This paper contends that a toxic corporate culture is the leading cause of unethical behavior in business, and that biblical values taught by the ancient prophets can help transform a firm's culture, inspire employees, and foster a work environment where the paycheck is not the ultimate goal. Scripture could help employees understand that the organization's purpose is to achieve many positive outcomes, such as delivering value to the customer, making a positive difference in society and the world, alleviating poverty and hunger, providing meaningful work, and encouraging innovation and positive change. Models of distance education have evolved over decades, just in time to collide with modern pedagogies in which communication, interaction, student engagement, and active learning are of critical importance. The number of college students taking online classes continues to grow. Today, nearly 30% of college students are taking at least one online class. The social media technologies encompass a wide variety of Web-based technologies such as blogs, wikis, online social networking, and virtual worlds. This paper examines the relevant published literature, looking at online learning activities through the prism of the defining characteristics of today's new communication technologies.

Terms such as "woke," "social justice," "cancel culture," "identity politics," "politically correct," "critical race theory," and "DEI" have been increasingly misused by political parties in recent years. This paper will identify and explain how the Hebrew Bible addresses social justice, compassion, inclusion, the indigent, and many other terms, currently fueling divisiveness. There is a crisis in higher education. One troublesome issue is the sharp drop in higher education enrollments as well as the decline in the number of colleges in the United States. There is evidence that some college degrees are not worth the time and the money, and students would have earned more had they joined the workforce immediately after graduating high school. The authors discuss some of the problems and posit that some higher education institutions in the United States have done a poor job of teaching crucial skills, including critical thinking, ethical thinking, collaboration skills, and character development. The most vital competency of all might be inculcating in students a passion for lifelong learning, which is necessary to develop the ability to adapt swiftly to changing business conditions. The ability to work in teams is crucial in the Information Age. Respect for inclusion and diversity is essential because the workforce consists of ethnically and culturally diverse individuals. However, there are far too many kinds of biases, and all are vile and immoral. Those who avoid maligning one ethnic group but mock the elderly, obese, disabled, intellectually disabled, stutterers, unattractive, or people with cerebral palsy (CP) do more harm than good. There is a famous saying, "either everyone counts, or nobody counts," which also applies to bigotry and prejudice. Inclusion and diversity training can make a difference. Indubitably, people must be taught the value of inclusion and diversity. The correct way to teach diversity, equity, and inclusion is to highlight all the different types of biases and hatred and show why they are all wrong from an ethical and religious perspective.
