Islamic Easy House Financing (IEHF) increased from RS. 6.8 billion to RS 23.3 billion over 10 years. Identifying the factors that affect the satisfaction of both Muslim and non-Muslim clients with Islamic Easy House Financing (IEHF) is significant. This research then considers the major variables that impact Pakistan's choice of Islamic Easy House Finance (IEHF). Questionnaires were distributed to 160 employees of Meezan Islamic Bank. The current study employed a testing strategy called random sampling. The questionnaire was divided into two segments. One segment included data about the segments, while the other segment focused on the factors that influence how Muslims finance their Islamic Easy House (IEHF). The results demonstrate that several significant variables impact the choice of Islamic Easy House Financing (IEHF), including circumstances, management quality, integrity, prominence in the media, and social impact. The most reliable indication is reputation, as most customers feel comfortable choosing Islamic Easy House Finance (IEHF) because Islamic Meezan Bank has a strong reputation and vision. The study needs to be completely structured. The focus also refers to representatives of a single financial institution. Future research may involve personnel from various Islamic financial institutions. Policymakers and directors could use the tests suggested in the current study as a guide for enhancing Islamic Meezan Bank products and services. There will be an article published on Pakistan's Meezan Islamic Bank as part of the study. This research is the first to examine Pakistan's easy-house-choice Shari'ah laws. For experts and scholars concerned about advancements in Pakistan's Meezan Islamic Bank's banking sector, the findings made throughout this research process will be of the utmost importance. Introduction to the Problem: Islamic sukuks conforms to Shariah guidelines. As a result, they are appealing pricing vehicles for Islamic financial institutions, Shariah-governed reserves, and Takaful Islamic insurance companies, which are prohibited from investing in conventional insurance policies that provide interest or riba. Purpose/Objective Study: A growing number of Muslims with substantial net worth believe their real estate should follow Shariah. This paper describes and explains the tools for evaluating and assessing Islamic Sukuks. Design/Methodology/Approach: Islamic Sukuks are financial instruments that follow Islamic laws, such as prohibitions against interest and gambling. They are used to determine the value of real estate to ensure it meets certain Shariah requirements. The tools for evaluating and assessing Islamic Sukuks include Islamic law, financial analysis, and real estate valuation. Findings: An outstanding finding in the Islamic Sukuk study was the recognition of the significance of Islamic Sukuk estimation and assessment. This study is expected to help fill a gap in existing guidelines for Islamic Sukuk literature. Additionally, both professionals and academics will benefit from it. The main objective of this research is to explain credit risk management practices. Furthermore, this research evaluates credit risk management practices in Pakistani banks. It compares and evaluates the techniques used by Islamic and public commercial banks. Quantitative research methods were used in the present study. A total of 400 self-administrated questionnaires have been distributed among Pakistani employees of selected banks. SPSS version 24 has been used to analyze responses using correlation, regression, and t-tests. Study results showed that all variables are significantly correlated. Moreover, this study found a significant difference (p<0.5) of credit risk management practices include credit risk understanding, credit risk identification, credit risk assessment, credit risk monitoring and credit risk analysis, among Islamic and public commercial banks of Pakistan. It is concluded that this study results may help the banks to find the solutions that enable quality loan creation and growth as well as to determine the relationship among the theories, concepts, of credit score and credit policies both at country level and regional level. Hence, this study is assumed to be significant in indicating best practices and concept for practical lending to enhance the performance of credit management to all mangers and policy makers of the banks as well as to all financial institutions and banks. Shariah principle is notoriously known as the key feature underlying the function of assets management in Islamic financial institutions. The underlined principle highly requires fund managers to consistently manage the fund portfolio in accordance to a legitimate set of rules. As a result, Islamic mutual fund may have distinguishable characteristics, and more importantly, the fund fees and expenses structure. This article studies the fund characteristics, fees, and expenses structure between conventional and Islamic mutual fund. We also describe how the fees, expenses, and return can be explained by fund characteristics accordingly. A dataset comprises 252 open-end mutual funds in Malaysian industry offered within the period 2008 to 2015 is employed to present empirical evidence. Our results describe a significant difference in fees and expenses structure led by Islamic funds. High diversification explains Islamic funds while strong positive growth is associated with the traditional funds, supporting the relation between fees and expenses and fund performance. The declining trend of fees corroborates the idea of a favourable economies of scale contradictory to the rising expenses structure. Nevertheless, Islamic funds present an excessive fees and expenses in offering high and low quality portfolio management. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
