Background: Endophytic fungi live in plant tissues and are usually not harmful to their host plants. One of the host plants for endophytic fungi is bush grape leaves (Cayratia trifolia L.). Objective: The research aimed to determine the molecular characteristics of the endophytic fungi isolates selected IDGG 3 of bush grape leaves. Methods: The test used the polymerase chain reaction method to determine the species-level characteristics using internal transcribed spacers (ITS) 1 and 4. The DNA band was successfully amplified with 500 base pairs with 3000 markers. Results: The fungi isolates selected IDGG 3 of bush grape leaves in molecular identification based on the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) analysis on Genebank NCBI that the IDGG 3 samples of bush grape leaves had a similarity level of 99%, namely Fusarium incarnatum JL5-2, Fusarium incarnatum JL3-4- 1, Fusarium incarnatum CBB-2, Fusarium incarnatum JL3-3, Fusarium incarnatum CBA-3, Fusarium incarnatum CBB-1, Fusarium incarnatum CBA-2, Fusarium chlamydospore, Fusarium cf. Incarnatum, and Fusarium sp. Conclusion: The results of the molecular characteristics of the selected endophytic fungi isolate IDGG 3 galing-galing leaves (Cayratia trifoliata L.) have the closest degree of kinship with the species Fusarium incarnatum JL3-4-1. The importance of the PCR method in the molecular characterization of endophytic fungi, as well as opening opportunities for further exploration of the biotechnological potential of endophytic fungi from Cayratia trifolia L.

Abstract Introduction A comprehensive and innovative adolescent health care program focusing on adolescent health problems in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) is lacking. We reviewed the research literature on models for adolescent and young adult (AYA)-friendly primary healthcare services (LMICs). Methods and analysis This scoping review was guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Review. The PubMed, Embase, and Scopus databases were searched. The data were screened with COVIDENCE software® and extracted thematically. Results Together, the search generated 1101 articles, 40 of which met the inclusion criteria. The significant domains identified for AYA-friendly healthcare care services in LMICs were health facilities, health literacy, and the environment and empowerment, which were derived from eight themes, namely, appropriate package of services, facility characteristics, data and quality improvement, providers’ competencies, adolescent health literacy, equity and nondiscrimination, community support, and adolescent participation. Conclusion The friendly primary health care services model in LMICs should pay attention to health facilities, literacy, and environmental support. The identified domains provide insight for advising and implementing primary healthcare services that provide a trusted, holistic, comprehensive, integrated, and ongoing health service to AYA, thereby closing the gap in healthcare services for AYA.

Background: The first 1,000 days are crucial for a child's development. Indonesia has limited research on responsive caregiving and early learning opportunities, especially for children with nutritional challenges. While studies have addressed general child nutrition, few have explored comprehensive nurturing care interventions. This gap underscores the need for further research. Educational videos, particularly animated ones, effectively capture attention and improve understanding, making them valuable for enhancing maternal knowledge and child growth. Purpose: This study aimed to assess the impact of nurturing care educational videos on mothers' knowledge and child growth in children aged 6-23 months with nutritional challenges. Methods: A quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent and untreated control groups was employed. Seventy-three mothers and their children aged 6-23 months, facing nutritional challenges, were recruited through consecutive sampling. The intervention group received nurturing care educational videos. Statistical analyses included dependent t-tests, independent t-tests, and repeated measures ANOVA. Results: The intervention group showed significant improvements in nurturing care knowledge (p = 0.012), responsive caregiving (p = 0.018), and safety and security (p = 0.006). A significant difference in safety and security was observed between groups at posttest 1 (p = 0.020). Both groups exhibited significant increases in children's body weight and height: the intervention group (body weight, p = 0.005; body height, p < 0.001) and the control group (body weight, p < 0.001; body height, p < 0.001). Conclusion: Nurturing care educational videos had a significant positive impact on enhancing mothers' knowledge and promoting child growth. Notable improvements were observed in nurturing care knowledge, responsive caregiving practices, and safety and security measures among caregivers exposed to the intervention.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak Celebrity Endorsement dari sisi Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, dan Expertise, E-WOM, dan Perceived Quality terhadap Purchase Intention produk skincare lokal di kalangan konsumen Gen Z dengan Brand Image sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode eksplanatori. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive dalam metode non-probabilitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner dan berhasil terkumpul 300 responden. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa E-WOM dan kredibilitas celebrity endorsement memiliki dampak positif signifikan terhadap brand image skincare lokal di kalangan Gen Z. Perceived quality dan brand image juga berperan secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan purchase intention. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa brand image memainkan peran sebagai perantara dalam hubungan antara E-WOM dan celebrity endorsement, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan purchase intention skincare lokal di kalangan konsumen Gen Z.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam menanamkan nilai moderasi beragama pada anak usia dini di RA Darul Mukhlisin Pademawu Pamekasan. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan melibatkan 1 kepala sekolah, 5 guru, dan 10 anak sebagai informan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga strategi utama: penerapan metode pembelajaran variatif seperti bercerita dan bermain peran yang secara efektif meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa, penggunaan media pembelajaran kontekstual yang membantu pemahaman konsep moderasi, dan sistem evaluasi berkelanjutan yang menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam kemampuan anak menghargai perbedaan. Implementasi program dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendukung berupa dukungan kelembagaan dan SDM memadai, serta faktor penghambat meliputi kesenjangan kompetensi guru dan keterbatasan sumber belajar. Program ini berhasil mentransformasi pemahaman dan perilaku anak dalam menghargai perbedaan, yang tercermin dari berkurangnya konflik berbasis perbedaan dan meningkatnya kolaborasi antaranak dalam aktivitas pembelajaran.

Solar panels exposed to solar radiation will produce heat, affecting their efficiency. A solution to this problem is integrating solar panels with thermoelectric generators that can convert thermal energy into electrical energy. In general, thermoelectric generators are equipped with heatsinks as heat absorbers. Many studies only look at the addition of heatsinks without examining the effect of the type of heatsink material used. Based on this background, this study identifies the effect of heatsink materials on the efficiency produced by solar panel thermoelectric devices. The purpose of this study is to determine which heatsink material can produce high efficiency in solar panel-thermoelectric devices. This research is useful for improving the efficiency of solar-thermoelectric hybrid devices. The novelty of this study is the selection of various heatsink materials that are directly tested against the efficiency of hybrid devices. The heatsink materials tested in this study were aluminum and copper. The equipment was tested by measuring the current and voltage generated by the solar panel-thermoelectric using a multimeter which was then used to calculate its power. The results showed that the hybrid solar panel-thermoelectric device with a heatsink made of copper produced a higher output power of 1.882 mW compared to aluminum material which was only 0.513 mW.

Mpox is a disease like smallpox caused by the Mpox virus (MPXV), which belongs to the Orthopoxvirus (OPXV) group in the Poxviridae family. The virus is transmitted through direct contact with infected individuals, animals, or contaminated materials. Transmission can occur through direct body contact, animal bites, respiratory droplets, or mucous membranes in the eyes, nose, or mouth. However, since the recent outbreak in May 2022, the disease has spread to various countries, posing a threat to develop into a global pandemic. Several image processing and deep learning models, including Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), have been employed for Mpox disease prediction. The default CNN algorithm performs poorly on image orientations such as tilting, rotation, zooming, or other abnormal images. Therefore, we propose a new framework adopted from deep learning by combining Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), PyramidalNet, and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). This new method is referred to as GPLNet. The research results indicate that the GPLNet algorithm model can surpass the accuracy achieved by CNN and CNN-LSTM, reaching 99%. The performance of the GPLNet algorithm model is also evaluated using various measurement metrics, yielding an accuracy of 98%, precision of 99%, recall of 98%, sensitivity of 98%, specificity of 98%, f1-score of 98%, and ROC of 99%.

In this paper, polynomial equations with real coefficients and in one variable were considered which contained a small, positive but specified and fixed parameter $ \varepsilon_0 \neq 0 $. By using the classical asymptotic method, roots of the polynomial equations have been constructed in the literature, which were proved to be valid for sufficiently small $ \varepsilon $-values (or equivalently for $ \varepsilon \to 0 $). In this paper, it was assumed that for some or all roots of a polynomial equation, the first few terms in a Taylor or Laurent series in a small parameter depending on $ \varepsilon $ exist and can be constructed. We also assumed that at least two approximations $ x_1(\varepsilon) $ and $ x_2(\varepsilon) $ for the real roots exist and can be constructed. For a complex root, we assumed that at least two real approximations $ a_1(\varepsilon) $ and $ a_2(\varepsilon) $ for the real part of this root, and that at least two real approximations $ b_1(\varepsilon) $ and $ b_2(\varepsilon) $ for the imaginary part of this root, exist and can be constructed. Usually it was not clear whether for $ \varepsilon = \varepsilon_0 $ the approximations were valid or not. It was shown in this paper how the classical asymptotic method in combination with the bisection method could be used to prove how accurate the constructed approximations of the roots were for a given interval in $ \varepsilon $ (usually including the specified and fixed value $ \varepsilon_0 \neq 0 $). The method was illustrated by studying a polynomial equation of degree five with a small but fixed parameter $ \varepsilon_0 = 0.1 $. It was shown how (absolute and relative) error estimates for the real and imaginary parts of the roots could be obtained for all values of the small parameter in the interval $ (0, \varepsilon_0] $.

Introduction: Smartphone addiction has become a pervasive issue, impacting various aspects of health and lifestyle. This study examines the relationship between smartphone addiction and exercise habits, focusing on psychological, physical, social, and neurobiological dimensions. By synthesizing existing evidence, it provides a comprehensive understanding of how excessive smartphone use influences physical activity levels and overall well-being. Methods: A systematic review following PRISMA principles was conducted. Eligibility criteria included peer-reviewed studies in English, examining smartphone addiction and exercise habits. Databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, and PsycINFO were searched using relevant keywords. Included studies were randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, longitudinal studies, and cross-sectional studies. Data extraction emphasized impacts on exercise habits and associated health outcomes. Results: The review found significant correlations between excessive smartphone use and negative health outcomes. Smartphone addiction was linked to increased depression, anxiety, and stress, alongside decreased self-esteem. A negative correlation was observed between smartphone use and physical activity, with higher usage linked to reduced exercise habits. Physical discomfort and impaired performance from prolonged smartphone use were also reported. These findings were consistent across students, athletes, and adolescents. Conclusion: Targeted interventions are needed to mitigate smartphone addiction's adverse effects on mental and physical health. Educational programs, psychological support, and initiatives promoting physical activity are crucial. Future research should explore longitudinal studies and digital well-being tools to address smartphone addiction and foster healthier, more active communities.

Owing to their excellent fluorescence behavior in the past decades, carbon nanoparticles have gained remarkable attention for a wide range of biomedical applications. However, the synthesis and solubility of carbon nanoparticles in an aqueous solution remains a challenging area of study. In this work, we synthesized carbon nanoparticles from peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) shells with a protected layer of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) as a highly stable fluorescent material for bioimaging applications. These nanoparticles possess highly stable photoluminescence and optical absorption properties in an aqueous solution. Additionally, in vitro kinetic stability confirmed that β-CD-coated carbon nanoparticles are stable under serum-rich environments and exhibit antihemolytic properties. Predominantly, in vitro cytotoxicity studies clearly demonstrated that β-CD-coated carbon nanoparticles possess cytotoxicity, rapid intracellular uptake, and stable fluorescence under HeLa cells. Moreover, an in-silico study confirmed that β-CD-coated carbon nanoparticles could specifically interact with the target protein of CDK-2, which plays a role in inhibiting cancer cell growth. Hence, this new study has shown that in tracking cancer cells, high-value-added peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) shells with a β-CD protective layer are effective in improving solubility and intracellular fluorescence.

The large number of stunting cases worldwide is a global nutritional issue. Stunting is a problem that needs to be addressed since it can jeopardize future human resources and impact health and even child mortality. The Yogyakarta Special Region in Indonesia has managed to bring down the prevalence rate of stunting to a level below the national average. Bantul, a Yogyakarta regency, has been successful in bucking the trend of stunting cases for three years in a row (2020–2022). To facilitate their eventual implementation in other regions, this report outlines the procedures and initiatives that have been carried out in the Bantul Regency. To investigate the role of stakeholder efforts to expedite stunting reduction, this research used a qualitative study methodology using a case study technique. The following sources were specifically chosen as informants: the head of the Imogiri I and II Public Health Centers; the head of the Imogiri Sub-district; eight village heads in the Imogiri Village; the head of the Imogiri Office of Religious Affairs; and one coordinator of family planning cadres in Imogiri Village. Focus Group Discussions (FGD), in-depth interviews, and document reviews were the methods of data gathering employed in this study. Content analysis techniques were applied to the data. The head of the community health center utilized specific nutritional interventions by creating an innovative program, which provided additional food to toddlers, called Community Feeding Center (CFC), YourPROTEIN, and Alms One Egg Program. Sensitive nutrition intervention must involve cross-sector collaboration and synergy, by prioritizing the local Indonesian culture of gotong royong (community mutual assistance). It is essential to build a mindset in the community that stunting is a health issue, to maximize efforts to lessen stunting. Therefore, ongoing proactive communication interventions, using a variety of channels and approaches, are required at the village level.

Background: This systematic review aims to assess the current impact of digitalization on transformative learning in the fields of sports and nursing. Specifically, the review evaluates the effectiveness of digital interventions in improving learning outcomes, synthesizes existing evidence on the integration of digital skills in nursing education and the application of digital technologies in sports medicine, and identifies gaps or limitations in the current literature. Additionally, this review addresses ethical considerations and challenges associated with digital innovation in both sports and nursing, emphasizing the importance of maintaining ethical integrity and enhancing the efficacy of practices in these fields. Method: The systematic review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Qualitative assessment tools were utilized to evaluate the methodological rigor and identify potential biases in the included studies. Results: Findings indicate that digitalization is significantly influencing transformative learning in both sports and nursing. Key trends include the integration of digital tools in sports education and sports medicine, with a notable impact on skill acquisition and performance improvement. Conclusion: The review highlights how advancements in digital technologies contribute to more efficient training methods and personalized learning experiences for athletes and healthcare professionals. The ethical challenges and opportunities of digital technology integration are critically assessed, underscoring the need for responsible implementation to ensure patient safety, equitable access, and ethical practice in digital innovation.

Purpose: This study aims to explore how factors such as environmental concern (EC), subjective norms (SN), perceived behavioral control (PBC), and environmental attitude (EA) influence Generation Z, specifically their intention to purchase environmentally friendly skincare products. Method: A quantitative research approach was employed, with a sample of 200 Generation Z consumers who have purchased environmentally friendly skincare products. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling, based on criteria including being born between 1995 and 2010, residing in Batam, and having purchased environmentally friendly skincare products. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS and SmartPLS software. Result: The findings reveal that environmental concern (EC), perceived behavioral control (PBC), and environmental attitude (EA) significantly influence green purchase intention (GPI), while subjective norms (SN) do not have a significant effect. Additionally, SN and PBC influence GPI through EA, whereas EC does not significantly impact GPI via EA. Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: The results of this study offer valuable insights for companies in the environmentally friendly skincare sector, helping them tailor effective marketing strategies to Generation Z consumers' preferences. By implementing the right strategies, companies can boost product sales and contribute to broader economic growth.

Preeclampsia (PE) is a severe pregnancy disorder posing significant health risks to both the mother and the fetus without available preventive measures or treatments. More specifically, the main pathological feature of early-onset PE (EO-PE) is the incomplete transformation of the spiral artery. Meanwhile, aspirin has proven effective for the treatment and prevention of PE. Previous studies indicated a relationship between the phytochemical compound of kopyor coconut water (KCW) and nutritional treatment for PE. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the efficacy of KCW as a potential preventive treatment for PE. An experimental laboratory method was used with pre-test and post-test control group designs. The samples comprised 35 pregnant Wistar rats, divided into five groups with seven members each. Rats were then randomized into control and groups exposed to L-NAME, L-NAME and aspirin, L-NAME and KCW 2 ml/200 gBW, as well as L-Name and KCW 2 ml/200 gBW for GD4 to 19. The results showed that after administering L-NAME to induce EO-PE, mean arterial pressure (MAP), proteinuria, placental hypoxia, oxidative stress, and endothelial dysfunction decreased due to KCW nutritional treatment. Specifically, KCW nutrition prevented the uterine spiral artery from expanding and reduced the number of neutrophils. The decreased survival rate caused by L-NAME-induced PE was reversed by providing KCW nutrition. Moreover, results indicated that KCW was a potential alternative for the prevention and treatment of EO-PE even at doses of 2 or 3 ml/200 gBW, offering insights for the community and clinical practitioners in treating PE as a therapeutic option.

This research was conducted with the aim of 1)describing the problems of learning Indonesian in the context of the Merdeka curriculum at the SMA/MA level in South Sulawesi 2)describing the efforts made by teachers in overcoming the problems of learning Indonesian in the context of the Merdeka curriculum at the SMA/MA level in South Sulawesi. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires via Google Forms. The results of this research show data that the problems of learning Indonesian in the context of the Merdeka curriculum at the SMA/MA level in South Sulawesi include: 1)teacher readiness; 2)the availability of inadequate facilities and infrastructure; 3) several teachers still do not master technology; 4)teacher creativity still needs to be improved; 5) lack of references related to training in making teaching materials; 6) misperceptions from students. Meanwhile, efforts made by teachers to overcome existing problems include: 1)attending independent curriculum seminars; 2) using an independent teaching platform; 3) joining a learning teacher community; 4) Empowering subject teacher deliberation (MGMP); 5) taking part in independent curriculum training; 6) provide students with an understanding of the concept of an independent curriculum.

Toll roads are infrastructure built to improve the regional and national economy. The challenge faced on this toll road is soft soil as deep as 7 m. This research analyzes the stability of the embankment with a slope of 1V:2H and a height of 4.5 m without and with repair using the Limit Equilibrium Method (LEM) because the Safety Factor (SF) value in LEM provides a more critical value than the Finite Element Method (FEM). In addition, the settlement amount was also analyzed. The SF value in short term conditions with an embankment load of 1.31 < 1.4 and earthquake load of 0.83 < 1.1. Then, at pavement installation, 1.33 < 1.4, plus earthquake load 0.84 < 1.1. In long term conditions, during the operational period, 1.48 < 1.5, plus earthquake load 0.84 < 1.1. This indicates that the soil requires improvement. To address the problem, soil improvement utilized 2.5 m deep soil replacement and 75 kN woven geotextile. The SF value with repair under short term conditions, with embankment load 1.53 > 1.4, plus earthquake load 1.18 > 1.1. Then, at the time of pavement installation, 1.56 > 1.5, plus earthquake load 1.19 > 1.1. In the long term condition, it was 1.62 > 1.5 at the time of operation, plus earthquake load 1.22 > 1.1. The total settlement after the operation is 0.21 cm ≤ 10 cm and the settlement rate is 0.68 < 2 cm/year. This shows that improvements can increase the SF value and reduce settlement.

Background: One of the problems currently faced by Indonesia is nutritional problems in the form of stunting. Stunting is a disruption in the growth and development of children due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, characterized by their length or height being below the standard. Methods: This descriptive research aimed to describe the condition of stunting in Tegal City and the efforts of the Tegal City government in contributing to the reduction of the stunting rate. Results: This activity has shown good results, this can be seen from the reduction in the stunting rate in Tegal City from 9.94% in 2022 to 8.21% in 2023. The program to reduce stunting rates in Tegal City was established through the formation of the stunting reduction acceleration team (SRAT). Some of the activities carried out by SRAT include sensitive services linked to poverty management program activities, such as providing integrated healthy livable houses, interventions in the use of yard land, expanding family planning acceptors, refining social assistance recipients, and providing access to drinking water and sanitation management. Specific services are carried out by strengthening specific interventions on a provincial scale, enhancing communication and behavior change by strengthening communication and behavior change and planning and monitoring the evaluation of regional apparatus organizations’ program integration. Collaboration with potential partners is also key in accelerating stunting reduction, along with ongoing monitoring and evaluation of performance. This activity has shown positive outcomes, as evidenced by the reduction in the stunting rate in Tegal City from 9.94% in 2022 to 8.21% in 2023. Conclusion: The prevalence of stunted children in Tegal City has decreased. Effective leadership, a strong civil society, and targeting vulnerable communities during the implementation of specific and sensitive nutrition interventions are the main factors that support the achievement of these targets.

Introduction: This systematic review explores the differential impacts of high and low-intensity physical exercise on brain wave activity and functional connectivity in professional athletes. The study aims to elucidate how varying exercise intensities influence cognitive and emotional responses, brain connectivity, and overall mental health. Additionally, it examines the potential synergistic effects of integrating neurofeedback training with physical exercise. Method: A comprehensive literature search was conducted using databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Keywords included "high-intensity exercise," "low-intensity exercise," "brain wave activity," "functional connectivity," "professional athletes," and "cognitive performance." Inclusion criteria were studies published in peer-reviewed journals involving professional athletes and examining the impact of exercise intensity on brain wave activity and functional connectivity. Data extraction focused on study design, sample size, exercise intensity, neuroimaging techniques, brain wave activity, and functional connectivity outcomes. Results: High-intensity physical exercise was found to induce significant changes in functional connectivity within affect and reward networks, enhance mood, and improve cognitive performance through increased brain wave coherence and synchronization. Low-intensity exercise primarily enhanced cognitive and attentional processing by increasing resting-state functional connectivity in the fronto-parietal network. Neurofeedback training was shown to enhance brain wave activity, reduce stress levels, and increase self-control over physiological factors. The combined approach of neurofeedback and physical exercise demonstrated potential for optimizing both mental and physical performance in athletes. Conclusion: The findings indicate that high-intensity exercise leads to significant and prolonged changes in brain connectivity and cognitive performance, while low-intensity exercise benefits cognitive and attentional processing. The discussion introduces the Neurofeedback and Physical Fitness Synergy Theory, which posits that integrating neurofeedback with physical exercise can lead to optimal improvements in both physical fitness and mental health. This combined approach suggests a promising strategy for enhancing overall athletic performance and mental well-being. Future research should focus on standardized measures and long-term studies to further validate these findings and explore the underlying neurophysiological mechanisms. Introduction. Levine's Conservation Model is a theory that focuses on energy conservation, structural integrity, personal and social integrity, and a holistic approach to care. This study aims to provide a framework for healthcare providers to support postpartum women in maintaining their health and well-being through physical activity. Methods. A systematic review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA) guidelines. The data sources for this systematic review will include a comprehensive search of electronic databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and CINAHL, covering literature from their inception to the present date. Results. The PICO framework was used to define eligibility criteria for the systematic review. The results of the study indicate that the Levine Conservation Model effectively addresses the multifaceted needs of post-childbirth women by emphasizing energy conservation and structural integrity. The model's focus on structural integrity aids in the healing process and physical recovery after childbirth, addressing the unique physical challenges faced by post-natal women. Conclusion: The findings from the research highlight the significant benefits of using an integrative approach in post-partum care as encapsulated by the model. This study explores the influence of social identity and team dynamics on the mental health help-seeking behaviors of collegiate athletes. The research aims to understand how factors such as gender, ethnicity, and social status shape athletes' attitudes and actions regarding mental health assistance. Method: Using a mixed-method approach that included focus group discussions (FGDs) and in-depth interviews, data were collected from 30 athletes representing various sports disciplines, ensuring balanced representation in terms of gender, ethnicity, and social status.Result: Thematic analysis revealed significant themes: male athletes faced substantial stigma in seeking mental health assistance, viewing it as a sign of weakness, while female athletes were more open and supported by a culture of emotional expression. Minority athletes encountered additional barriers due to cultural stigma and a lack of culturally competent services, whereas majority athletes had better access to mental health resources. High-status athletes experienced pressure to maintain their image, leading to reluctance in seeking help, while low-status athletes faced challenges in accessing resources despite their willingness to seek help. Positive team dynamics, characterized by support and open communication, facilitated help-seeking behavior, while negative dynamics, such as bullying and lack of trust, created barriers. Conclusion: The study highlights the need for targeted interventions that address specific needs based on gender, ethnicity, and social status, promote mental health literacy, and foster supportive team environments. Future research should focus on the long-term effects of stigma-reduction interventions, culturally tailored mental health services, and the impact of team dynamics over time. These findings provide valuable insights for developing effective mental health support systems for collegiate athletes. This research aims to analyze the level of physical fitness, motor skills, level of motivation and physical literacy knowledge of elementary school students in Pontianak City. The population in this study were elementary school students in the city of Pontianak. This type of research is purposive sampling, so the sample is 273 people. After the data is obtained, the research data analysis technique uses frequency tabulation. The results of this research show: The level of physical fitness among elementary school students in the city of Pontianak who used the pacer test using the latest adaptation of the Indonesian student fitness test. The results showed that the level of physical fitness among elementary school students in the city of Pontianak was 62 students (43.35%) were declared to have a good fitness level, 47 female students (36.15%) were declared to have a good fitness level. The level of motor skills in elementary school students in the city of Pontianak, namely 62 students (43.35%) were declared to have a good level of motor skills, while the research results for the female sample were 54 female students (41.53%) were declared to have a good level of motor skills. Moderate motor skills. Regarding motivation, the results were motivation in elementary school students in the city of Pontianak, namely 71 students (49.65%) were declared to have achieved levels of motivation, while the research results for the female sample were 56 female students (43.07%) stated have a level of progressing motivation. Regarding physical literacy knowledge, the physical literacy abilities of elementary school students in Pontianak City, namely 71 students (49.65%) were declared to have achieved levels of physical literacy abilities, while the research results for the female sample were 49 female students (37 . 69%) were declared to have a level of achievement motivation. BackgroundCesarean section (CS) rates in Indonesia are rapidly increasing for both sociocultural and medical reasons. However, there is limited understanding of the role that social media plays in influencing preferences regarding mode of birth (vaginal or CS). Social media provides a platform for users to seek and exchange information, including information on the mode of birth, which may help unpack social influences on health behavior. ObjectiveThis study aims to explore how CS is portrayed on Instagram in Indonesia. MethodsWe downloaded public Instagram posts from Indonesia containing CS hashtags and extracted their attributes (image, caption, hashtags, and objects and texts within images). Posts were divided into 2 periods—before COVID-19 and during COVID-19—to examine changes in CS portrayal during the pandemic. We used a mixed methods approach to analysis using text mining, descriptive statistics, and qualitative content analysis. The project-based module learning model is one learning method that follows current technological developments. This model is an innovative and student-centered learning approach and aims to improve student learning outcomes. The project-based learning module developed aims to improve students' abilities in solving project problems so that students can complete the module containing this project. The research aims to create a project-based learning module for class IV block and cube network materials. This research is research and development using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The method used is Research and Development with a 4D model. The 4D model consists of four main steps. The first step is to define, which involves determining the product to be developed. The second step is design, which involves creating a predetermined product design. The third step is development. Material, design, and language experts are given questionnaires for module testing. Data was evaluated using a Likert scale. The validation results showed that material experts received 82.9 percent of presentations in the very appropriate category, design experts received 81.2 percent, and language experts received 83.1 percent of presentations in the very appropriate category. Abstrak Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi saat ini adalah model pembelajaran modul berbasis proyek. Model ini adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berpusat pada peserta didik dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuat modul pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk materi jaring balok dan kubus kelas IV. Modul project-based learning yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam pemecahan masalah proyek, sehingga modul berisi proyek ini dapat diselesaikan oleh peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan ialah Research and Development dengan model 4D. Model 4D terdiri dari empat langkah utama, yaitu: define, yang melibatkan penentuan produk yang akan dikembangkan. Langkah kedua adalah design, yang melibatkan pembuatan desain produk yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Langkah ketiga adalah development, angket diberikan kepada ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli bahasa untuk pengujian modul. Data dievaluasi dengan skala likert. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa ahli materi mendapatkan presentasi 82,9 persen kategori sangat layak, ahli desain mendapatkan presentasi 81,2 persen kategori sangat layak, dan ahli bahasa mendapatkan presentasi 83,1 persen kategori sangat layak. The study aims to identify character education values in the Ponorogo Keling Dance. The character education values identified were assessed for their relevance as teaching material for the Javanese language subject for secondary-level students. The approach used in this research was qualitative with a constructivist paradigm. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The resource person in this research was Wiyoto, head of the Guno Joyo Studio, Keling Dance Association. Data in terms of symbols and meaning will be analyzed using the hypersemiotic theory. The data validity used triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the Keling dance had local wisdom values indicated in symbols. These symbols were visualized in the Keling dance choreography and characters. After employing hyper semiotic theory, the study found symbols in the Keling dance containing character education values. These values are tolerance, creativity, national spirit, love of the nation, and care for the environment. These values are relevant to teaching material for the Javanese language subject in terms of character education values, availability to be integrated with the Javanese language subject, and contextuality following local cultural characteristics. The use of the Keling Dance as teaching material for the Javanese language subject hopefully introduces native Ponorogo arts other than reog.

In today's digital age, artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized many sectors, including auditing and finance, with the potential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process. However, there is limited understanding of the impact of AI implementation on financial statement transparency and external auditor reputation. This study aims to fill that knowledge gap by exploring how AI can strengthen financial statement transparency and enhance auditor reputation. The methodology used is descriptive-analytical with an empirical normative approach, collecting data through literature review and documentation. The results finds that the integration of AI in auditing significantly improves financial statement transparency, facilitates auditors in conducting more in-depth and accurate analyses, and potentially enhances the reputation of external auditors in the eyes of stakeholders. The findings confirm that AI not only improves the efficiency of the audit process but also plays a strategic role in building trust and integrity in financial reporting. The implications of this research are significant in demonstrating the importance of adapting the latest technologies to meet and exceed evolving financial and reputational expectations in the digital age.

Parenting training has been considered crucial to improving child development. The Tanoto Foundation's parenting program intervention was started in 2021 when the COVID-19 pandemic impacted government policies in Indonesia. Preventive measures that limit mobility affect the sustainability of face-to-face parenting interventions. The study aimed to explore alternative intervention methods, such as face-to-face, blended, online with facilitators, and self-learning, for parenting skills learning during emergencies. A 1-year non-randomized quasi-field experiment using a mixed quantitative-qualitative approach was conducted to 762 participants. SIGAP Q, the HOME Inventory, and CREDI were used for quantitative measurements, while interviews and focused group discussions (FGDs) provided qualitative data. The quantitative data were analyzed using multiway ANOVA, and the qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The study found that all intervention modalities delivered positive outcomes. In contrast, face-to-face delivered the largest gain, followed by online with facilitators, blended learning, and online self-learning (a web-based learning management system). As an alternative, online with facilitators is the best for delivering parenting materials, followed by online self-learning (independent) modes of intervention. Blended and online models provide alternative models in emergency contexts. Implications are discussed in this article.

Background: Childhood stunting poses serious long-term risks to cognitive development, education, and adult productivity. While research has explored stunting’s causes and effects, there is a lack of focus on maternal knowledge of nutrition-focused nurturing care for stunted children. This gap limits the ability to design effective interventions that target improved caregiving practices. Objective: This study aimed to assess maternal knowledge of nutrition-focused nurturing care and explore associated factors, including child gender, maternal age, education, income, and prior exposure to nurturing care information, among mothers of stunted children aged 6-23 months in Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 73 mothers in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. Data were collected from February to March 2024 using a validated self-assessment questionnaire covering four domains: responsive caregiving, early learning opportunities, safety and security, and supportive caregiver well-being. Statistical analyses, including t-tests and one-way ANOVA, were performed. Results: Overall maternal knowledge of nurturing care was high, with a mean score of 25.15 (SD = 4.72). Hyptis capitata Jacq. known as Sumambu plants in Sulawesi, has phytopharmaceutical importance. H. capitata extracts were evaluated for their phytochemical properties, antioxidant activity, and cytotoxicity. Using the maceration yielded five types of extracts: root chloroform (RC), root methanol (RM), leaf chloroform (LC), leaf methanol (LM), and leaf ethanol (LE). Phytochemical properties were identified by qualifying procedure and digital image analysis for quantifying Red-Green-Blue (RGB) percentage and hex colour code. 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging assay was used to determine the half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50). Cytotoxicity screening of each extract was performed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay against HeLa and 4T1 cells. Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) assay was used to identify the phytochemical compounds of the extracts with the most promising potential. Alkaloids were the major constituents of the phytochemicals of RC, RM, LE, LC, and LM. RM and LM have potency and weak free radical scavenging activities, with IC50 value 31.08 and 58.03 µg/mL, respectively. The IC50 of RC and RM against HeLa cells were 84.21 ± 0.63 and 172.10 ± 02.90 µg/mL, respectively. Meanwhile, the cytotoxicity of RC and RM against 4T1 cells were 86.42 ± 0.80 and 182.82 ± 7.00 µg/mL, respectively. It means RC and RM exhibit a moderate level of cytotoxicity in both HeLa and 4T1 cells. LM shows moderate cytotoxicity, but it is limited to 4T1 cells with an IC50 value of 181.86 ± 12.68 µg/mL. The cytotoxicity level of extracts was lower than doxorubicin. Campesterol, ferruginol, stigmasterol, cis-13-octadecenoic acid methyl esters, and methyl palmitate were predicted to play a role in the antioxidant activity and cytotoxicity of RC, RM, and LM. RC, RM, and LM possess the potential for development as anticancer agents. Moreover, RM shows promise as an antioxidant due to its notable radical scavenging activity. Further research is required to explore the cytotoxic effects of RC, RM, and LM on normal cells and to assess their toxicity in experimental animals.

Psychological health spans several domains, including mental health and quality of life. Mental Toughness is the most widely used but its understanding is limited when applied in sports psychology. Mental Toughness can affect athlete’s performance, Mental Toughness plays an important role in maintaining overall athlete performance during intense matches. The total number of articles obtained at the beginning of the search matched the keywords that has been set is 33 articles. Furthermore, of the remaining 12 articles were identified after an extensive search of the literature in accordance to the PRISMA guidelines, there were four articles included in the exclusion criteria with details, two articles included in the qualitative articles, one article was a duplicate article, and one article was a case study article after a critical appraisal was carried out. The results of a systematic review on twelve articles, the authors found an effect of mental toughness on improving athlete performance. Each of the results found resulted in three major themes, namely: (1) the relationship between mental toughness, mindfulness, and psychological skills in athletes. (2) factors impact athletes' performance, well-being, and ability to handle challenges in sports. (3) the influence of various demographic and educational factors on mental toughness in athletes. The study emphasizes Mental Toughness's impact on both physical performance and mental health in athletes, highlighting its role in managing stress and pressure during sports challenges. Additionally, it underlines the importance of implementing Mental Toughness and mindfulness training programs, along with providing robust psychological support, to enhance athletes' mental strength and overall well-being in sports. The development of new carbon-based materials using natural biowaste for biomedical applications has remained a significant challenge in the past decades. In this study, we successfully synthesized and characterized composite materials made from peanut shell-derived carbon (PNS–C) decorated on ZnO that formed star-shaped particles via a simple hydrothermal technique. The as-prepared composites possess several advantages, including unique optical properties and high photostability. We evaluate the antibacterial performance against Escherichia coli, a gram-negative bacterium and Staphylococcus aureus, a gram-positive bacterium, under irradiated and non-irradiated conditions. Interestingly, the photo-antibacterial activities of ZnO/PNS-C composites showed great inhibition of bacterial growth as compared to pure ZnO. Moreover, significant disruptions in cellular activities occur when the composites make direct contact with the bacterial cell wall. The electrons and holes produced by excitation in composites provide a pronounced deactivating effect on bacterial activity. In addition, ZnO/PNS-C composites are highly biocompatible with normal cells. Thus, these newly developed composites made from a natural biowaste system with an affordable price, abundance, and non-toxicity could provide a potentially environmentally friendly and fruitful route for antibacterial therapy in future applications.

Introduction Caesarean section (CS) rates in Indonesia are increasing rapidly. Understanding women’s preferences about mode of birth is important to help contextualise these rising rates and can help develop interventions to optimise CS. This study aimed to explore Indonesian women’s preferences and decision-making about mode of birth, and how their preferences may change throughout pregnancy and birth.Methods We conducted a longitudinal qualitative study using in-depth interviews with 28 women accessing private and public health facilities in Jakarta, the region with the highest CS rates. Interviews were conducted two times: during the woman’s third trimester of pregnancy and in the postpartum period, between October 2022 and March 2023. We used a reflexive thematic approach for analysis.Results We generated three themes: (1) preferences about the mode of birth, (2) decision-making about the mode of birth and (3) regrets about the actual mode of birth. Most women preferred vaginal birth. However, they were influenced by advertisements promoting enhanced recovery after CS (ERACS) as an ‘advanced technique’ of CS, promising a comfortable, painless and faster recovery birth. This messaging influenced women to perceive CS as equivalent or even superior to vaginal birth. Where women’s preferences for mode of birth shifted around the time of birth, this was primarily due to the obstetricians’ discretion. Women felt they did not receive adequate information from obstetricians on the benefits and risks of CS and vaginal birth and felt disappointed when their actual mode of birth was not aligned with their preferences.Conclusion Our study shows that despite rising CS rates, Indonesian women prefer vaginal birth. This highlights the need for better communication strategies and evidence-based information from healthcare providers. Given the rising popularity of ERACS, more work is urgently needed to standardise and regulate its use.

Electronic databases including Scopus, PubMed, SAGE Journal, and Springer were searched for scientific articles on the quality of work life among nurses. After screening and removal of duplicates, we analyzed the full text of the articles to identify potentially relevant studies for eligibility, and then we extracted data from the articles that matched.Results: The search of the literature resulted in 68 articles. Only 20 articles that met all inclusion criteria were included in the systematic review after full text review.Conclusion: The literature indicates that nurses’ work life quality is affected by three primary factors: personal (socio-demographic), occupational, and psychological. Abstract Objectives Cervical cancer is a significant public health concern in Indonesia, and effective screening methods are necessary to improve the detection and reduce mortality. This study aimed to explore the perspectives of high-level stakeholders involved in cervical cancer screening in Indonesia and whether the use of human papillomavirus-deoxyribonucleic acid (HPV-DNA) methods for cervical cancer screening is acceptable in Indonesian settings. Methods A qualitative research approach guided by realist evaluation was applied using focus group discussions (FGDs) between December 2021 and February 2022, conducted with stakeholders involved in cervical cancer screening in Indonesia. They were representatives of practitioners and policymakers involved in the screening, and were recruited through purposive recruitment. The data were analysed using inductive approach of thematic analysis. Results The analysis of two FGDs with 29 participants identified four main themes: (i) Visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA) method as the most common modality used for cervical cancer screening, (ii) the applied screening programs in the community, (iii) the perceived challenges on the screening program, such as limitations of the National Health Insurance benefits package and a lack of regulations regarding screening procedures, and (iv) the possibilities of HPV-DNA testing as another modality for cervical cancer screening. Incorporating HPV-DNA testing also needs to ensure the capacity of the workers and the readiness of healthcare facilities. Conclusion Although HPV-DNA testing is a promising modality, challenges on the cervical cancer screening in Indonesia remain on the coverage, accessibility of the tools in practice and the women’s awareness towards the screening. Ultimately, the findings of this study would help inform policies to improve cervical cancer screening programs in Indonesia.

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic is predicted to affect adolescent smoking behaviours. We aim to map profiles of adolescents’ smoking behaviours in a rural district in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic and validate their smoking exposures using cotinine tests. This study applied an online survey followed by cotinine tests for high-school students in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. The participants were asked to complete the survey and participate in a cotinine test. Univariate and multivariate regressions were performed to seek potential determinants of the smoking status and diagnostic accuracy of the cotinine test. A total of 281 participants completed the survey, with 19.6% (n = 55) and 22.8% (n = 64) being ever-smokers and current smokers. The impacts of the pandemics on their smoking behaviours were found in the urgency and numbers of daily smoked cigarettes. Univariate regression analysis revealed age, gender, learning mode, and whether father/friend smokes correlate with the adolescents’ smoking behaviours. Multivariate regression analysis revealed that the odds of planning to stop smoking were 0.01 (95% CI 0.001–0.22, p-value 0.003) for having positive attitudes towards cigarettes compared to none. Of the 65 cotinine tests, 19 tested positive, with the sensitivity and specificity of the cotinine test at 94.7% and 95.6%. The prevalence of adolescent smoking during the COVID-19 pandemic in Gunung Kidul is high, with the impacts of the pandemic on the urgency and number of cigarette smoke. There are opportunities to help them stop smoking by providing reliable quit-tobacco access and advocacy in collaboration with schools, parents, and health providers.

Kota Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu kota tempat bertumbuh dan berkembangnya batik. Hingga saat ini, terdapat banyak UMKM batik yang tersebar di banyak titik di Kota Yogyakarta. Untuk mengenalkan UMKM batik ini kepada khalayak umum diperlukan sebuah platform sebagai pusat informasi batik Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membangun sebuah webGIS mengenai pemetaan persebaran UMKM Batik di Kota Yogyakarta sebagai platform untuk menyebarkan informasi UMKM Batik di Kota Yogyakarta kepada khalayak umum. Data yang digunakan berupa data spasial dan non-spasial yang didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dan data pendukung seperti data IKM Batik dari Kemenperin Tahun 2016 serta data Pelaku Usaha Batik dari Dinas Perindustrian dan Koperasi UKM Kota Yogyakarta Tahun 2022. Pembangunan webGIS diawali dengan menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna untuk mengetahui apa saja kebutuhan yang perlu ada di dalam webGIS yang dibuat. WebGIS ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel 10 dengan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP, Javascript, dan CSS yang dituliskan pada perangkat lunak Visual Studio Code. Data spasial divisualisasikan menggunakan peta online Mapbox dengan basis data disimpan pada fitur phpMyAdmin melalui XAMPP dan MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbangunnya sebuah webGIS pemetaan UMKM Batik di Kota Yogyakarta yang disebut SIBATIK. Pengguna yang mengakses webGIS ini dibagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu administrator dan tamu. Hasil uji fungsionalitas yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa webGIS SIBATIK telah berfungsi dengan baik. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji usabilitas webGIS ini sudah memenuhi lima kategori usabilitas yaitu Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, dan Satisfaction.

The open dumping system implemented by the Batu Layang landfill can produce leachate, contaminating groundwater around the landfill. Groundwater contaminated with leachate, if used by the community, can cause health problems. Therefore, management efforts were needed, such as subsurface leachate modeling. This study aims to model the distribution of subsurface leachate in 2 dimensions. The modeling of leachate distribution below the soil surface used the Wenner configuration geoelectric method. The number of geoelectric measurement paths was two paths. The length of each track was 195 m, with a distance of 5 m between the electrodes. Data obtained from resistivity values were analyzed using the Res2Dinv application. The calculation of leachate discharge used the water balance method. Based on the inversion results using the Res2Dinv software, the resistivity value of leachate-contaminated soil in line 1 was 1.19-9.43 Ωm, and track 2 was 0.5-10.2 Ωm. Literasi numerasi merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang perlu dimiliki siswa agar dapat bersaing dengan negara lain, namun literasi numerasi siswa Indonesia masih sangat rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran CBL dengan konteks makanan Khas Ternate yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan literasi numerasi siswa. Perangkat yang dikembangkan adalah RPP dan LKPD. Model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa MTS Darulfalah Ternate kelas VIII yang berjumlah 31 orang. Lembar kegiatan siswa, lembar respon siswa, dan tes literasi numerasi merupakan instrumen untuk menilai efektivitas perangkat yang dibuat. Lembar validasi RPP dan LKPD digunakan untuk memastikan keabsahan perangkat yang dibuat, dan angket kepraktisan untuk menilai kepraktisan perangkat yang dibuat. Dengan menggunakan kriteria sangat valid, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) validitas RPP sebesar 84,33%, dan validitas LKPD sebesar 83,33%; 2) nilai kepraktisan sebesar 85% yang berarti perangkat sangat praktis; dan 3) siswa yang meraih ketuntasan sebesar 81% serta nilai n-gain sebesar 0,77 yang menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa setelah diterapkan perangkat pembelajaran CBL dengan konteks Makanan Khas Ternate kategori tinggi. Sehingga perangkat pembelajaran yang dibuat memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan. Numeracy literacy is one of the skills that students need to have in order to compete with other countries, but Indonesian students' numeracy literacy is still very low. The aim of this research is to develop a CBL learning tool with the context of typical Ternate food that meets the criteria of being valid, practical and effective in improving students' numeracy literacy skills. The tools developed are RPP and LKPD. The ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model was applied in this research. The subjects of this research were 31 students of MTS Darulfalah Ternate class VIII. Student activity sheets, student response sheets, and numeracy literacy tests are instruments to assess the effectiveness of the tools created. RPP and LKPD validation sheets are used to ensure the validity of the devices made, and practicality questionnaires to assess the practicality of the devices made. By using very valid criteria, the analysis results show that: 1) the validity of the RPP is 84.33%, and the validity of the LKPD is 83.33%; 2) practicality value of 85%, which means the device is very practical; and 3) students who achieved completeness of 81% and an n-gain value of 0.77 which shows an increase in students' numeracy literacy skills after implementing CBL learning tools in the high category of Traditional Ternate Food context. So that the learning tools created meet the criteria of being valid, practical and effective for use.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai kondisi psikologi atau kejiwaan yang berupa emosi yang berasal dari pikiran bawah sadar para tokoh yang diceritakan dalam sebuah karya fiksi. Menurut Sigmund Freud hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh Id dalam diri mereka. Konsep Id yang dikemukakan dirinya dalam teori psikoanalisis yaitu mengkaji mengenai pikiran bawah sadar yang mengendalikan keinginan-keinginan dasar, seperti nafsu, hasrat seks, dan agresi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan deskripsi data menggunakan sumber data cerpen Indonesia yang terkumpul dalam Kenyataan yang Tak Nyata : Antologi Cerpen karya M. Wildan Wijaya (2021). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi psikologi yang dialami tokoh yaitu berupa hasrat ketidakseimbangan dalam emosi. Emosi tersebut dapat terlihat dari berbagai peristiwa yang dialami tokoh dengan berbagai sikap, tindakan, dan perbuatan yang impulsif dalam antologi cerpen Kenyataan yang Tak Nyata. Abstract: This study aims to describe the psychological or psychological conditions in the form of emotions originating from the subconscious minds of the characters told in a work of fiction. According to Sigmund Freud, this is influenced by the Id within them. The concept of Id which was put forward by him in psychoanalytic theory is to study the subconscious mind which controls basic desires, such as lust, sexual desire, and aggression. The method used is a qualitative method with data descriptions using Indonesian short story data sources collected in Kenyataan Yang Tak Nyata: An Anthology of Short Stories by M. Wildan Wijaya (2021). The results of the study show that the psychological condition experienced by the character is in the form of an imbalanced desire in emotions. These emotions can be seen from the various events experienced by the characters with various attitudes, actions, and impulsive actions in the short story Anthology Kenyataan Yang Tak Nyata. The livestock sector has proven itself to be a crisis-resistant sector. The Ministry of Agriculture stated that the total national milk demand in 2019 reached 4,332.88 thousand tons. One of the dairy cattle center areas that has developed and become the focus of the Sumedang Regency Government is Tanjungsari District. The breeders joined the Tandangsari KSU. The supply and demand for pure milk has fluctuated at KSU Tandangsari in the last five years. The problems in the dairy cattle business at KSU Tanjungsari are currently related to production factors as inputs in the development of a dairy cattle business including livestock seeds, feed availability, land as living space for livestock, livestock production facilities (procurement of equipment and maintenance of livestock production), labor (breeders), as well as the cost of production. The goal of preparing the RIP is to formulate alternative strategies for developing a dairy cattle business. By identifying strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats based on internal and external factors that affect the dairy cattle business at KSU Tandangsari. The strategy for developing a dairy cattle business is the S-O (1) strategy. Development of cattle population to increase production, (2). Building a place (factory) for processing dairy products, W-O strategy (1). Build a cow nursery, (2). Establishing cooperation with third parties in producing processed HPT, strategy S-T (1). Increasing the quality and quantity of beef cattle, (2). Moving the location of the fresh milk business activity center (MCU), W-T strategy (1). The application of appropriate technology is increased by breeders, (2). Establish cooperation with financial institutions in capital facilities.

There is an evidence of a lower reported quality of life (QoL) among older persons living with human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV) compared with younger people with the infection; however, this has not been a consistent finding. The purpose of this research was to provide a thorough overview of some of the situations experienced by HIV-positive elderly during the COVID-19 epidemic. A meta-analysis was conducted and reported in accordance with meta-analysis guidelines' recommended reporting items (PRISMA). The search was conducted between January, 2021 and March, 2022 using ScienceDirect, PsycINFO, Google Scholar, and Sabinet databases. From 12 articles summarized, various themes on the conditions of HIV/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)-positive parents during the pandemic were found, including symptoms experienced by older HIV-positive people during the COVID-19 pandemic and throughout the COVID-19 era, improved quality of life of HIV-positive parents, overview of the elderly with HIV with emerging comorbidities, and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) in elderlies who suffer from HIV during the COVID-19 pandemic. HIV/AIDS-positive older individuals during the pandemic have less symptoms compared to non-HIV/ AIDS-positive elderly people. Moreover, throughout the COVID-19 era, the quality of life of HIV-positive parents has improved. It is also necessary to pay attention to HIV-positive elderly with comorbidities that arise. Also, MBSR for the older persons who suffer from HIV during the COVID-19 pandemic is also important.

Masalah gizi di Indonesia yang hingga kini belum terselesaikan adalah stunting. Stunting terjadi pada masa janin berada di kandungan dan dapat terlihat ketika sudah memasuki usia tahun kedua. Stunting apabila tidak cepat ditangani bisa menyebabkan kematian pada balita. Faktor penyebab stunting yang paling dominan yakni panjang badan lahir pendek. Panjang badan lahir pendek yang dialami Balita dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan protein pada saat kehamilan. Panjang badan lahir bayi yang pendek meningkatkan risiko lebih besar terjadi stunting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan panjang badan lahir dengan kejadian Stunting pada balita. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kohort retrospektif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 128. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa p > 0, 570 yang artinya bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara panjang badan lahir dengan kejadian stunting di Desa Tasikmadu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya hubungan antara panjang badan lahir dengan kejadian stunting di Desa Tasikmadu diakibatkan adanya faktor yang lebih berpengaruh setelah balita dilahirkan ke dunia seperti terlalu dininya pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI), frekuensi yang tidak teratut dalam memberikan MP-ASI, menu MP-ASI yang tidak bervariasi dan hanya terdiri dua jenis yaitu karbohidrat, tidak terjadwalnya waktu memberi ASI dan konsumsi ASI eksklusif yang dihentikan terlalu dini. Financial distress is a condition where the company experiences a decline in its financial condition before bankruptcy. To avoid this condition, the company must pay attention to its financial condition both in terms of its balance sheet and income statement using financial statement analysis techniques, such as the Altman model. The purpose of this study is to analyze the occurrence of Financial Distress to predict company bankruptcy using the Modified Altman method using 3 classification categories namely safe, gray, and distress. A quantitative approach was used in this study with a total population of all companies listed on the JII and the sample selection using a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 13 companies was obtained. Based on the Altman Z-score analysis, the results show that: 8 companies are consistently in the Safe category for 5 years with a cut-off value> 2.9. Then, if analyzed as a whole, the mean value obtained from all companies is 5.7688> 2.9. This value illustrates that on average all companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2018-2022 are in the safe category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Spirulina platensis terhadap performans dan kualitas telur puyuh. Materi yang digunakan adalah 200 ekor puyuh petelur, spirulina bentuk tepung dan pakan puyuh komersil. Metode penelitian menggunakan percobaan lapang dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian menggunakan pakan kontrol (P0), P1 (pakan +0,05% spirulina), P2 (pakan + 0,1% spirulina) dan P3 (pakan+0,15% spirulina). Penelitian dilakukan selama 6 minggu, yakni saat puyuh umur 16 hingga 22 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan spirulina tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi pakan, Berat telur, HDP, egg mass, FCR dan IOFC. Konsumsi pakan tertinggi pada P0 (28,90 g/ekor/hari) dan terendah pada P1 (27,99 g/ekor/hari). Berat telur terendah pada P0 (12,36 g) dan tertinggi pada P2 (12,69 g). Hen day production tertinggi pada P3 (88,54%) dan terendah pada P0 (82,32%). Nilai FCR terbaik pada P2 (2,54) dan tertinggi pada P0 (2,86). Nilai IOFC terbaik pada P2 (Rp 14.315,70) dan terendah pada P0 (Rp. 12.155,92). Penambahan spirulina dalam pakan puyuh memberikan perbedaan yang nyata (P0,05) pada indeks putih telur dan haugh unit. Nilai indeks putih telur berkisar antara 0,10 hingga 0,12. Sedangkan haugh unit terendah pada P2 (87,14) dan tertinggi pada P3 (89,10). Indeks kuning telur tertinggi pada P3 (0,51) dan berbeda nyata dengan P0, P1 dan P2. Skor warna kuning telur tertinggi pada P3 (5,05) dan terendah pada P1 (4,3). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa, penambahan spirulina mampu memperbaiki performan dan meningkatkan kualitas internal telur puyuh. Penambahan spirulina hingga level 0,15% dalam pakan mampu meningkatkan indeks kuning dan skor warna kuning telur, serta mampu memberikan nilai IOFC tertinggi.

Improving teacher performance still needs to continue to be improved, considering that there are still many bad records about teacher performance or uneven teacher performance. One way to improve teacher performance is by providing training and development to them. This research aims to find gaps in previous research and reanalyze them so that several research questions are asked, the first is how does training influence teacher performance? secondly, how development affects teacher performance and the last is how training and development influence teacher performance simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research which obtains data from respondents using a questionnaire that has been tested on an instrument with a 1-5 Likert scale. To test the instrument, use data validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test (linearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test). The regression test used uses multiple linear regression, F test and T test to test the hypothesis in this research. The test results show that partially training and development have a significant influence on teacher performance, while development also has a significant influence on teacher performance. Simultaneously, teacher performance is influenced by training and development. An important finding is how important the resignation indicator of the development variable has an active role in influencing teacher performance with indicators of planning, implementation and learning innovation as well as learning evaluation.

Background: The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic affects several aspects of food safety and food delivery hygiene for online food delivery applications (OFDAs). Several previous studies conducted at various times during the COVID-19 pandemic have yielded interesting results. This study aimed to determine and analyze whether perceptions of food safety and food delivery hygiene are short-term and long-term predictors of behavioral intention to use OFDAs. Methods: A quantitative approach and structural modeling were used in this study. SmartPLS is used to analyze five direct and two mediating effects of the variables used in this study. The data sample consists of OFDA users in Greater Jakarta during the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic. Results: Perceived food safety has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use these applications but does not affect behavioral intention to continue using these applications. Perceived food delivery hygiene does not influence using these apps for either short-term or long-term behavioral purposes. Experience with these apps related to food safety and food delivery hygiene during a pandemic can be indicative of their long-term viability. The mediating effect of behavioral intention to use on behavioral intention to continue using these apps affects perceived food safety but not food delivery hygiene. Conclusion: By emphasizing vaccination and boosting against COVID-19, providing hand sanitizer, and preserving the cleanliness and integrity of food packaging, the findings of this study can be put into practice towards the sustainable usage of OFDAs.

Abstract Background A resident vascular endothelial stem cell (VESC) population expressing CD157 and CD200 has been identified recently in the adult mouse. However, the origin of this population and how it develops has not been characterized, nor has it been determined whether VESC-like cells are present during the perinatal period. Here, we investigated the presence of perinatal VESC-like cells and their relationship with the adult VESC-like cell population. Methods We applied single-cell RNA sequencing of endothelial cells (ECs) from embryonic day (E) 14, E18, postnatal day (P) 7, P14, and week (W) 8 liver and investigated transcriptomic changes during liver EC development. We performed flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, colony formation assays, and transplantation assays to validate the presence of and to assess the function of CD157+ and CD200+ ECs in the perinatal period. Results We identified CD200− expressing VESC-like cells in the perinatal period. These cells formed colonies in vitro and had high proliferative ability. The RNA velocity tool and transplantation assay results indicated that the projected fate of this population was toward adult VESC-like cells expressing CD157 and CD200 1 week after birth. Conclusion Our study provides a comprehensive atlas of liver EC development and documents VESC-like cell lineage commitment at single-cell resolution.

Assumed that (S,+,.) is a semiring. Semiring is a algebra structure as a generalization of a ring. A set I⊆S is called an ideal over semiring S if for any α,β∈I, we have α-β∈I and sα=αs∈I for every s in semiring S. Based on this definition, there is a special condition namely prime ideal P, when for any αβ∈P, then we could prove that α or β are elements of ideal P. Furthermore, an ideal I of S is irreducible if Ia is an intersection ideal from any ideal A and B on S, then I=A or I=B. We also know the strongly notion of the irreducible concept. The ideal I of S is a strongly irreducible ideal when I is a subset of the intersection of A and B (ideal of S), then I is a subset of A, or I is a subset of B. In this paper, we discussed the characteristics of the semiring of the non-negative integer set. We showed that pZ^+ is an ideal of semiring of the non-negative integer Z^+ over addition and multiplication. We find a characteristic that 〖pZ〗^+ is a prime ideal and also a strongly irreducible ideal of the semiring Z^+ with p is a prime number.

Lack of students' ability to master the shooting basketball, making shooting inaccurate towards the hoop. It is necessary to apply the right learning model to improve students' abilities in shooting. The purpose of this study was to see the impact of project basic learning on shooting skills in basketball games. The research method used is an experiment with quantitative data types. The population in this study were class XI students at SMKN 3 Pontianak. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 35 students. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained were an average pretest score of 10.5 while a posttest average score of 14.0 with an average increase difference of 3.5 or 33.33%. For data analysis in research used t-test. The results of the t-test calculations show that there is a significant effect between the pre-test and the post-test. The significance value obtained is 0.000, less than 0.05. As for the test that was carried out, the result was that tcount (16.557) > ttable (2.035). From these results it can be seen that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that the project based learning model influences the ability to shoot basketball in class XI students at SMKN 3 Pontianak.
