Foodwaste (hereinafter, FW) is the most voluminous solid waste and its amount is growing rapidly all over the world. The turning of FW into biogas via anaerobic fermentation is widely recognized as an environmentally responsible and economically reasonable option. Based on the knowledge obtained from agricultural biogas stations, the current methods of FW fermentation management are based on balancing the ratio of total carbon and nitrogen. However, it was repeatedly and independently reported that the stability of this process is low, resulting in many concessions in terms of prolonged hydraulic retention time or reduced biogas yield. Hence, biochemical as well as economic performance of the process is balanced by mixing of FW with agricultural residues. FW samples of various origin were collected and biochemically analyzed. The data indicate that FW originating from homes and luxury restaurants tends to be lignocellulose-based, whereas the levels of crude fiber (25% up to 27%) are higher than those from agricultural feedstock (18%). In contrast, FW from school canteens and inexpensive restaurants tends to be starch-based with high levels of amyloids (21% up to 23%) and fat (5% up to 7%). A novel method better reflecting the bioavailability of carbon and nitrogen to anaerobic consortia is proposed. It is demonstrated that the previous optimization methods could somehow reflect the availability of nutrients in agricultural feedstock, as carbonaceous and nitrogen sources are relatively equally biodegradable. Nevertheless, the biodegradability of FW is considerably different, which is why higher amounts of proteins and lipids lead to increased levels of ammonia and sulfide, resulting in an inhibitory effect on the metabolism of anaerobic consortia. Diplomová práce řeší toto ještě poměrně "tabuizované téma" ze dvou různých pohledů. Práce se zaměřuje na domácí násilí, ve kterém jsou popsáni jako agresoři nejen muži, ale i ženy. V teoretické části je představen samotný pojem domácí násilí, popis agresorů a způsoby, jak je násilí prováděno. Vzhledem k náročnosti tématu, je pro praktickou část zvolen kvantitativní přístup, konkrétně metoda dotazníkového šetření. Respondenti jsou jak z řad mužů, tak i žen. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak muži a ženy vnímají domácí násilí., This thesis is named "Domestic violence - how men perceive it and how women do?". The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts and deals with a fairly "taboo subject" from two different perspectives. It focuses on domestic violence and describes not only men, but also women as aggressors. In the theoretical part, the very concept of domestic violence, the description of the aggressors and the ways in which violence is carried out, is presented. A také se práce zaobírá tím, jak náročné bylo pro mužské homosexuály zjištění, že je jejich orientace rozdílná od většiny populace, proces coming outu a také, jak se s touto informací vyrovnala jejich rodina. Dále je také zmíněna historie homosexuality, i to, jak se na homosexuály dívá dnešní společnost. Pro výzkum byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu. Pro získání materiálů a podkladů pro bakalářskou práci byla vybrána metoda rozhovoru., This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on the specifics of homosexuality, especially on how gays are perceived by their families. It also deals with the fact of how demanding it was for male homosexuals to find out their sexual orientation was different from the majority of population, the process of coming out, and how this news was coped with by their families. In addition to it, this work mentions the history of homosexuality as well as how homosexuals are looked at by contemporary society. It was the qualitative research method that was used in this work. Optika je obor, který se zabývá vznikem, šířením a detekcí optického záření. V posledních letech nastal velký rozmach optických spojů díky vynálezu laseru, optických vláknem s nízkým útlumem a výrobě polovodičových optických součástek. Vedle spojů po optických vláknech se také používají bezkabelové spoje. Tato pojítka se zejména využívají při budování rychlých počítačových sítí mezi budovami, jejichž vzájemná vzdálenost je maximálně okolo 1 km. Abychom mohli realizovat takovýto spoj, musíme znát vlastnosti použitých optických prvků, abychom dosáhli co možná největšího zisku na detektoru přijímače. V této práci se zabýváme měřením parametrů čoček, použitých v optickém spoji, kterými tvarujeme optický svazek., Optics is branch, whis is deal with generation, propagating and detection of optical radiation. There is big boom of optical links in last years, thanks to originate of laser, fiber cable with low attenuation and production of semiconductor optical components. Besides fiber cables there are used also free space optics links. These links are used especially for build fast computer network between buildings, whose distance is up to 1 km. We need to know properties of used optical elements for creation this link so that we get the biggest possible gaim on a reciever detector. We are focusing on measurement of optical properities lenses, which are used for forming optical beam in free space optics link.

Tato práce se zabývá rozborem a řešením zdroje nosného kmitočtu pro přenosný simulátor radiolokačních signálů. Tento simulátor je přeladitelný v kmitočtovém pásmu 2 GHz až 18 GHz, proto je pro oscilátor tohoto zdroje použit YIG oscilátor pro své velmi velké kmitočtové přeladění. Na výstupním konektoru SMA je simulátor schopen dodávat výkon až 1W, propojkou lze tento signál přivést na interní anténu. Pro dosažení tohoto výkonu bude použitý polovodičový zesilovač., This thesis deals with the analysis and solution source for carrier frequency generator for portable radar signal simulator. This simulator is tunable in the frequency range from 2 GHz to 18 GHz and as it´s frequency source generator is used YIG oscillator for its very high frequency realignment. Simulator provides output power up to 1W on the SMA connector which can be connect to internal antenna by using jumper cable. To achieve this output power will be used by semiconductor amplifier.
