Abstract

Introduction: Labor commitment and management is an observable process in crisis or laborinstability. Objective: Since the structure of work commitment obeys a series of observabledimensions in the pandemic, the objective was to demonstrate its structure of mediatingrelationships. Methodology: For this purpose, an exploratory, cross-sectional and psychometricwork was carried out with a sample of 100 students. Once the factorial structure had beenexplored, a second study was carried out to confirm the structure with another sample of students.The selection criteria were related to inclusion in professional practices and social service incommunity centers. Results: The results show that the adjustment and residual parameterssuggest the non-rejection of the null hypothesis regarding the significant differences between thetheoretical structure and the empirical observations. In relation to the paradigms, the relevance ofextending the model in order to predict job performance is assumed., Introducción: El compromiso laboral y la gestión es un proceso observable en situaciones de crisis o inestabilidad laboral. Objetivo: Dado que la estructura del compromiso laboral obedece a una serie de dimensiones observables en la pandemia, el objetivo fue demostrar su estructura de relaciones mediadoras. Metodología: Para ello se realizó un trabajo exploratorio, transversal y psicométrico con una muestra de 100 estudiantes. Una vez explorada la estructura factorial, se realizó un segundo estudio para confirmar la estructura con otra muestra de estudiantes. Los criterios de selección estuvieron relacionados con la inclusión en prácticas profesionales y servicio social en centros comunitarios. Resultados: Los resultados muestran que los parámetros de ajuste y residuales sugieren el no rechazo de la hipótesis nula respecto de las diferencias significativas entre la estructura teórica y las observaciones empíricas. En relación con los paradigmas, se asume la relevancia de extender el modelo para predecir el desempeño laboral.

39. Path Diagram of entrepreneurship in the COVID-19 era

Abstract

The process that goes from prospective decisions (oriented to risks of maximum profits with respect to minimum insurance benefits) to deliberate actions (oriented by avoidance of failures, based on the systematization of errors and successes) is addressed in the present work, aiming to specify a model for the study of Internet entrepreneurship. A non-experimental study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of 100 entrepreneurs. From a structural model, the reflective factor of the construct was found to be deliberate actions, but such findings are only applicable to the sample since the type of study, sampling, and statistical analysis suggest the contrast of the model in other scenarios would increase the percentage of the explained variance of its factors, that added to 57% in this case.

Abstract

La exploración de las relaciones entre categorías asociadas a la migración, con la finalidad de especificar un modelo para el estudio del fenómeno, fue el objetivo del presente trabajo. Se realizó un estudio documental, exploratorio y transversal con una selección intencional de fuentes indexadas a repositorios internacionales: Dialnet, Latindex y Redalyc, considerando el período de publicación de 2007 a 2019, así como la búsqueda por palabras clave. Se observó una estructura de relación entre tres categorías preponderantes en la literatura: aculturación, multiculturalismo e interculturalismo en el que se han establecido diferencias significativas, pero no hubo un aprendizaje consensual y colaborativo apreciable entre los jueces que evaluaron las calificaciones en tres rondas, aunue el diseño de la investigación limita los resultados de la muestra informativa. Estos resultados demuestran la especificación de un modelo para establecer las diferencias entre las categorías y la anticipación de la exclusión e inclusión de la migración y las comunidades nativas, así como la relevancia del espíritu empresarial en el desarrollo local de ambos grupos. The objectives of this study were to explore the relationships between categories around the undertaking of migratory flows in order to specify a model for their systematic study. A documentary, exploratory and transversal study was carried out with an intentional selection of sources indexed to international repositories: Dialnet, Latindex and Redalyc, considering the publication period from 2007 to 2019, as well as the search for keywords. A relationship structure was observed between three preponderant categories in the literature: acculturation, multiculturalism and interculturalism in which significant differences were established with respect to selected extracts from the consulted literature. However, there was no appreciable collaborative and consensual learning among the judges who evaluated the marks in three qualification rounds, although the design of the research limits the findings to the informative sample. These results demonstrate the specification of a model in order to establish differences between the categories and anticipate exclusion or inclusion scenarios between migratory flows and native communities, as well as the relevance of entrepreneurship in the local development of both groups. L’exploration des relations entre les catégories associées à la migration afin de spécifier un modèle pour l’étude du phénomène était l’objectif de ce travail. Une étude documentaire, exploratoire et transversale a été réalisée avec une sélection intentionnelle de sources indexées sur des référentiels internationaux; Dialnet, Latindex et Redalyc, compte tenu de la période de publication de 2007 à 2019, ainsi que de la recherche de mots-clés. Une structure relationnelle a été observée entre trois catégories prépondérantes dans la littérature; acculturation, multiculturalisme et interculturalisme dans lesquels des différences significatives ont été établies, mais aucun apprentissage consensuel et collaboratif appréciable n’a été trouvé parmi les juges. Abstract

A model is a data management, production and transfer system organized in explanatory trends of past, current and future relationships. The emphasis on each suggests decision making and strategy execution. The objective of this work was to specify a model of the perception of utility. An exploratory and cross-sectional study was conducted with a selection of 186 students from a public university in central Mexico, considering their participation in the system of professional practices and social service in local organizations. The validity of the instrument that found a one-dimensional variable that explained 43% of the variance was established, but the research design limited the results to the research scenario, suggesting the extension of the work.KEYWORDS: Globalization; perception of utility; use of mobile Internet.

42. Network of Water Problems in the Press of Mexico City in the COVID-19 Era.

Abstract

The pandemic generated containment and mitigation policies, as well as distancing and confinement strategies that limited the supply of water resources to social sectors. Residential areas- The offer is maintained, but with an increase in rates. Marginalized areas were subsidized and exempted from paying for an increasingly intermittent supply. The anti-COVID-19 policies guided water policies in two ways: The first consisted of disseminating anti-COVID-19 policies in water management agencies. Another second consisted of the autonomy of the institutions and their disassociation or agreement with the antiCOVID-19 policies. In this way, the literature from 2020 to 2023 around anti-COVID-19 policies in their water dimensions, registers problems of scarcity, famine and unsanitary conditions. Scarcity had already been observed in marginalized sectors, famine in residential neighborhoods, but unsanitary conditions were appreciated in migrant communities. In fact, the type of exposure to occupational hazards determined the health status of the migrants. The water problems were recorded in the circulation press to highlight the asymmetries of the anti-COVID-19 policies in the public and private sectors, as well as in the political and social actors. The objective of the study was to reveal the network structure of relationships between nodes and edges related to press releases on water issues. A documentary, cross-sectional and retrospective study was carried out with national circulation newspapers: El País, El Reforma, La Jornada and El Universal, considering the water problems of scarcity, unsanitary conditions and famine. The results show a structure of nodes where the water problems were initiated by La Jornada and ended by El Reforma. Both findings are relevant considering the ideology of the newspaper. La Jornada, a newspaper identified with the political ideology of the left, began the diffusion of water problems in a city administered by a government of the same ideology. El Reforma, a newspaper designated by the executive as a spokesperson for the opposition ideology, culminates the network of notes on water problems. In other words, regardless of the type of political ideology attributed to newspapers, the problems of scarcity, unsanitary conditions and famine are spread.In relation to the state of the art where it is shown that ideology does not influence the establishment of the agenda, the present work corroborates and recommends expanding the study to other entities administered by the opposition such as the cities of Guadalajara and Monterrey.
