The typical part of the slope was modeled and calculated using Midas-GTS finite element analysis software based on the landslide control project in Lijiagou Village, Xingtai County. According to the results, the horizontal displacement, effective plastic zone, and safety factor of the slope under natural and rainfall conditions were analyzed respectively, to master the potential sliding surface of the landslide. Carry on the support scheme design and carry on the feasibility analysis evaluation, and finally, select the optimal scheme according to the governance effect. The findings demonstrate that the current plan can successfully increase the side support plan’s design slope stability and serve as a model for projects of a similar nature.

It is important to improve the overall quality of rice grown in northeastern China, which is famous for its high yield. Therefore, it is necessary to study the quality of japonica rice resources in the region. This study analyzed 71 rice samples from the Liaoning, Heilongjiang, and Jilin Provinces, focusing on grain shape, endosperm composition, and taste. Significant regional differences were observed in taste and edibility, with the samples from Heilongjiang and Jilin generally scoring higher taste value, which was significantly higher than the Liaoning variety. However, the Liaoning varieties were more stable in terms of the sensory evaluation of taste. Obvious differences in grain length were detected among the samples, with the varieties from Jilin and Heilongjiang Provinces predominantly having short and medium-to-long grains, respectively, and those from Liaoning Province having diverse grain shapes. However, there was no correlation between grain shape and taste. This indicated that the taste of rice is not affected solely by its external morphology but also by multiple interacting factors. There were significant differences in endosperm composition among the three provinces, but the amylose content of the tested varieties was generally less than 18%, and the protein content was about 6%. Additionally, the Jilin Province varieties had the lowest apparent amylose content and long chain of amylopectin (Fb3), the Heilongjiang Province varieties had the lowest protein content, and there were more medium chains of amylopectin. Notably, protein content was negatively correlated with taste but positively correlated with pasting properties. It can be seen that the premise of varieties in different provinces showing good taste characteristics is to ensure the content of amylose and protein is low, and adjust the proportion of amylopectin chain length. In recent years, the integration of digital technology development and the traditional financial service industry has generated a new financial service model, that is, digital finance, which has exerted a certain impact on various industries. This paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 to explore how digital finance will affect the agglomeration development of the logistics industry. The two-way fixed model is used for empirical analysis and the results show that digital finance has a significant role in promoting the agglomeration development of the logistics industry. From different perspectives, the coverage breadth, depth of use, and digitalization finance greatly promote the logistics industry, while digitalization development has no such impact on the logistics industry. The positive impact of digital finance on logistics industry agglomeration has clear regional heterogeneity. Specifically speaking, the impact of digital finance in central and western regions is significant on logistics industry agglomeration, while that in the eastern region is not. Therefore, in order to further expand the role of digital finance in promoting the agglomeration development of the logistics industry, we should spare no efforts to develop digital finance, strengthen regional cooperation, and improve the coordinated development of digital finance and logistics industry agglomeration.

The rapid advancement of generative AI technology offers new opportunities for the innovation and transformation of education. However, this also brings forth risks and challenges, including the potential to exacerbate educational inequality and integrity. This study aims to address the extensive controversies surrounding the application of generative AI technology in education by providing an objective and comprehensive understanding of its current state, development in educational contexts. Using the CiteSpace and VOSviewer software, we conducted visual analyses of relevant literature from the Web of Science core collection pertaining to the application of generative AI in education.Subsequently, we identified productive journals, productive articles, collaboration patterns, article hotspots, and prevalent topics in this field.This study will facilitate the promotion of in-depth research and practical implementation of AI in education. Ferroptosis, a cell death process driven by cellular metabolism and iron-dependent lipid peroxidation, has been implicated in diseases such as ischaemic organ damage and cancer.sup.1,2. The enzyme glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) is a central regulator of ferroptosis, and protects cells by neutralizing lipid peroxides, which are by-products of cellular metabolism. The direct inhibition of GPX4, or indirect inhibition by depletion of its substrate glutathione or the building blocks of glutathione (such as cysteine), can trigger ferroptosis.sup.3. Ferroptosis contributes to the antitumour function of several tumour suppressors such as p53, BAP1 and fumarase.sup.4-7. Counterintuitively, mesenchymal cancer cells--which are prone to metastasis, and often resistant to various treatments--are highly susceptible to ferroptosis.sup.8,9. Here we show that ferroptosis can be regulated non-cell-autonomously by cadherin-mediated intercellular interactions. In epithelial cells, such interactions mediated by E-cadherin suppress ferroptosis by activating the intracellular NF2 (also known as merlin) and Hippo signalling pathway. Antagonizing this signalling axis allows the proto-oncogenic transcriptional co-activator YAP to promote ferroptosis by upregulating several ferroptosis modulators, including ACSL4 and TFRC. This finding provides mechanistic insights into the observations that cancer cells with mesenchymal or metastatic property are highly sensitive to ferroptosis.sup.8. Notably, a similar mechanism also modulates ferroptosis in some non-epithelial cells. Finally, genetic inactivation of the tumour suppressor NF2, a frequent tumorigenic event in mesothelioma.sup.10,11, rendered cancer cells more sensitive to ferroptosis in an orthotopic mouse model of malignant mesothelioma. Our results demonstrate the role of intercellular interactions and intracellular NF2-YAP signalling in dictating ferroptotic death, and also suggest that malignant mutations in NF2-YAP signalling could predict the responsiveness of cancer cells to future ferroptosis-inducing therapies. Trichomonas vaginalis (TV) may have an impact on other reproductive tract infections. Studies on the connection between the infection of TV and human papillomavirus (HPV) have been inconsistent. We performed a systematic review of the relevant articles through keywords that satisfy the criteria and filtered the articles according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 16 eligible studies were screened for the meta-analysis, involving a total of 150,605 women. RevMan 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis of the selected literatures. The results showed that the papers included in this study had good homogeneity and no significant publication bias was found in the current analysis. The pooled estimates using a fixed-effects model showed that TV was more prevalent in HPV-infected women than in non-infected women [odds ratio (OR): 1.51, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.29–1.75]; In turn, HPV was more widespread in TV-infected women than in uninfected women (OR: 3.62, 95% CI: 2.71–4.85). Moreover, the interaction between TV and HPV infection was insensitive to the deletion of some studies and correlation coefficients, consequently, the results were robust and reliable. What is the relation between parents' views of their own friendships and their beliefs and practices about their children's friendships? Do parents who enjoy high-quality adult friendships understand and support adolescent friendships in ways different from parents who do not have close adult friendships? Relying on systematic analysis of interview data, this article demonstrates discrepancies between six Shanghai mothers' perceptions of their own friendships and their beliefs, attitudes, and concerns about their adolescent children's friendships. The article also presents five themes underlying the mothers' ideas about adolescent friendship: (a) no time for friendship, (b) good friends must have good grades, (c) it is important to make new friends, (d) ambiguous feelings and contradictory attitudes, and (e) weariness of peers and society. The findings are interpreted from three cultural and contextual perspectives: The Chinese tradition of emphasizing academic learning and proper behavior during adolescence, the collectivist philosophy and practice of using peer pressure to improve social behavior, and Chinese parents' anxiety over their children's gaining edges in intense academic and job competition.
