The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship of the organizational identification level and the organizational creativity perception level of the personnel of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Istanbul Sports Events and Trade Management Incorporated Company (Sport Istanbul). In line with the aim of the study; the personnel of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Istanbul Sports Events and Trade Management Incorporated Company (Sport Istanbul). has constituted the population of the study, and volunteer participants determined by simple random sampling method (n=285) have constituted the sample of the same. Survey method has been applied as the data collection tool. The participants have been applied a personal information form; the organizational identification scale developed by Ashforth (1992), Turkish transcription and validity and reliability study of which have been carried out by Polat (2009); and the organizational creativity scale developed by Balay (2010). Data obtained have been recorded by the package software "IBM SPSS 22". Spearman Correlation and Regression Analysis has been applied as the statistical process. In conclusion, it has been found that the organizational identification and organizational creativity perceptions of the personnel of Sport Istanbul are at a good level, there is a moderate positive relationship between the organizational identification level and the organizational creativity perception level, and that the organizational identification affects the organizational creativity perception level positively. It may be thought that such situation results from personnel selection methods of the institution; adoption of the organizational vision and mission by the personnel; selection of personnel suitable for related job descriptions; utilization of the personnel’s capability, thoughts and characteristics, and the personnel’s being in touch with managers in production of sport service.

Araştırmada Ankara ili Sincan ilçesinde görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin ve beden eğitimi dersi alan lise öğrencilerinin, çevreye yönelik tutumları, çevresel boş zaman etkinliklerine katılımları ve çevresel boş zaman etkinliklerine katılımlarının çevreye yönelik tutumları ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Ankara ili Sincan İlçesinde 2008-2009 eğitim ve öğretim yılında görev yapmakta olan tüm beden eğitimi öğretmenleri ile yine aynı ilçede öğrenim gören beden eğitimi dersi alan tüm lise öğrencileri; örneklemini ise Ankara ili Sincan ilçesinde görev yapmakta olan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinden gönüllü olarak çalışmaya katılanlar ile yine aynı ilçede çeşitli liselerde öğrenim gören ve rastgele seçilen, dokuzuncu, onuncu, on birinci ve on ikinci sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma kapsamında beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine ve beden eğitimi dersi alan lise öğrencilerine çevreye yönelik tutumlarını ve çevresel boş zaman etkinliklerine katılımlarını belirlemek amacıyla Çevre Tutum Ölçeği ve Çevresel Boş Zaman Etkinliklerine Katılım Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde; SPPS 15.0 (Sosyal Bilimler İçin İstatistik Paket Programı) programından faydalanılmış, ortalama değerlere ve frekans dağılımlarına bakılarak betimsel sonuçlar sunulmuş ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), t-testi ve Pearson Product Moment Korelasyon testlerinden faydalanılarak istatistiksel analizler yapılmıştır. Bulgular, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin ve beden eğitimi dersi alan lise öğrencilerinin çevreye yönelik olumlu tutumlara sahip olduklarını göstermiştir. Hem beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin hem de öğrencilerin çevresel boş zaman etkinliklerine katılmak için çok fazla vakit bulamadıklarını belirtmelerine rağmen, gelişmeleri medyadan takip edebildikleri ve elde ettikleri bilgileri arkadaşlarıyla paylaşma çabası içinde oldukları görülmüştür. Boş zaman etkinliklerine katılım ile çevreye yönelik tutum arasında öğrenciler için ters korelasyon bulunurken, öğretmenler için anlamlı bir korelasyon bulunamamıştır. The relationship between participation to environmental spare time activities and environmental attitudes of the physical education and sports teachers and the high school students who take physical education & sports course in Sincan district of Ankara is investigated in this research. All the physical education & sports teachers working in Sincan district of Ankara and all the high school students in the same district who took physical education & sports course in the 2008-2009 academik year are the target population of the study. The volunteer physical education & sports teachers and the randomly selected ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth-grade students attending to various high schools in the same district are the sample of the study. In the study, in order to determine the environmental attitudes and participation to environmental spare time activities of physical education & sports teachers and high school students who took physical education and sports course, Environmental Attitudes Questionnaire and Participation to Environmental Spare Time Activities Questionnaire are used. To analyze the data collected through these instruments, SPSS 15.0 statistical analyses package program is used. Descriptive results are presented through the mean scores and frequency distributions, and inferential results are analyzed through one-way ANOVA, t-test and Pearson Product Moment Correlation tests. Results show that both the physical education and sports teachers and the high school students, who took physical education and sports course, had positive attitudes towards environment. Although, both the teachers and students stated that they do not spend enough time to participate in environmental spare time activities; they say that they can follow the environmental issues from the media and they try to share their knowledge about the environment with their friends. While a significant negative correlation was found between participation to environmental spare time activities and environmental attitudes for the students, no significant correlation can be found for the teachers.
