Bu çalışmanın amacı, vergi sistemine yönelik tutum, vergi ahlakı, vergi adalet algısı, hükümete duyulan güven, öznel norm ve dindarlık değişkenlerinin vergi uyumu davranışı üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmaktır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek amacıyla Türkiye’de bağımsız olarak faaliyet gösteren 392 muhasebe meslek mensubu örneklem olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu örneklemden elde edilen veriler, korelasyon, faktör ve regresyon analizi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda elde edilen bulgular; (1) öznel norm, vergi ahlakı ve vergi sistemine yönelik tutumun vergi uyumu üzerinde istatistiki olarak anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkiye sahipken, hükümete duyulan güven, vergi adalet algısı ve dindarlığın vergi uyumu üzerinde istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı, (2) hükümete duyulan güven, vergi adalet algısı ve vergi ahlakının vergi sistemine yönelik tutum üzerinde istatistiki olarak anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkiye, buna karşın öznel normun istatistiki olarak anlamlı ve negatif bir etkiye sahip olduğu ve dindarlığın ise vergi sistemine yönelik tutum üzerinde istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir etkisinin bulunmadığı ve (3) son olarak hükümete duyulan güven ve öznel normun, vergi ahlakı üzerinde istatistiki olarak anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkiye sahipken, vergi adalet algısı ve dindarlığın ise istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığını göstermektedir.

Ni-based G-NiCr28W alloy, which is widely preferred in high-temperature applications, has an austenite matrix as well as carbides dispersed in the structure. The morphology of the carbides in the structure varies depending on the chemical composition and heat treatment. Carbide phases commonly seen in these alloys are MC, M7C3, and M23C6. These carbides can transform into each other and the mechanical properties of the alloy can be affected by the carbide transformation. In this study, the effects of the carbides on the morphology, distribution, and strength of the alloy were investigated following the solution treatment applied at different temperatures and durations. Samples were characterized by light metal microscopy, SEM, EDS, XRD analysis, hardness, and potentiodynamic polarization tests. After the process, due to the excess of more stable carbides and their homogeneous distribution within the structure, the highest hardness and corrosion values were revealed in the sample that was processed at 1000 °C for 100 h.

This study aims to test the validity of multi-factor asset pricing models on the portfolios of non-financial companies whose shares are traded on Borsa Istanbul and to identify the model with the best explanatory power. Accordingly, the relationships between annual book-to-market equity ratio, firm size, market portfolio return, return on capital, operating profitability, momentum and value-added intellectual coefficient between 2008-2019 were analyzed using panel data analysis. As a result of the analyses made, it has been observed that Fama French's three and five factors, Carhart (momentum), q-factor, and suggested models are successful in explaining the returns of portfolios formed by non-financial companies. Furthermore, according to the GRS-F test statistic, the q-factor model was found to have higher explanatory power than other models.

Kurumsal yönetim uygulamalarının kalitesi, paydaşların haklarının korunduğuna dair bir güvence vermekte, vekâlet problemleri ve bilgi asimetrisinden kaynaklı maliyetleri azaltmakta ve firma faaliyetleri ile ilgili izleme ve denetim fonksiyonlarını güçlendirmektedir. Bu çalışmada iyi kurumsal yönetim uygulamalarının risk primlerini azaltarak borçlanma maliyetlerini düşürüp düşürmediği sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. Bu çerçevede, 2007 – 2019 yılları arasında Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören 29 firmanın kurumsal yönetim derecelendirme notları ile borçlanma maliyetleri arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Panel veri tahmin modeli test sonuçlarına göre, tesadüfi etkiler panel veri analiz yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarında, borç maliyeti değişkeninin katsayısı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve negatif olarak elde edilmiştir. Buna göre, işletmelerin kurumsal yönetim derecelendirme notlarının yükselmesi borç maliyetleri üzerinde azaltıcı bir etkiye neden olmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, kurumsal yönetimin güçlendirilmesine yönelik yapılacak yatırımlar borçlanma maliyetlerini azaltarak, firmaların kâr marjlarının artmasına, nakit akışlarının güçlenerek finansal esnekliklerinin artmasına ve daha iyi bir finansal duruma sahip olmalarına yardımcı olabilir ve böylelikle firmaların uzun vadeli büyümesine ve sürdürülebilirliğine katkıda bulunabilir.

Son yıllarda büyük ilgi toplayan kitlesel fonlama modern, yaratıcı ve yenilikçi projeleri finanse etmenin popüler bir yolu olarak görülmektedir. Kitlesel fonlama, bir fikrin veya girişimin finanse edilmesi için çok sayıda kişiden çevrimiçi bir platform aracılığıyla fon toplamaya izin veren bir uygulamadır. Kitlesel fonlamada fon destekçileri, proje sahipleri ve kitlesel fonlama platformu olarak üç taraf bulunmaktadır. Proje sahiplerinin fon destekçilerine sağladığı katkı bakımından kitlesel fonlama finansal getirisiz ve getirili olarak ikiye ayrılmaktadır. Bağışa ve ödüle dayalı kitlesel fonlama finansal getirisiz iken, borçlanmaya ve hisseye dayalı kitlesel fonlama finansal getirili olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, kitlesel fonlama kavramına genel bir bakış açısı sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu sayede, okuyucular kitlesel fonlamanın türlerini, avantaj ve dezavantajlarını ve bunların kitlesel fonlama projelerini nasıl etkilediğini daha iyi anlayacaklardır. Çalışma sonucunda kitlesel fonlamanın fikirleri veya projeleri finanse etmede güçlü bir araç olabileceği görülmüştür. Proje sahiplerinin, projelerinin finansman hedeflerine ulaşması ve fikirlerini hayata geçirme şanslarını arttırması için kitlesel fonlama faaliyetlerini dikkatli bir şekilde planlayarak uygulaması gerektiği düşünülmektedir.

Purpose The present paper aims to systematically investigate the influence of building orientations (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°) and heat treatment processes on the macro-/micro-structural, mechanical and electrochemical behaviors of selective laser melting (SLM) prepared AlSi10Mg alloy parts. Design/methodology/approach AlSi10Mg samples were produced by the SLM method using standard processing parameters at 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 75° building angles. The effects of building orientations on the physical, mechanical and electrochemical properties of the alloy were investigated. Findings With the increase in the building orientation from 15° to 75°, the structural defects were found reducing. The effect of step size of inclined geometries was found to significantly influence the mechanical and electrochemical properties of the AlSi10Mg samples. Tensile strength for samples fabricated at lower angles (0°, 15°, 30°) reported a drop of approximately 11% than SLM 0° samples. Moreover, the tensile strength was found to decrease from 412.35 ± 9.568 MPa for the as-built samples to 290.48 ± 12.658 MPa, whereas the fracture strain increases from 3.32 ± 0.56% to 5.6 ± 0.6% when the as-built sample was treated with T6 treatment. This study indicates that the microstructure and mechanical properties of SLM-processed AlSi10Mg alloy can be tailored by a suitable heat treatment or building angle. Originality/value Microstructural and mechanical behavior of horizontal or vertically built SLM components have already been demonstrated several times. However, the influence of different building orientations, such as 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, has not been explored in-depth, particularly on corrosion and general mechanical performance. As a result, this work may be of significant relevance to academics and designers, given the varying orientation of internal component of SLM structures.

This study applied classical and intercritical heat treatments to maraging steel (MS1) samples produced with standard additive manufacturing (AM) production parameters. The effects of heat treatment parameters on the microstructure-phase changes of the material were investigated by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), Electron Dispersion Spectroscopy (EDX), and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) techniques. Likewise, microhardness and dry sliding wear tests were performed to determine the relationship of heat treatment parameters (especially intercritical heat treatment) to the mechanical properties and wear of the material. The results reveal that the intercritical heat treatment is exciting for the AM/MS1 material.

Sermaye yapısı literatüründeki önceki çalışmalar ağırlıklı olarak firmaya özgü faktörler üzerinde durmuşlar ve ilgili teorileri de bu faktörler üzerine inşa etmişlerdir. Bu çalışmada sermaye yapısı üzerindeki firmaya özgü faktörlerin yanı sıra makroekonomik faktörlerin de etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamına 1987-2017 yılları arasında BİST teknoloji, sınai ve hizmetler sektöründe halka açık olarak faaliyet gösteren 223 firma dâhil edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, Türkiye'deki halka açık firmaların sermaye yapıları, firmanın varlık yapısı, kârlılığı, büyüklüğü, borç dışı vergi kalkanı, büyüme olanakları, likiditesi, piyasa faiz oranları ve borsa gelişmişlik düzeyi gibi faktörlerden etkilenmektedir. Bu faktörlerin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı işaretleri, sermaye yapısı teorilerinin beklentileri ile kıyaslandığında Türkiye'de halka açık olarak faaliyet gösteren firmaların sermaye yapısı davranışlarında ağırlıklı olarak Finansman Hiyerarşisi Yaklaşımı’nı benimsedikleri bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu bulgular önceki birçok çalışmayla tutarlıdır.

Selective laser melting allows the layerwise fabrication of bespoke designs, creating new prospects in applications and properties compared to conventional methods. Like other ultra-high-strength steels, maraging steels offer a high toughness/strength ratio. However, additively prepared maraging steels’ lower ductility and strain-hardening limit their commercial adaptability. Studies exist that show superior mechanical performance is attainable through martensite-to-austenite reversion. However, their impact on corrosion properties is not well understood. In the present study, maraging steel specimens were tempered close to austenite forming temperatures to investigate the reversed austenite effect on maraging steels’ pitting behavior. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy were used to characterize selective laser melting samples’ microstructure. To characterize and analyze the pitting performance, potentiodynamic polarization and open-circuit potential were performed in a 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. The intercritical heat-treatment within α’ + γ range of 720°C shows that reversed austenite precipitated mainly along the martensite laths boundaries. The local Ni enrichment as a result of intermetallic particles’ dissolution enables the nucleation of reversed austenite. As a result, the 720°C-tempered specimen exhibits a higher pitting potential, lower corrosion current density, and lower corrosion rate than the as-printed, aged, and homogenized (without reversed austenite) specimens. This study shows that the reversed austenite enhances the pitting resistance of maraging steels.

This study includes experimental research conducted to produce lattice structures and to examine their mechanical properties by taking advantage of the design freedom provided by additive manufacturing. Much of the existing literature involves mainly process parameters on mechanical behaviors. Thus, more lattice geometry studies are needed. In this study, different lattice structures designed according to the unit cell types selected through the SpaceClaim program were produced using AlSi10Mg powder material with the laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) method the metal additive manufacturing production methods. Cell sizes, Maxwell criterion, relative densities, and mechanical behaviors under semi-static compression force were investigated. It was concluded that with increasing relative density, the strength increased, and the structures with stress-dominating were more resistant than those with bending-dominating strength. It was determined that the mechanical properties of lattices depended on unit cell design and LPBF process parameters. The C1 and C2 coefficients of lattices produced by the LPBF process included in the Gibson and Ashby equation were determined.

PurposeThe importance of innovation has drastically increased across diverse academic and industrial fields. Innovation has been considered an outcome of intellectual capital management. The role of innovative literacy in intellectual capital management needs to be understood. Employees at all levels of the organisation carry out managerial and/or technical innovation activities by integrating their knowledge (with other members, including researchers and developers) and innovative attitude in line with the organisational goals. This study focuses on the methodological approaches to intellectual capital components at a conceptual level, based on the framework of innovative literacy, which is not prominent in the literature.Design/methodology/approachA meta-synthesis analysis was conducted, examining published articles from 1990 to 2016 based on selected keywords. The meta-synthesis analysis explored the concept of innovation literacy by revealing some of the relationships involved in intellectual capital performance.FindingsThe findings point to gaps and methodological weaknesses in innovative literacy research and provide insights for future research.Research limitations/implicationsWhile the findings of this study are useful, there are some limitations and recommendations for future research: One limitation of this study arises from the selection of the articles used in meta-synthesis analyses; these were published during the period 1990–2016. An expansion of the article selection to include articles published before 1990 can be useful to better understand the vision on innovation and intellectual capital. This research fills a conceptual gap in the literature. However, since this concept is evaluated using the human, customer and structural components of intellectual capital, researchers in the future can evaluate this concept with other components of intellectual capital. Finally, this research does not present a hypothesis on the relationship between innovative literacy and intellectual capital.Originality/valueThis study provides a novel conceptual view of integrating theories for ensuring sustainability of intellectual management and innovative literacy by synthesising findings from academic studies.

Manufacturability without supports in design studies for additive manufacturing (AM) brings many advantages such as time, cost, part surface quality, and design freedom. It is thought that the geometries that can be produced without support will help the more widespread use of AM technologies. In this study, the unsupported manufacturability and efficiency research of conformal cooling channel (CCC) geometries created in cylindrical, wide oval, drop, hexagonal, narrow oval, and pentagonal cross-sections were conducted in the direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) system. The study offers innovation in terms of showing the usability of different channel geometries in CCC applications. The study shows that the pentagon form has the most efficient cooling capacity among the comparatively handled geometries. The results are obtained by a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis study on computer-aided design (CAD) data of the actual state channel geometry obtained by CAD and post-production micro-CT scanning of the design and presented in tables. This research shows that the production-induced sagging problem affects the flow by narrowing the channel hydraulic diameter in channel geometries produced without CCC supports.

Corporate governance has become an important issue in the markets and then related literature especially due to the crisis and the scandals. In this study, it aims to summarize the academic and commercial corporate governance indexes of the firm level in the literature as a whole and to contribute to the literature by revealing the barriers to the formation of a single corporate governance mechanism in the light of the main studies in the field. A qualitative study was conducted for this purpose; by exaiming the academic and commercial corporate governance indices at the firm level in the literature, the differences and discussions on the corporate governance indexes were summarized. These findings reveal that, due to the reasons stated at the end of the study, it does not seem possible to standardize on corporate governance yet., Kurumsal yönetim, özellikle yaşanan kriz ve skandalların etkisi ile piyasalarda ve sonrasında ilgili literatürde önem kazanan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışma literatürde yer alan firma düzeyindeki akademik ve ticari kurumsal yönetim indekslerini bir bütün olarak özetlemek ve alandaki başlıca çalışmalar ışığında tek bir kurumsal yönetim mekanizması oluşmasının önündeki engelleri ortaya koyarak literatüre katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak nitel bir çalışma yapılmış, literatürde yer alan firma düzeyindeki akademik ve ticari kurumsal yönetim indeksleri incelenerek aralarındaki farklar ve kurumsal yönetim indekslerine yönelik var olan tartışmalar özetlenmiştir. Bu bulgular çalışmanın sonunda ifade edilen gerekçelerden dolayı kurumsal yönetime dair standartlaşmanın henüz mümkün görünmediğini ortaya koymaktadır.

Yönetim muhasebesi sisteminden sağlanan bilginin önemi, faydaları ve kullanımının durumsal faktörler altında performans üzerindeki etkisi daha önce yapılan çalışmalarda araştırılmıştır. Literatürde yönetim muhasebesi sisteminin firma performansı üzerindeki pozitif etkisini gösteren çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Ancak bu ilişkiyi açıklayacak çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, yönetim muhasebesi sistemi bilgisi kullanımının önemli bir yönetsel faaliyet olan stratejik planlama üzerindeki etkisi ve stratejik planlamanın yönetim muhasebesi sistemi ve firma performansı arasındaki aracı etkisi incelenmiştir. İstanbul Sanayi Odası’nın açıkladığı Türkiye’nin en büyük 500 sanayi kuruluşu içerisinde yer alan 75 firmadan anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler PLS-SEM ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, yönetim muhasebesi sisteminin stratejik planlama üzerinde pozitif etkisi olduğu ve yönetim muhasebesi sisteminin firma performansı üzerindeki etkisinin kısmen stratejik planlama aracılığıyla gerçekleştiği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu bulgu, yönetim muhasebesi sistemi ve firma performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi kısmen açıklaması bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Sonuç olarak, firma kaynak ve ihtiyaçları gözetilerek, strateji ve hedeflere göre tasarlanmış yönetim muhasebesi sisteminin stratejik planlamanın başarısındaki rolü ile performansı arttırabileceği ortaya çıkmıştır.

Purpose This paper aims to investigate the effects of various heat treatments on microstructure, hardness, porosity and corrosion properties of the parts. Design/methodology/approach Hot isostatic pressing (HIP) process, various heat treatments and their combinations were applied to the AlSi10Mg parts produced by direct laser metal sintering (DMLS). Findings It has been found that the HIP process, which is a post-processing process, reduces the amount of porosity in DMLS-AlSi10Mg material, thus improves corrosion resistance significantly. Originality/value In this study, the HIP process and subsequent T6 heat treatments were applied to AlSi10Mg parts produced by the DMLS technique. The study aims to increase the corrosion resistance of AlSi10Mg parts by reducing porosity with the HIP process and by altering the microstructure with the T6 process.

Additive manufacturing technology is an innovative and advantageous production technology in producing microchannels, heat exchangers designed in complex geometries. Process parameters developed to provide production standardization and quality standards on production results are known. The study investigates the sagging effect of downskin parameters on the downfacing surfaces of microchannels designed in different geometries. In this context, the productions and SEM examinations and the geometric corrections obtained with the developed parameter sets are shared with tables and graphic studies. The direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) method was used in the parameter and production studies within the study’s scope.

Günümüzde işletmelerin entelektüel sermaye birikimleri ile bilgi yönetim stratejilerinin, organizasyon verimliliği açsından çok daha fazla önem kazandığı görülmektedir. İşletmelerin sahip oldukları fiziksel varlıkların önemi günümüzde de devam ediyor olmakla birlikte içerisinde bulunduğumuz teknoloji çağında bilgi temelli varlıkların önemi iyice ön plana çıkmıştır. Bu anlamda bilgi yönetimi, bilgiyi (i) yaratma, (ii) geçerli kılma, (iii) sunma, (iv) dağıtma ve (v) uygulama aşamalarını bünyesinde barındıran önemli ve kapsamlı bir süreçtir. Bu süreçlerin en başında ise işletmelerde örtük halde bulunan entelektüel sermaye kavramı gelmektedir. Günümüz bilgi çağında, işletmelerin sahip olduğu en önemli güç, sahip oldukları entelektüel sermaye ve inovasyon yetkinlik düzeyi olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışma kapsamında, Deloitte firmasının yayınladığı Technology Fast 50 2018 listesinde yer alan şirketler baz alınarak işletmelerin entelektüel sermaye, bilgi yönetimi, inovasyon ve firma performansı ilişkisi analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma literatüre ve uygulamaya yönelik sonuçları bakımından önem taşımakta ve gelecek araştırmalara ışık tutucu özelliğe sahip bulunmaktadır.

This paper investigates whether intellectual capital and its components (human, relational, innovation, and process capitals) have meaningful information on firm value. Full sample consists of 148 listed Turkish manufacturing firms over the period of 2005–2017. We show that our extended Ohlson models explain the substantial part of the unexplained variation in firm market values. Specifically, we find that higher levels of measures of human capital, relational capital, process capital, innovation capital, and overall intellectual capital are directly associated with higher stock prices. Furthermore, we find that intellectual capital and its components have lagged effects on market values of firms, and human capital has a moderating effect on the relationship between other intellectual capital components and firm market values. Our main finding still holds when we re-estimate our model by addressing potential endogeneity issues and alternative conditions. Based on our findings, we recommend firm managers to do convenient resources planning on these components to raise the firm’s value. Moreover, we recommend accounting standards setters to create a separate financial reporting standard, which includes detailed information on these components that are value-relevant in making business valuation decisions.

Hazırlanması ve uygulanması oldukça uzun süren ve maliyetli olan bütçelerin işletmelerde değer yaratma konusunda başarısız olduğu görüşü, birçok yönetici ve akademisyenin geleneksel bütçelemeye alternatif oluşturacak yöntemler aramalarına neden olmuştur. 2000’li yılların başında ortaya çıkan bütçeleme ötesi (beyond budgeting) yaklaşımı, bu alternatif yöntemler arasında en radikal olanıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, geleneksel bütçelemenin “neden” ve “nasıl” bu kadar tartışılan bir araç haline geldiği ve bütçeleme ötesi yaklaşımının geleneksel bütçeleme ile ilgili sorunları çözme konusunda ne kadar etkili olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada bütçeleme ötesi yaklaşımının literatür taraması ve vaka örnekleriyle kavramsal olarak değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca diğer çalışmalardan farklı olarak bütçeleme ötesi yaklaşımının uygulandığı vaka örneklerine yer verilmiştir. Literatür taraması ve vaka örneklerinden yola çıkarak bütçeleme ötesi yaklaşımının kullanımının oldukça sınırlı olduğu ancak döngülü tahminleme, dengeli puan kartı ve kıyaslama gibi modern tekniklerle birlikte kullanıldığında işletmelerde etkili bir yönetim modeli olması oldukça muhtemeldir.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, literatürde en çok tercih edilen iki yöntem olan “Kar/Hisse Senedi Getirisi” ve “Tahakkuklar/Nakit Akışları” modellerinden hangisinin şirketlerin ihtiyatlılık düzeylerini daha iyi ölçtüğünün tespit edilmesidir. Ayrıca çalışmamızda her bir model için üç farklı gözlem dönemi baz alınarak ihtiyatlılık düzeyini hangi dönemin daha iyi temsil ettiği araştırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda 2004-2017 yılları arasında BİST’te işlem gören 263 şirketin ihtiyatlılık düzeyleri panel veri regresyon analizi kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, şirketlerin Kar/Hisse Senedi Getirisi modeline göre üç dönemde de ihtiyatlı uygulamaları olduğunu ve dönemsel olarak ihtiyatlılık düzeylerinin birbirine yakın olduğunu gösterirken, Tahakkuklar/Nakit Akışları modeline göre sadece tek bir gözlem döneminde ihtiyatlı uygulamalarının olduğunu göstermektedir.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, denetim komitesi özellikleri ile finansal raporlama zamanlılığı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Bu kapsamda, 2008-2017 yılları arasında BİST’te işlem gören 233 şirketten elde edilmiş 1903 adet gözlem kullanılarak çoklu regresyon analizi yapılmış ve denetim komitesi bağımsızlığının, finansal uzmanlığının, üye sayısının, toplantı sıklığının ve cinsiyet çeşitliliğinin finansal raporlama zamanlılığı ile ilişkisi test edilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulguları; denetim komitesi üyelerinin bağımsız olması, üyelerin yıllık belirli periyotlarda toplanmaları ve komitelerin karma cinsiyet gruplarından oluşmasın finansal raporların daha kısa sürede kamuya duyurulmasında önemli etkenler olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca araştırma sonuçları bir bütün olarak değerlendirildiğinde, teorik beklentilere uygun ve birbiriyle tutarlı sonuçlar olduğu görülmektedir.

Amaç - Bu çalışmada firma büyüklüğünün, firma büyüme fırsatlarının ve firma kârlılığının işletmelerin yatırım finansmanı kararlarını nasıl etkilediği dinamik çoklu denklem sistemi yöntemi ile incelenmiştir.Yöntem - Çalışmada 1994-2019 yılları arasında 76 farklı ülkede faaliyet gösteren 22,694 farklı firmanın yatırım finansmanı kararları, görünüşte ilişkisiz regresyon yöntemi ile incelenmiştir.Bulgular –Elde edilen bulgulara göre: (1) Firma büyüklüğü arttıkça maddi duran varlık ve çalışma sermayesi yatırımlarının finansmanında uzun vadeli finansal borç kullanımı artmaktadır. (2) Firma kârlılığı arttıkça maddi duran varlık yatırımlarının finansmanında uzun vadeli finansal borç ve nakit rezervi kullanımı artmakta ve diğer taraftan hisse senedi kullanımı ise azalmaktadır. (3) Büyüme olanakları yüksek olan firmalar ise maddi duran varlık yatırımlarının finansmanında hisse senedi ihraçlarını azaltmakta ve uzun vadeli kredi kullanımlarını ise artırmaktadırlar.Sonuç –İşletmelerin sahip oldukları özelliklere göre yatırım finansmanı kararları değişmektedir., Purpose - In this paper, how firm size, firm profitability, and firm growth opportunities affect the investment financing decisions of firms is examined with the dynamic multi-equation system method.Methodology –In the paper, investment financing decisions of 22,694 different firms operating in 76 different countries over 1994 - 2019 were investigated using the seemingly unrelated regression method.Findings –Findings show that: (1) As firm size increases, the use of long-term financial debt in financing capital expenditures and working capital investments increases. (2) As firm profitability increases, the use of long-term financial debt and cash reserves in financing investments increases, while the equity issuance decreases (3) Firms with high growth opportunities decrease their equity issuances in financing their capital expenditures, while increase their long-term debt uses.Conclusions –Investment financing decisions vary with the characteristics of the firms.
