基于Timoshenko梁变形理论研究多孔功能梯度材料梁的非线性自由振动问题。针对多孔功能梯度材料梁的孔隙均匀分布和孔隙线性分布2种形式, 根据广义Hamilton原理推导多孔功能梯度材料Timoshenko梁的非线性自由振动的控制微分方程组并对方程组进行无量纲化。采用微分变换法(DTM)对各种边界条件下的控制微分方程组进行变换, 得到等价代数特征方程。计算了多孔功能梯度材料Timoshenko梁在固支-固支(C-C)、固支-简支(C-S)、简支-简支(S-S)和固支-自由(C-F)4种边界条件下非线性横向自由振动的无量纲固有频率比值。将其退化为无孔隙功能梯度材料Timoshenko梁的非线性自由振动后, 所得非线性无量纲固有频率比值与已有文献的计算结果进行对照, 验证了文中方法的有效性和正确性, 讨论了边界条件、孔隙率、细长比和梯度指数对多孔功能梯度材料Timoshenko梁非线性无量纲固有频率比值的影响。

To improve the water resources carrying capacity of the Xiangjiang River Basin and achieve sustainable development, this article evaluates and predicts the Xiangjiang River Basin's water resources carrying capacity level based on county-level units. This article takes 44 county-level units in the Xiangjiang River Basin as the evaluation target, selects TOPSIS and the entropy weight method to determine weights, calculates the water resources carrying capacity level of the evaluation sample, uses a BP neural network model to calculate the predicted water resources carrying capacity level for the next 5 years, and adds the GIS method for spatiotemporal analysis.(1) The water resources carrying capacity of the Xiangjiang River Basin has remained relatively stable for a long period, with overloaded areas being the majority. (2) There are relatively significant spatial differences in the carrying capacity of water resources: Zixing City, located upstream of the tributary, is far ahead due to its possession of the Dongjiang Reservoir; the water resources carrying capacity in the middle and lower reaches (northern region) is generally higher than that in the upper reaches (southern region). (3) According to the BP neural network model prediction, the water resources carrying capacity of the Xiangjiang River Basin will maintain a stable development trend in 2022, while areas such as Changsha and Zixing City will be in a critical state, and other counties and cities will be in an overloaded state.This study has important references value for the evaluation and early warning work of the Xiangjiang River Basin and related research, providing a scientific and systematic evaluation method and providing strong support for water resource management and planning in Hunan Province and other regions. The aim of this study was to elucidate the specific mechanism through which 7-difluoromethoxy-5,4'-dimethoxygenistein (DFMG) inhibits angiogenesis in atherosclerosis (AS) plaques, given its previously observed but poorly understood inhibitory effects. In vitro, a model using Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial (HUVEC-12) cells simulated the initial lesion in the atherosclerotic pathological process, specifically oxidative stress injury, by exposing cells to 30 μmol/L LPC. Additionally, an AS mouse model was developed in ApoE knockout mice through a 16-week period of high-fat feeding. DFMG demonstrated a reduction in tubule quantities in the tube formation assay and neovascularization induced by oxidative stress-damaged endothelial cells in the chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane assay. Furthermore, DFMG decreased lipid levels in the blood of ApoE knockout mice with AS, along with a decrease in atherosclerotic plaques and neovascularizations in the aortic arch and descending aorta of AS animal models. DFMG treatment upregulated microRNA140 (miR-140) expression and suppressed VEGF secretion in HUVEC-12 cells. These effects were counteracted by Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) overexpression in HUVEC-12 cells subjected to oxidative injury or in a mouse model of AS. Dual-luciferase reporter assays demonstrated that miR-140 directly targeted TLR4. Immunohistochemical assay findings indicated a significant inverse relationship between miR-140 expression and TLR4 expression in ApoE knockout mice subjected to a high-fat diet. The study observed a close association between DFMG inhibitory effects on angiogenesis and plaque stability in AS, and the inhibition of the TLR4/NF-κB/VEGF signaling pathway, negatively regulated by miR-140. In this work, we for the first time report photo-activated time-dependent color-changeable ultralong organic room temperature phosphorescence (UORTP) by co-doping derivatives (CN2BdBr and CN2BCzBr) of two phosphorescence units, H-benzo[f]indole (Bd) and 7H-benzo[c]carbazole (BCz). BCz is a newly reported phosphorescence unit. Two donor–acceptor (D–A) type derivatives (CNCzBCzBr and CN2BCzBr) were synthesized and their ultralong phosphorescence properties were studied in solution, the pure powder state and the PMMA film. In solution, both compounds are not ultralong phosphorescence active at room temperature but show an intense green afterglow at 77 K. Their pure powders cannot emit an afterglow at room temperature due to their high non-radiation rate but give out a yellow afterglow at 77 K because enhanced intermolecular interactions in the aggregated state reduce the energy level of triplet excitons and lead to a red shift. Amazingly, both compounds demonstrate photo-activated green UORTP in the PMMA film and their afterglow lifetimes are longer than that of CN2BdBr. ESR spectra verify that ultralong phosphorescence is activated and enhanced due to the consumption of oxygen in the PMMA film, which is similar to Bd and its derivatives. Finally, CN2BCzBr and CN2BdBr are co-doped into the PMMA film and photo-activated time-dependent color changeable UORTP is successfully achieved because the afterglow lifetime difference is large enough and two kinds of phosphorescence units can function independently. To our best knowledge, we for the first time propose a co-doping strategy and realize unique photo-activated time-dependent color-changeable UORTP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
