Background Given the increasing prevalence of the high incidence of bone and joint diseases in the elderly population, and significantly associated with higher mortality, more disability, decline in functional status and lower quality of life, this creates a large disease burden. There is currently no research on the prevalence and influencing factors of this disease in Henan Province. Objective To provide scientific basis for understanding the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of bone and joint diseases in the elderly population in Henan Province and implementing precise prevention and control. Methods The multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used to obtain the demographic characteristics, past disease history, physical activity and physical indicators of permanent residents aged≥18 years old in Henan Province in 2018 through questionnaires, medical physical examination, laboratory testing and other methods. 1 055 people aged ≥60 years old were included in this study. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of bone and joint diseases in the elderly population with different characteristics in Henan Province. Results The incidence rate of bone and joint diseases among the elderly population in Henan Province in 2018 was 28.13% (95%CI=28.10%-28.15%). Among them, women, urban areas, those with overweight or obesity, central obesity, dyslipidemia or hyperlipidemia, snoring history, moderate intensity activity, and non-smoking history have higher incidence rates, and the differences are statistically significant (P

Background: It is an important clinical means to identify benign and malignant breast diseases caused by nipple discharge through the detection and analysis of components in nipple discharge. This study was aimed to test the expression and clinical significance of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in nipple discharge of breast cancer patients. Methods: From January 2017 to December 2018, 86 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast with nipple discharge (breast cancer group) and 50 patients with ordinary breast duct hyperplasia with nipple discharge (benign control group) were selected, and the levels of CA125, CA153 and CEA in nipple discharge and serum were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Results: The levels of CA125, CA153 and CEA in nipple discharge and serum in benign control group were significantly lower than those in the breast cancer group, and the levels of CA125, CA153 and CEA in serum were obviously lower than those in nipple discharge. The expression levels of CA125, CA153 and CEA in nipple discharge in the breast cancer group had no significant difference in different age of onset and different tumor sites. The CA125, CA153 and CEA levels in nipple discharge of patients with tumor diameter 5 cm, low differentiation, high stage, metastasis, and recurrence were obviously elevated versus to those of patients with tumor diameter

In order to improve the electrochemical performance of the activated carbon electrode material, the activated carbon was treated with acid washing and modified by hydrofluoric acid solution, and the pore structure characteristics of the activated carbon were improved by dissolving the silica salt in the hydrofluoric acid solution by dissolving the silica salt in the hydrofluoric acid solution. At the same time, the surface functional groups containing Si—O bonds and Si—H bonds with strong hydrophobicity on the surface of activated carbon were removed, so that the activated carbon electrode material has a larger specific surface area and stronger wettability, thereby making the capacitor produce larger the electric double layer capacitance. The experimental results show that the acid washing modification treatment of activated carbon with HF solution, the silica salts in the activated carbon are basically removed, the connectivity of pore channels was enhanced, the number of pore structures was increased, and the specific surface area of the activated carbon electrode material reached 2983 m2/g. Compared with the activated carbon without acid washing modification, the specific surface area of the activated carbon after acid washing modification is increased by 31.23%, which improves the surface functional groups of the activated carbon. When the current density was 0.1 A/g, the specific capacitance of the capacitor is as high as 338 F/g, even at current density of 10 A/g, the capacitor still maintains a high specific capacitance of 302 F/g and exhibits good cycling stability.

Objective To investigate the effect of Six Sigma projects in the management of operating room, and to provide effective reference for reducing infection in the operating room. Methods A total of 100 patients who received surgical treatment from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected into the experimental group, and Six Sigma Management was applied to the daily surgical management. Another 100 patients who received surgical treatment from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and into the control group. The occurrence of surgical error, iatrogenic infection, massive hemorrhage during and after operation and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of surgical error, iatrogenic infection, massive hemorrhage during and after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group respectively(P＜0. 01). Satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Application of Six Sigma projects could effectively reduce the risk of operation error, iatrogenic infection and massive bleeding during and after operation, improve patient satisfaction and the management efficiency in the operating room. Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM) rarely leads to pulmonary embolism. Due to its low incidence, the underlying pathophysiology, prognosis, and optimal treatment remain largely unexplored and uninvestigated. In this study, a patient with a double-clonal WM, a rare subtype, presented with pulmonary embolism. The patient had a small number of plasma cells without morphological abnormalities, and an effective therapeutic response was observed. Nonetheless, the clinical prognosis requires a long-term follow-up.

The swift advancement of information technology has catalyzed the emergence of diverse new technical tools, presenting both significant opportunities and formidable challenges for university library service innovation. This study harnesses meta-universe technology to explore its integration with library services and to establish an architecture for an intelligent library system. It employs the trilateration positioning algorithm, among other technologies, to enhance the precision of user-targeted services within the smart library. Furthermore, the similarity of user preferences is calculated using a collaborative filtering algorithm, which is then utilized to refine the system’s recommendation mechanisms. A comprehensive research design was developed, incorporating empirical methods to evaluate the smart library system’s effectiveness from the perspectives of user satisfaction and willingness to engage with the technology. Among the ten higher education institutions evaluated, the ninth institution displayed the most favorable user experience, achieving a score of 0.757. Additionally, the study found a significant positive correlation between the variables measuring users’ willingness to use the system, ranging from 0.1 to 0.7. Notably, the strongest correlation was observed between concerns about privacy and behavioral intent, with a correlation coefficient of 0.6598. These findings underscore the critical importance of prioritizing user privacy in the development of intelligent library systems.

Based on the design of functional orientation, the training mechanism of young Marxists was innovated by combining network characteristics. Forty experts from enterprises, colleges, and universities were selected, and the Delphi method was applied to finalize the evaluation index system of the Marxist cultivation mechanism. Based on the evaluation index system, the Marxist cultivation mechanism’s evaluation model was constructed using principal component analysis. The results show that the weight coefficient of the effect index Q16 of the Marxist cultivation mechanism is 0.32415, and the weight coefficient of the innovation index Q8 of the Marxist cultivation mechanism is 0.20381. The extracted principal components can effectively explain the key factors of the cultivation mechanism. This study advances the new development of the Marxist cultivation mechanism in terms of epochal, scientific, and systematic, which is of great significance to the development of Marxist education in colleges and universities.

Summary: Background: Leritrelvir is a novel α-ketoamide based peptidomimetic inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 main protease. A preclinical study has demonstrated leritrelvir poses similar antiviral activities towards different SARS-CoV-2 variants compared with nirmatrelvir. A phase 2 clinical trial has shown a comparable antiviral efficacy and safety between leritrelvir with and without ritonavir co-administration. This trial aims to test efficacy and safety of leritrelvir monotherapy in adults with mild-to-moderate COVID-19. Methods: This was a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicentre phase 3 trial at 29 clinical sites in China. Enrolled patients were from 18 to 75 years old, diagnosed with mild or moderate COVID-19 and not requiring hospitalization. Patients had a positive SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test (NAT) and at least one of the COVID-19 symptoms within 48 h before randomization, and the interval between the first positive SARS-CoV-2 NAT and randomization was ≤120 h (5 days). Patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive a 5-day course of either oral leritrelvir 400 mg TID or placebo. The primary efficacy endpoint was the time from the first dose to sustained clinical recovery of all 11 symptoms (stuffy or runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or dyspnea, cough, muscle or body aches, headache, chills, fever ≥37 °C, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea). The safety endpoint was the incidence of adverse events (AE). Primary and safety analyses were performed in the intention-to-treat (ITT) population. This study is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov, NCT05620160. Findings: Between Nov 12 and Dec 30, 2022 when the zero COVID policy was abolished nationwide, a total of 1359 patients underwent randomization, 680 were assigned to leritrelvir group and 679 to placebo group. The median time to sustained clinical recovery in leritrelvir group was significantly shorter (251.02 h [IQR 188.95–428.68 h]) than that of Placebo (271.33 h [IQR 219.00–529.63 h], P = 0.0022, hazard ratio [HR] 1.20, 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.07–1.35). Further analysis of subgroups for the median time to sustained clinical recovery revealed that (1) subgroup with positive viral nucleic acid tested ≤72 h had a 33.9 h difference in leritrelvir group than that of placebo; (2) the subgroup with baseline viral load >8 log 10 Copies/mL in leritrelvir group had 51.3 h difference than that of placebo. Leritrelvir reduced viral load by 0.82 log10 on day 4 compared to placebo. No participants in either group progressed to severe COVID-19 by day 29. Adverse events were reported in two groups: leritrelvir 315 (46.46%) compared with placebo 292 (43.52%). Treatment-relevant AEs were similar 218 (32.15%) in the leritrelvir group and 186 (27.72%) in placebo. Two cases of COVID-19 pneumonia were reported in placebo group, and one case in leritrelvir group, none of them were considered by the investigators to be leritrelvir related. The most frequently reported AEs (occurring in ≥5% of participants in at least one group) were laboratory finding: hypertriglyceridemia (leritrelvir 79 [11.7%] vs. placebo 70 [10.4%]) and hyperlipidemia (60 [8.8%] vs. 52 [7.7%]); all of them were nonserious. Interpretation: Leritrelvir monotherapy has good efficacy for mild-to-moderate COVID-19 and without serious safety concerns. Ion migration spectrometry technology is an effective method for rapid detection of chemical warfare agents in the field. 63Ni source for poision alarm is a common ionization source because of its advantages of no maintenance and safe use. In this paper, the preparation method of 63Ni source for poision alarm was studied, and the activity measuring device and electroplating device were designed. The most important is to study the parameters of electroplating process, so as to determine the best electroplating conditions are temperature 20 ℃, current density 20 mA/cm2, pH 2-3, electroplating time 10 min. Finally, parallelism experiment and fastness test were carried out. The results show that the qualified rate of primary electroplating of the radioactive source prepared by this method can reach 100% and the coating and nickel sheet are firmly bonded. The radioactive source prepared by this method can meet the requirements of ion migration spectrometry technology.

Objective Using Benson’s relaxation training to reduce the physical tension and anxiety of elderly patients with glioma after surgery, improve the quality of sleep, relieve fatigue, and improve the satisfaction of patients during hospitalization. Methods A total of 100 elderly glioma patients admitted to the hospital from April to October 2022 were studied. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given Benson’s relaxation training on the basis of postoperative routine care. After 4 weeks, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), revised-Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS-R) and patient nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, total score of PSQI and R-PFS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group respectively(P＜0. 01). The score of patient satisfaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Benson’s relaxation training can effectively improve the sleep quality of elderly glioma patients, reduce the degree of fatigue, improve nursing satisfaction. (目的 通过采用本森放松训练来缓解老年胶质瘤患者术后躯体紧张和焦虑感, 改善患者睡眠质量, 缓解疲乏, 提高患者住院期间的满意度。方法 选取2022年4月—10月首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科肿瘤六病区收治的100例老年胶质瘤患者为研究对象, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各50例。对照组接受常规护理, 观察组在常规护理的基础上给予患者本森放松训练。干预4周后比较两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)评分, 评价患者护理满意度。结果 干预 4 周后, 观察组PSQI量表总分和R-PFS量表总分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组满意度评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 本森放松训练方法能有效改善老年脑胶质瘤患者的睡眠质量, 降低患者疲乏程度, 提高护理满意度。)

In the process of enamel development, premature senescence and apoptosis of ameloblasts are important causes of hereditary enamel hypoplasia. Silence information regulator 2-related enzyme 1 (Sirt1) is a nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide (NAD+)-dependent deacetylase that has been widely reported to be involved in the regulation of cell senescence. This paper reviews the research progress of Sirt1 regulating epithelial cell senescence, starting with the structural characteristics of Sirt1, and further expounds on the relationship between Sirt1 and senescence. When epithelial cells are stimulated, Sirt1 affects the senescence of epithelial cells in many ways, such as mitochondrial dysfunction. Sirt1 participates in regulating mitochondrial function and metabolic homeostasis, and telomere length is negatively related to senescence. Sirt1 regulates the expression of telomere reverse transcriptase needed for telomere extension, thus positively regulating telomere homeostasis. DNA damage will undergo damage repair, unrepaired DNA damage will cause cell senescence, and the Sirt1/p53 pathway can inhibit epithelial cell senescence by reducing DNA damage. Senescent cells are the source of chronic inflammation, and chronic inflammation can also promote aging in many ways. Sirt1 inhibits epithelial cell senescence by relieving inflammatory symptoms. In future research, we can focus on the effect of Sirt1 on ameloblast senescence and explore its specific mechanism of action on ameloblasts to find a breakthrough in the etiology and treatment of enamel hypoplasia.

Background Tolvaptan is widely used in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) , but the effect of different doses of tolvaptan on the prognosis of elderly CHF patients is unclear. Objective To investigate the effect of two commonly used doses of tolvaptan, 7.5 mg/d and 15.0 mg/d, on the prognosis of elderly patients with CHF. Methods This is a retrospective cohort study. This study selected patients (age≥80 years) with CHF treated with tolvaptan in the health care ward of the 960th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force of China from February 2016 to February 2022, and analyzed their clinical data. The patients were divided into 7.5 mg/d and 15.0 mg/d groups based on the dose of tolvaptan. The end point of follow-up was the occurrence of all-cause mortality or cardiovascular mortality or until the end of follow-up. This study used Kaplan-Meier method to perform survival curves analysis and used Cox proportional hazards regression models to analyze the effect of two doses of tolvaptan on all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality in elderly patients with CHF. Results This study enrolled 212 elderly patients with CHF, and the follow-up was 374.5 (155.5, 940.5) days. 124 (58.5%) patients died from all-cause mortality and 54 (25.5%) patients died from cardiovascular mortality during the follow-up. Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that 15.0 mg/d group had higher rates of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality compared with 7.5 mg/d group (P=0.004 3, P=0.001 2) . Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression model analysis showed that after adjusting for age, NYHA cardiac functional class, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, diuretics, albumin (ALB) , serum N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) , 15.0 mg/d group had a 1.03-fold increased risk of all-cause mortality〔HR=2.03, 95%CI (1.34, 2.99) 〕and 1.51-fold increased risk of cardiovascular mortality〔HR=2.51, 95%CI (1.40, 4.50) 〕compared with 7.5 mg/d group. This study stratified analysis by eGFR, age, ALB, and NT-proBNP, the results showed that tolvaptan 15.0 mg/d group had higher rates of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality. Conclusion Tolvaptan 15.0 mg/d group had higher rates of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality compared with tolvaptan 7.5 mg/d in elderly CHF patients (age≥80 years) . We may recommend using low-dose tolvaptan.

In order to solve the problems of low quality of the oxide film and easy peeling off of the sealed organic film in the traditional adsorption method of aluminum oxide film, anhydrous ethanol was added into the electrolyte to obtain a smooth and flat aluminum oxide film with a pore size of 50-60 nm, a thickness of 1 μm, and orderly pores. Then a SiO2 sol-gel with a particle size of 40-50 nm was synthesized. The particle size of the sol matches the pore size of the aluminum oxide film, and the colloidal particles are easily adsorbed by the inner wall of the hole. Under the condition of heating, a composite Al2O3-SiO2 structure can be formed on the surface of the pores to completely seal the aluminum oxide film. The SiO2 sol-gel prepared by this work is very pure, and there is no introduction of basic catalyst in the whole process, which will not corrode the structure of aluminum oxide film. Finally, the stability and uniformity of the radioactive source were tested. The experimental results show that the radioactive source has good stability and uniformity.

Objective To summarise the process of conversion of epidural labour analgesia to anaesthesia for caesarean delivery and explore the relationship between duration of labour analgesia and conversion.Methods Parturients who underwent conversion from epidural labour analgesia to anaesthesia for caesarean delivery between May 2019 and April 2020 at the Chengdu Women’s and Children’s Central Hospital, Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Jinjiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected. If the position of the epidural catheter was correct and the effect was good, patients were converted to epidural surgical anaesthesia. If epidural labour analgesia was ineffective, spinal anaesthesia (SA) was administered immediately. For category-1 emergency caesarean sections, general anaesthesia (GA) was administered.Results A total of 1084 parturients underwent conversion. Of these, 19 (1.9%) received GA due to the initiation of category-1 emergency caesarean section. 704 (64.9%) were converted to epidural surgical anaesthesia, 2 (0.2%) had failed conversions and were administered GA before delivery, and 357 (32.9%) were converted to SA. Logistic regression analysis showed that prolonged duration of epidural labour analgesia ([Crude odds ratio (OR)=1.065; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.037–1.094; p 8 h is associated with conversion failure.If it is impossible to judge whether the conversion is successful immediately, spinal anaesthesia should be administered to minimise complications.

By using image analysis technology and automatic control technology, the artificial intelligence technology was applied to the detection of unsound wheat kernels. The automatic, rapid and nondestructive detection instrument for unsound wheat kernels was developed. Through the verification of accuracy, repeatability, stability, difference between two instruments and other related performance parameters, the results showed that the instrument had stable performance. The accuracy, repeatability, stability and difference between two instruments met the requirements of industry standards. The operation was simple, and the detection speed was fast. It can overcome the problems of strong subjectivity, poor repeatability and poor inspection consistency among different personnel with manual checking, achieving the automatic and rapid nondestructive testing of unsound wheat kernels, and meeting the testing demand of grain collection and storage enterprises, processing enterprises and inspection agencies.

Objective To explore the application value of six prediction models reported at home and abroad for adverse outcomes of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP) in eastern and western China. Methods For all patients who delivered in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University and Sichuan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2019 and were diagnosed with HDP, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Six models, fullPIERS, miniPIERS, Zwertbroek, PREP, Ngwenya, and Ma Guojun, were used to predict the risk of adverse outcomes for the patients. The predictive performance of the models was evaluated in terms of discrimination and calibration. Results A total of 2978 patients were eligible. Combined adverse outcomes occurred in 13.6% (405/2978) of women within 48 h of admission, and 22.0% (655/2978) at any time during admission. The delivery < 34 weeks (49.4%, 200/405), need for blood product transfusion (43.5%, 176/405), and placental abruption (23.5%, 95/405) were the most common adverse outcomes within 48 hours of admission. The area under of the curve of the six models for predicting adverse outcomes in the patients with HDP within 48 hours of admission/during hospitalization ranged from 0.600 to 0.897, the sensitivity ranged from 57.1% to 69.5%, and the specificity ranged from 60.1% to 76.6%. The Hosmer-Lemeshow test showed that except for the PREP model (which had a small validation population and was not evaluated for calibration), the P-values of all the other 5 models were less than 0.05. Conclusions The six prediction models have certain application value in the prediction of adverse outcomes of HDP patients in the eastern and western regions of China, but the fitting is poor. The predictors involved in some models are not routine inspection indicators, and the feasibility of large-scale model application is still open to question. It is still necessary to establish a better prognostic model suitable for local areas based on Chinese characteristics.

Monitoring intracellular calcium ion levels accurately and efficiently is crucial for gaining a profound understanding of cellular functionality. Inappropriate staining conditions may result in deviations in fluorescent signals, which affects the accuracy and repeatability of experimental outcomes. To measure the concentrations change of Ca2+ accurately, immunofluorescent staining of intracellular calcium is an essential process. In order to solve the previous dyeing problem of our research group, we designed and performed an experimental scheme. The results indicated that a staining duration of 30 minutes with a dye concentration at a 1/1000 dilution ratio consistently yielded the most reliable and stable staining outcomes. The results of this study have established the foundation of the future experiments and may be further helpful to provide a valuable foundation for the development of therapeutic strategies targeting bone diseases.

The scope of aesthetics is often bound by the limits of sensory perception. In appreciating music and painting, information is typically processed through distinct perceptual channels. However, at the cerebral cortex and nervous system level, these modes of perception can interact and integrate, influenced by collected audiovisual information, thereby enriching the aesthetic experience and improving aesthetic efficiency. The domain of audio-visual interactive aesthetics holds significant potential in aesthetic education, yet current research in this area has made limited substantial advancements. This paper explores the functionality and impact of an audio-visual interactive aesthetic model, combining music and painting, within practical aesthetic education through a series of applied experiments. By incorporating Chinese traditional music and painting into children’s regular curriculum, we conduct a quantitative evaluating and analysis of the benefits of audio-visual multi-sensory aesthetics over single-channel perception in enhancing children’s emotional, aesthetic experiences, and cognitive abilities.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a severe and heterogenous psychiatric disorder that was first defined as a mental disorder in 1980. Currently, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-5) and the International Classification of Diseases 11th Edition (ICD-11) offer the most widely accepted diagnostic guidelines for PTSD. In both diagnostic categories, experiencing a traumatic event (TE) is the necessary criterion for diagnosing PTSD. The TEs described in the DSM-5 include actual or threatened death, serious injury, sexual violence, and other extreme stressors, either directly or indirectly. More than 70% of adults worldwide are exposed to a TE at least once in their lifetime, and approximately 10% of individuals develop PTSD after experiencing a TE. The important features of PTSD are intrusion or re-experiencing fear memories, pervasive sense of threat, active avoidance, hyperarousal symptoms, and negative alterations of cognition and mood. Individuals with PTSD have high comorbidities with other psychiatric diseases, including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and substance use disorder. Multiple lines of evidence suggest that the pathophysiology of PTSD is complex, involving abnormal neural circuits, molecular mechanisms, and genetic mechanisms. A combination of both psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy is used to treat PTSD, but has limited efficacy in patients with refractory PTSD. Because of the high prevalence, heavy burden, and limited treatments, PTSD is a psychiatric disorder that requires urgent attention. In this review, we summarize and discuss the diagnosis, prevalence, TEs, pathophysiology, and treatments of PTSD and draw attention to its prevention.

The abnormal increase in the temperature of the cable core is an extremely early phenomenon observed during a mining cable internal-caused fire; therefore, the cable internal-caused fire warning system relies on the prompt and accurate measurement of the cable core temperature. The paper proposed a thermal circuit model to calculate the core temperature from the surface temperature of the outer sheath of the cable. The steady-state thermal circuit model is suitable for calculating the temperature when the cable is working normally and the current is stable, whereas the transient thermal circuit model is suitable for calculating the temperature when the cable is faulty. The calculation error of the model is analyzed through the internal-caused fire experiment of the mine cable, and the feasibility of the model algorithm is verified. The results show that the values obtained using the thermal circuit model are in good agreement with the experimental values, and the relative error is less than 10 %, which can be considered to be the criterion for providing early warning in case of a mining cable internal-caused fire.

The rapid growth of the global population and technological progress has significantly increased the world's total power generation.Electric energy consumption forecasts play an essential role in power system dispatch and power generation management.Aim at the complex characteristics of time series of energy consumption data,and to improve the prediction accuracy of power consumption,a novel sandwich structure is proposed,in which an Attention mechanism is placed in the double layer long short-term memory artificial neural network,namely A-DLSTM.This network structure uses the attention mechanism in the mezzanine to adaptively focus on different features in each single time unit and uses the two-layer LSTM network to capture the time information in the sequence to predict the sequence data.The experimental data comes from the UCI machine learning data set,and it is the electricity consumption of a family in the past five years.The parameters of the experiment are adjusting by the grid search method.The experiment compares the prediction performance of A-DLSTM and the existing model on energy consumption data.The network of this article reaches the state-of-the-art in terms of mean square error,root mean square error,average absolute error,and average absolute percentage error.By analyzing the heat map's attention layer,the factor that has the most significant impact on electricity consumption forecasting is determined.

High-throughput sequencing technology combined with plate colony counting method was used to detect and analyze the microflora of water kefir and its starter water kefir granules. Probiotics were screened from naturally fermented water kefir and water kefir granules, and the selected probiotics were identified by individual and population morphological observation, physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The results showed that lactic acid bacteria were the dominant bacteria in the two samples; whether it is water kefir or water kefir grain, Firmicutes and Proteus are the dominant bacteria, Lactobacillus and Acetobacter are the dominant bacteria, The bacterial diversity and richness of water kefir granules were higher than those of water kefir；A total of 7 strains of lactic acid bacteria with potential probiotics of acid and bile resistant salts were screened, and the identification results were four strains of Lactobacillus fermentum, one strain of Lactobacillus paracasei, one strain of Lactobacillus harbinensis and one strain of Lactobacillus rubrum were identified and named Lactobacillus fermentum cc4、Lactobacillus fermentum cc8、Lactobacillus fermentum cc9、Lactobacillus fermentum cc22、Lactobacillus paracasei cc1、Lactobacillus harbinensis cc5、Lactobacillus satsumensis cc12.

According to the requirements of GB/T 15000—2008 《Directives for the work of reference materials preparation》, the method of preparing reference materials for determination of wheat flour quality curve- stability time is established. High quality wheat flour, fully mixed and packed and without any additives, is used as raw materials. The uniformity and stability test and fixed value analysis of the stability time of the samples are carried out by Farinograph. The results show that the reference materials have good uniformity and stability under the storage condition with the temperature of 0 ℃ to 10 ℃ for 24 months. A cooperative certification is conducted with 11 qualified laboratories. The certification result of the reference material is 10.3 min and the expanded uncertainty is 0.6. The reference material conform to the technical requirements of the national standard sample development guidelines and can be used for the verification of wheat flour stability time test method and Farinograph, and it also has applications in the level assessment of laboratory personnel and the quality control of the detection process.

As geo-hazard monitoring data increases in category and size, conventional geo-hazard information management systems, without a unified integration framework and visualized data display, are unable to satisfy the urgent needs of geo-hazard information management. Representational State Transfer (REST), a resource-centered service architecture, abstracts data and services into resources for unified Uniform Resource Identifier access, enabling it to take full advantage of HTTP with great flexibility and scalability. Based on the REST service architecture, this paper constructs a 3D geo-hazard monitoring and early warning platform with sound service compatibility and scalability by integrating geographical information, real-time monitoring data, and early warning models into the 3D Digital Earth framework. The platform displays topography, stratum lithology, and relevant information, as well as real-time monitoring data in a 3D visual, and provides early warning services for geo-hazards through access to real-time early warning models. As a result, it is capable of providing comprehensive information management, monitoring, and early warning of multiple geo-hazards, aiding decision-making in disaster prevention and mitigation, and enhancing the information level of geo-hazard prevention and mitigation work.

Traditional class action recognition methods focus on the recognition of interactive behavior itself,not the group discovery.Accurate positioning and discovery of interactive groups in class environment is the basis for further individual behavior recognition,but there is a problem of missing behavior data caused by occlusion.Skeletal data represent human behavior and motion trajectory,and have the advantages of not being disturbed by light and background,and simple data expression.Aiming at multi-person interactive group discovery of skeleton data,an interactive group discovery algorithm based on skeleton trajectory aggregation (IGSTA) is proposed.Firstly,this paper standardizes the skeleton data into the human-centered coordinate system to reduce the impact on recognition accuracy of different body size and initial position of person.Secondly,a skeleton trajectory aggregation model based on multi-core representation is proposed to accurately describe the changes of students' interactive beha-vior groups.Finally,the aggregated skeleton trajectories are clustered to realize the discovery of interactive group.Kinect is used to obtain the simulated video of classroom student interaction behavior.Experiments proves the validity of the method,that is,in the case of missing skeleton nodes,the interaction group of students can be accurately found in class environment.

Using Lactobacillus casei,Lactobacillus fermentum,and Saccharomyces cerevisiae to ferment soybean syrup water,the viable lactic acid bacteria and yeast were used as indicators to study the effect of molasses addition,initial pH,inoculation amount,inoculation ratio,culture speed,fermentation temperature and time on the number of viable bacteria in fermentation broth.On the basis of single factor experiment,the response surface method was used to optimize the technological parameters of soybean yellow slurry fermentation.The results showed that the best process parameters were:inoculation amount 6%,inoculation ratio 1∶1∶1,culture speed 120 r/min,culture time 2 days,molasses addition 5.12%,initial pH 6.80,culture temperature 30.97 ℃,under which thenumber of viable lactic acid bacteria in the fermentation broth of soybean yellow jelly was 3.18×109 CFU/mL,and the number of yeast was 4.1×108 CFU/mL.

Objective To analyze potential problems in submission process of specimen for nucleic acid detection, and summarize targeted management strategies. Methods A total of 1085 patients who admitted fever clinic between July 27, 2020 and October 31, 2020 were included as research objects. The potential problems in submission process of specimen for nucleic acid detection were analyzed, and targeted interventions were carried out. Results After implementation of management strategies, there was a trend toward decrease in the duration between specimen collection and report issuing time, as well as patient’s duration of stay in the fever clinic. Conclusion It is effective to shorten the duration of stay in the fever clinic by optimizing the submission process of specimen for nucleic acid detection, and it has positive influence on reducing the risk of cross infection and improving the diagnosis efficiency. (目的 分析发热门诊患者核酸检测标本运送情况并总结相关管理措施。方法 选取2020年7月27日—10月31日医院发热门诊收治的1085例患者作为研究对象, 分析常规标本送检与交接模式中存在的不足, 针对问题实施干预措施。结果 改进核酸检测标本送检与交接模式后, 取样时间至出报告时间的用时呈现下降趋势, 患者在发热门诊停留的时间缩短。结论 针对发热门诊患者核酸检测标本送检与交接模式进行优化和改进, 能够缩短患者在发热门诊等待的时间, 对减少交叉感染风险、提高诊疗效率具有积极意义。)

In order to solve the problems of single identification target and lack of positioning ability of the existing image identification methods of foreign objects, an identification method of non-coal foreign object of belt conveyor based on deep learning is proposed.This method uses the target detection algorithm YOLOv3 as the basic framework, and uses the Focal Loss function to replace the cross entropy loss function in the original model to improve the YOLOv3 model. By adjusting the optimal hyperparameters (weight parameter α and focus parameter γ) to balance the ratio between samples, the method solves the non-coal foreign object sample imbalance problem. Therefore, the model focuses more on learning complex target sample characteristics during training and improves the model forecast performance. A foreign object dataset is built and the classification performance and speed are tested by the foreign object dataset.The results show that the Focal Loss function performs better than the cross entropy loss function in the foreign object dataset, and the accuracy is increased by 5% when γ=2 and α=075. Therefore, the optimal hyperparameter is γ=2 and α=075.The improved YOLOv3 model's identification accuracy of the three non-coal foreign objects of bolts, angle ironsand nuts increases by about 47%, 35% and 68% respectively, and the recall rate increases by about 66%, 35% and 60% respectively. Under the 2080Ti platform, the predicted type of each image is consistent with the actual type, and the confidence level is above 94%.

Objective To investigate the application effects of online teaching practice of Basic Nursing based on Tencent classroom, MOOC, Rain Classroom and QQ group. Methods A total of 733 nursing students of academic year 2018 were investigated by online questionnaire, and the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100. 00%. Results The survey found that 12. 01% of the students had noisy classroom environment, the number of students with weak network signal was 20. 05%, 22. 73% of the students thought that the network was the most important factor affecting online learning, 58. 39% of the students had general classroom interaction, 70. 12% of the students thought their autonomous learning ability is average, 63. 98% of the students had general ability to search and integrate information online. 91. 95% of the students were very satisfied with the online teaching mode of "Four Combinations", and their test scores were ideal. Conclusion Students were generally satisfied with the online teaching mode of "Four Combinations", but it was still necessary to improve the online teaching environment, strengthen the effect of classroom interaction and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability. The new online teaching mode of Basic Nursing Courses in macroteaching could provide reference for the effective implementation of online teaching. Reducing NOx emission in the exhaust gas under the extremely low temperature of engine cold start was important for the ecological environment and human health.MnO2 has high catalytic activity for NOx in the low temperature range, which is a promising nanocatalyst.The intrinsic relationship between the surface structural characteristics and denitrification activity of MnO2-Fe2O3-CeO2/Al2O3 nanocatalysts produced by ultrasonic assisted coprecipitation method with different manganese contents was discussed. The results show that when the manganese content is 15%(mass fraction), the nanocatalyst has the largest specific surface area and the smallest grain size. At the same time, the distribution of active substances is the most uniform. Meanwhile, the crystallinity of metal oxides is suppressed, and Mn, Fe and Ce are in the best coexistence state, which can promote the enrichment of chemisorption oxygen. The catalytic oxidation of NO to NO2 improves the reaction rate of fast SCR, and the NO2 conversion reaches 88.5% at 50 ℃. Optimizing manganese content is an extremely effective method to improve the structure-activity relationship of catalytic materials and promote the performance of NO preoxidation and fast SCR reaction.

Deep brain stimulation (DBS) applied to the nucleus accumbens (NAc) alleviates the depressive symptoms of major depressive disorders. We investigated the mechanism of this effect by assessing gene expression and RNA methylation changes in the ventral tegmental area (VTA) following NAc-DBS in a chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) mouse model of depression. Gene expression and N6-methyladenosine (m6A) levels in the VTA were measured in mice subjected to CUMS and then DBS, and transcriptome-wide m6A changes were profiled using immunoprecipitated methylated RNAs with microarrays, prior to gene ontology analysis. The expression levels of genes linked to neurotransmitter receptors, transporters, transcription factors, neuronal activities, synaptic functions, and mitogen-activated protein kinase and dopamine signaling were upregulated in the VTA upon NAc-DBS. Furthermore, m6A modifications included both hypermethylation and hypomethylation, and changes were positively correlated with the upregulation of some genes. Moreover, the effects of CUMS on gene expression and m6A-mRNA modification were reversed by DBS for some genes. Interestingly, while the expression of certain genes was not changed by DBS, long-term stimulation did alter their m6A modifications. NAc-DBS-induced modifications are correlated largely with upregulation but sometimes downregulation of genes in CUMS mice. Our findings improve the current understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying DBS effects on depression.

The crown-root ratio (C/R) theory of natural teeth has been widely recognized in the field of stomatology,and has important clinical significance in predicting and assessing the prognosis of natural teeth as well as for abutment selection during denture restoration. In the past few decades, scholars have advocated for the implantation of implants as long in length as possible to improve the success rate according to the theory of crown-root ratio of natural teeth. However, with the application of short implants, our philosophy of implantation has changed, and the relationship between the crown-implant (C/I) ratio and complications has become one of the current research hotspots. In this paper, the concept of the crown-implant ratio, the research progress of the C/I ratio, the implant survival rate and clinical complications of implant restoration were reviewed and summarized, and the following suggestions were put forward: although most studies have shown no significant correlation between the C/I ratio and implant survival or marginal bone loss, this relationship may increase the risk of mechanical complications. A C/I < 3 and a crown length < 15 mm are recommended in implant restoration; when ultra-short implants are applied, the implant system can increase the bone-to-implant contact area, and splint prostheses such as crown or bridge are recommended.
