Objective: In accordance with the WHO, health is defined as integral, consisting of physical, mental, and social components that are closely interrelated and reliably correlated. Thus, the health condition of 168 university professors (39 men and 129 women) was examined. Materials and methods: They were divided by age into 3 groups (group 1 – 23-39 years old, group 2 – 40-59 years old, group 3 – 60 and above). The physiological rates were evaluated during the autumn term, and the questionnaire was conducted during the spring term (2018- 2019). Professional motivation was chosen as an indicator of the social health of a professor (the method of K. Zamfir in the modification of A. Rean). The mental health of the survey participants was assessed by the level of occupational burnout (the method of K. Maslach and S. Jackson modified by N.E. Vodopyanova). Results and Discussion: The level of physical health was determined by estimating the biological age (BA) and comparing it with the standard population rate (the express method of V.P. Voitenko). The motivation of the professors is complex and expressed in different ways. It directly depends on gender and work experience. Professors of all ages are more or less susceptible to the syndrome of occupational burnout. Conclusion: According to the BA rate, the organism of young men strongly reacts to unfavorable factors of the educational process, but it adapts with age and work experience. The organism of women has a similar dynamic, but less negative reaction. In addition, the male aging is 1.6 times more accelerated than female aging. The article is devoted to studying the risks of executing government and municipal contracts. The article examines the regulatory framework governing the execution of government contracts. Based on the actual data, the article analyses the risks of organizations arising in the field of executing government and municipal contracts. The analysis of existing theoretical approaches in the field of government and municipal contracts execution made it possible to identify the main risks, which mainly relate to factors of the external economic environment, including financial risks, inflation risks, excess costs, etc. The analysis of the problems arising in an organization when conducting and executing public procurement has shown that the main problem can be identified as a complex legislative framework, in order to improve which the government makes changes almost every quarter. The article notes that the situation is aggravated by the fact that in Russia there is no single information portal on all changes to the law. Of course, there are legal web-portals, such as "Garant" and "Consultant Plus", but these portals host more general answers, they lack explanations on specific issues. The analysis of risks in the field of executing government and municipal contracts has shown that the main problems that organizations face are the following: lack of proper control by state authorities, increased corruption risks and revealed facts of unfair actions, which also complicate the process of public procurement in the country. Based on the research, the directions for managing external risks of modern organizations in the field of executing government and municipal contracts are determined.

Ongoing climate change can shift organism phenology in ways that vary depending on species, habitats and climate factors studied. To probe for large-scale patterns in associated phenological change, we use 70,709 observations from six decades of systematic monitoring across the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Among 110 phenological events related to plants, birds, insects, amphibians and fungi, we find a mosaic of change, defying simple predictions of earlier springs, later autumns and stronger changes at higher latitudes and elevations. Site mean temperature emerged as a strong predictor of local phenology, but the magnitude and direction of change varied with trophic level and the relative timing of an event. Beyond temperature-associated variation, we uncover high variation among both sites and years, with some sites being characterized by disproportionately long seasons and others by short ones. The analyses of the traditional and developed means of measuring of parameters of airspeed vector, implementing aerometric and vane, vortex or ion-mark methods of parameters of incoming airflow are performed. The article discloses the theoretical foundations of building of the original electronic sensor of direction angle and module of airspeed vector of unmanned aircraft plane with ultrasonic instrumentation channels. The functional scheme of the electronic sensor is presented, the distinctive feature of which is using of two pairs of combined transmitters and receivers of ultrasonic vibrations propagating along and against the direction of incoming flow. Informative signals of ultrasonic instrumentation channels are registered by the measuring circuit including two instrumentation channels. The analytical models are obtained for forming and processing of informative signals, determining the parameters of airspeed vector of unmanned aircraft plane by frequency, pulse time and phase informative signals of ultrasonic instrumentation channels is presented, which are processing with built-in computer. The expediency of using frequency informative signals, excluding methodological errors of measuring airspeed, has been substantiated. The possibility of measuring the direction angle of airspeed vector in range ±180° without increasing the number of ultrasonic instrumentation channels is revealed. The competitive advantages and prospects of using the electronic sensor of airspeed vector parameters on small unmanned aircraft plane are considered. The obtained results are the theoretical basis for the development, error analysis and ensuring the accuracy of the electronic sensor of parameters of airspeed vector with ultrasonic instrumentation channels for small-sized unmanned aircraft planes of various classes and purposes.

We present an extensive, large-scale, long-term and multitaxon database on phenological and climatic variation, involving 506,186 observation dates acquired in 471 localities in Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan. The data cover the period 1890–2018, with 96% of the data being from 1960 onwards. The database is rich in plants, birds and climatic events, but also includes insects, amphibians, reptiles and fungi. The database includes multiple events per species, such as the onset days of leaf unfolding and leaf fall for plants, and the days for first spring and last autumn occurrences for birds. The data were acquired using standardized methods by permanent staff of national parks and nature reserves (87% of the data) and members of a phenological observation network (13% of the data). The database is valuable for exploring how species respond in their phenology to climate change. The article contains the results of research of influence of surface fire on the vegetation of birch forests in the Eltsovsky district of the Altai region. Changes in species composition and structure of birch stands after fires on the slopes of different exposures are considered. Groups of species were identified depending on the reaction to the action of ground fires.
