Abstract

BackgroundSouth Korea is among the best-performing countries in tackling the coronavirus pandemic by using mass drive-through testing, face mask use, and extensive social distancing. However, understanding the patterns of risk perception could also facilitate effective risk communication to minimize the impacts of disease spread during this crisis. ObjectiveWe attempt to explore patterns of community health risk perceptions of COVID-19 in South Korea using internet search data. MethodsGoogle Trends (GT) and NAVER relative search volumes (RSVs) data were collected using COVID-19–related terms in the Korean language and were retrieved according to time, gender, age groups, types of device, and location. Online queries were compared to the number of daily new COVID-19 cases and tests reported in the Kaggle open-access data set for the time period of December 5, 2019, to May 31, 2020. Time-lag correlations calculated by Spearman rank correlation coefficients were employed to assess whether correlations between new COVID-19 cases and internet searches were affected by time. We also constructed a prediction model of new COVID-19 cases using the number of COVID-19 cases, tests, and GT and NAVER RSVs in lag periods (of 1-3 days). Abstract

Premarital sexual behaviour remains categorized as a global public health priority because of a high prevalence of unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. Social media is one of the important factors that is associated with adolescents' premarital sexual behaviour. It is considered a major source of information, including sexual education. This study aimed at explaining the impact of social media usage on students' sexual behaviour at vocational high school located in West Lombok Regency. This was a cross-sectional study that comprised a sample of 134 students aged 15-18 years. The Data collection method was based on a self-administered questionnaire about social media usage and premarital sexual behaviour. In order to analyze the data, chi-square was used to examine the association between social media usage and premarital sexual behaviour. Logistic regression models were used to test multivariate relationships between social media usage and sexual behaviour. Students who had high duration and intensity of social media usage were more likely to have risky premarital sexual behaviour (p<0,05). Other than that, sex chatting, high of peer influence, and low self-efficacy also affected adolescents' premarital sexual behaviour (p<0.05). Based on this important role of social media, it is necessary to provide medically accurate and relevant sexual education as well as improve religious ideology and form community support programs to reduce the prevalence of premarital sexual behaviour and its impact. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the Indonesian health system. At the peak of the second wave, health care crises occurred in various regions, causing difficulties in accessing essential and emergency health services, accompanied by increased deaths in hospitals and self-isolation. Various efforts have been made to overcome the crisis, from providing field hospitals, adding facilities and infrastructure in hospitals, empowering health workers and volunteers, logistics, and implementing a massive digital system. In addition, strengthening in the upstream aspects starting from tracing, testing to health protocols is also continuously encouraged, along with the acceleration and expansion of vaccinations. The pandemic has encouraged massive utilization of digital systems in various aspects accompanied by an extraordinary increase in the volume of digital data in various types and quality. The critical question then is, what are the opportunities for big data to support the recovery of the health system affected by the pandemic? Likewise, what challenges must be overcome to make optimal use of big data so that the Indonesian health system can quickly recover, grow and become resilient again? To answer the questions above, we reviewed bibliographic databases, gray literature, media, and webinar recordings available online. Next, we group their potential based on the building blocks of the health system. Using the e-health framework from WHO-ITU, we categorize the main challenges of using big data into seven major groups: governance, strategy, data standards, interoperability, application, regulation, and human resources. We provide special notes on each aspect of these challenges along with priority follow-up steps. In the end, the Covid-19 pandemic provides essential lessons for the Indonesian health system to take advantage of digitalization, especially big data intelligently and creatively, to encourage the immediate recovery of the health system. However, several significant challenges need to be overcome so that big data can be utilized optimally to overcome this big global problem.

Abstract

Conventional warehouse management systems, which are based on 2D barcodes, require each unit of goods to be checked. Recording all the items' information is a time-consuming process; yet some of the agricultural products stored in AgroHUB Banten have a short lifespan and need to be recorded quickly before they are distributed to another area. Therefore, storing the goods for a long time could cause them to spoil. This paper proposes an RFID-based warehouse management system to reduce the time needed to record goods, especially perishable agricultural products. The design of the system includes inbound, outbound, and process management in the warehouse. 48. EVALUASI USABILITY APLIKASI 'MUGITELAS'

Abstract

Background: As part of the nutritional care services in a hospital, dietitians should monitor the served menu leftovers of the patient to ensure adequate nutrition intake during the treatment. Unfortunately, the existing manual method was complicated and inefficient. Overcoming this issue, Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Surabaya has developed an application, namely "Mugitelas". Purpose: This study aimed to find out the usability and efficiency of the "Mugitelas" application.Method: A quasi-experimental study was conducted to measure usability of "Mugitelas" using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure the time efficiency, before and after using the application, using paired t-test and ANOVA. Results: SUS score was 88, proving "Mugitelas" was acceptable. A paired t-test before and after using the application showed a significant difference of about 5 minutes (p=0,000). Based on the ANOVA test, age of respondents, education, and work length were not significantly associated with the time needed to use the application. For the t-test application usage in the first through the fourth week, PV obtained 0.146, 0.986, and 0.713, showing no difference in the speed of use of the "Mugitelas" application in the first, second, third, and fourth week.Conclusion: "Mugitelas" application was acceptable by users and efficient with only 5 minutes needed to measure the leftovers of the patient's served meal. With only one week for adapting to this application, it is recommended that this application be scaled up for broader hospital implementation.Keywords: Evaluasi, Aplikasi, "Mugitelas," leftovers, usability, Latar Belakang : Seperti yang distandarkan dalam akreditasi RS, ahli gizi harus melakukan monitoring evaluasi terhadap asugan gizi diantaranya mengamati sisa makanan pasien, karena berimplikasi klinis seperti asupan yang tidak adeqwat, memperpanjang hari perawatan, meningkatkan biaya, membuang sisa makanan yang sia-sia dan berakibat kematian. Sayangnya, kegiatan evaluasi sisa makanan sering tidak dilakukan karena metode yang selama digunakan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk dikerjakan. RSU Haji Surabaya telah mencoba membuat aplikasi “Mugitelas” yaitu untuk evaluasi sisa makanan dan asupan pasien belum diuji usabilitas dan efisiensinya.Tujuan : Mengetahui usabilitas dan efisiensi waktu dari aplikasi “Mugitelas”.Metode : Untuk mengetahui usabilitas dengan diskriptif kwantitatif menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) sedangkan untuk meneliti efisiensi waktu menggunakan quasi eksperimental sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan aplikasi dengan menggunakan paired t-test dan Univariate Multi way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).Hasil : Dari uji usabilitas didapat angka 88 yang berarti aplikasi “Mugitelas” ini dapat diterima untuk digunakan sebagai alat pengamatan sisa makanan dan menaksir nilai gizi asupan pasien di RSU Haji Surabaya. Sedangkan dari uji paired t-tes didapat pv = 0,000 yang artinya aplikasi ini bisa menghemat waktu sebesar 293,9 detik atau 4,9 menit per pasien dibandingkan dengan cara manual. Sedangkan untuk uji Annova, semua variable, umur, pendidikan, lama menggunakan HP android dan lama bekerja tidak signifikan terhadap waktu penggunaan aplikasi yang berarti aplikasi ini bisa digunakan oleh semua ahli gizi di RSU Haji Surabaya. Untuk uji paired t-test penggunaan aplikasi pada minggu 1 dengan minggu ke-2 dan ke-3 didapat pv= 0,0006 dan pv = 0,0165 yang berarti butuh waktu tidak lebih dari satu minggu untuk beradaptasi dengan aplikasi ini. Kesimpulan : Aplikasi “Mugitelas” ini bisa diterima untuk pengamatan sisa makanan dan menaksir nilai gizi asupan pasien, serta dapat menghemat waktu sebesar rata-rata 5 menit per pasien dan butuh waktu tidak lebih dari satu minggu untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan aplikasi ini.
