma como base que los conocimientos provenientes de la neurociencia (y, en particular, los estudios sobre el rol causal de la oxitocina en el comportamiento humano) pueden explicar y dar contenido a algunos límites motivacionales y psicológicos que modificarían las exigencias morales de los individuos. Mostramos que ante un caso hipotético que propone la mejora moral mediante la aplicación de oxitocina en aerosol, los argumentos neuroéticos, por sí solos, son insuficientes para determinar su permisibilidad o impermisibilidad moral. Además, defendemos que tampoco es posible establecer la superioridad de los argumentos de ética normativa, ya que los conocimientos de la neurociencia son más efectivos para modificar las conductas limitadas por nuestra propia constitución física y neurológica. Concluimos que tanto unos como otros sirven para tomar decisiones, tanto individuales, como colectivas, para tratar de acomodar mejor nuestras actitudes y comportamientos a lo que consideramos moralmente correcto hacer.

The aim of this study was to assess the influence of the load order used (i. e. incremental, decremental or random loads order) during the bench press throw load-velocity profile on peak velocity achieved against four different loads (20–40–60–80% of one repetition maximum [1RM]). Both intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and coefficient of variation (CV) were calculated to assess the reliability of the measures. A repeated measures ANOVA was used to assess differences between protocols. A linear regression analysis was performed to assess the load-velocity relationships among the different protocols. Peak velocity showed good to high ICC values independently of the load used (ICC=0.83–0.92). CV scores showed good reliability (ranging between 2.2 and 6.2%). No significant differences in peak velocity attained at each load were found between the three testing protocols (p>0.05). Summary answer In vitro maturation (IVM) of denuded germinal vesicle (GV) oocyte using WOW culture system increases nuclear maturation competence when compared with droplet conventional culture What is known already Further research remains necessary to address the mechanism of oocyte maturation in order to refine culture conditions and improve the implantation rate of in vitro matured oocytes. Several studies on bovine oocytes have shown that oocyte-secreted factors (an uncharacterized mix of growth factors secreted by the oocyte) enhance oocyte developmental competence during in vitro maturation. These oocyte-secreted factors may accumulate at the bottom of the micro-well, as suggested for the WOW culture system. Previous reports suggested that diffusible factors secreted by individual oocytes probably accumulated in a micro-well WOW dish, may provide a suitable microenvironment for their in vitro maturation. Study design, size, duration A total of 879 GV collected between 2017 and 2019 were included in this study. They were randomly allocated into two experimental groups: (1) single-cultured oocytes (SC) that were cultured individually in micro-droplets, and (2) group-cultured oocytes (WOW) that were cultured in a microwell culture system using the WOW dish (culture dish for time lapse incubator). The nuclear maturation was assessed after 24 hours and 48 hours of IVM Participants/materials, setting, methods GV oocytes were obtained from 609 patients undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation cycles. Oocytes from the experimental group (1) were placed individually in conventional 25μl micro-droplets in a 35 mm dish. Oocytes from the experimental group (2) were placed in 80 μl droplet individually in each of 9 microwells of WOW dish. All GV oocytes were matured in a single step embryo culture medium, supplemented with human menopausal gonadotropin and synthetic serum substitute. Main results and the role of chance Mature oocyte (MII) was considered when we observed rupture of the GV and the presence of a first polar body in the perivitelline space during the first 24 or 48 hours of culture under inverted optical microscope. GVBD noted significant differences (p-valor = 0.000) between the study groups after culturing of 24 hours [GVBD: SC group; 70% (318/455) vs. WOW group; 83% (352/424)] and 48 hours [GVBD: SC group; 77% (319/416) vs. WOW group; 94% (398/424)]. The maturation rates (MR) showed significant differences (p-valor = 0.000) between the study groups after culturing of 24 hours [MR: SC group; 51% (233/455) vs. WOW group; 80% (338/424)] and 48 hours [MR: SC group; 71% (295/416) vs. WOW group; 91% (387/424)]. Limitations, reasons for caution There is no data on cleavage and blastocyst rates. There are no previous reports comparing the maturation rates in denuded human oocytes single-cultured in individually droplet or group-cultured in WOW dish. Wider implications of the findings: Our results must be taken into account in order to improve the culture conditions for the optimization of the in vitro maturation technique in human oocytes from stimulated cycles. We now provide evidence that group-cultured oocytes in WOW dish increase GVBD and maturation rates. Trial registration number Not applicable

En este trabajo se pone de manifiesto, de forma general, el impacto que la robótica va a producir en las relaciones laborales. Resalta, especialmente, la necesaria “intervención” en la Formación Profesional y en el Sistema de Protección Social. Es preciso, y de extrema urgencia, que el sistema educativo se coordine con las nuevas necesidades. Además, la atención a la dependencia reclama cambios profundos. La necesidad de dichos cambios, aunque venía de antiguo, se ha hecho más evidente desde la pandemia que estamos sufriendo por la Covid-19., La revolución 4.0 va a transformar la gestión de las empresas, nuestra economía y las formas de trabajo Hay que impulsar una reforma en profundidad del Sistema de Formación para el Empleo en España, para conseguir que se adapte a las necesidades de la digitalización. Se debe centrar la atención en los necesarios nuevos cambios que se avecinan en lo que afecta a la Atención a la Dependencia, Asistencia Social y Servicios Sociales y Sistema Nacional de Salud. Desde hace ya bastantes años la estabilidad laboral “de por vida” es algo impensable. Hay que aprender a lo largo de toda la vida.

En numerosas ocasiones la evolución social precede a la legislativa, en tanto se van presentando nuevas realidades o alternativas que progresivamente van integrándose en la sociedad y, en consecuencia, se han de insertar en el ordenamiento jurídico. Esto está pasando con la pensión de viudedad. Por ello, resulta de gran interés y utilidad analizar cómo se encuentran las nuevas situaciones que sobrepasan la realidad imperante actualmente, como es el caso de los matrimonios polígamos. También se debe estudiar cómo se ha insertado en el ordenamiento jurídico, en lo que respecta a la pensión de viudedad, realidades ya integradas en la sociedad como son el divorcio o las parejas de hecho. Y ver cómo la violencia de género influye en esta materia y los efectos de la unión por el rito gitano. Todo ello desde la perspectiva de los últimos pronunciamientos de los tribunales de justicia. On many occasions, social evolution precedes legislative evolution, as new realities or alternatives are presented that progressively integrate into society and, consequently, have to be inserted into the legal system. This is happening with the widowhood pension. For this reason, it is of great interest and utility to analyze how new situations are found that exceed the current prevailing reality, as is the case of polygamous marriages. It is also necessary to study how it has been inserted in the legal system, with regard to the widow’s pension, realities already integrated in society such as divorce or common-law couples. And see how gender violence influences this matter and the effects of the union through the gypsy rite. All this from the perspective of the latest pronouncements of the courts of justice.
