TC4 titanium alloy bulk specimens were prepared by laser deposition manufacturing.The effect of annealing treatment on mechanical properties, microstructure of LDMed TC4 titanium alloy was studied by optical microstructure (OM),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The experimental results show that the microstructure is basketweave structure after α+β two-phase region annealing treatment and is transformed to Widmanstatten structure after β phase region annealing treatment.The mechanical properties still show significant anisotropy after annealing:Z-direction samples exhibit low strength and high plasticity, while XY-direction samples show high strength and low plasticity.The samples have a greatly decrease in strength and plasticity after β phase region annealing treatment.The annealing temperature has obvious influence on the anisotropy of the samples. The tensile properties of XY-direction samples are evidently scattered.Both direction samples exhibit ductile fracture after α+β two-phase region annealing treatment. The strength and plasticity of the samples decrease greatly after β single phase region annealing treatment, and the XY-direction samples are brittle fracture.

AbstractZhachong-13 pills (ZC-13), as a traditional prescription of Mongolian medicine, are often used in the clinical practice of Mongolian hospitals for the treatment of stroke and rheumatic arthritis. In this experiment, UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS was used to explore the chemical composition of ZC-13. The results showed that 315 compounds were identified or inferred, including 56 alkaloids, 77 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones, 61 flavonoids, 31 tannins, 8 coumarins, 16 lignans, 21 terpenoids, 5 amino acids, 19 organic acids, and 21 other components. In addition, the pharmacological activities related to anti-cerebral ischemia of these components were summarized. This result laid a foundation for further study on the pharmacodynamic material basis of ZC-13 and provided a scientific basis for the formulation of ZC-13 quality specifications. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase is main regulatory enzyme for pentose phosphate pathway. To amplify the core sequence of G6PDH gene from Chimonanthus praecox, the primers were synthesized, based on the conserved nucleotide sequence of other reported plant G6PDH genes. The specific primers were designed according to the major fragment. The full length cDNA of the G6PDH1 gene was isolated by the 3' and 5' rapid amplification of cDNA ends approach. Transcript levels of G6PDH1 isoform was measured by real-time quantitative RT-PCR in different tissues and in responds to cold treatment. The G6PDH1 subcellular localization, transmembrane domain, three-dimensional structure, and phylogenetic analysis were predicted by different software to analysis the bioinformatics of G6PDH1 protein. The G6PDH1 cDNA sequence was 2 011 bp in length and consisted of 1 551 bp Open Reading Frame (ORF) , encoding a protein of 516 amino acids. Expression analysis results in different tissues showed that G6PDH1 was primarily observed in flowers and roots, as opposed to the leaves and stems. Cold treatment experiments indicated that cold treatment caused a rapid increase in G6PDH1 expression in flowers within 12 h. The full-length cDNA of G6PDH1 and its expression analysis will play an important role for further study on cold stress responses in Ch. praecox.
