El término Comunicaciones Unificadas (UC, por sus siglas en inglés) no describe una tecnología, o incluso un grupo de tecnologías, sino que define los procesos actuales de convergencia que están sucediendo en el mercado, juntar a fabricantes, tecnologías, aplicaciones, procesos y usuarios. Las Comunicaciones Unificadas (UC) son redes IP de última generación que permiten la integración de todos los componentes separados de comunicación en una experiencia de usuario homogénea, eficiente y productiva.Todas las soluciones de Comunicaciones Unificadas (UC) están destinadas principalmente a mejorar la productividad del usuario y los procesos comerciales. Las (UC) integran canales de comunicación (medios), redes y sistemas, así como aplicaciones de negocios de IT y, en algunos casos, aplicaciones y dispositivos de consumo.Durante el desarrollo del proyecto, se realizó un análisis de las posibles soluciones de tecnología de Comunicaciones Unificadas (UC), siendo la primera una solución privativa de Cisco, Unified Communications Manager [6] [7] y la segunda una solución libre, central telefónica de Asterisk [2].

Chufa (Cyperus esculentus L. var. sativus Boeck.) is a traditional crop in the Mediterranean region of Spain, where it is only furrow irrigated. This article analyzes the irrigation performance for this crop, conducting field studies over three consecutive seasons in Valencia (Spain). Irrigation schedule was based on the volumetric soil water content, which was measured with capacitance sensors. Infiltrability was measured with blocked-furrow infiltrometers. An area velocity flow module measured the water flow, the cross-sectional geometry of furrows was determined using furrow profilometers, and times for advance and recession were recorded. WinSRFR software was used to analyze every irrigation event, determining the application efficiency (AE) and distribution uniformity of the minimum (DUmin), and to optimize the combination of furrow inflow (q) and cut-off time (Tco). Average values obtained for AE were 30.1%, 25.6%, and 26.7% in 2007, 2008, and 2009, respectively, and the corresponding DUmin values were 0.54, 0.61, and 0.67. Optimized results showed that it is possible to reach AE and DUmin values up to 87% and 0.86, respectively. However, understanding the q-Tco relationship that maximizes both AE and DUmin is more important than knowing the specific values. A function that related q and Tco was obtained for the typical plot dimensions, and this was validated in 2011. Therefore, this function can be used in most of the plots in the cultivation area., La chufa (Cyperus esculentus L. var. sativus Boeck.) es el cultivo hortícola más representativo de L’Horta Nord de Valencia (España). En este artículo se analiza el comportamiento del riego tradicional (por surcos) en el cultivo de la chufa, realizándose pruebas de campo en tres campañas sucesivas en Valencia. El plan de riego se basó en el contenido volumétrico de agua del suelo, medido con sensores de capacitancia. La infiltrabilidad se determinó mediante infiltrómetros de surco cerrado. El caudal se midió con un caudalímetro modular área-velocidad, la sección transversal del surco se determinó mediante profilómetros, y se registraron los tiempos de avance y recesión. Se utilizó el programa informático WinSRFR para analizar y optimizar cada riego, determinando la eficiencia de aplicación (EA) y la uniformidad de distribución del mínimo (UDmin), y optimizando el caudal del surco (q) y el tiempo de aplicación (Ta). Los valores medios de EA fueron 30,1%, 25,6% y 26,7% en 2007, 2008, y 2009, respectivamente, y los correspondientes valores de UDmin fueron 0,54, 0,61, y 0,67. La optimización mostró que es posible alcanzar valores de EA and UDmin de hasta 87% y 0,86, respectivamente. Pero más importante que conocer los valores concretos de q-Ta, es conocer la relación que maximiza AE y UDmin, por lo que se obtuvo una función que relaciona q y Ta, que fue validada en 2011. Esta función podría ser utilizada en la mayoría de parcelas de la zona de cultivo.

Chufa (Cyperus esculentus L. var. sativus Boeck.) is an important vegetable crop in Valencia (Spain), where its tubers are used to produce a refreshing drink called 'horchata'. Water is relatively inexpensive, there are no data regarding the volumes of water used to grow chufa, and the irrigation water use efficiency (IWUE) has neither been determined. The aim of this research was to compare the productive responses of the chufa crop to two irrigation strategies (IS). The volumetric soil water content (VSWC) was monitored with capacitance sensors. Trends in VSWC were used to determine the in situ field capacity (FC), beginning each irrigation event when the VSWC reached either approximately 45% (H1) or 60% (H2) of the FC at a soil depth of 0.10 m. The experiments were conducted over three consecutive seasons. An area velocity flow module measured the water flow. The yields, the water volumes used, and the IWUE were calculated. Plants were periodically sampled and the harvest index and relative growth rate were determined. The yield was affected by the year and by the IS. The greatest yields were obtained with the H2 strategy (on average 2.18 kg m-2 for H2 vs. 1.94 kg m-2 for H1; p≤0.01), and the average tuber weight (ATW) was affected (p≤0.01) by the year and IS interaction. IWUE was affected by the year, and none of the considered factors affected the harvest index (p≤0.05). It can be concluded that maintaining a higher VSWC would increase both yield and ATW without affecting IWUE., La chufa (Cyperus esculentus L. var. sativus Boeck.) es el cultivo hortícola más representativo de L’Horta Nord de Valencia (España). Sus tubérculos se utilizan en la elaboración de la horchata. No existen datos del volumen de agua utilizado en el cultivo, ni de la eficiencia en el uso del agua de riego (EUAR). El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la respuesta productiva de la chufa a dos estrategias de riego (ER). El contenido volumétrico de agua del suelo (CVAS) fue monitorizado mediante sensores de capacitancia, La evolución del CVAS fue utilizada para determinar los valores de capacidad de campo (CC), iniciándose cada riego, cuando el CVAS a 0,10 m de profundidad alcanzaba valores de 45% (H1) o 60% (H2) de la CC. Los experimentos se realizaron durante tres campañas consecutivas. Se calculó el rendimiento, el volumen de agua utilizado y la EUAR. Las plantas se muestrearon periódicamente y se determinó el índice de cosecha (IC) y la tasa de crecimiento relativo. El rendimiento fue afectado tanto por el año como por la ER. Los mayores rendimientos se obtuvieron con la estrategia H2 (2,18 kg m-2 en H2 frente a 1,94 kg m-2 en H1; p≤0,01) y el peso medio de los tubérculos (PMT) fue afectado (p≤0,01) por la interacción año-ER. La EUAR fue afectada por el año y ninguno de los factores analizados afectó al IC (p≤0,05). Se concluye que con los niveles más elevados de CVAS se aumentaría el rendimiento y el PMT, sin afectar a la EUAR.

This integrated approach have become essential, and as such, both the trade agenda and freight logistics are beginning to converge providing an unparalleled opportunity for countries to deepen their integration with neighboring countries and their national performance for transport related services. Consequently, developing countries are finding themselves hard-pressed to adjust their policy agendas to take into account costs not covered in past rounds of trade negotiations.
