Kural madenciliği, veri madenciliğinin önemli alt dallarından biri olup günümüzde hala üzerinde çalışılan sıcak bir çalışma alanıdır. Nicel nitelik içeren veri setleri üzerinde çalışan standart sınıflandırma yöntemleri genellikle ön işlem aşamalarına ihtiyaç duyarlar. Bu yapılan ayrıklaştırmalar ise başarım kaybına yol açabilmektedir. Buna ek olarak standart sınıflandırma algoritmalarının kara-kutu yapılarından dolayı kural açıklanabilirlikleri iyi değildir. Bu noktada, sürekli veriler ile çalışabilen optimizasyon algoritmaları, bu dezavantajların üstesinden gelebilir. Bu çalışmada, son yılların başarılı optimizasyon algoritmalarından olan Ayçiçeği Optimizasyon algoritmasını kullanarak verimli bir kural madenciliği gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunun için, farklı bir temsil biçimi kullanan aday bitki yapısı, bu optimizasyon algoritmasına uyarlanmıştır. Arama uzayı olarak üç farklı disipline ait veri seti kullanılmış ve yöntemin başarımını gözlemlemek için iyi bilinen beş farklı sınıflandırma algoritmasına ait sonuçlar paylaşılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, optimizasyon temelli yaklaşım ile veri setleri üzerinde herhangi bir ön işlem yapmaya gerek kalmadan açıklanabilir kurallar üretilebileceğini ispatlamaktadır.

Gecikme ve sistem yükü, bulut sistemler için iki kritik konudur. Bu konular akıllı şehir, akıllı sağlık sistemleri gibi büyük projelerde daha da önem kazanmaktadır. Son yıllarda kenar/uç ve sis gibi bulut teknolojileri bu iki kritik konuda önemli kazanımlar sağlamayı başarmıştır. Ancak bununla birlikte bu tür sistemlerde veri iletişimi, analiz ve değerlendirme gibi işlemlerin nasıl sağlanacağı da iyi planlanmalıdır. Bu tip bulut teknolojilerinde monolotik yazılım mimarileri yerine mikroservis temelli mimarilerin tercih edilmesi daha esnek çözümler sağlayabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada mikroservis temelli uç bulut teknolojisi alt yapısı kullanan bir hasta takip sistemi önerilmektedir. Önerilen sistem sayesinde, kritik durumlu hastaların takip edilmesi ve hastada gerçekleşebilecek acil durumlar hiyerarşik bir şekilde değerlendirilebilmektedir. Önerilen sistemin özgün yanı, kullanılan sistemin devre kesici mekanizması kullanan mikroservis yazılım mimarisini kullanması ve tüm mikroservisleri konteyner alt yapısı ile kontrol edebilmesidir. Bu özellikleri sayesinde sistem yükü ve cevap gecikmesinde önemli iyileştirmeler elde edilmiştir.

For cloud environments, task scheduling focusing on the optimal completion time (makespan) is vital. Metaheuristic approaches can be used to produce efficient solutions that will provide important cost savings to both the cloud service provider and the clients. On the other hand, since there is a high probability of getting stuck in local minima in metaheuristic solutions due to the type of problem, it may not always be possible to quickly reach the optimal solution. This study, using a metaheuristic approach, proposes a solution based on the Cloneable Jellyfish Algorithm for optimal task distribution in cloud environments. The unique feature of the proposed algorithm is that it allows dynamic population growth to be carried out in a controlled manner in order not to get stuck in local minima during the exploration phase. In addition, this algorithm, which uses a different cloning mechanism so that similar candidates are not generated in the population growth, has made it possible to achieve the optimal solution in a shorter time. To observe the solution performance, cloud environment simulations created in the Cloudsim simulator have been used. In experiments, the success of the proposed solution compared to classical scheduling algorithms has been proven.

Successful task scheduling is one of the priority actions to increase energy efficiency, commercial earnings, and customer satisfaction in cloud computing. On the other hand, since task scheduling processes are NP-hard problems, it is difficult to talk about an absolute solution, especially in scenarios with large task numbers. For this reason, metaheuristic algorithms are frequently used in solving these problems. This study focuses on the metaheuristic-based solution of optimization of makespan, which is one of the important scheduling problems of cloud computing. The adapted Chimp Optimization Algorithm, with enhanced exploration and exploitation phases, is proposed for the first time to solve these problems. The solutions obtained from this adapted algorithm, which can use different mathematical functions, are discussed comparatively. The proposed solutions are also tested in the CloudSim simulator for different scenarios and they prove their performance in the cloud environment.

The Miocene Kestanbol granitoid, in Ezine-Çanakkale, Turkey, is one of post-collision granitoids of western Anatolia, which have been related to the the late Cretaceous collision between the Anatolide-Tauride platform and the Pontides. Magmatism began during the early Miocene, with coeval alkaline to calc-alkaline plutonism and volcanism, controlled by the regional tectonic evolution. The Kestanbol pluton intruded regionally metamorphosed basement rocks. Volcanic and volcano-clastic sedimentary rocks overlie the pluton, which is bounded in the west and east by major faults. The pluton is frequently cut by felsic and mafic dykes and includes mafic microgranular enclaves (MMEs) that are mixing products of coeval felsic and mafic magmas. The Kestanbol granitoid is quartz monzonitic but the MMEs include monzonite, monzodiorite, and quartz monzodiorite. There are some special mixing textures such as antirapakivi, blade-shaped biotite, acicular apatite, spongy-cellular plagioclase and spike-zoned plagioclase in MME-host rock pairs. MME and host rock pairs display mineralogical similarities and they indicate some interactions and parallel evolution with each other. However, they have distinct major and trace element behaviour. The mineralogical and petrographical properties of the felsic and mafic dykes resemble the felsic host rocks and MMEs respectively. The results of the mineral chemistry showed that plagioclases are albite-labradorite (An8-50), amphiboles are magnesio-hornblende and biotites are Mg-biotites in MME-host rock pairs. The amphibole compositions of the Kestanbol granitoid and its MMEs are somewhat similar (Mg/Mg+Fe+2 = 0.55-0.87 and 0.55-0.74). The FeOt/MgO ratio of biotites in these rocks is between 1.01 and 1.55. These rocks are post-collisional, subalkaline, metaluminous and high-K calc-alkaline, I-type in character, and derived from hybrid magma that originated from the mixing of coeval mafic and felsic magmas in different ratios and at different depths.

10. ÖZET Bu çalışma İstanbul Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Jeoloji Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı, Maden Yatakları - Jeokimya programında Doktora tezi olarak hazırlanmıştır. Pontid Tektonik Birliği'nin KD'sunda, Çamlıhemşin (Rize) -Yusufeli (Artvin ) -İspir (Erzurum) arasında yüzeylenen Kaçkar Granitoyidinde 1/ 25.000 ölçekli jeoloji haritalama çalışması yapılarak, bölgede yüzeylenen magmatik kayaçlar, arazide çıkma düzeyinde sundukları dokusal özellik ve mineralojik bileşimlerine göre farklı fasiyeslere ayrılmıştır. Daha sonra yapılan Mineralojik - petrografik ve litojeokimyasal çalışmalarla, bölgede yüzeylenen granitoyidlerin, bir magma kaynağından fraksiyonel kristallenme ile mi oluştukları yoksa farklı magma kaynaklarının ürünü mü oldukları ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmalar sırasında çalışma alanında 4 litodem birimi ve bu litodem birimlerini oluşturan üç farklı magma kaynağı saptanmıştır: L Magmatik Evre : Ayder K - feldispat megakristalli monzograniti n.Magmatik Evre : Halkahtaş kuvars monzodiyoriti ve Marselavat granodiyoriti ÜLMagmatik Evre : Sasmistal Mikrograniti Bu birimlerin tümü Üst Kretese yaşlı Hemşindere Formasyonu'nu kestiği için Üst Kretase - Tersiyer yaşh olarak kabul edümiştir. I. magmatik evrenin ürünü olan Ayder K- feldispat megakristalli monzograniti, K- feldispat megakristalleri ile belirginleşen porfirik doku göstermektedir. Mafik mineral olarak homblend+ biyotit ± klinopiroksen içeren Ayder K - feldispat megakristalli monzograniti, eşyaşlı mafik ve felsik magmaların homojen (Magma mixing) ve heterojen (Magma mingling) kanşımının arazideki kanıtlan olan K-feldispat megakristalleri ve mikrogranüler dokulu, çoğunlukla diyorit bileşinüi, mafik magmatik anklav (MME) içermektedir. Petrografi çalışmalarında Poikilitik K-feldispat, antirapakivi, iğnemsi apatit, bıçağımsı biyotit gibi özel mixing dokuları saptanmıştır. Yapılan htojeokimyasal çalışmalar Ayder K- feldispat megakristalli monzogranitinin C AFEM -CALK ve I tipi özelikler sergilediğini ortaya koymuştur. Yine litojeokimyasal çalışmalar bu birimin daha çok hibrid -114-magma kökenli olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu karışımda kabuksal malzemenin katkısının daha fazla olduğu düşünülmektedir. II. magmatik evrenin ürünleri olan halkalıtaş kuvars monzodyoriti ve Marselavat granodiyoritinin gerek arazi konumları, gerek mineralojik - petrografik ve litojeokimyasal özellikleri, bu birimlerin aynı magma kaynağından itibaren fraksiyonel kristallerime ile oluştuklarım göstermektedir. Bu iki birim de yine CAFEM - CALK ve I tipi özellikler sergilemektedir. Halkalıtaş kuvars monzodiyoriti ve marselavat granodiyoriti Doğu Pontid yay magmatizmasının ürünü olarak değerlendirilmiştir Sasmistal mikrograniti bu üç magmatik evrenin içinde en genç olanıdır. ALUM ve S tipi özellikler gösteren Sasmistal mikrograniti, boşluk dolguları şeklinde turmalin mineralleri ve normatif korund içermesiyle karakteristiktir. Sasmistal mikrogranitinin çarpışmayla eş zamanlı (Syn- COLG) lökogranitleri temsil ettiği düşünülmektedir. -115- SUMMARY This study is prepared as a Doctorate thesis in Ore Deposits - Geochemistry programme of the Geological Engineering Section of the Science Instute of the University of Istanbul. 1/25.000 scale geological map of the Kaçkar Granitoid between Çamhhemşin (Rize) - Yusufeli (Artvin) - İspir (Erzurum) in NE of the pontide Tectonic Belt is made and different fades of the magmatic rocks are discriminated based on their textural and mineralogjcal characteristics. Then, mineralogical - petrographical and litogeochemical studies were carried out and source of the magmatic rocks were tried to be determined. During these studies, 4 lithodem units and theree different magma sources that forms these lithodem unites were separeted. I. Magmatic Episode : Ayder K - feldspar megacryst bearing monzogranite II. Magmatic Episodes : Halkalıtaş quartz monzodiorite and Marselavat granodiorite HI. Magmatic Episodes : Sasmistal Mikrogranite All these magmatic units intrude the Upper Cretaceous Hemşindere Formation and therefore they are considered to be of Upper Cretaceous - Tertiary in age. Ayder K- feldspar megacryst bearing monzogranite of the I. magmatic episode typically shows a porphyric texture, well defined by occurance of K-feldspar megacryst. The monzogranite contains hornblende + biotite + clinopryoxene mafic mineral assemblage and also shows field evidence for homogenous and heterogenous mixing of mafic and felsic magmas, evidenced by existance of mafic magmatic enclave (MME) of dioritic composition. Special mixing textures such as pokilitic K - feldspar, antirapakivi, apatit needles, blade shaped biotites were observed. Lithogeocehemicel studies indicates that Ayder monzogranite is of CAFEM - CALK and I- type, and hybride in origin. It is thought here that crustal component is dominant in this mixture. -116-Both field and mineralogical - petrographical and lithogeochemical characteristics of the Halkalıtaş quartz monzodiorite and Marselavat granodiorite, both the products of the II. magmatic episodes, imply that they were formed from the same source with fractional crystalization. Bom of the units show CAFEM- CALK and I -type characteristics. Both of the intrusions are considered here as product of the East Pontid arc magmatism. The Sasmistal microgranite is the youngest in these three magmatic episodes. The Sasmistal microgranite shows ALUM and S- type characteristics and contains turmaline and normative corundum. The Sasmistal microgranite is considared here as Syn- collisional S-type leucogranite. -117- 132

Within the borders of Ezine district in Çanakkale, upper Oligocene - Lower Miocene of the elderly Kestanbol Pluton has the quartz monzonite and granitic character as mineralogical structure. Light metamorphic clastics, recrystallized limestones, Karadağ Metamorphic Community consisting of metaclastics in upper levels and Denizgören ophiolite mostly serpentinized this tectonic unit are the rest units of the study area forming the base of the Ezine Zone. In the region, the quarries that have been operated in the historical period are Troas Tilkiini Tepe quarry and Yeditaşlar Koçali quarry. These quarries are probably left on the way to move out of the columns from the quarries to the port. The Taşlı Tepe, Çamtaşlar, Kayacık and Troas Tilkiini Tepe II are the actively operated quarries at the present time. Other than these, nearby Yaylacık Village, İğde Kaya and Ebe Çeşme, there are ancient columns. In this study, present-day status of the quarries in Kestanbol Pluton, ancient columns with production methods have been used, export destinations and the usage areas are investigated.
