In underground mine environments, factors such as low light intensity, diffusion of dust particles, and coal slurry coverage interfere with coal gangue identification. To further realize coal-gangue sorting underground, we analyzed the coal-gangue visual characteristics coupled with the above factors. The analysis reveals that both smoke environments and coal slurry coverage tend to make the coal-gangue visual features more consistent. There are still differences in coal-gangue visual features under smoke environments, while coal slurry coverage leads to gangue exhibiting coal-related feature information. To improve the detection capability of coal gangue in underground environments, this study adopts a coal gangue recognition method based on the DG module and YOLOX-PSB network: Utilize the DG module to achieve dehazing and then use the YOLOX-PSB model for object detection. The proposed method was validated through ablation experiments, and the results showed that the detection accuracy reached 99.6%, with an FPS of 98. Coal is one of the important sources to meet the global energy demand. The intelligent treatment of coal gangue is of great significance to environmental protection and resource recycling. In the treatment of gangue, the use of manipulator sorting alone faces the challenge of being difficult to adapt to the increasing sorting intensity and high cost of use. In this study, we propose a hybrid sorting system that combines pneumatic separation and manipulator sorting to address the limitations of pneumatic separation sorting and manipulator. We design a task assignment algorithm based on genetic algorithms to realize their collaborative work for optimal overall sorting efficiency in a sequence of gangue. Experimental results demonstrate that the collaborative sorting system, incorporating both manipulator and high-pressure pneumatic separation, outperforms the single pneumatic separation sorting system with an average increase in sorting efficiency of 20.66%. Furthermore, the collaborative system increased sorting efficiency by up to 76.09% compared to single manipulator sorting. Background: To study the age-adjusted Charlson comorbidity index (ACCI) scale, which is a comprehensive quantification of multimorbidity coexistence, for the assessment of the risk of acute myocardial infarction death in elderly people., Methods and Results: A total of 502 older patients with acute myocardial infarction were studied at Qilu Hospital from September 2017 to March 2022. They were categorized on the basis of ACCI into low (≤5), intermediate (6, 7), and high (≥8) risk groups. Hospitalization duration was observed, with death as the end point. least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression was used to screen variables, 10-fold cross-validation was performed to validate the screened variables, a Cox regression nomogram predicting the risk of patient death was prepared, hazard ratio with 95% CI was calculated, a nomogram calibration curve was constructed, and a receiver operating characteristic curve, decision curve analysis, and a clinical impact curve were established. From 62 potential factors in a least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression, 12 were selected via 10-fold cross-validation. Retain variables with significant statistical differences in the Cox regression. The final homochiral indolinocodeine (-)-31 was obtained in 16 steps and 3.6% overall yield from cyclohexan-1,3-dione.
