Susu kambing memiliki nilai gizi dan daya cerna yang lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan susu sapi. Namun, memiliki kelemahan yaitu adanya goaty flavour, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan inovasi menjadi yoghurt. Rendahnya fraksi αs1 kasein serta ukuran misel yang lebih kecil menyebabkan yoghurt susu kambing memiliki konsistensi yang rendah. Sehingga diperlukan perlakuan tambahan untuk meningkatkan teksturnya, yakni dengan penambahan carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) serta penambahan puree buah nangka. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan dua faktor yaitu konsentrasi CMC (1%; 1,5%; dan 2%) serta konsentrasi puree buah nangka (5% dan 10%). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam ANOVA dengan selang kepercayaan 95%, dilanjutkan uji lanjut Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penambahan CMC dan puree buah nangka memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter total asam, nilai pH, viskositas, dan sineresis namun tidak didapatkan hasil interaksi antar perlakuan keduanya. Penambahan CMC sebesar 1% dan puree buah nangka sebesar 10% merupakan perlakuan terbaik, dengan nilai total asam 2,10%, pH 4,52, viskositas 7701,67 cP, sineresis 15,88%, dan jumlah koloni bakteri asam laktat 4,3 x 107 CFU/mL. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan yoghurt dengan penambahan CMC memiliki struktur yang lebih kompleks dan rapat serta memiliki ukuran rongga yang lebih kecil daripada yoghurt kontrol.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan gelatin dan puree buah nangka, serta interaksinya terhadap karakteristik fisik, kimia, mikrobiologi, organoleptik dan struktur mikro yoghurt susu kambing. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan dua (2) perlakuan, yaitu konsentrasi gelatin (1%; 1,5%; dan 2%) dan konsentrasi puree nangka (5% dan 10%), dengan pengulangan sebanyak empat (4) kali. Selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor terhadap respon dilakukan analisis dengan metode ANOVA selang kepercayaan 95%. Uji lanjut dilakukan dengan metode BNJ atau DMRT selang kepercayaan 5%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat interaksi yang berpengaruh nyata antara penambahan konsentrasi gelatin dan puree nangka terhadap parameter viskositas yoghurt susu kambing. Hasil total bakteri asam laktat (BAL) tertinggi yaitu 6,3 × 107 CFU/mL. Hasil perlakuan terbaik menggunakan metode De Garmo pada sampel dengan gelatin sebesar 2% dan puree buah nangka 10% dengan nilai sineresis 0,06%; viskositas 4472,66 cp; pH 4,09; dan total asam 2,03%. Dilakukan uji kesukaan pada 101 panelis dengan parameter aroma, rasa, kekentalan, warna dan overall. Kesukaan tertinggi pada penambahan gelatin 2% dan puree buah nangka 10%. Analisis struktur mikro dilakukan pada hasil perlakuan terbaik, didapatkan struktur yang lebih kompleks dan rapat akibat penambahan gelatin dan puree buah nangka.

The Nagari Tageh concept, originally initiated earlier, has evolved into a broader scope, extending beyond the confines of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the overarching goal of accelerating the realization of Nagari Mandiri. The Tanjung Raya community's economic hardships, notably the Fish Farmers of Lake Maninjau, prompted our community engagement team to fortify the ‘New Nagari Tageh’ concept. The activity commenced with developing customized posters catering to the community's specific needs, encompassing imagery, color schemes, and language. Those posters served as a medium for publicizing the Nagari Tageh program in the Agam Regency. Furthermore, our community engagement team engaged in intensive discussions with the Agam Regency government, involving the Regional Development and Planning Agency (DPMD), to gain a better understanding of the on-ground situations and conditions faced by fish cage farmers in the Tanjung Raya subdistrict. Subsequently, our team provided counseling and further guidance to the fish cage farmers, ensuring the successful implementation of the ‘New Nagari Tageh’ concept. This holistic approach aimed to equip the community with the necessary knowledge and education to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic across various aspects of community life. Furthermore, it sought to rejuvenate the economic prospects of the fish cage farmers in the Tanjung Raya subdistrict, embodying the essence of the ‘New Nagari Tageh’ concept.

Erythromycin, a macrolide antibiotic is classified into Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS) class II which has low solubility in water. The low solubility corresponds to the bioavailability in the blood. One strategy to increase the solubility of Erythromycin is the formulation of erythromycin in nanoemulsion. This research aims to form nanoemulsion using the PIT (Phase Transition Temperature) method for obtaining the optimum formula of erythromycin nanoemulsion using virgin coconut oil (VCO) can be found with varying concentrations of Tween 80 surfactant and PEG 400 cosurfactant. The selection of the optimum formula was assisted by Design Expert software with the Factorial design method 22. The basis for determining the optimum formula is based on the results of organoleptic characterization tests, adsorption efficiency (%EE), percent transmittance, viscosity test, pH test, and stability test. Forest betel (Piper aduncum) includes weed plants from the Piperaceae family that can be used as the main ingredient in the manufacture of environmentally friendly pest control technology, also known as botanical pesticides. Botanical pesticides from P. aduncum have the active compound dillapiol, which can control pests in various plants, especially horticulture. Commercialization of botanical pesticides needs to be done because the product meets the standards for pest control and is available in sufficient quantities on the market. The partnership was initiated by involving local communities as providers of raw materials. Surian area, Solok Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia, has an area where P. aduncum plants dominate, so it has the potential to provide raw materials. Socialization activities about the potential of forest betel fruit or P. aduncum were given to prospective partner communities. Furthermore, training activities on handling P. aduncum fruit were also provided so that partners had sufficient knowledge and skills to proceed. At the same time, an analysis of P. aduncum fruit extract from the Surian area was also carried out. Sampling was carried out in the Surian area, and then the material was sorted, dried, refined, sieved, maserase, and extracted. Identification of dillapiol content was carried out using GC-MS. The analysis results showed that P. aduncum fruit extract was known to have an average yield of 0.1% with a dillapiol content of 12.23% at a retention time of 19.925 minutes.

Introduction: Stunting is a serious health problem in children, especially in developing countries. Sufficient knowledge about stunting prevention is essential for Posyandu cadres, as they play a role in providing information and support to mothers and children in the community. Objective: evaluate the effectiveness of the lecture method in increasing the knowledge of Posyandu cadres about stunting prevention in children. Method: This type of research uses a quantitative approach. In this study, using a group of health posyandu cadres, stunting knowledge was given using the lecture method. The population in the study of cadre mothers was 60 people, with a sample size of 36 people, using purposive sampling. Measuring instruments use questionnaire instruments and analysis results are in the form of descriptive data equipped with tables. Results: based on statistical test wilcoxon test Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) P Value 0.000 ≤ 0.05 means that there is an increase in knowledge between before and after educational intervention with the lecture method. Conclusion: The lecture method is effective in increasing the knowledge of Posyandu cadres about stunting prevention in children. It is hoped that the results of this study can be the foundation for a broader health education program to overcome the problem of stunting in children in the community.

Introduction: Babies with low birth weight are one of the health problems often faced by mothers and families in various countries, including Indonesia. The return of babies with low birth weights from the hospital became a critical stage in their care after a period of intensive hospitalization. Objective: Describe the mother's confidence level when planning to return a baby with a low birth weight to the hospital. Method: quantitative research with a descriptive design involving 29 respondents. This study used non-probability and consecutive sampling techniques to determine subjects who met the inclusion criteria. The measuring instrument uses the Maternal Confidence Questionnaire Instrument, and the analysis results are descriptive data equipped with tables. Results: Most of the self-confidence of mothers planning to return home with high-birth-weight babies from the hospital was high among 16 respondents (55.2%). Factors that influence a mother's confidence include previous experience caring for a child, social support from family and friends, information and education provided by medical personnel, and an adequate financial condition and environment for the care of the baby. Conclusion: The mother's self-confidence plays a crucial role in planning the return of a low-birthweight baby from the hospital. Social support, knowledge of baby care, interaction with health workers, and understanding of the baby's health condition contribute to the mother's confidence. A holistic approach involving adequate social support, information and education, and financial and environmental readiness to increase maternal confidence in caring for a low-birth-weight baby after discharge from the hospital

Abstract The hemibiotrophic Basidiomycete pathogen Ganoderma boninense (Gb) is the dominant causal agent of oil palm basal stem rot disease. Here, we report a complete chromosomal genome map of Gb using a combination of short-read Illumina and long-read Pacific Biosciences (PacBio) sequencing platforms combined with chromatin conformation capture data from the Chicago and Hi-C platforms. The genome was 55.87 Mb in length and assembled to a high contiguity (N50: 304.34 kb) of 12 chromosomes built from 112 scaffolds, with a total of only 4.34 Mb (~ 7.77%) remaining unplaced. The final assemblies were evaluated for completeness of the genome by using Benchmarking Universal Single Copy Orthologs (BUSCO) v4.1.4, and based on 4464 total BUSCO polyporales group searches, the assemblies yielded 4264 (95.52%) of the conserved orthologs as complete and only a few fragmented BUSCO of 42 (0.94%) as well as a missing BUSCO of 158 (3.53%). Genome annotation predicted a total of 21,074 coding genes, with a GC content ratio of 59.2%. The genome features were analyzed with different databases, which revealed 2471 Gene Ontology/GO (11.72%), 5418 KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) Orthologous/KO (25.71%), 13,913 Cluster of Orthologous Groups of proteins/COG (66.02%), 60 ABC transporter (0.28%), 1049 Carbohydrate-Active Enzymes/CAZy (4.98%), 4005 pathogen–host interactions/PHI (19%), and 515 fungal transcription factor/FTFD (2.44%) genes. The results obtained in this study provide deep insight for further studies in the future.

Susu kambing mempunyai banyak manfaat kesehatan diantaranya adalah lebih mudah dicerna dan mempunyai tingkat alerginitas yang rendah. Yoghurt susu kambing sebagai produk fermentasi mempunyai nilai fungsonal yang meningkat, akan tetapi mempunyai gel yang lemah dan stabilitas rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik fisikokimia (viskositas, sineresis, total asam, pH dan total bakteri asam laktat) dan mikrostruktur pada yoghurt susu kambing dengan penambahan pektin dan pulp nangka. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah susu kambing segar, starter yoghurt set komersial (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, dan Bifidobacterium), pektin, dan pulp nangka. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu penambahan pektin 1; 1,5; dan 2% (b/b) dan pulp nangka 5 dan 10% (b/b). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar penambahan pektin dan pulp nangka pada yoghurt susu kambing dapat meningkatkan viskositas, total asam, dan total BAL serta menurunkan sineresis dan pH. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada sampel yoghurt susu kambing dengan penambahan pektin 1,5% dan pulp nangka 5%. Hasil analisis SEM pada sampel yoghurt susu kambing dengan penambahan pektin dan pulp nangka memiliki ukuran void yang lebih kecil dan jaringan yang terbentuk lebih teratur, hal ini kemungkinan dapat dihubungkan dengan viskositas yang meningkat dan sineresis yang menurun.

Alzheimer’s Disease (AD), the most common form of dementia continues to be the deadliest neuro degenerative disease in recent years. Despite significant efforts to mitigate the progression of the disease, there is no known cure and development towards a more effective treatment is still lacking. AD is marked by exceptionally low amount of acetylcholine in the brain, formation of tau protein, and amyloid beta plaque. Current drugs of choice for treating AD, namely donepezil and memantine, are acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors which focused on delaying the onset of cognitive decline by maintaining acetylcholine concentration. Gambier water extract (GWE) contains high level of polyphenols which act as an antioxidant, exhibit strong correlation with AChE inhibitor. The aim of this research is to formulate and encapsulate GWE inside a microparticle system composed of chitosan and different crosslinkers, STPP (IMGS) and CaCl2 (IMGC), which were then characterized as AChE inhibitor using Ellman’s method. Variations of the formula were designed following Box-Behnken experimental design with chitosan and crosslinker concentration, crosslinker type, and stirring speed as variables. Initial activity of GWE, IMGS and IMGC as antioxidant were confirmed with DPPH method, obtaining a strong activity of 88.01, 82.11, and 84.99% DPPH inhibition at 100 ppm respectively. Promisingly, at concentration of 100 ppm GWE demonstrated AChE inhibition of 30.36%. However, this activity reduced after encapsulation into IMGS and IMGC, with 14.63% and 18.65% AChE inhibition, which can be linked to the relatively sustained diffusion of GWE from the polymer matrix. IMGS and IMGC diffusion profile showed release of 23.24% and 21.89% after 6 hours, with significant increase in diffusion after 24 hours with 74.92% and 71.19% respectively. Despite showing sustained release behaviour, both IMGS and IMGC ex-vivo diffusion significantly improved when compared to GWE which only diffused 51.84% after 24 hours. This result indicates encapsulation of GWE into a polymeric carrier could increase gambier diffusion through the nasal mucous membrane, significantly improving the potential to penetrate into the brain systemic circulation. Combined with desirable intranasal delivery characteristics, this research was able to demonstrate the promising potential of gambier water extract polymeric system as AChE inhibitors for AD therapy.

Abstrak Kota Binjai merupakan kota multietnik. Keberadaan bangunan Vihara menjadi bukti multietnik dalam bentuk arsitektur, yang berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah dan tempat melakukan segala macam upacara keagamaan bagi umat Buddha. Memiliki fungsi yang sama namun bentuk yang berbeda, menjadi acuan dalam pencarian tipe berdasarkan sistem spasial yang berkaitan dengan keruangan pada Vihara di Kecamatan Binjai Kota, Kota Binjai. Pentingnya penelitian ini memberi pengetahuan tipologi serta persamaan dan perbedaan pada sistem spasial bangunan Vihara di Kecamatan Binjai Kota, Kota Binjai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan cara mengamati, mendokumentasi, serta wawancara. Hasil temuan penelitian ini terdapat dua tipe Vihara yang keduanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan dan budaya Tionghoa. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan fungsi bangunan sehingga keruangan pada kelima Vihara Kecamatan Binjai Kota memiliki keseragaman, namun karena faktor lingkungan kelima Vihara Kecamatan Binjai Kota memiliki keberagaman pada bentuk dan orientasi Vihara. The existence of the Vihara building is evidence of multiethnicity in the form of architecture, which serves as a place of worship and a place to perform all kinds of religious ceremonies for Buddhists. Having the same function but different forms, it becomes a reference in the search for types based on spatial systems, namely those related to spatial in the Vihara in Binjai Kota District, Binjai City. The importance of this research provides knowledge and an overview of typology as well as similarities and differences in the spatial system of Vihara buildings in Binjai Kota District, Binjai City. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach by observing, documenting, and interviewing. The findings of this study are two types of Viharas, both of which are influenced by environmental factors and Chinese Culture. The study can be concluded that there are similarities in the function of buildings so that the spatial layout in the five Viharas of Binjai District has uniformity, but due to environmental factors the five Viharas of Binjai District have diversity in the form and orientation of Viharas. The greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions contribution from power generation in Indonesia reaches 40% of the total GHG emissions in the energy sector because of the use of fossil fuels. The government aims to minimize GHG emissions in the power generation sector, one of which is the phase-out of coal power plants and replacing them with integrated photovoltaic (PV) power plants with battery energy storage systems (BESS). A cost-benefit analysis compared two development scenarios for 2023–2060. The base scenario continues developing coal power plants, and the phase-out scenario replaces coal power plants with integrated PV power plants and BESS. The analysis is solely focused on the financial costs and benefits for power plant investors. The results indicate that the present value of costs for the base scenario from 2023–2036 is initially lower compared to the phase-out scenario. However, in the long term, the costs of the phase-out scenario will gradually decrease and become more affordable. The benefit-cost ratio for the phase-out scenario is 2.36, while the base scenario is 2.12, indicating that the phase-out scenario is more prospective for future development. Additionally, the phase-out scenario has the advantage of achieving the net-zero emissions target by 2056 compared to the base scenario.

Hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan adalah perancangan UI dan UX yang baik sangat penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman pengguna yang memuaskan. Tata letak yang intuitif, navigasi yang mudah dipahami, penggunaan warna dan visual yang tepat, serta responsivitas terhadap perangkat mobile merupakan faktor penting untuk memastikan pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi dan produk yang ditawarkan oleh Camille Beauty dan pemodelan UML membantu dalam memahami struktur dan alur kerja sistem. Diagram use case, class, sequence, dan activity membantu menggambarkan interaksi pengguna dengan sistem, struktur data yang diperlukan, urutan tindakan, dan alur kerja yang terlibat. Pemodelan UML dapat menjadi panduan yang berguna dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan website Camille Beauty.

Introduction: Shopping value, which influences shopping experiences, has garnered attention and constitutes a well-studied topic in marketing. This study aimed to measure and describe differences in consumer shopping behavior between Thailand and Indonesia regarding hedonic and utilitarian values. Methods: This study employed a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional survey conducted among consumers residing in Indonesia and Thailand. The respondents comprised 70 individuals aged 18 years from Surakarta City and an equivalent number from Nonthaburi City. The data distribution and collection using questionnaires were carried out for 2 months, from July to August 2023. The data analysis was performed by utilizing SPSS software. Notably, both cities are in the process of rapid development into metropolises. Most respondents were women under 25 years old. Results: This study discovered that Indonesian and Thai consumers performed hedonic shopping behaviors. However, consumers with hedonic shopping behaviors in Thailand were more inclined towards impulsive shopping behaviors and engaged in shopping activities out of desire rather than necessity, compared to consumers in Indonesia. Conclusion and suggestion: This study described that both Indonesian and Thai consumers had utilitarian shopping behaviors, enabling them to accomplish their objectives and procure desired items effectively during shopping endeavors. Nonetheless, consumers in Thailand display a tendency to find their desired items and prefer to shop briefly compared to their counterparts in Indonesia. Future researchers would benefit from examining the relationship between consumer behavior and other factors such as age or gender. Understanding the influence of these variables on shopping behavior is crucial for gaining comprehensive insights into consumer preferences and decision-making processes in the retail environment.

The Minangkabau people are deeply committed to preserving their customs and culture, which are based on Islamic law, one of which is manifested through the Gadang house. However, the function and meaning of the Gadang house are gradually declining, which naturally affects the continued survival as a symbol and philosophy of the Minangkabau Muslim community. This is field research with a qualitative method. Primary data was obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The secondary sources referred to books, journals, and other documents. This research found that Gadang house, which is preserved from generation to generation, combines Islamic values and the life philosophy of the Minangkabau community. From the architectural aspect of the building, the gadang houses in Sarugo village are arranged in rows like prayer lines, all facing toward the mosque. Besides, various Islamic activities, such as weekly dhikr activities, khatam Qur'an for elementary schoolers, events for the maulid nabi, commemoration of Isra' Mikraj, and active recitation of Surah Yasin (yasinan). Correspondingly, the activities of the Batagak Pangulu, wedding ceremonies, and death funerals are held according to Islamic law and customs. Masyarakat Minangkabau memiliki komitmen yang tinggi dalam melestarikan adat dan budaya yang berlandaskan syariat Islam. Salah satunya dimanifestasikan melalui keberadaan rumah Gadang. Namun, fungsi dan makna rumah Gadang saat ini terus mengalami penyusutan, hal tersebut tentu berdampak pada eksistensi rumah gadang sebagai simbol dan filosofi masyarakat Muslim Minangkabau. Jenis penelitian ini field research dengan metode yang digunakan kualitatif. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber sekunder penelitian ini merujuk kepada buku, jurnal, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini menemukan keberadaan rumah Gadang yang dipelihara secara turun temurun yang memadukan nilai-nilai Islam dan falsafah hidup masyarakat Minangkabau. Pertama, dari aspek arsitektur bangunannya. Rumah Gadang di kampung Sarugo disusun bershaf-shaf seperti shaf dalam shalat yang semuanya menghadap ke arah masjid. Kedua, berbagai kegiatan keislaman seperti kegiatan mingguan wirid pengajian, khatam Qur`an untuk anak-anak tingkat SD, acara maulid nabi, peringatan Isra’ Mikraj, serta yasinan. Demikian juga dengan kegiatan batagak pangulu, pernikahan, serta kematian diselenggarakan sesuai syariat Islam dan adat.

This article observes the framing contained in reports of Tribunnews.com and antarnews.com regarding the ratification of Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Perlindungan Data Pribadi or Personal Data Protection (PDP) during September 2022. This article wants to know how the framing of the PDP Law works and what forms of the frame are carried out by Tribunnews.com and Antarnews.com. The emergence of the PDP Law cannot be separated from the context of problems related to leaks of people's data, which have been occurring in Indonesia. It is alleged that the PDP Law could solve the problem of leaking people's data. However, some other people think that the PDP Law does not guarantee that data security will be realized. Using a comparative qualitative descriptive approach, this research will focus on dissecting five news stories about the PDP Law published by Tribunnews.com and antarnews.com. The news used as a data source will be analyzed using Robert N. Entman's framing analysis model, which has four analysis tools: define problems, diagnose causes, make moral judgments, and make treatment recommendations. This research shows that there is a framing of the news about the PDP Law presented by Tribunnews.com and antarnews.com. Tribunnews.com frames the news about the PDP Law by highlighting its pros and cons. Meanwhile, antarnews.com only highlights the positive or pro side of the PDP Law. antarnews.com marginalizes opinions that view the PDP Law critically and tend to be against it.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang cyber warfare dan tantangannya kedepan, strategi cyber security di Indonesia serta penguatan cyber security di Indonesia dalam rangka mewujudkan keamanan nasional. Masalah difokuskan pada bagaimana menjaga keamanan nasional dari ancaman serangan cyber yang mungkin terjadi dan kemungkinan taktik pertahanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif analitis dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dari penelitian sebelumnya dan data sekunder. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peretas memanfaatkan keresahan masyarakat sebagai celah untuk meluncurkan serangan, mulai dari phishing hingga ransomware, kasus kebocoran data 91 juta pengguna situs belanja online. Kesimpulannya adalah Indonesia dalam keadaan darurat cyber warfare. Applying science and technology encourages innovation, increasing development productivity, independence and national competitiveness. Indonesia has a science and technology area named Science Techno Park (STP). Maturity measurement is an indicator of the level of an STP to apply science and technology for the welfare of society. There are three levels of maturity for STP, which are low (pratama), middle (madya), and high (utama). Before entering the best maturity level, STP must go through various kinds of preparation and fulfil the elements contained in it. The community service activity team at Universitas Andalas conducted a web seminar (webinar) to socialise the maturity assessment for STP Unand from the academic side. The webinar invited two experts on STP maturity measurement. One of the primary assessments is the number of products produced that are expected to come from the results of academic research. This activity can help STP Unand prepare to increase its maturity to a high level.

This paper discusses the assistance of implementing long-distance video learning technology in entrepreneurship and its utilization as an educational tool for teenagers at SMAN 3 Batusangkar, West Sumatra. Entrepreneurship education is becoming increasingly crucial in globalization and information technology development. However, access to relevant and high-quality learning materials is often limited in remote areas. This activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using long-distance video learning technology as a supportive tool in entrepreneurship education in a high school setting. The activity started with data collection through interviews and observations of students and teachers involved in the learning process. The results indicated that long-distance video learning technology positively impacts students' understanding of entrepreneurship concepts. Students responded positively to the more interactive and engaging learning approach provided by video learning. In addition, teachers reported increased student motivation and participation in entrepreneurship education. In the context of SMAN 3 Batusangkar, long-distance video learning technology provides an opportunity to overcome resource limitations and access high-quality learning materials. The study also notes some challenges, such as varying internet connection quality and the need for further teacher training to integrate this technology into the curriculum. This community service highlights the importance of using technology as an innovative and effective learning tool to teach entrepreneurship concepts to the younger generation.

Abstract Background Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) surges, such as that which occurred when omicron variants emerged, may overwhelm healthcare systems. To function properly, such systems should balance detection and workloads by improving referrals using simple yet precise and sensitive diagnostic predictions. A symptom-based scoring system was developed using machine learning for the general population, but no validation has occurred in healthcare settings. We aimed to validate a COVID-19 scoring system using self-reported symptoms, including loss of smell and taste as major indicators. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to evaluate medical records of patients admitted to Dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, from March 2020 to December 2021. Outcomes were defined by a reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). We compared the symptom-based scoring system, as the index test, with antigen tests, antibody tests, and clinical judgements by primary care physicians. To validate use of the index test to improve referral, we evaluated positive predictive value (PPV) and sensitivity. Results After clinical judgement with a PPV of 61% (n = 327/530, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 60% to 62%), confirmation with the index test resulted in the highest PPV of 85% (n = 30/35, 95% CI: 83% to 87%) but the lowest sensitivity (n = 30/180, 17%, 95% CI: 15% to 19%). If this confirmation was defined by either positive predictive scoring or antigen tests, the PPV was 92% (n = 55/60, 95% CI: 90% to 94%). Meanwhile, the sensitivity was 88% (n = 55/62, 95% CI: 87% to 89%), which was higher than that when using only antigen tests (n = 29/41, 71%, 95% CI: 69% to 73%). Conclusions The symptom-based COVID-19 predictive score was validated in healthcare settings for its precision and sensitivity. However, an impact study is needed to confirm if this can balance detection and workload for the next COVID-19 surge.

Regarding criticism and suggestions from consumers, it shows that of the 881,140 products sold, there are 22,947 products that are considered manufacturing defects, with an average percentage of defective products per month of 2.71%, with several types of defects submitted by consumers through the survey. This is quite serious because it will provide a bad experience to consumers in using this product. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is a method used to evaluate system design by considering existing failure modes in a machine or equipment component system and analyzing the consequences for the reliability of the system. Based on the method used, it was found that the highest RPN value was in a case of disability, namely causing itching, with an RPN value of 504, consisting of a severity value of 9, occurrence of 7 and detection of 8, with a percentage of RPN occurrences of 35%. Beased on this result, it proposes improvements to the priority types of product defects and other product defects.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the Inside Outside Circle Cooperative Learning Model on Pythagorean Theorem Material for Students of SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental research method. The research design used was one group pre test-post test design. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh and was carried out on December 11, 2023 in class VIII in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study was all 31 students of Class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. While the sample is class VIII-5 consisting of 31 students. Most students obtained grades greater than or equal to KKM scores, with an average score of 87.56. From the analysis of the t test, it was calculated that it was 3.82 greater than the table t. This shows that the Inside Outside Circle model affects the learning outcomes of Pythagorean Theorem material for grade VIII students of SMPN 13 Banda Aceh. The implementation of the Inside Outside Circle Cooperative Learning Model on the Pythagorean Theorem material grade VIII SMPN 13 Banda Aceh achieved maximum learning completeness. This model is very good to be applied to the teaching and learning process, because it can stimulate students to concentrate on the material being studied

Citrus fruit commodities cultivated by farmers have supply chain management problems at distribution agents and citrus fruit enthusiasts on a local scale. This study aimed to analyze the supply chain management (SCM) channel, the smoothness of SCM, and the efficiency of SCM in citrus fruits. The research was conducted in Poncokusumo Village, Malang Regency. Collecting data using interviews with respondents farmers and traders of oranges. Measurement of data using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The descriptive analysis method is used to describe the SCM phenomenon of citrus fruits, including information flow, commodity flow, and financial flow. The results showed 2 channel citrus fruits ended up in small traders. The smoothness analysis of SCM shows that the financial flow from small traders to middlemen is less smooth than the flow of commodities from small traders to large traders. The efficiency index and farmer share results indicate that channel two is efficient. It is recommended that middlemen apply a pre-order system so that packaging costs and transportation costs do not increase and wholesalers should communicate intensely with farmers so that sales information is conveyed directly to wholesalers.

Spices or seasonings are something that determines the taste of Rendang. Standardization of spices as seasoning ingredients is needed to get Rendang with standardized quality and taste. Rendang entrepreneurs who are members of UMKM (Small Entrepreneurs) need knowledge about spices and seasonings. The Cooperative in Padang City accommodates the rendang entrepreneur group. Community service activities have been carried out to increase the knowledge of Rendang entrepreneurs. The activity aims to socialize the importance of standardized spices and seasonings. Socialization has been carried out as a community service activity with the community development approach method. A presentation of the material by the speaker and a discussion was held with the participants. The speakers are food experts, plant cultivation, and rendang entrepreneurs whose businesses have developed. The socialization was held at the Truntum Padang Hotel. The results are that making a standardized rendang product requires quality spices and seasoning ingredients. The speaker's presentation informs Rendang entrepreneurs about quality ingredients for Rendang production. The essential ingredients of spices and suitable processing methods will produce quality seasoning products.

Being honest is an important part of achieving success in life in the world and in the hereafter, therefore forming an honest attitude in students from an early age is a priority in noble character education. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internalization process of honest attitude in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Mas'udi Pontianak. This study used a qualitative approach, the data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the first internalization of an honest attitude in students begins with providing an understanding of the importance of being honest in life. Educators must provide consistent examples and practices to demonstrate the value and benefits of being honest. Second, the internalization of honest attitude is carried out through three ways that have been consistently carried out, namely through the wise advice method, through the honesty canteen and a series of worship activities at the madrasa. This research provides a clear concept in the process of internalizing honest behavior which is an indicator of strengthening human integrity in social life.

The industrial development process needs to be well planned so that the process can be carried out in a systematic, comprehensive, futuristic and measurable manner. The planned national industrial development policy has been outlined in the National Industrial Development Master Plan (RIPIN) 2015-2035. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for Solok Regency in 2022, it is known that the role of the agricultural sector in the regional economy is illustrated by its contribution to the Regency's Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) Solok is still very dominant, while the contribution of the industrial sector is still around 5%. Therefore the Solok Regency Industrial Development Plan is needed to accelerate the achievement of the abovementioned target. It is even hoped that it can exceed the target. In addition, it intends to have a systematic and measurable plan for achieving the future industrial development vision in Solok Regency. The Solok Regency Industrial Development Plan for 2022-2042 has been prepared with a complete study, referring to relevant documents and field visits related to community business potential and existing resource potential. Five leading industries had been determined due to a study in Solok Regency.

This community service activity was carried out by designing a cabinet for finished products and handing over the cabinet to a small and medium industry producing various types of crackers, namely IKM Kerupuk Azizah. IKM Kerupuk Azizah used open shelves to store packaged finished products. This practice was unhygienic and risky. Animals like rats and insects ate and damaged the materials and products. In addition, the warehouse needed to look more tidy. Moreover, from an aesthetic point of view, it was unattractive. A storage cabinet was designed to solve this problem. In designing the cabinet, available space, the number of piles of finished products, and the dimensions of the packaged finished products were considered. The results showed that, with a storage cabinet for finished products, IKM Kerupuk Azizah improved products’ quality and hygiene so that consumers would have more confidence in purchasing the products. In addition, IKM Kerupuk Azizah also applied the Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke (5S) principles in their work environment to create a clean, healthy, and comfortable workplace.

Birds are organisms that can be found in a variety of habitats. One of the bird habitats is paddy fields. Birds found in paddy fields generally carry out activities such as foraging, breeding, and competing. This study aims to determine the diversity of birds in paddy field habitats during the paddy ripening phase (Oryza sativa L.). The study was conducted from April to June 2022. The location of the study was Jurong Peujera Village, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency. This study used the Point Count method with a radius of 50 m and a distance between points of 150 m. Observations were made at 9 observation points with 4 repetitions, in which the duration of observations was 10 minutes at each observation point. The observation was conducted in the morning and evening at 06.30-10.00 AM and 03.30-05.00 PM. The results obtained were 2586 bird individuals consisting of 14 species from 11 families. The species with the highest number of individuals are Lonchura punctulata with 1535 individuals and Bubulcus ibis with 637 individuals. The highest percentage of families by species is Ardeidae (22%), and Estrildidae (15%). The Shannon-Wiener bird species diversity index in the paddy field area during paddy ripening phase was obtained H'=1.24 which indicates the level of diversity of the bird species is moderate. Meanwhile, based on the dominance index, Simpson shows a value of C=0.42 which indicates a low bird dominance level. The low level of bird dominance is due to the moderate diversity of species in the paddy field area.

Purpose This study aims to explain the flow of romanticism along with the continuity and changes to con-temporary Arabic literature, and to be able to reveal dialogues about the flow of romanticism in modern Arabic literature, which is growing rapidly in the Arab world. This research method uses aspects of library research with data sourcesof books and literacy related to romanticism in mod-ern Arabic literature: continuity and change. Results/Findings This study reveals the continuity and change as well as its influence on contemporary Arabic lit-erature, namely: 1) History of Arabic Literature in the modern era, 2) History of the Emergence of Western Romanticism in Arabic and its characteristics, 3) Development of Romanticism and its influence on Arabic Literature, 4) Figures of the Romanticism of Arabic Literature and their works. Conclusion Romanticism has had a major influence on Arabic literature, with the establishment of groups of Arabic literary, such as the Mahjar group, the Diwan school, the Apollo school and Usbah al-Asyrah. In addition, there is also a renewal of magazines and newspapers in the Arab world which call for renewal, and criticism of the previous flow (classicism).

Organic rice includes special rice that is not subject to the Highest Retail Price (HET) regulation set by the government, so this rice does not have a maximum price limit.The purpose of this study is to describe consumer market segmentation, analyze the value of consumers’ Willingness to Pay and analyze the factors that influence consumers’ Willingness to Pay. Organic red rice has many health benefits compared to white rice. Organic rice includes special rice that is not subject to the HET (Highest Retail Price) regulation set by the government, so this rice does not have a maximum price limit. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) analysis and Mutiple Linear Regression analysis. The research was conducted at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Madiun. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling method. The results showed that consumer market segmentation has an influence on determining the value of consumer Willingness to Pay. The Willingness to Pay value for organic red rice “BerasKita” is Rp 23.825, which is higher than the current price. Factors that have a significant effect on Willingness to Pay are attribute of organic red rice. Improvement recommendations should be able to maintain and improve product quality.

Micro Waqf Bank (BWM) is a Sharia Microfinance Institution (LKMS) that exists to overcome community groups that face difficulties in accessing financial institutions. However, the SOP makes BWM different from microfinance institutions. BWM's financing products are still limited as BWM Barokah's business focus is financing with qardh contracts with low margins. The purpose of this study is to see the application and supervision of sharia principles at the Barokah al-Masthuriyah Micro Waqf Bank in empowering the community and the contracts used in it. This research uses an empirical juridical approach with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The result of this research is that Barokah al-Masturiyah Waqf Bank has a financing product that uses a qardh contract. BWM al-Masturiyah in carrying out the mandate of Law Number 21 of 2008 where every business activity based on sharia principles, must be carried out in accordance with sharia principles that have been determined by the DSN-MUI. Therefore, in carrying out supervision of BWM management in accordance with sharia principles, BWM Barokah al-Masthuriyah has carried out various supervisions. In conclusion, BWM al-Masturiyah has implemented sharia principles supervised by DPS, the Cooperative Office, OJK, and LAZNAS BSM Umat. Bank Wakaf Mikro (BWM) merupakan Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah (LKMS) yang hadir untuk mengatasi kelompok masyarakat yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam akses terhadap lembaga keuangan. Akan tetapi SOP yang menjadikan BWM berbeda dengan lembaga keuangan mikro. Produk pembiayaan BWM masih terbatas sebagaimana fokus usaha BWM Barokah adalah pembiayaan dengan akad qardh dengan margin yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat penerapan dan pengawasan prinsip syariah di Bank Wakaf Mikro Barokah al-Masthuriyah dalam memberdayakan masyarakat serta akad yang digunakan di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, serta studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah Bank Wakaf Barokah al-Masturiyah memiliki produk pembiayaan yang menggunakan akad qardh. BWM al-Masturiyah dalam melaksanakan amanat Undang–Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 di mana setiap kegiatan usaha yang berdasarkan prinsip syariah, maka harus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang telah ditentukan oleh DSN-MUI. Oleh karena itu, dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan BWM yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, BWM Barokah al-Masthuriyah telah melakukan berbagai pengawasan. Context: Vaginal atrophy has been observed as a common sexual problem in post-menopausal women. The targeted protein to counteract menopause problems related to vaginal epithelial thinning is currently a research problem that has not been fully investigated. Aims: To explore the possible mechanism underlying vaginal atrophy in rat models. Methods: Following three-week ovariectomy (OVX), Sprague-Dawley female rats were randomly divided into two groups and orally administered estradiol for two weeks in the treated group. In parallel with this, six rats with sham surgery were used as control. Marker-related vaginal atrophy, including calcitonin gene-related protein (CGRP), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and nerve growth factor (NGF) in the vaginal wall, were compared using immunohistochemistry. The study aims to analyze the level of happiness of farmers at two villages The research was conducted at X village, Pare sub-district, Kediri Regency (a suburban village), and Y village, Ngancar district, Kediri Regency (a village far from the city center or rural villages). The two villages have different geographical, topographical, cultural, and central commodities. The number of respondents who have been taken is 50 people in each village, so the total is 100. Data were collected by interview using a questionnaire, in-depth discussion, and documentation. The data analysis is descriptive quantitative analysis and the average difference test (unpaired t-test). The results showed that the happiness of farmers in remote areas, who grew pineapples on mountain slopes was higher than food crops farmers in lower plains and on the outskirts of cities with urban infrastructure. Of the 20 indicators of happiness, 18 indicators score significantly higher in farmers who are far from cities, live in the mountains, and grow pineapples. Only two indicators have the same score (i.e., optimism in achieving life goals and satisfaction with religious activities). Life satisfaction, feelings, and meaning of life for farmers remotes villages that live on mountain slopes, pineapple farmers feel more satisfied.

Yogurt is one of the fermented products which may have increased functional value. However, yogurt made from goat milk has a weak gel strength and high level of syneresis which may reduce consumer acceptance. The addition of CMC and banana puree was expected to improve the characteristics of yogurt. The aim of this research was to study the effect of the addition of CMC (0.75; 1; and 1.25%) and banana puree (10 and 20%) on the characteristics of goat milk yogurt (viscosity, syneresis, total lactic acid bacteria, total acid, and pH). Further analysis was carried out using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to study the microstructure of goat milk yogurt in depth. The results showed that the addition of CMC had a significant effect on the viscosity, while the addition of banana puree had a significant effect not only on the viscosity, but also total acid and pH. There was an interaction between these two factors on the syneresis. The best treatment was obtained at the addition of 1% CMC and 20% banana puree with the viscosity of 7991 cP, syneresis of 6.23%, total lactic acid bacteria of 2.4 x 108 CFU/mL, total acid of 1.49% and pH of 4.49. The microstructure of best treatment goat milk yogurt had denser, more compact and smaller voids than those of control one.

Gembrung music is a traditional Islamic art that has developed a lot in Java. Its existence indicates a da'wah process in order to convey the messages of Islamic teachings in Java. The intersection of Muslim and Javanese groups creates a form of cultural acculturation, each of which represents two acculturated cultures. By using a qualitative methodology, the research focus is on literature and gembrung in Java, the aim of this study is to find the process of acculturation of the traditional Gembrung musical instrument. Where in Gembrung art it is found as a communication tool in preaching as well as a process of acculturation of music. Among them, several elements of gembrung music adopted Javanese music, including kenong and gong which were replaced with tambourines, which are musical instruments made of wood and goat skin. In addition to the form of abolition or omission, there is also musical pluralism, where one musical instrument can be accepted by another group but still places one musical instrument that represents each acculturation group. Among those that must still be included are drums as a representation of Java, and also tambourines as a representation of Islam-Arabism. What's interesting is that each musical instrument which is a cultural representation becomes the central determinant of other musical elements. The acculturation of this musical element has led to cultural acceptance by the Javanese people of the Gembrung art. Likewise, there is acceptance of Muslim groups as a representation of Islamic music.

It is essential in obtaining and developing a business so as to increase company profits to ensure the sustainability of the next business world. Business is usually identified with obtaining the maximum profit or as much as possible so as to be able to continue to develop the business world that is occupied. The concept of selling itself is not only focused on selling goods and services. The new concept emphasized the ability of business actors to meet consumer needs so that they can achieve a good level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, it takes the ability, knowledge, motivation, confidence, and skills needed to achieve the goals of the business world. The educational model was chosen during the implementation of Inquiry Learning and Problem Based Learning. The students were carried out in 1 hour 15 minutes to understand the mathematical model of the business world forecasting, and there were games and questions and answers. Management skills should also be obtained from mathematical analysis of a simple framework or problem. From this introduction to consumer needs, a conclusion can be drawn to understand existing customer demand patterns. This can develop business startups to capture patterns of customer demand in meeting customer satisfaction.

Currently, world researchers are competing to find the most effective and efficient way to use renewable energy sources, namely energy from sunlight and solar and wind heat or it can be called hybrid energy. The use of this hybrid energy technology can certainly save conventional fuel and reduce the risk of ecosystem damage caused. This study aims to see the energy value resulting from the implementation of a hybrid energy management control system that has been created based on a microcontroller. With the experimental method, the results were obtained that the solar cell voltage value was highest at 11 pm with 28.87 Vdc, then for the voltage of the wind energy was the highest at 27.85 at the 3rd minute at 4 pm. For energy testing of batteries, the results were obtained that if there is only one energy source to charge the battery, it takes 9 hours while if it is a hybrid energy source, it only takes 2.5 hours. This proves that hybrid energy is very effective rather than relying solely on one of the energy sources.

In 2021, the realization of livestock transported by KM Camara Nusantara livestock ships only reached 67.73%, with the realization of shipping at 78.74%. Based on these conditions, this study aims to measure the effectiveness of implementing livestock ships and the factors that affect them. The method used was to calculate the weight of factors considered to affect using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. Data were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and literature reviews. Respondents were stakeholders and users of livestock transportation vessel services, which include the NTB and NTT Provincial Livestock Offices, Bima Regency Livestock Office, the Ministry of Transportation, shipping operators, and business actors. The results are priority weights on benefit criteria (0.2648), number of livestock (0.2578), regulation (0.1716), and route (0.1541). Meanwhile, priority weights on the subcriteria of the number of livestock transported (0.2224), availability (0.1064), price disparity (0.0889), mileage (0.0677), and transportation socialization (0.0667). Based on the calculation of the weight of criteria and subcriteria, the effectiveness of implementing KM Camara Nusantara livestock vessels reached 78%, which is at the level of achievement that is quite effective. In general, to improve the effectiveness of KM Camara Nusantara livestock transport ship services, factors that need to get priority are the availability of transported livestock, the achievement of benefits, and supporting regulations. The subfactors that need priority are the number of livestock transported, availability, price disparity, mileage, and transportation socialization. Control of Covid-19 has coincided with a period of economic growth in Indonesia. The banking sector felt the effects of this. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets on stock prices. For the duration of this research project (2019-2021), we will calculate and analyze the financial ratios of banking companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange relative to their stock prices. Information for this study was gathered, recorded, and analyzed using a documentation strategy. The study's population consisted of 43 businesses, and 17 were randomly selected for sampling by the purposive sampling technique. This study found that while Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio were both significantly related to stock prices, Return on Assets was not.

Abstract Infectious diseases have changed the world order today where the infection is the main cause of illness and death in the world. Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that can generally inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and resistant strains. The free molecule of erythromycin in the part of the body does not reach Staphylococcus aureus because it is degraded by the first-pass effect. Nanoparticles can minimize damage to active substances due to first-pass effects because the particles have been protected by biopolymers leading to the minimizing damage of active substances. Formulation of nanoparticles loading erythromycin was used with the following variations in the amount of erythromycin 25 to 100 mg. Erythromycin was formulated by the coated polymer to changes the physics of the erythromycin into a particle. Preparation of erythromycin into nanoparticles was utilized stearic acid polymer, PEG-400, and polyvinyl alcohol using hot homogenization and ultrasonication method. Results showed that the optimum formula was the second formula (F2) with a percentage of encapsulation efficiency of 80.89773±0.11364. The results of the characterization of submicron particle formation such as morphology, diameter (particle size) and distribution (PDI) of F2 were spherical 518.6 nm; 0.096 PDI; and a zeta potential value of -12 mV respectively. The particles loading erythromycin were successfully increasing the stability of erythromycin for up to 5 cycles in terms of the heating-cooling-cycles test and also the solubility in SIF.

Robekan pada perineum adalah satu dari berbagai macam komplikasi pada saat persalinan di kala II sehingga dapat menyebabkan disfungsi organ reproduksi pada perempuan. Ketegangan pada otot dasar panggul sering mengakibatkan terjadinya robekan perineum khususnya primigravida. Salah satu cara mengurangi robekan perineum adalah dengan melakukan pijat perineum untuk meningkatkan aliran darah dan elastisitas perineum melalui suatu metode yang sangat sederhana dan singkat. Terdapat 2,7 juta kasus robekan perineum pada ibu bersalin dan diperkirakan meningkat sebesar 6,3 juta pada tahun 2050. Di Asia ruptur perineum mencapai sebesar 50% dari ruptur perineum di dunia. Di Indonesia, ibu yang mengalami ruptur perineum pada umur 32-39 tahun sebesar 62%. Penelitian di Rumah Sakit Benin Teaching, Nigeria, mengemukakan bahwa prevalensi rupture perineum kurang lebih 46.6%, terlebih pada ibu primigravida 90% mengalami rupture perineum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh pijat perineum dalam mengurangi rupture perineum pada saat persalinan. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan post test only control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil primipara trimester III yang berkunjung ke klinik Mahanum, sedangkan jumlah sampel adalah sebesar 32 sampel dengan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai OR = 6.72 yang berarti ibu hamil primipara yang tidak dilakukan pijat perineum mempunyai peluang 6.72 kali terjadinya ruptur perineum dibandingkan dengan ibu hamil primipara yang dilakukan pijat perineum.

Ultrasonication has been identified as a particularly promising technology for homogenization of dairy products. Homogenization of cream, by reducing fat globule size, can be utilized to inhibit creaming. The homogenization of cream usually leads to increased viscosity. Cream with fat level greater than 17% cannot be homogenized with satisfactory results since conventional homogenization methods cause coalescence and mostly agglomeration. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of ultrasonication on milk cream (5-30% fat) and to study the phenomenon of formation of fat clusters during sonication (0.5-15 mins) at low temperature (2°C). Empowerment of Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is often not optimal due to the lack of availability of HOTS-based learning documents. The purpose of this development research was to produce HOTS-based biology learning tools on motion system material for class XI high school. This development research uses the ADDIE model which has five stages: analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate. The product development was validated by learning experts and material experts and then tested on students. The validation sheet was used as a data collection instrument. The validation results from learning experts stated that the learning syllabus was very feasible (84.3%), lesson plans were very feasible (80.2%), student worksheets were feasible (72.2%), and test questions were very feasible (83%). Meanwhile, the validation results from material experts stated that all learning documents were feasible (the percentage of eligibility for syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets, and test questions were 77%, 70%, 80%, and 80%, respectively). After being tested on students, student responses and the results of their evaluation scores indicate that the learning documents that have been developed are suitable for use. In addition, the HOTS learning tools developed are practical and effective in the learning process, so as to create a student-centered learning process and be able to improve students' HOTS.

One of the obstacles the Pinankabu studio faces is the lack of adequate equipment for processing silk threads and the currently available dyeing equipment for natural dyeing. Some equipment such as degumming pans, hangers, furnaces, and stoves are no longer suitable for needs. The properties of silk, which vary with demand and temperature, must be studied under appropriate conditions. Currently, partners can not confirm whether these conditions are met at work. The planned solution to this problem is the design of degumming pans, hangers, furnaces, and stoves that can increase work effectiveness and improve the quality of production and design systems to measure pH and temperature accurately and in real-time. This activity aims to develop yarn processing equipment at Pinankabu studio to increase productivity and maintain product quality. The expected benefits of this activity are that partners have natural colouring instruments that can improve the quantity and quality of production. Operators can work comfortably because the equipment is designed to design ergonomic users. Equipment that will be developed is an example of a similar business. The method used was the implementation of engineered products on partners. The implementation stages consisted of problem formulation, solution determination, solution design, implementation, evaluation, and activity outputs. The expected result is that partners can increase the productivity and quality of the yarn produced.

The arrangement regarding the Use of Foreign Labor (TKA) is regulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment and in changes to its arrangements in Law No. 11 of 2020 on Work Copyright. This research aims to find out and review the provisions contained in the Law and what are the differences about the procedures for the use of foreign labor in Law No. 13 of 2003 with Law No. 11 of 2020, as well as to find out the impact of changes in the regulation of the use of TKA in Indonesian Employment Law. This research uses normative juridical research types by taking a statutory approach, conceptual approach, data collection techniques using documentation studies. The types and sources of data used are secondary data analyzed qualitatively. This study shows that after the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Work Copyright automatically changes and removes some provisions in Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment. Law No. 11 of 2020 on Copyright Work requires that the use of TKA currently only requires the Endorsement of RPTKA without the need to have written permission (IMTA) because the Endorsement of RPTKA in this Work Copyright Law becomes a permit for TKA in working in Indonesia. The ease of entry requirements of TKA will undoubtedly impact the increasing unemployment rate in Indonesia due to the narrower Employment in the country because the number of TKA will increase and disqualify Indonesian workers. After all, the government allows TKA to compete with Indonesian labor in making a living in Indonesia. The purpose of Indonesian labor law is to protect Indonesian workers working in Indonesia to improve the welfare of their people. Thus, the government must make strict requirements so that Indonesian workers avoid unhealthy competition and reduce the number of unemployed due to a large number of TKA entering Indonesia. The government needs to increase business in the country so that Employment does not get narrower. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji terkait ketentuan yang termuat dalam peraturan perundangan tersebut dan perbedaan prosedur penggunaan TKA pada Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020. Serta mengetahui dampak dari perubahan pengaturan penggunaan TKA dalam Hukum ketenagakerjaan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dengan melakukan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi, jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja secara otomatis mengubah dan menghapus beberapa ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja mensyaratkan bahwa untuk penggunaan TKA saat ini hanya membutuhkan Pengesahan RPTKA tanpa perlu memiliki izin tertulis (IMTA), karena Pengesahan RPTKA dalam Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja ini menjadi suatu izin bagi TKA dalam bekerja di Indonesia. Kemudahan syarat masuknya TKA tersebut tentunya akan berdampak pada semakin meningkatnya angka pengangguran di Indonesia, dikarenakan semakin sempitnya lapangan pekerjaan di dalam negeri, karena jumlah TKA akan bertambah banyak dan terdiskualifikasinya tenaga kerja Indonesia. Karena pemerintah membiarkan TKA menjadi kompetitor dengan tenaga kerja Indonesia dalam mencari nafkah di Indonesia. Padahal tujuan dari hukum ketenagakerjaan Indonesia adalah melindungi tenaga kerja Indonesia yang bekerja di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyatnya. Sehingga, pemerintah harus membuat persyaratan yang ketat agar tenaga kerja Indonesia terhindar dari kompetisi yang tidak sehat dan untuk mengurangi jumlah pengangguran karena banyaknya jumlah TKA yang masuk ke Indonesia, maka pemerintah perlu meningkatkan usaha di dalam negeri agar lapangan pekerjaan tidak semakin sempit.

In this increasingly advanced era of globalization, more and more manufacturing and service companies are developing which brings intense competition for companies to be able to maintain the company's establishment. IKM Heppy Bakery is one of the bread production companies that is experiencing this competition. For the realization of companies that can compete in the era of globalization, highly competent resources are also needed. The impact of this competition causes more work demands and causes workload effects both physically and mentally on employee performance. Based on this, a mental workload study was conducted to determine the amount of mental workload of employees using the NASA-TLX method. Based on calculations using the NASA-TLX method, it was found that the level of mental workload on bread packaging at IKM Heppy Bakery was included in the very high category with 4 workers having a very high workload category and there were also 2 workers with a high workload category. The average WWL score on bread packaging is 82. For this condition, it is deemed necessary to have an evaluation accompanied by an improvement in the work system or reward to foster motivation and enthusiasm and reduce stress for Heppy Bakery's bread packaging employees.

Data mining is a process to obtain useful information from a database warehouse in the form of knowledge. Data transaction history of sales can be information for a business decision. Toko Usaha Mandiri has a problem with the stock of goods, and there are passive goods that settle in the warehouse for a relatively long period. Previous research conducted data analysis to form data clustering into useful information. This study aims to analyze sales data by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm to form sales clusters. The results of data clustering form cluster1, cluster2 and cluster3 with percentage values of 62% (11 data), 8% (56 data) and 30% (25 data), respectively. Cluster validation of K-Means Clustering algorithm with Davies Bouldin Index produces a value of 0.2. The information of sales clustering can be an alternative solution, input for stock management and marketing strategies.

Hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg pada dua kali pengukuran dengan selang waktu lima menit dalam keadaan cukup istirahat.Pengendalian hipertensi dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan farmakologisdan non-farmakologis. Salah satu pengobatan non farmakologis adalah dengan menggunakan seledri. Seledri mengandung apigenin, flavonoid, vitamin C, apiin, kalsium, dan magnesium untuk mencegah penyempitan pembuluh darah dan membantu menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas jus seledri dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre post eksperimental. Jumlah responden di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar sebanyak 10 responden dengan tingkat signifikansi
