As a modality of optical imaging, fluorescence imaging of biochemical analytes holds significant potential in the field of disease diagnosis and therapy. However, the non‐responsive fluorophores are not able to selectively and sensitively detect lesions, resulting in a poor signal‐to‐background ratio and compromised accuracy. The utilization of activatable sensors, in contrast, is capable of effectively overcoming these limitations by displaying variations in fluorescence intensity and spectral wavelength in response to physiological parameters. Aggregation‐induced emission luminogens (AIEgens), particularly those emitting fluorescence in the near‐infrared (NIR, 700–1700 nm) window, have practical application prospects in disease theranostics due to their excellent photostability, deeper penetration depth, and enhanced fluorescence intensity in physiological environments. In this review, an overview of the advancements in research on NIR AIEgens for internal stimuli‐activated diagnosis and treatment of diseases is provided. The design principles of responsive NIR AIEgens and their biomedical applications are exemplified with representative examples, categorized based on the type of stimuli. Finally, the review concludes with a brief discussion of the challenges, opportunities, and future prospects of activatable NIR AIEgens in the field of disease photo theranostics. The Covid-19 pandemic of 2019 was a global public health emergency, resulting in millions of deaths worldwide. The origin of pandemic was in China, where the disease was first reported in 2019 and in 2020, it became a global pandemic. Because of the economic and social effects caused by COVID-19, changes were made to China's economic model. The Chinese government wanted to protect their economy and people from the virus, so they invested a lot of money into combating the pandemic. Economic development is when a country's economy becomes more advanced than other countries. If it has good infrastructure and employment opportunities, it will become richer (McBryde et al., 2020). An economy can advance quickly through technological advancement, education, and increasing demand for goods and services. When China first experienced the pandemic, it had a rich economy and grew quickly. China was rapidly developing in terms of technology, education, and infrastructure. China's economic model took a turn for the worse when the COVID-19 pandemic hit it. The virus spread quickly, causing millions of deaths in China (Dhar, 2020). The Chinese government was forced to invest billions of RMB into research and to treat those affected by the virus. After COVID-19, China's economy fell into a slight recession. This could have been caused by a drop in exports, an increased mortality rate, and the government spending billions on stopping the pandemic. This paper will first give an overview of previous economic models that China used, then it will discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic changed China's economic model, and finally, this paper will look at the impact that COVID-19 had on China's economy.

In this study, the soybean protein isolate (SPI)–xanthan gum (XG) or carrageenan (CA) W/O/W emulsions for the co-delivery of vitamin B12 and vitamin E were prepared. The effects of XG and CA concentrations on the physicochemical properties and digestive characteristics of the emulsions were also investigated. The addition of XG and CA improved the SPI aggregation and increased its electrostatic repulsion so that more SPI was adsorbed at the phase interface. The emulsifying activity index and emulsifying stability index increased to 24.09 (XG 0.4%) and 14.00 (CA 0.5%) and 151.08 (XG 0.4%) and 135.34 (CA 0.5%), respectively. The adsorbed protein content increased to 88.90% (XG 0.4%) and 88.23% (CA 0.5%), respectively. Moreover, the encapsulation efficiencies of vitamin B12 and vitamin E were increased to 86.72% (XG 0.4%) and 86.47 (CA 0.5%) and 86.31% (XG 0.4%) and 85.78% (CA 0.5%), respectively. The bioaccessibility of vitamin B12 and vitamin E increased to 73.53% (XG 0.4%) and 71.32% (CA 0.5%) and 68.86% (XG 0.4%) and 68.74% (CA 0.5%). The best properties of the emulsions were obtained at a 0.4% concentration of XG and 0.5% of CA. This study offers a novel system for delivering bioactive substances, which is favorable for the advancement of food with delivery capability in food processing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As the main artery of the national economy, the national major livelihood project and the hub of the comprehensive transportation system, the status and role of high-speed railway stations are increasingly prominent, and the stations are faced with huge demand for carbon reduction and transformation challenges. This paper discussed the intelligent, green, and humanistic development path of the large high-speed railway station in cold regions, which had various design requirements, difficult construction, and high energy consumption. Taking Mudanjiang railway station as an example, starting from its actual functional requirements and characteristics, the concept was proposed which combining smart and low carbon into the full process of design, construction, operation, and maintenance. In the RF (Radio Frequency) front-end of a communication system, bandpass filters (BPFs) are used to send passband signals and reject stopband signals. Substrate-integrated waveguides (SIW) are widely used in RF filter designs due to their low loss and low cost and the flexibility of their integration properties. However, SIW filters under 6 GHz are still too large to meet the requirement of portable communication devices due to their long wavelength. In this paper, a very compact fully integrated SIW filter is proposed and designed with RT6010 dielectric material to meet the small size requirement of portable devices for next-generation sub-6 G applications. The proposed filter contains two sawtooth-shaped composite right-/left-handed (CRLH) resonator units, instead of traditional rectangular-shaped CRLH resonator units, which makes the filter more compact and cost effective. The filter is designed and fabricated on an RT6010 substrate, with a size of only 10 mm × 7.4 mm. The measurement results illustrated that the proposed BPF shows a passband covering the frequency range of 3.25–3.45 GHz; the minimum passband insertion loss is only 2.4 dB; the stopband rejection is better than −20 dB throughout the frequencies below 3.0 GHz and above 3.8 GHz; S11 is as low as −37 dB at 3.35 GHz; and the group delay variation is only 1.4 ns throughout the operation bandwidth. To ensure the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and drive the advancement of high-quality Chinese medicine, the establishment of a scientifically sound quality evaluation system is particularly important. The objective of this study was to develop a straightforward and practical comprehensive evaluation method for quality control of Xiaohuoluo Pills (XHLP) by employing diverse fingerprint technologies. Firstly, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy fingerprint (FT-IRFP), ultraviolet spectral fingerprint (UVFP) and fusion fingerprints based on five-wavelength matched average fusion fingerprint (FWFFP) were established for 21 samples. Secondly, the Comprehensive Quantified Ratio Fingerprinting Method (CQRFM) was used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the fingerprint profiles of 21 batches of samples and the results showed that all samples met the quality requirements. Then to further evaluate the samples, the External Standard Method (ESM) was employed to measure the content of three indicator components in XHLP, and this was done with the intention of enhancing the quality control system of the samples. Furthermore, antioxidant activity was also measured, and a model for analyzing the relationship between antioxidant data and fingerprint information from the three spectra was established using Orthogonal Projection to Latent Structures (OPLS), resulting in an accurate spectral efficacy relationship diagram. In conclusion, this study utilized spectral and chromatography techniques to comprehensively assess the quality of XHLP, incorporating qualitative and quantitative aspects. Additionally, a correlation between spectral profiles and efficacy was established by evaluating the antioxidant capacity of the samples. This method offers valuable insights for quality control not only of XHLP but also for other TCM.
