Entrepreneurial intention is a key research question in entrepreneurship. Previous studies have proven the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to explain entrepreneurial intention. Scholars have thus focused on analyzing factors to develop the three antecedents of TPB, one of which is social capital. However, research has barely considered social capital online. We extend research by exploring the effect of social capital on these antecedents and on entrepreneurial intention, and by analyzing the differences in these influences between social capital online and offline. Using partial least squares and commonality analysis for 587 individuals in Spain, we find that social capital influences these antecedents and entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, social capital online has a greater effect in attitude toward entrepreneurship, a similar effect on perceived behavioral control, and a lesser effect on social norms than social capital offline. Finally, social capital online has a greater influence on entrepreneurial intention than social capital offline. This article sets out to conduct a systematic review of the current literature on active video games as potential educational tools for physical education or physical activity. To begin with, research on active video games for educational and physical purposes has been examined with the purpose of verifying improvement of attitudes, intellectual skills, knowledge, motor skills and physical properties associated with physical activity and physical education. A second aim will be to determine the effectiveness of active video games compared with traditional approaches to physical activity. From this perspective, a systematic literature search from relevant international databases was conducted from January to July 2015 in order to find papers published in journals or conference proceedings from January 2010 onwards. Then, 2648 references were identified in database searches and 100 of these papers met the inclusion criteria. Two main conclusions are to be drawn from this research. Firstly, controlled studies demonstrate that active video games increase capacities in relation to physical activity and education. Secondly, Research also shows that physical activity interventions designed and measured using behavioural theories are more likely to be successful in comparison with traditional exercise activities.

Carao honey is a potential functional ingredient that can generate added value to food products enriched by reducing waste. In many countries, carao has been utilized for therapeutic purposes since this type of plant extract can inhibit the growth against the most common dermatophytes, a pathogenic fungus that grows on the skin, mucous membranes, hair, nails, feathers, and other body surfaces, causing ringworm and related diseases. The physicochemical characteristics of the cookies were also investigated, which included aW, proximate analysis, hardness, and color. A sensory study was carried out to determine the rejection threshold, acceptability, purchase intent, and general taste of 90 consumers. The gluten-free cookies were prepared with carao honey as a partial substitute for rice flour in different percentages (0%, 2.5%, 5%, and 10%). The carao honey proximate composition, rheological properties, and pasting properties were analyzed. It was emphasized that incorporating carao honey into cookies improves the ingredient's sustainability. The impact of carao on the physicochemical and sensory properties of cookies was evident in color, flavor, and smell. According to the results, only samples with 2.5% carao were accepted regarding flavor and smell. Overall, liking scores, age, and flavor were the most significant predictors of purchase intent. The information given to panelists did not significantly (p < 0.05) influence liking scores only for cookies. According to physicochemical analysis, carao honey flour was high in carbohydrates (88%). The incorporation of carao produced cookies with darker colors and a softer texture. The study demonstrated that carao flour could be included to produce sensorial accepted cookies at a 2.5% addition level as an alternative in the food industry that benefits from environmental sustainability and, at the nutritional level, improves the availability of nutrients, mainly sugars and proteins. A novel, simple, rapid, and non-expensive analytical method based on square wave voltammogram at Pt-microelectrode coupled with partial least square multivariate calibration was used for the simultaneous quantitation of thymol (THY) and carvacrol (CAR) in thyme and oregano essential oils. Results demonstrated that the multivariate calibration method successfully exploited the first-order advantage, rendering highly satisfactory quantitative figures (average recoveries not statistically different than 100%). Moreover, the results agree well with those obtained from the official analytical method. Last, the method's environmental sustainability was asserted using the AGREE metric, highlighting its eco-friendly nature. More importantly, the proposed analytical procedure does not require previous sample preparation or electrode surface modification. The results underscore the suitability of the method for determining THY and CAR in essential oils at low concentrations (LOD ~ 7.6 µM) with REP% below 5.6%, meeting the requirements of the green analytical chemistry. This article delves into the unique evolution of Lanzarote as a benchmark for sustainable tourism. This study utilizes a review of academic literature on tourism sustainability and case studies, emphasising the need for a conceptual and analytical framework. By analysing Lanzarote's sustainable practices and challenges, this article highlights the island's paradoxical status as both a mass tourism hub and a sustainable destination, led by the artist César Manrique's visionary approach, which seamlessly integrates art and nature while providing a blueprint for sustainable tourism. Key milestones and achievements are identified, such as UNESCO's designation of the entire island as a Biosphere Reserve in 1993, showcasing Lanzarote's governance approach to balancing economic, socio-cultural, and environmental sustainability. The findings underscore Lanzarote's role as an international benchmark in sustainable tourism, offering insights and lessons applicable to other destinations. The article concludes that Lanzarote's sustained commitment to social awareness and natural resource protection continues to address global challenges, serving as a reference for sustainable development in island tourism destinations. Iron deficiency anemia is a significant health problem in developing countries and this is rising, particularly in children and pregnant women. Several therapeutic properties have been attributed to Cassia grandis (carao), including the treatment against anemia, a laxative effect, and the reduction of bleeding. Yogurt is a vehicle for functional ingredients. As a result, this investigation aims to examine the application of Cassia grandis pulp as an anti-anemic and anti-dyspepsia agent in enriched yogurt. Carao pulp powder was added to milk at 0%, 0.5%, 1%, and 3% to produce yogurt. The bioavailability characteristics of iron deficiency anemia were analyzed in albino rats, which were studied for 4 weeks. Other groups of rats were used to set up the dyspepsia model by being fed a high-fat and high-calorie diet. Intestinal propulsion rate, gastric emptying rate, small intestinal contraction, motilin levels, and intestinal muscle tension were analyzed in rats with dyspepsia. Yogurt with 3% carao pulp powder restored ferritin, hemoglobin, total protein and iron at the end of the 4-week feeding period, with significant competition revealed in calcium and zinc absorbance. Furthermore, yogurt with 3% carao pulp powder improved intestinal propulsion rate, gastric emptying rate, small intestinal contraction, motilin levels, and intestinal muscle tension in dyspepsia rats.
