This works deals with a nonlinear system ofneutral delay integro-differential equations. Here, the asymptotically stability of solutions isstudied. New results on the asymptotically stability of solutions are obtained by defining and using two new Lyapunov-Krasovskiĭ functionals. The results of this paper generalize some formerresults and include them under weaker conditions. This paper also gives somenew contributions to the theory of fundamental properties of solutions ofneutral integro-differential equations.

In this work, we consider a nonlinear time-varying delay system of neutral type differential equations with periodic coefficients and we obtain new sufficient conditions to ensure exponentially stability of zero solution of this system. The Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach is useful as a basic tool to prove the main general result of this paper.

In this paper, the globally exponentially stability of the solutionsto a certain neutral delay differential system with nonlinear uncertainties isinvestigated. A globally exponentially stability criterion is derived for theconsidered system. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach,we prove a new result on the topic. Our result includes and improves theresults in the literature.

Bu çalışma sekiz bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde tez konusu ile ilgili literatürde yapılan bazı çalışmalar verildi. İkinci bölümde tezde kullanılacak materyal ve yöntem belirtildi. Üçüncü bölümde tez konusu ile ilgili olan bazı temel tanım ve teoremler verildi. Dördüncü bölümde birinci mertebeden bir sabit gecikmeli nötral diferansiyel denklemin çözümlerinin asimptotik kararlılığı ve birinci mertebeden bir değişken gecikmeli nötral diferansiyel denklemin sıfır çözümünün global üstel kararlılığı incelendi. Beşinci bölümde birinci mertebeden iki farklı gecikmeli vektörel sisteminin sıfır çözümünün üstel kararlılığı için yeter şartlar elde edildi. Altıncı bölümde birinci mertebeden lineer olmayan gecikmeli vektörel sisteminin global üstel kararlılığı için yeter şartlar elde edildi. Yedinci bölümde ikinci mertebeden gecikmeli integro diferansiyel denkleminin sıfır çözümünün kararlılığı için yeter şartlar elde edildi. Son bölümde tezdeki sonuçlar ile literatürdeki bazı çalışmalar karşılaştırıldı. This thesis consists of eight chapters. In the first chapter, we summarized works in the literature related to the subject of thesis. In the second chapter, we introduce the materials and methods used in the thesis. In the third chapter, we give some fundamental definitions and theorems which are related to the thesis. In the fourth chapter, we investigate asymptotic behaviors and global exponential stability of the solutions of certain neutral differential equations of first order with constant and variable delays, respectively. In the fifth chapter, we obtain sufficient conditions for exponential stability of the zero solution of two different vector differential equations of first order with variable delays. In the sixth chapter, we obtain sufficient conditions for global exponential stability of a nonlinear vector differential equation of first order with variable delays. In the seventh chapter, we obtain sufficient conditions for stability of zero solution of an integro differential equation of second order with variable delays. In the last chapter, we compare the obtained results in the thesis with some works in the literature. 127

Araştırmanın amacı taşımacılık, pansiyon ve gündüzlü öğrenci olarak Van ilinde ortaöğretime devam eden öğrencilerin Özel Öğretim Kurslarına gitme, günlük ders çalışma süresi ve not ortalaması kısıtlayıcılarına göre üniversiteye yerleşmelerinin etkisini matematiksel bir modelle incelemektir. Bu araştırmada, üniversiteye yerleşmede taşımacılık, pansiyon ve gündüzlü öğrenci gruplarının modellenmesi için doğrusal programlamada simplex yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 12.sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemini ise 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında Van ili Erciş ilçesin de Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı bünyesinde bulunan taşımacılık, pansiyon ve gündüzlü öğrenci gruplarını içerisinde barındıran bir lisede eğitim gören 207 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak ''Bilgi Toplama Formu'' kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada sırasıyla gündüzlü, pansiyon ve taşımacılık öğrenci gruplarının üniversiteye yerleşmede daha başarılı olduğu, Özel Öğretim Kurslarına gitmenin, not ortalamasının ve ders çalışma saatinin üniversiteye yerleşmede etkili olduğu saptanmıştır. Taşımacılıkla öğretim hayatını sürdüren öğrencilerin üniversiteye yerleşmede diğer iki grup kadar başarılı olmadıkları görülmüştür. The aim of the research is to investigate the impact of private teaching courses, daily study time and average grade on entering university for secondary school students in Van on transported education, boarder and day students, by using a mathematical model. This research uses simplex method in linear programming for modelling student groups on transported education, boarder or day students. The population of the study is 12 grade students. The research sample consists of 207 students who study in a public high school affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in 2017-2018 in Ercis, Van. The research uses a Information Collection Form to collect data The research shows that boarder and day students are more successful in university entrance, going to private teaching courses has a positive impact on university entrance and average grade and daily study time are the two factors that have an impact on university entrance. The research also shows that students on transported education are not as successful as the first two groups in entering universities. 64
