Solar panels exposed to solar radiation will produce heat, affecting their efficiency. A solution to this problem is integrating solar panels with thermoelectric generators that can convert thermal energy into electrical energy. In general, thermoelectric generators are equipped with heatsinks as heat absorbers. Many studies only look at the addition of heatsinks without examining the effect of the type of heatsink material used. Based on this background, this study identifies the effect of heatsink materials on the efficiency produced by solar panel thermoelectric devices. The purpose of this study is to determine which heatsink material can produce high efficiency in solar panel-thermoelectric devices. This research is useful for improving the efficiency of solar-thermoelectric hybrid devices. The novelty of this study is the selection of various heatsink materials that are directly tested against the efficiency of hybrid devices. The heatsink materials tested in this study were aluminum and copper. The equipment was tested by measuring the current and voltage generated by the solar panel-thermoelectric using a multimeter which was then used to calculate its power. The results showed that the hybrid solar panel-thermoelectric device with a heatsink made of copper produced a higher output power of 1.882 mW compared to aluminum material which was only 0.513 mW.

Mpox is a disease like smallpox caused by the Mpox virus (MPXV), which belongs to the Orthopoxvirus (OPXV) group in the Poxviridae family. The virus is transmitted through direct contact with infected individuals, animals, or contaminated materials. Transmission can occur through direct body contact, animal bites, respiratory droplets, or mucous membranes in the eyes, nose, or mouth. However, since the recent outbreak in May 2022, the disease has spread to various countries, posing a threat to develop into a global pandemic. Several image processing and deep learning models, including Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), have been employed for Mpox disease prediction. The default CNN algorithm performs poorly on image orientations such as tilting, rotation, zooming, or other abnormal images. Therefore, we propose a new framework adopted from deep learning by combining Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), PyramidalNet, and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). This new method is referred to as GPLNet. The research results indicate that the GPLNet algorithm model can surpass the accuracy achieved by CNN and CNN-LSTM, reaching 99%. The performance of the GPLNet algorithm model is also evaluated using various measurement metrics, yielding an accuracy of 98%, precision of 99%, recall of 98%, sensitivity of 98%, specificity of 98%, f1-score of 98%, and ROC of 99%.

Background: Endophytic fungi live in plant tissues and are usually not harmful to their host plants. One of the host plants for endophytic fungi is bush grape leaves (Cayratia trifolia L.). Objective: The research aimed to determine the molecular characteristics of the endophytic fungi isolates selected IDGG 3 of bush grape leaves. Methods: The test used the polymerase chain reaction method to determine the species-level characteristics using internal transcribed spacers (ITS) 1 and 4. The DNA band was successfully amplified with 500 base pairs with 3000 markers. Results: The fungi isolates selected IDGG 3 of bush grape leaves in molecular identification based on the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) analysis on Genebank NCBI that the IDGG 3 samples of bush grape leaves had a similarity level of 99%, namely Fusarium incarnatum JL5-2, Fusarium incarnatum JL3-4- 1, Fusarium incarnatum CBB-2, Fusarium incarnatum JL3-3, Fusarium incarnatum CBA-3, Fusarium incarnatum CBB-1, Fusarium incarnatum CBA-2, Fusarium chlamydospore, Fusarium cf. Incarnatum, and Fusarium sp. Conclusion: The results of the molecular characteristics of the selected endophytic fungi isolate IDGG 3 galing-galing leaves (Cayratia trifoliata L.) have the closest degree of kinship with the species Fusarium incarnatum JL3-4-1. The importance of the PCR method in the molecular characterization of endophytic fungi, as well as opening opportunities for further exploration of the biotechnological potential of endophytic fungi from Cayratia trifolia L.

This research was conducted with the aim of 1)describing the problems of learning Indonesian in the context of the Merdeka curriculum at the SMA/MA level in South Sulawesi 2)describing the efforts made by teachers in overcoming the problems of learning Indonesian in the context of the Merdeka curriculum at the SMA/MA level in South Sulawesi. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires via Google Forms. The results of this research show data that the problems of learning Indonesian in the context of the Merdeka curriculum at the SMA/MA level in South Sulawesi include: 1)teacher readiness; 2)the availability of inadequate facilities and infrastructure; 3) several teachers still do not master technology; 4)teacher creativity still needs to be improved; 5) lack of references related to training in making teaching materials; 6) misperceptions from students. Meanwhile, efforts made by teachers to overcome existing problems include: 1)attending independent curriculum seminars; 2) using an independent teaching platform; 3) joining a learning teacher community; 4) Empowering subject teacher deliberation (MGMP); 5) taking part in independent curriculum training; 6) provide students with an understanding of the concept of an independent curriculum.

Preeclampsia (PE) is a severe pregnancy disorder posing significant health risks to both the mother and the fetus without available preventive measures or treatments. More specifically, the main pathological feature of early-onset PE (EO-PE) is the incomplete transformation of the spiral artery. Meanwhile, aspirin has proven effective for the treatment and prevention of PE. Previous studies indicated a relationship between the phytochemical compound of kopyor coconut water (KCW) and nutritional treatment for PE. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the efficacy of KCW as a potential preventive treatment for PE. An experimental laboratory method was used with pre-test and post-test control group designs. The samples comprised 35 pregnant Wistar rats, divided into five groups with seven members each. Rats were then randomized into control and groups exposed to L-NAME, L-NAME and aspirin, L-NAME and KCW 2 ml/200 gBW, as well as L-Name and KCW 2 ml/200 gBW for GD4 to 19. The results showed that after administering L-NAME to induce EO-PE, mean arterial pressure (MAP), proteinuria, placental hypoxia, oxidative stress, and endothelial dysfunction decreased due to KCW nutritional treatment. Specifically, KCW nutrition prevented the uterine spiral artery from expanding and reduced the number of neutrophils. The decreased survival rate caused by L-NAME-induced PE was reversed by providing KCW nutrition. Moreover, results indicated that KCW was a potential alternative for the prevention and treatment of EO-PE even at doses of 2 or 3 ml/200 gBW, offering insights for the community and clinical practitioners in treating PE as a therapeutic option.

In today's digital age, artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized many sectors, including auditing and finance, with the potential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process. However, there is limited understanding of the impact of AI implementation on financial statement transparency and external auditor reputation. This study aims to fill that knowledge gap by exploring how AI can strengthen financial statement transparency and enhance auditor reputation. The methodology used is descriptive-analytical with an empirical normative approach, collecting data through literature review and documentation. The results finds that the integration of AI in auditing significantly improves financial statement transparency, facilitates auditors in conducting more in-depth and accurate analyses, and potentially enhances the reputation of external auditors in the eyes of stakeholders. The findings confirm that AI not only improves the efficiency of the audit process but also plays a strategic role in building trust and integrity in financial reporting. The implications of this research are significant in demonstrating the importance of adapting the latest technologies to meet and exceed evolving financial and reputational expectations in the digital age.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Spirulina platensis terhadap performans dan kualitas telur puyuh. Materi yang digunakan adalah 200 ekor puyuh petelur, spirulina bentuk tepung dan pakan puyuh komersil. Metode penelitian menggunakan percobaan lapang dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian menggunakan pakan kontrol (P0), P1 (pakan +0,05% spirulina), P2 (pakan + 0,1% spirulina) dan P3 (pakan+0,15% spirulina). Penelitian dilakukan selama 6 minggu, yakni saat puyuh umur 16 hingga 22 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan spirulina tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi pakan, Berat telur, HDP, egg mass, FCR dan IOFC. Konsumsi pakan tertinggi pada P0 (28,90 g/ekor/hari) dan terendah pada P1 (27,99 g/ekor/hari). Berat telur terendah pada P0 (12,36 g) dan tertinggi pada P2 (12,69 g). Hen day production tertinggi pada P3 (88,54%) dan terendah pada P0 (82,32%). Nilai FCR terbaik pada P2 (2,54) dan tertinggi pada P0 (2,86). Nilai IOFC terbaik pada P2 (Rp 14.315,70) dan terendah pada P0 (Rp. 12.155,92). Penambahan spirulina dalam pakan puyuh memberikan perbedaan yang nyata (P0,05) pada indeks putih telur dan haugh unit. Nilai indeks putih telur berkisar antara 0,10 hingga 0,12. Sedangkan haugh unit terendah pada P2 (87,14) dan tertinggi pada P3 (89,10). Indeks kuning telur tertinggi pada P3 (0,51) dan berbeda nyata dengan P0, P1 dan P2. Skor warna kuning telur tertinggi pada P3 (5,05) dan terendah pada P1 (4,3). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa, penambahan spirulina mampu memperbaiki performan dan meningkatkan kualitas internal telur puyuh. Penambahan spirulina hingga level 0,15% dalam pakan mampu meningkatkan indeks kuning dan skor warna kuning telur, serta mampu memberikan nilai IOFC tertinggi.

Improving teacher performance still needs to continue to be improved, considering that there are still many bad records about teacher performance or uneven teacher performance. One way to improve teacher performance is by providing training and development to them. This research aims to find gaps in previous research and reanalyze them so that several research questions are asked, the first is how does training influence teacher performance? secondly, how development affects teacher performance and the last is how training and development influence teacher performance simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research which obtains data from respondents using a questionnaire that has been tested on an instrument with a 1-5 Likert scale. To test the instrument, use data validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test (linearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test). The regression test used uses multiple linear regression, F test and T test to test the hypothesis in this research. The test results show that partially training and development have a significant influence on teacher performance, while development also has a significant influence on teacher performance. Simultaneously, teacher performance is influenced by training and development. An important finding is how important the resignation indicator of the development variable has an active role in influencing teacher performance with indicators of planning, implementation and learning innovation as well as learning evaluation.

Antimicrobial resistance is the rising global health issue that should not be ignored. This problem needs to be addressed and professionally handled since it is starting to threaten global health, which eventually could lead to disaster. Extended spectrum beta lactamase (ESBL)-producing bacteria were found threatening lives, since most antibiotics were found to not be effective in treating patients with infections caused by those bacteria. ESBL-producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae are the two most reported bacteria in causing the bacteremia and nosocomial infections worldwide. In this article, the prevalence of ESBL-producing E. coli and K. pneumoniae in causing blood stream and urinary tract infections in Indonesia were compared to the neighboring countries based on the global antimicrobial resistance surveillance system performed worldwide by World Health Organization (WHO). In this article, the prevalence of ESBL-producing E. coli and K. pneumoniae in Indonesia and its neighboring countries were assayed and compared in order to evaluate the antimicrobial resistances. By comparing the prevalence data to the neighboring countries, some insightful evidence and information was served to support improved health in Indonesia. Some hurdles and strategies in combating the antimicrobial resistances were further discussed. Eventually, an alternate solution to overcome the antimicrobial drug resistance should be well-provided, studied and implemented globally.

Diseases caused by mosquitoes continue to be the leading cause of illness and death worldwide. Malaria, filariasis, Japanese encephalitis and dengue fever are diseases that are clearly transmitted by mosquitoes of the genera Anopheles, Culex and Aedes. In addition, mosquitoes in the Culex genus have also been identified as the main vectors that transmit WNV (West Nile Virus) in several countries. One of the efforts to eradicate mosquitoes is to break the chain of mosquito distribution by eradicating mosquito nests and killing mosquito larvae. The use of abate insecticides as larvicides can be the most common way of controlling the growth of mosquito vectors. The use of abate for a long time will cause resistance or the larvae will be immune to abate (insecticide). Shallot skin has the potential to be developed as a biolarvicide for Culex sp mosquito larvae due to its phytochemical compounds. Onion peel waste was proven positive for containing alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids and tannins. The purpose of this study was to determine the effective concentration of onion peel waste powder (Allium ascalonicum) and the effective LC50 of onion peel waste powder (Allium ascalonicum) as larvicides against the death of Culex sp mosquito larvae at an effective powder concentration of 0.025 gr/ml, 0.05 gr. /ml, 0.075 gr/ml and 0.1 gr/ml. This type of research is an experimental laboratory, carried out from August to September 2021 at the Microbiology Laboratory of D III Study Program Medical Laboratory Technology, Health Poltekkes, Aceh Ministry of Health. The sample of this study was 325 larvae of Culex sp Instar III mosquito larvae. The treatments consisted of 4 effective concentrations of onion peel powder 0.025 g/ml, 0.05 g/ml, 0.075 g/ml and 0.1 g/ml and a negative control (Water) with 3 repetitions. Each treatment group contained 25 larvae. The data obtained were analyzed using the formula for the percentage of mortality of Culex sp larvae and the Probit analysis test to calculate the LC50. The results showed that the average larval mortality at a concentration of 0.025 gr/ml was 8 birds (32%), a concentration of 0.05 gr/ml was 9 birds (37%), a concentration of 0.075 gr/ml was 11 (44%), and the concentration of 0.1 g/ml is 16 animals (64%). While the negative control did not show death. And the LC50 value at 24 hours after treatment from the concentration of onion peel powder was 0.075%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that onion peel powder (Allium ascalonicum) has the potential as a natural larvicide against the mortality of Culex sp larvae with LC50 obtained at an effective concentration of 0.075% powder. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilaksanakan di SDN Kasreman 1 Kasreman Kab. Ngawi, kegiatan pembelajaran masih berjalan secara tradisional yakni guru memberikan materi dan peserta didik mendengarkan penjelasan dari guru. Sehingga siswa merasa bosan kurang fokus dalam mendengarkan penjelasan dari guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan analaisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berkolaborasi dengan guru kelas sebagai kolaborator dan berperan sebagai observer penelitian. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Kasreman 1 Kasreman, Kecamatan Kasreman, Kabupaten Ngawi yang berjumlah 34 siswa yang terdiri dari 17 perempuan dan 17 laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah melalui lembar observasi dan soal tes posttest. Penelitian ini menggunakan model siklus dari Kurt Lewin yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dan masing-masing siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dikatakan tuntas atau berhasil apabila rata-rata nilai peserta didik yang mencapai KKM 70 pada soal evaluasi atau posttest sebanyak 80%. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif . Penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbantuan Media 3D Watercycle untuk Meningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V di SDN Kasreman 1 Kasreman. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dikumpulkan maka didapatkan hasil presentase nilai ketuntasan pada prasiklus hanya sebesar 26,47 %. Kemudian terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yaitu pada siklus I dengan presentase ketuntasan sebesar 52,94 % dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan lagi dengan presentase sebesar 82,35% .

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to describe the existence of Tudang Sipulung for group guidance that used KIPAS Counseling for the Bugis Youth at Senior High School at Sidrap. This research used a qualitative approach with Triple Hermeneutic Analysis method. The data collection technique are Interview and literature studies as well as data validation which is achieved through data triangulation. The subjects of this study were four people, two people from public figure (culturalists) and two people from students (Bugis youth). The results showed that Tudang Sipulung is the ancestral heritage of the Sidrap’s Bugis Society which contains positive values in the deliberation to reach consensus. In the practice of guidance and counseling, Tudang Sipulung can be constructed and implemented as group guidance in the perspective of the KIPAS counseling model in serving the counselee or Bugis Youth. The cultural values of Tudang Sipulung that can be integrated with the KIPAS model counseling include the counselor’s self-positioning, discussion themes, attitude, and positive thinking techniques, as well as the special technique of KIPAS is KaDo-MUDAH, and up to the steps of the KIPAS Counseling model Abstrak: Kajian ini berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi Tudang Sipulung sebagai sarana bimbingan kelompok dalam kerangka acuan konseling model KIPAS (Konseling Intensif dan Progresif yang Adaptif terhadap Struktur) terhadap Remaja Bugis sekolah menengah atas di Kab. Sidenreng Rappang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian AHB (analisis hermeneutika bersusun). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi kepustakaan, serta pengabsahan data ditempuh melalui triangulasi data. Pada penelitian ini, subjek berjumlah 4 orang, 2 orang dari kalangan tokoh masyarakat (budayawan) dan 2 orang dari kalangan siswa (remaja Bugis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tudang Sipulung merupakan warisan tradisi leluhur masyarakat Bugis Sidenreng Rappang (Sidrap) yang mengandung nilai-nilai positif dalam bentuk wahana kelompok ketika hendak membicarakan suatu hal yang perlu untuk disepakati secara bersama-sama. Pada praksis bimbingan dan konseling, Tudang Sipulung dapat dikonstruksi dan diimplementasikan sebagai strategi bimbingan kelompok dalam perspektif konseling model KIPAS dalam melayani konseli atau remaja yang berlatar suku Bugis. Adapun nilai-nilai budaya Tudang Sipulung yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan konseling model KIPAS meliputi pemosisian diri konselor, tema bahasan, teknik-teknik bersikap dan berpikir positif serta teknik khusus KaDo-MUDAH, hingga langkah-langkah konseling model KIPAS.

The objective of this research is to examine 4 (four) variables, respectively total quality management, supply chain management, competitive advantage, and firm performance. The research type is quantitative. Statistic data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.0. The subject of research was book writers at Optima Publikasi Literasi Makassar. The research was done in Optima Publikasi Literasi Makassar, which published and printed books. The research population comprised of book writers at Optima Publikasi Literasi Makassar, which as of November 2020 was counted for 334. Slovin Equation was used on the population, which produced 77 respondents as a research sample. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that better total quality management has an optimization effect on competitive advantage. Better supply chain management delivers a high competitive advantage. Better total quality management has an optimization effect on firm performance. Better supply chain management optimizes firm performance. High competitive advantage has optimization effect on firm performance by improving innovative capacity and increasing competitiveness. Better total quality management optimizes firm performance through competitive advantage by improving firm aspects relating to quality control and competitiveness. Better supply chain management optimizes firm performance through high competitive advantage. Better total quality management has implications for increasing the competitiveness and performance of the company.

The frying temperature in the frying process using a vacuum frying machine can be designed according to your needs. Usually used for frying at low temperatures so that damage to aroma and taste can be avoided. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of temperature and frying time on a vacuum frying machine on improving the quality of apple chips so that apple chip products can be obtained according to consumer desires. The temperatures used for frying are 50, 55, and 60oC with time variations of 40, 50, and 60 minutes. This aims to avoid changes in color and taste to obtain optimal quality apple chips. The water content of fried apples is 85% - 86.5%. The maximum capacity of the frying tube is 2 kg with a requirement of 12 liters of cooking oil. The main processed ingredients used in this study were manalagi varieties of apples. The resulting chips have a delicious, sweet, crispy texture, and have a yellow color. The higher the temperature and the longer the frying time, the air content tends to decrease. This is caused by higher heat which causes greater evaporation of air from inside the material. The results of the fried ingredients are more crunchy because evaporation at a low boiling point allows more air content to evaporate.

This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of the method of educating with heart on student character formation at MTS Nurul Iman Modong, Tanah Abang District, Pali. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data were taken through observation and interviews. Respondents consisted of 20 students of grade 3 of Mts Nurul Iman Modong. The data obtained from observation and interview were then analyzed by using interactive analysis through several components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The learning used in this research was the method of educating by heart. This study provided illustration that, through the concept of educating with heart can lead to a good, have moral and character generations.

The implementation of inclusive education aims to provide education for all, including children with special needs. The type of specialty that is most often encountered is slow learner. Adjustments need to be made by schools, both in terms of curriculum, educational facilities and infrastructure and learning systems. This is a separate obstacle in its implementation. The CIPP evaluation study used a descriptive qualitative method. Interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature research became the research objects, and the research objects were principals and teachers. The results of the evaluation show that there is no element of inclusive education in school development plans and special budgets that have an impact on school management, without day-to-day financial or material assistance, without a curriculum tailored to the needs and development of students, and teachers ill-prepared to develop and implement plan Individual learning, school facilities and infrastructure that are not appropriate and the learning process is not in accordance with the accommodative curriculum.At the same time, the assessment criteria did not meet the minimum procedural standard criteria. Corynebacterium diphtheriae (C. diphtheriae) is the causative agent of diphtheria. The main virulence factor of C. diphtheriae is diphtheria toxin, which is encoded by the tox gene and regulated by the dtxR gene. The tox and dtxR genes are used as genetic markers to identify bacteria causing diphtheria by PCR. Here, we present the whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data of 18 C. diphtheriae isolates from diphtheria outbreaks in different regions in Indonesia. We used these data to identify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with the tox and dtxR genes to verify the accuracy of the PCR assay and performed molecular typing with a multilocus sequence typing (MLST) approach. The data can be used for further analyses, such as antimicrobial resistance and bacterial virulence factors.

ABSTRAK Peningkatan kebutuhan listrik tanpa ada penambahan sumber listrik yang terus menerus akan mengakibatkan masalah pada voltage stability. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan penerapan energi terbarukan yang memungkinkan adalah model pembangkit tersebar / Distributed Generation (DG). Penyulang Watu Ulo Jember merupakan penyulang kelistrikan 10,03 KV 75 bus yang bertempat pada Jember bagian selatan dimana potensi energi terbarukan dapat dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini optimasi penempatan DG dengan level penetrasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kenaikkan pembebanan kelistrikan yang maksimal (loadability) pada penyulang Watu Ulo Jember dengan mempertimbangan faktor perbaikan level tegangan menggunakan algoritma PSO. Penelitian ini diharapkan salah satunya dapat menjadi kajian ilmiah pemerintah kabupaten Jember terhadap potensi pemasangan DG untuk meningkatkan loadability dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan beban pelanggan listrik. ABSTRACT The increase in electricity demand without the addition of a continuous power source will cause problems in voltage stability. To solve this problem with the application of renewable energy that is possible is the Distributed Generation (DG) model. The Watu Ulo Jember feeder is a 10.03 KV 75 bus electricity feeder located in the southern part of Jember where the potential for renewable energy can be carried out. In this study, an optimization of DG placement with penetration level was carried out to determine the maximum increase in electrical loading (loadability) on the Watu Ulo Jember feeder by considering the voltage level improvement factor using the PSO algorithm. It is hoped that this research can become a scientific study of the Jember district government on the potential of installing DG to increase loadability in meeting the needs of electricity customers. In the implementation of government financial management, audit process is carried out by the inspectorate with the purpose to produce a quality audit. One of the indicators is the inspection report is submitted on time, however in the last 3 years the reports submitted by the Inspectorate of West Java Province have been late. The purpose of study was to determine the influence of ethics, education level, and professional skepticism on audit quality in the Inspectorate of West Java Province. This study conducted with a total 70 auditors with descriptive and verificative research method. Data collection using questionnaires and was analized by multiple linear regression. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that ethics, education level, and professional skepticism has an influence on quality audits both partially and simultaneously.

This article aimed to reveal the teaching-learning process of how to read and write the Qur'an with the Al-Barqy method to Faculty of Teacher Training and Education students at Sriwjaya University. The research method used qualitative method. The data collection was takenfrom observation, interviews, and documentation. The respondents consisted of students and lecturers of Islamic Education. This research focusedon the learning process of how to read and write the Al-Qur'an using the Al-Barqy method? What are the advantages and disadvantages used in the Al-Barqy method? The information obtained was analyzed with interactive analysis through several components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then the data from the observation and documentation were adjusted. This teaching-learning process only emphasized on the ability to read and write the Qur'an in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education students at Sriwijaya University. The result of this research of the teaching-learning process to read and write Al-Qur'an with the al-barqy method made students learn the Qur'an quicker and easiercompared to other methods. This method used easier steps and a fun process. And there were several advantages, namely: Used a short period of time which was up to 8 hours and for adults was only up to 200 minutes to read the Qur’an,can be used for all ages both children and adults. While the drawbacks of this method include: This method was called the 8-hour method meaning that the learning time was relatively short and if it was for children's education then we must pay attention to their conditions both endurance and their memories, the understandings of hijaiyah letters was not very deep.

Pertussis cases have been reported most frequently in developed countries, but they are predicted to be the most prevalent in developing countries. Indonesia, a developing country, routinely conducts case-based surveillance for pertussis. We reviewed the data on pertussis cases and close contacts based on clinical sample documents examined in the National Reference Laboratory for pertussis, Indonesia (2016–2020). Our objective was to analyze the laboratory and epidemiological aspects of pertussis cases and close contacts, particularly to evaluate the implementation of a 5-year case-based surveillance of pertussis in Indonesia. Data were collected from sample documents and annual laboratory reports between January 2016 and December 2020. We analyzed the proportion of pertussis cases and close contacts by geographic region, year, age, and sex. We used the χ2 test to correlate the laboratory and epidemiological data. In total, 274 clinical cases of pertussis and 491 close contacts were recorded in 15 provinces. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan proses sains (KPS) peserta didik pada setiap indikator dan mengetahui persentase peserta didik yang memiliki tingkat keterampilan proses sains pada setiap kategori kemampuan (tinggi, sedang, dan rendah) pada materi laju reaksi dengan model pembelajaran Bounded Inquiry Laboratory. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed methods research dengan teknik purpossive sampling, dimana kelas yang diteliti yaitu XI IPA 2 di SMAN 16 Pekanbaru. Data diperoleh melalui tes dan lembar observasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan proses sains berupa soal uraian (essay) dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik dalam kategori cukup dengan persentase 57.94%. Dari sepuluh indikator yang dianalisis, indikator mengamati memiliki persentase paling tinggi yaitu 76.47% dan indikator berhipotesis memiliki persentase paling rendah yaitu 36.76%. Adapun peserta didik yang memiliki keterampilan proses sains dengan kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 9%, kategori sedang 35%, dan kategori rendah sebanyak 56%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik.

Many factors that affect the efficiency of solar panels, one of which is environmental factors. Among the environmental factors that negatively affect the solar panels performance is the dust accumulation on the top surface of the solar panels. This is because dust will block solar radiation from entering directly into solar cells and can reduce the efficiency of solar panels. In this research, a wiper cleaner prototype has been designed to clean dust on solar panels with a rooftop installation. This wiper cleaner system is made by utilizing servo motor movement and Internet of Things (IoT) technology so that it can be controlled remotely using an android. This wiper cleaner prototype works with a response time of 1 second and a speed of 0.0254 m/s. The wiper cleaner control system via Android can work with a maximum range of 30 meters. In addition, based on research that has been done shows that wiper cleaner can increase the efficiency of solar panels by 8.5%.

Instalasi pembangkit listrik dengan memanfaatkan sumber energi terbarukan merupakan solusi untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan energi listrik terutama pada daerah tertinggal, terdepan, dan terluar (3T) atau remote area. Pemenuhan kebutuhan listrik pada daerah 3T atau remote area dapat dilakukan dengan menggali potensi energi terbarukan dan memanfaatkannya dalam sebuah sistem pembangkit listrik. Potensi sinar atau cahaya matahari di sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia, terutama Indonesia timur yang kebutuhan listrik belum secara merata tersedia. Selain itu faktor lain bahwa Indonesia adalah negara tropis mendukung pemanfaatan energi matahari menjadi energi listrik. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan pada sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini dibahas tentang perencaan PLTS pada daerah 3T secara off-grid termasuk juga perbandingan terhadap tarif dasar listrik (TDL) PLN 450 VA. Selain itu dilengkapi dengan divais monitoring performa PLTS pada remote area berupa data tegangan, arus, dan daya sehingga akan membantu operator dalam melakukan maintenance. Proses monitoring dilakukan dengan menggunakan modul IoT ESP8266 dengan kombinasi Arduino Mega 2560. Objek ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah PLTS dengan sistem off-grid skala laboratorium sebagai proyeksi kelistrikan remote area yang tidak terhubung dengan listrik jala-jala PLN.

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely Quality of Learning (X1), Quality of Service (X2), and Promotion (X3), on the dependent variable, namely Decision to Choose (Y) at SDIT Mutiara Rahmah Balikpapan. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a non-probability sampling technique using a sample of 200 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observations, interviews. Findings: Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the correlation coefficient (R) was obtained. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the R value was 0.663 and the determinant R Square value (R2) was 0.401. The F_count value obtained is 43,649. This value is far above the F_table value of 2.65 with a significance level of = 0.000 which is far from 0.05. Research limitations/implications: Thus, it can be concluded that the variables of learning quality (X1), service quality (X2), and promotion (X3), influence simultaneou sly on the decision to choose SDIT Mutiara Rahmah Balikpapan. Originality/value: The results of the t-test of the hypothesis indicate that the three independent variables, namely the quality of learning (X1), service quality (X2), and promotion (X3), each partially have a significant effect on the decision to choose SDIT Mutiara Rahmah Balikpapan. The purpose of this study was to improve the student learning outcomes of grades VIII.1 SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung in learning science subject matter through the application of Discovery learning models. This research used classroom action research with 29 research subjects. The research instruments used were observation sheets and tests. Data of this research were analyzed through descriptive qualitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The result of the study showed that the average evaluation results in the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle were 61.03, 75.10 and 83.72 with classical completeness of each cycle was 55, 17%, 72.41% and 89.66%. From the learning outcomes, it indicated that there was an increase in the average value from cycle I to cycle II, cycle II to cycle III which proves student learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of Discovery learning models in the learning of science subject matter can improve student learning outcomes of grades VIII.1 SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung in the academic year 2018/2019.

Objective: to compare zinc, selenium, iron and copper levels in maternal serum of normal and preterm pregnancy. Methods: It is a cross sectional study with preterm and normal pregnant woman who will carry delivery in Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital and Budi Kemuliaan Hospital Jakarta from January to April 2017. This study was conducted by comparing the levels of each micronutrient in both groups of subjects. Result: From January until April 2017, there were 53 subjects divided into 30 normal pregnant women and 23 preterm pregnant women. The levels of zinc, selenium iron and copper in preterm pregnancy were 42 µg/dL, 72,39 µg/L, 74 µg/L, and 2144,52 µg/dL. Levels of zinc, selenium, iron and copper in normal pregnancy were 42 µg/dL, 67,27 µg/L, 70,5 µg/L, and 2221 µg/dL. There was no difference in micronutrients level in both groups. Conclusion: This study concluded that there was no difference in zinc, selenium, iron and copper levels in normal and preterm pregnancy. Clove is one of the plants that has the potential as an antibacterial. Clove, besides being known as a food flavoring, also has properties as an analgesic, bacteriostatic, and treat stomach cramps. This study aims to isolate and obtain a chromatogram profile of clove flowers (Syzygium aromaticum L.) against bacteria that cause dental caries infection. The search for bioactive compounds in this study was to isolate endophytic fungi in clove flowers and then purified and tested macroscopically. Then a screening test was carried out and then continued for 21 days fermentation using Potato Dextrose Broth medium to separate the supernatant and mycelia, then extracted using ethyl acetate solvents to obtain ethyl acetate extract. Antibacterial activity testing was carried out by TLC-Bioutography method using ethyl acetate: n-hexane (4: 1) eluent. The results of this study obtained five endophytic fungi isolates that were active against the bacteria Streprococcus mutans and Porphyromonas gingivalis. Isolates that have the greatest activity, namely isolates with the code IFBC-01. The results of TLC-Bioautography obtained one speck with a value of rf: 0.67 which means it has antibacterial activity.

ABSTRACT [Identification of Attenuation Coefficient and the Implementation to Know People Preparedness on Earthquake Disasters in Bengkulu City]. This study aims to identify attenuation coefficients against sediment susceptibility during an earthquake in the city of Bengkulu and map out hazardous areas during an earthquake based on attenuation coefficient values and its implementation to find out about community preparedness, and who live in earthquake-prone areas of the impact of the earthquake. This research was conducted with the method of field data collection in the Beringin Raya sub-district and the Kandang Limun village in the city of Bengkulu in the form of seismic micro data using a 3 component short-circuit seismometer. From 20 research points, the regions that have the highest attenuation coefficient are obtained at the coordinate point S: -3.75625 E: 102.2952222 and S: -3.75625 E: 102.2697778 which is 1.6x10-2. Mapping based on coefficient values at each point using ArcGIS 10.3 Software. As for educational / social research, the method used in community education / social research is to use a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population in this study were all family heads in the Beringin Raya sub-district and Kandang Limun village. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques. The questionnaire analysis technique uses the correlation of the Produc Moment formula. Requirements for test analysis are carried out by testing empirical validity and reliability testing. the average community in Kelingin Beringin Raya and Keluran Kandang Limun is in the category of almost ready to deal with earthquake disasters, namely 47.14%. Dari 20 titik penelitian maka diperoleh daerah yang memiliki nilai koefisien atenuasi tertinggi yaitu di titik koordinat S:-3.75625 E: 102.2952222 dan S: -3.75625 E: 102.2697778 yaitu sebesar 1,6x10-2. Pemetaan bedasarkan nilai koefien setiap titik menggunakan Software ArcGIS 10.3. Sedangkan untuk penelitian pendidikan/sosial masyarakat, metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga yang ada di kelurahan Beringin Raya dan kelurahan Kandang Limun. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik analisa butir angket menggunaka korelasi rumus Produc Moment. Persyaratan uji analisis dilakukan dengan uji validitas empiris dan uji reliabilitas. rata-rata masyarakat di Keluran Beringin Raya dan Keluran Kandang Limun tergolong pada kategori hampir siap dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi yaitu dengan persentase 47,14%. Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is important for newborns to prevent high neonatal mortality. Early Initiation of Breastfeeding Is where a baby searchs for Mother’s nipple immediately after birth. This study aimed to analyze The relationship between husband assistance in maternity and the success of early initiation of breastfeeding. This study Is a quantitative research, analytical observational study with cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used total sampling. Sample was a total of 39 women whose delivery in private midwife clinics. DepokSleman while The data collection used questionnaire and observation sheets The result from logistic regression showed that husband assistance was significantly associated with early initiation of breastfeeding (OR=3.46; CI95%=1.44 to 6.00; P=0.014) husband assistance on maternity women may increase the success of maternity women to breastfeed their babies as early as possible.

Water pollution in Tempe Lake was consequence by people activity in around of Tempe Lake, such as domestic waste and agriculture waste. One of the dangerous pollutions which was resulted from the waste was phenol pollution. Phenol waste reduction efforts on Tempe Lake could be solved by biodegradation process using bacteria. This research aimed to: 1) Get the bacteria which was able to degrade phenol on samples sourced from Tempe Lake, Wajo South Sulawesi and 2) Identify the type of bacteria that can degrade phenol sourced from Lake Tempe, Wajo South Sulawesi. The Metods used in the research was making of media, isolation and purification of bacteria, identification of bacteria and testing the ability of phenol degradation. Bacterial identification tests include staining gram and biochemical tests (TSIA, SIM, MR-VP, urea, citric and sugar fermentation). The degradation test was performed using UV-Vis spectrophotometry with colorimetric method using follin reagent. The results showed that the bacterial identified as the genus Enterobacter spp and Klebsella spp which were gram negative bacteria. Test of phenol degradation at 48 hour incubation using UV-Vis shows that bacterial isolates C1F was able to degrade phenol 500 ppm to 3,091 ppm, bacterial isolate S1F was able to degrade phenol 500 ppm to 5,1153 ppm and bacterial isolate H2F was able to degrade phenol 500 ppm to 7,7834 ppm.

Pembelajaran berbasis inquiri sederhana adalah salah satu pembelajaran yang bisa membantu guru untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan literasi sains siswa, yang berkaitan tentang pemahaman konsep siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan guru, proses sains dalam memecahkan permasalahan secara ilmiah, dan mengaplikasikan sains kedalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengkaji penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Inquiri Sederhana 2) Mengkaji perbedaan peningkatan Literasi Sains 3) Mengkaji respon siswa terhadap penerapan pembelajaran Berbasis Inquiri Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase aktivitas siswa setiap indikatornya yaitu dmensi konten, proses sains, dan konteks sains pada pertemuan kedua mengalami peningkatan. Persentase tertinggi pada pertemuan pertama yaitu dimensi konteks sebesar 80% dan pertemuan kedua yaitu dimensi konten sebesar 88%. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) yaitu Sig. 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) yang artinya H0 ditolak. Hasil angket siswa secara keseluruhan rata-rata merespon baik dan merasa senang belajar biologi dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis inquiri sederhana dengan kategori kuat yaitu sebesar 80%.Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas siswa setiap indikatornya mengalami penigkatan dan persentase rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada dimensi konten, artinya siswa mampu memahami materi atau konsep yang dijelaskan oleh guru. Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan literasi sains siswa antara kelas yang menerapan pembelajaran berbasis inquiri sederhana dengan kelas yang tidak menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis inquiri sederhana. Mpox is a disease like smallpox caused by the Mpox virus (MPXV), which belongs to the Orthopoxvirus (OPXV) group in the Poxviridae family. The virus is transmitted through direct contact with infected individuals, animals, or contaminated materials. Transmission can occur through direct body contact, animal bites, respiratory droplets, or mucous membranes in the eyes, nose, or mouth. However, since the recent outbreak in May 2022, the disease has spread to various countries, posing a threat to develop into a global pandemic. Several image processing and deep learning models, including Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), have been employed for Mpox disease prediction. The default CNN algorithm performs poorly on image orientations such as tilting, rotation, zooming, or other abnormal images. Therefore, we propose a new framework adopted from deep learning by combining Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), PyramidalNet, and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). This new method is referred to as GPLNet. The research results indicate that the GPLNet algorithm model can surpass the accuracy achieved by CNN and CNN-LSTM, reaching 99%. The performance of the GPLNet algorithm model is also evaluated using various measurement metrics, yielding an accuracy of 98%, precision of 99%, recall of 98%, sensitivity of 98%, specificity of 98%, f1-score of 98%, and ROC of 99%.
