Immunoglobillin replacement is donor-derived pooled iminuiloglobillin G, tuhich provides passive immimity to patients zoith antibody deficiency or dysfunction. It may be administered via either intravenous or subcutaneous routes. Intravenous immunoglobitlin is administered at higher doses every 3-4 weeks, whereas most forms of subclitaneolts imllittlloglobulin are administered at lower doses, usually every 1-2 weeks. Benefits and risks, including adverse effects, conuenience, and cost vary according to route of administration. Immunoglobulin products also differ in their composition, so patient-specific comorbidities are important to consider when selecting an imilittiloglobillin product. We discuss adverse effects associated with immunoglobitlin therapy, their associated risk factors, treatment, and ways to mitigate these risks. Finally, the laboratory monitoring and vaccination recommendations for patients on immunoglobulin replacement therapy are reviewed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Since the gender demographics across majors have dramatically changed over the last few decades, a re-examination of the relationship between gender, undergraduate major selection, and compensation levels once in the workforce is important. This article will focus on how the salaries of college graduates have changed over the last decade. The analyses will explore the extent to which undergraduate major selection contributes to any male-female salary gap. A comparison of regression models for 1993 and 2001 describes the extent to which the selection of major remains a significant factor among those individuals who have entered the workforce. An analysis and an experimental study of a strip in a transverse plane of a rectangular waveguide below cutoff are presented in this paper. This work is a preliminary step in analyzing a stripline-fed slot antenna array in which each stripline feed is enclosed in a rectangular waveguide below cutoff. A numerical method is developed to solve a 'pseudo' mixed-potential integral equation for the current on the strip excited by a delta-gap source at some point along the strip. The Green's function for dipole sources in the rectangular waveguide is used in the spectral and spatial representations and Shanks' transform is employed to speed up the convergence of the doubly infinite series. Numerical and experimental results are presented for a monopole fed at one wall of a rectangular waveguide and for a bottom-fed and bottom-loaded strip in a rectangular waveguide.
