V rámci této bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z medicínské a technické oblasti vztahující se k projektu. V medicínské části jsou především popsány oblasti kineziologie a medicíny vztahující se k příčinám a rizikovým faktorům vedoucím k potížím a onemocněním páteře. Vedle popisu onemocnění jsou zde uvedena i dosavadní diagnostická řešení a léčba. Součástí medicínské části práce je i pohled na některé komerčně dostupné produkty zabývající se taktéž posturální problematikou. Obsahem technické části je pak seznámení s platformou Arduino a součástkami, které jsou obsaženy v samotné praktické části bakalářské práce. V rámci technické části je také podrobněji popsána oblast pohybových senzorů jako akcelerometrů, IMU senzorů a gyroskopů, kterým je věnována spolu s IMU senzorem MPU-6050 větší pozornost. Dále je v práci popsán postup v praktické části projektu včetně návrhu umístění senzorů s polohami, ve kterých jsou data měřena, stejně jako návrh sestavení a jeho optimalizace. Následně je vyobrazena konečná podoba zařízení včetně způsobu uchycení na těle a výsledky měření. Výsledky jsou později okomentovány a prodiskutovány. V poslední části práce je konečné shrnutí dosažených výsledků a úvaha nad možností navazující práce případně aplikovatelná další vylepšení a úpravy stávajícího zařízení., This bachelor thesis summarizes the knowledge of the medical and technical field related to the project. In the medical section, there are mainly described areas of kinesiology and medicine related to the causes and risk factors leading to problems and diseases of the spine. In addition to the description of the disease, there are also presented the diagnostic solutions and treatment. The content of the medical part of the thesis is also a look at some commercially available products dealing also with postural problems. Part of the technical part is acquaintance with the Arduino platform and the components that are included in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. In the technical part, the area of motion sensors such as accelerometers, IMU sensors and gyroscopes are also described in more detail. Especially there is described IMU MPU-6050, which is used in this project. Further, the thesis describes the procedure in the practical part of the project, including the design of the positioning of the sensors with the positions in which the data are measured, as well as the design of the assembly and its optimization. Subsequently, the final appearance of the device, including the method of attachment on the body, and the measurement results are shown. Results are later commented and discussed. The final part of the thesis is the final summary of the results achieved and the reflections on the possibilities of further work or further adjustments and modifications of the existing equipment.

Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením databáze vysílání Československé televize za pomoci technologie optického rozpoznávání znaků. Cílem práce je vytvořit databázi, která bude přístupná skrze jednoduché webové rozhraní, ve kterém bude možné prohlížet jednotlivé pořady, jejich popisy a mezi pořady vyhledávat. Vyhledávání bude možné i podle osob, co se na pořadech podílely. Jako systém optického rozpoznávání znaků byl použit Tesseract, získané pořady byly nahrány do SQLite databáze a pro webové rozhraní byl použit Flask. Jako zdrojové materiály byly použity naskenované strany Týdeníku Československé televize a zpracovány byly roky 1966 až 1992. Výsledky práce umožňují uživatelům nahlédnout do historie vysílání televize v Československu a mohou sloužit například pro účely historiků., This thesis describes the process of creating a Czechoslovak Television broadcasting database using optical character recognition technology. The aim of the work is to create a database that can be accessed through a simple web interface, in which it will be possible to browse individual shows, their descriptions and to search among the shows. Searching will also be possible by people involved in the shows. Tesseract was used as the optical character recognition engine, obtained shows were entered into a SQLite database and Flask was used for the web interface. Scanned pages of Týdeník Československé televize were used as source materials and the years from 1966 to 1992 were processed. The results of the work give users an insight into the history of television broadcasting in Czechoslovakia and can be used, for example, for the purposes of historians.

V této práci je řešena problematika skladování a distribuce filamentu u tiskáren FDM. Cílem je navrhnout komplexní, nezávislé zařízení pro podávání filamentů v co nejlepší kvalitě do více tiskáren současně. Podávání filamentů je řešeno pomocí řemenového podavače. Rychlost a směr podávání filamentů je řízen soustavou motorů a potenciometrů. Výsledkem je funkční prototyp multi-materiálového podavače s automatickým detekčním systém odebíraného filamentu tiskárnou. Řemenový podavač umožňuje zavedení filamentu různého průměru bez nutnosti úprav. Zařízení je vhodné pro podniky využívající více tiskáren a usnadnit tak distribuci a skladování materiálu. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mezipodnikovým srovnáváním pomocí jednorozměrných a vícerozměrných metod. Zaměřuje se na podniky působící v rámci dílčího segmentu národního hospodářství – stavebního průmyslu. Pomocí koeficientu korelace budou vybrány faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují výkonnost podniků v tomto oboru. Také budou blíže popsány charakteristiky daného odvětví a jeho ekonomický vývoj během sledovaných let., This graduation theses analyses intercompany comparisons using one-dimensional and multi-dimensional methods. It focuses on enterprises actuating in terms of a subsegment of national economy – building industry. Factors that influence the performance of companies most in this field will be selected by using correlation coefficient. Its economic development during the years and also characteristics of the industry will be described in details.

Práce obsahuje rozsáhlé teoretické poznatky a skládá se z několika částí, kdy v první části textu lze nalézt obecnější pojednání o elektroaktivních polymerech (EAP) a jejich různých typech. Čtenář by měl v této části získat základní pohled na problematiku a význam těchto materiálů. Následující text se pak konkrétněji věnuje jedné skupině elektrických EAP nazývané dielektrické elastomery (DE). Seznámení s DE je pojato komplexně tzn. od obecnějších informací a principů funkce, přes konkrétní a hlubší informace. Obsaženy jsou například jednotlivé materiály a rozdíly mezi nimi, konkrétní aplikační oblasti apod. Největší prostor je věnován právě aplikačním odvětvím. Především je text zaměřen na oblasti senzoriky a generování energie., The thesis contains extensive theoretical information and consist of several parts, where in the first part of the text are specified mainly general knowledges about electroactive polymers (EAP) and their different types. In this part, the reader should get a basic view of the issues and realize sense of these materials. The following text is more specifically addressed on one group of electrical EAPs called dielectric elastomers (DE). Introduction to DE is conceived comprehensively, that means from general information and principles of function to specific and deeper information. For example in the text are included information about individual materials and differences between them, particular application areas, etc. Above all, the text focuses on the fields of sensorics and energy generation.
