Statistical parameters of agro-gray soil varieties obtained on the basis of generalization of information are the zero-monitoring cycle in the studied region and serve as reliable criteria for the diagnosis of these soils. Numerical indicators reflect the results of past and current soil processes. In agricultural production, the role of the arable layer with all the properties that determine the level of grain yield is especially important. Thus, in the studied varieties, there is a stable relationship between the amount of silt fraction, food elements, and humus. Thus, the clay variety is characterized by the highest fertility of the arable layer - an average content of mobile potassium (10.5 mg/100 g), an increased content of phosphorus (12.4 mg/100 g), low-concentration of humus (2.9%), close to neutral reaction of the medium (5.8 pH). Comparative analysis of soil formation products in the analyzed soil varieties shows their regular change in morphometric characteristics and properties of soils, reflects the result of soil formation processes, partly-economic activity.

The article presents the results of vegetation studies on dusting the seeds of agricultural crops with zeolite. The experiment used seeds of spring wheat variety Ulyanovskaya-105 and mechanically activated zeolite of the Tatar-Shatrashansk deposit of the Republic of Tatarstan. The activated zeolite was obtained by mechanical activation using a crushing and screening plant at OAO Zeolites of the Volga Region, the particle size is 0.20 mm. The effect of dusting seeds with zeolite in various doses (25 kg/t, 50 kg/t, 75 kg/t, and 100 kg/t) on the growth and development of spring wheat plants, as well as on the quality indicators of grain, has been evaluated. The results revealed a positive effect of agro mineral on such parameters as seed germination (increase by 2.0–12.0%), chlorophyll content in plants in the tillering phase (by 7.4–33.3%), as well as on morphometric and biochemical parameters - plant height (by 2.5% -10.1%), the number of grains in the ear (by 7.7%), plant biomass (by 1.7% -7.9%) and the protein content in the grain (by 0.6-4.2%).

Studies have been carried out with the identification of criteria for the anthropogenic stability of agro-gray forest soils according to the main indicators of biological activity under conditions of intensive farming. Soils of this type are dominant in the soil cover of the Republic of Tatarstan, so the results of the experiment can be widely interpolated to similar conditions of soil formation and serve as quickly defined markers for diagnosing anthropogenic pressure. Studies have been carried out in field crop rotation since 1992, using various doses of potassium at three levels of soil nitrogen supply. As a result of long-term use of fertilizers, changes in microbiological activity have been revealed, in the variant with the use of environmentally balanced doses of mineral nutrition, an increase in microorganisms from 3,400 thousand (control) to 4,000 thousand per 1 g of soil is observed. A subsequent increase in the dose of fertilizers led to a decrease in the number of microorganisms relative to the control. Under the influence of the optimal combination of fertilizers (option 3), conditions for the development of actinomycetes, ammonifiers, nitrifiers, cellulose-decomposing bacteria are improved, while very high doses of mineral fertilizers (N180P60K200) worsen them, indicating a decrease in the activity of beneficial bacterial microflora. This leads to a slowdown in decomposition of fiber, nitrification and other biochemical processes. Indicators of the biological activity of the soil correlate among themselves, as well as with other indicators of its fertility, with the productivity of crop rotation and therefore can serve as an additional diagnostic sign when assessing the anthropogenic stability of the agricultural soil of the agricultural soil in intensive agriculture.

Experimental samples of biological products based on endophytic microorganism strains were tested on sugar beet root plants. The studies were carried out at ZAI Agrofirm LLC, Zay District, the Republic of Tatarstan. The most effective preparations applied at the early stages (3–4 leaf phase) were RECB – 31 B (1.5 l/ha), RECB – 74 B (1.5 l/ha), RECB – 74 B (1.5 l/ha), RECB – 44 B (2.0 l/ha), RECB – 50 B (2.0 l/ha), and RECB – 74 B (2.0 l/ha). Biological preparations applied in the row closing leaf phase have an advantage over chemical preparations when applying RECB – 14 B (1.5 l/ha), RECB – 31 B (1.5 l/ha), RECB – 74 B (1.5 l/ha), RECB – 74 B (2.0 l/ha). At the late vegetation stages, experimental preparations increased the yield. A significant increase was observed when applying RECB – 95 B (1.5 l/ha).

The paper analyzes the regional statistical characteristics of analytical and morphometric properties of agro-gray soils formed in one-factor conditions of the Privyatskaya band of the Pre-Kama region of the Republic of Tatarstan. The sampling of analytical data was carried out in accordance with the systematic group and non-eroded soil analogues. The upper part of the soil profile of the studied soil has a low humus content, medium acid reaction, the profile distribution of the sum of absorbed bases is almost uniform and is in the range of 22.6 to 26.8 mmol /100 g of soil. Generalization of the accumulated analytical and morphological information is a zero cycle of monitoring of arable soils and can serve as a reference for comparison to identify changes in the properties and morphological structure of arable soils in the region. In conditions of intensive agriculture, statistical parameters make it possible to purposefully manage soil fertility in the studied region.
