PurposeImmune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have recently emerged as an important option for treating patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Neoantigens are important biomarkers and potential immunotherapy targets that play important roles in the prognosis and treatment of patients with NSCLC. This study aimed to evaluate and characterize the relationships between somatic mutations and potential neoantigens in specimens from patients who underwent surgical treatment for NSCLC.Patients and MethodsThis prospective study evaluated specimens from patients with NSCLC who underwent surgical treatment at the Peking Union Medical College, China, from June 2019 to September 2019. Whole-exome sequencing was performed for tumor tissues and corresponding normal tissues. Candidate neoantigens were predicted using generative software, and the relationships between various mutation characteristics and number of neoantigens were evaluated.ResultsNeoantigen-related gene mutations were less frequent than mutations affecting the whole genome. Genes with high neoantigen burden had more types and higher frequencies of mutations. The number of candidate neoantigens was positively correlated with missense mutations, code shift insertions/deletions, split-site variations, and nonsense mutations. However, in the multiple linear regression analysis, only missense mutations were positively correlated with the number of neoantigens. The number of neoantigens was also positively correlated with base transversions (A>C/C>A, T>G/G>T, and C>G/G>C) and negatively correlated with base transitions (A>G/G>A and C>T/T>C).ConclusionThe number of candidate neoantigens in NSCLC specimens was associated with mutation frequency, type of mutation, and type of base substitution.

Fractal geometry theory provides new ideas and methods to express nonlinear image information, the fractal dimension is an important parameter of fractal geometry, is a measure of complexity of irregular change, covering blanket dimension can better reflect the graphics changes in different resolution characteristics; missing is the fractal dimension and independent statistics, is a supplement to the fractal dimension, overcome the different texture characteristics may have the same fractal dimension of the problem. This paper presents a blanket and missing items based on the combination of texture feature extraction algorithm, can make full use of radiation in different resolution iris texture information and texture, classification ability make feature matrix has a better. Iris matching is the key of iris recognition. How to effectively carry out the matching of the iris code matrix is the decisive step in iris recognition. In this paper based on the normalized correlation classifier, the matching method of cyclic shift, eliminated from the same eyes of different iris image due to differences in rotation caused, improve matching accuracy.

Visual tracking algorithm based on binary classification has become the research hot issue. The tracking algorithm firstly constructs a binary classifier between object and background, then to determine the object’s location by the probability of the classifier. However, such binary classification may not fully handle the outliers, which may cause drifting. To improve the robustness of these tracking methods, a novel object tracking algorithm is proposed based on support vector machine (SVM) and weighted multi-sample sampling method. Our method constructs a classifier by sampling positive and negative samples and then to find the best candidate that has the largest response using SVM classifier. What’s more, the proposed method integrates weighted multi-instance sampling method, which can consider the sample importance by the different weights. The experimental results on many sequences show the robustness and accuracy of the improved method. The proposed target tracking algorithm in video target tracking with a variety of classic popular tracking algorithm, better able to achieve robust target tracking, but also in the infrared video, the infrared target tracking is also has the advantages of stable and accurate.

Link circuit capacity and delay are one of the principal problems in computer network topological design. Many different methods have been put forth. The paper gives a new method to assign link circuit capacity on the base of L. Kleinroek's. This method is quit different from the current one of Bernd mister, carul A. Niznik, No alpha parameter introduced and no group algorithm used in the model, but quantitative analysis from the very beginning to the end of and a strict integrated mathematical model is set up, which is fit for various conditions. Using this method, not only the result by the current methods, but also a link capacity assignment result with minimum network delay can be obtained, which meets the restrictive conditions of link delay differences and link capacities.

T-Kinin (Ile-Ser-bradykinin) is unique to the rat. This study characterizes the receptors involved in T-kinin activity on both the intact isolated rat uterus and membrane receptor preparations of the rat uterus. The results show that T-kinin acts through kinin B 2 receptors in the rat uterus as demonstrated by B 2 receptor-antagonist inhibition. While the potency of T-kinin on rat uterus contraction was similar to that of bradykinin, binding studies showed that the affinity of T-kinin to the receptor was 10-fold lower than that of bradykinin. On the other hand, the D isomer of T-kinin, D -Ile-Ser-bradykinin, had an affinity for the receptor greater than that of T-kinin and was more potent in causing contraction. Comparing this finding with our previously published report that D -Ile-Serbradykinin is not active on the kinin receptor for vascular permeability indicates that the kinin receptors in the rat uterus are not the same as those previously reported in the smooth muscle of the vasculature, i.e. there exists subclasses of kinin B 2 receptors. The data from binding studies on a variety of T-kinin analogues show that the substitution of hydroxyproline (Hyp) for Pro 5 , together with the D -configuration at Ile 1 and/or Ser 2 may be useful for the development of selective T-kinin antagonists. Studies involving pretreatment of the tissue with indomethacin demonstrated that prostaglandin release was more of a component of T-kinin's activity on the rat uterus than that of bradykinin.
