The aim of the work was to study the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in Chinese patients with bipolar disorder. We searched Chinese literature related to the study in prevalence of metabolic syndrome in bipolar disorder in Chinese language, among which results such as comments, letters, reviews and case reports were excluded. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in bipolar disorder was researched and discussed. A total of 1562 subjects were included in 11 studies. The prevalence of MetS in bipolar disorder was 33% (95% CI=0.29–0.37), which was higher significantly than normal control (10.82%), but similar to schizophrenia (31.59%). The 41.41% prevalence of MetS in male patients was higher significantly than that in females (26.83%).The prevalence of MetS in BD treated by AAP was 47.54%, by MS was 19.19%, by MS+AAP was 40%.The prevalence of MetS in BD treated by carbamazepine was 28.21%, by lithium was 30%, by valproate was 21.71%, by clozepine was 51.43%, by olanzapine was 39.84%, by quetiapine was 39.44%, and by risperidone was 35%. The prevalence of MetS in bipolar disorder was 33% (95% CI=0.29–0.37), which was higher significantly than normal control (10.82%), but similar to schizophrenia (31.59%). AAP and MS were the main one risks of MetS in BD.

The transformation efficiency (TE) was improved by a series of special chemical and physical methods using immature embryos from the cultivar Fielder, with the PureWheat technique. To analyze the reaction of immature embryos infected, which seemed to provide the necessary by Agrobacterium tumefaciens in PureWheat, a combination of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), complete transcriptome analysis, and metabolome analysis was conducted to understand the progress. The results of the SEM analysis revealed that Agrobacterium tumefaciens were deposited under the damaged cortex of immature embryos as a result of pretreatment and contacted the receptor cells to improve the TE. Transcriptome analysis indicated that the differentially expressed genes were mainly enriched in phenylpropanoid biosynthesis, starch and sucrose metabolism, plant–pathogen interaction, plant hormone signal transduction, and the MAPK (Mitogen-activated protein kinase) signaling pathway. By analyzing the correlation between differentially expressed genes and metabolites, the expression of many genes and the accumulation of metabolites were changed in glucose metabolism and the TCA cycle (Citrate cycle), as well as the amino acid metabolism; this suggests that the infection of wheat embryos with Agrobacterium is an energy-demanding process. The shikimate pathway may act as a hub between glucose metabolism and phenylpropanoid metabolism during Agrobacterium infection. The downregulation of the F5H gene and upregulation of the CCR gene led to the accumulation of lignin precursors through phenylpropanoid metabolism. In addition, several metabolic pathways and oxidases were found to be involved in the infection treatment, including melatonin biosynthesis, benzoxazinoid biosynthesis, betaine biosynthesis, superoxide dismutase, and peroxidase, suggesting that wheat embryos may be under the stress of Agrobacterium and, thus, undergo an oxidative stress response. These findings explore the physiological and molecular changes of immature embryos during the co-culture stage of the PureWheat technique and provide insights for Agrobacterium-mediated transgenic wheat experiments.

Plant height and leaf color are important agronomic traits in crops, since they contribute to the production of grains and biomass. Progress has been made mapping the genes that regulate plant height and leaf color in wheat and other crops. We created the wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) line DW-B (Dwarfing, White leaves and Blue grains) with semi-dwarfing and albinism at the tillering stage and re-greening at the jointing stage using Lango and Indian Blue Grain. Transcriptomic analyses of the three wheat lines at the early jointing stages indicated that the genes of gibberellin (GA) signaling pathway and chlorophyll biosynthesis were expressed differently in DW-B and its parents. The results of measurement of the response of GA and chlorophyll contents showed differences between DW-B and its parents. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the regulation of plant height and leaf color.

The KNOX genes play important roles in maintaining SAM and regulating the development of plant leaves. However, the TaKNOX genes in wheat are still not well understood, especially their role in abiotic stress. In this study, a total of 36 KNOX genes were identified, and we demonstrated the function of the TaKNOX14-D gene under mechanical injury and cold stress. Thirty-six TaKNOX genes were divided into two groups, and thirty-four TaKNOX genes were predicted to be located in the nucleus by Cell-PLoc. These genes contained five tandem duplications. Fifteen collinear gene pairs were exhibited in wheat and rice, one collinear gene pair was exhibited in wheat and Arabidopsis. The phylogenetic tree and motif analysis suggested that the TaKNOX gene appeared before C3 and C4 diverged. Gene structure showed that the numbers of exons and introns in TaKNOX gene are different. Wheat TaKNOX genes showed different expression patterns during the wheat growth phase, with seven TaKNOX genes being highly expressed in the whole growth period. These seven genes were also highly expressed in most tissues, and also responded to most abiotic stress. Eleven TaKNOX genes were up-regulated in the tillering node during the leaf regeneration period after mechanical damage. When treating the wheat with different hormones, the expression patterns of TaKNOX were changed, and results showed that ABA promoted TaKNOX expression and seven TaKNOX genes were up-regulated under cytokinin and auxin treatment. Overexpression of the TaKNOX14-D gene in Arabidopsis could increase the leaf size, plant height and seed size. This gene overexpression in Arabidopsis also increased the compensatory growth capacity after mechanical damage. Overexpression lines also showed high resistance to cold stress. This study provides a better understanding of the TaKNOX genes.

Preharvest sprouting (PHS) of grain occurs universally and sharply decreases grain quality and yield, but the mechanism remains unclear. MingXian169, a breeding inducer wheat for stripe rust, is widely used in the Huanghuai wheat-producing region, China. In this study, we found that MingXian169 could be considered an ideal material for PHS research because of its high PHS resistance. To further analyze the network of PHS, transcriptome sequencing of mRNA, noncoding RNA (ncRNA), and DNA methylome data were used to comparison germination seeds (GS) and dormant seeds (DS); 3027, 1516, and 22 genes and 95 103 methylation regions were identified as differentially expressed mRNA, DE-microRNAs (DE-miRNA), DE-long noncoding RNAs (DE-lncRNA), and differentially methylated regions (DMRs). Pathway enrichment tests highlighted plant hormone biosynthesis and signal transduction, glutathione-ascorbate metabolism, and starch and sucrose metabolism processes related to PHS mechanisms. Further analysis demonstrated that long noncoding RNA, miRNA, and DNA methylation played critical roles in transcriptional regulation of critical pathways during PHS by modifying and interacting with target genes. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analyses of mRNA and miRNA confirmed the sequencing results. In the phytohormone content assay, abscisic acid (ABA) and jasmonic acid (JA) increased significantly in DS, and GA19 increased in GS. The ascorbate peroxidase (APX), monodehydroascorbate reductase (MDHAR), and β-d-glucosidase (BGLU) enzyme activities and the substance content of glutathione and sucrose were significantly higher in GS than in DS, implying that they were responsible for increasing PHS in MingXian169. Our results provide new insights into wheat PHS resistance at mRNA, ncRNA, and DNA methylation levels, with suggestions for crop breeding and production.

ObjectiveThe objective of this study is to observe the effect of combination of lithium and lamotrigine in treatment of rapid-cycling bipolar disorder (RCBD).MethodWe searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library in English and CBM, CNKI, WANFANG, and CSSCI in Chinese to find literature from 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2020 related to the combination of lithium carbonate and lamotrigine for treatment of RCBD.ResultsFive comparison studies with 265 subjects of 131 cases in a study group and 134 cases in a control group met the inclusion criteria and were included for the final meta-analysis. The comprehensive analysis shows that the study group had a significant lower score in mental symptoms than the control group (Z = 2.34, P = 0.02) with a random model (X2 = 33.02, df = 7, P < 0.01). However, the differences were only shown in PANSS (Z = 5.18, P < 0.01) and BPRS (Z = 3.08, P < 0.01). There was no difference in response rate (54.9 vs. 45.7%; OR = 1.47; 95% CI: 0.79~2.73; Z = 1.21, P > 0.05,) and remission rate (47.9 vs. 45.9%; OR = 1.05; 95% CI: 0.49~2.25; Z = 0.13, P > 0.05,) found between the two groups. The response rate of lamotrigine and lithium combination was significantly higher compare to that of monotherapy of lithium in patients with no treatment resistant (82 vs. 54%; OR = 4.26; 95% CI: 1.65~10.99; Z = 3.99, P < 0.01) with the fixed effect model (X2 = 0.89, df = 1, P > 0.05, I2 = 0%).ConclusionThe combination of lithium and lamotrigine resulted in better improvement of psychotic symptoms and higher response rate in patients with RCBP with no treatment resistant.

COVID-19 has started to spread within China since the end of December 2019. As a special population, the pregnant and delivery women maybe influenced both in physical and psychological aspects. The meta-analysis was conducted about mental health in pregnant and delivery women.We searched both MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library in English and CBM, CNKI, WANFANG and CSSCI in Chinese to find literature from December 2019 to 31 July 2020 related to COVID-19 and mental health in patient with pregnancy and delivery, among which results such as comments, letters, reviews and case reports were excluded. The prevalence of anxiety and depression in the population was synthesized and discussed.A total of 11,187 subjects were included in 15 studies. Random effect model is used to account for the data by Revman 5.2. The results showed that the prevalence of depression was 30% (95% CI: 0.23-0.37), the prevalence of anxiety was 34% (95% CI: 0.26-0.43) and prevalence of both anxiety and depression was 18% (95% CI: 0.09-0.29). The prevalence of anxiety (OR = 2.15, 95% CI: 1.39-3.31,The higher prevalence of depression, anxiety, both depression and anxiety in women with pregnancy and delivery during COVID-19 pandemic although the significant heterogeneity detected in studies. We must interpret the results with caution and also put attention to this result. As the epidemic is ongoing, it is vital to set up a comprehensive crisis prevention system.

BACKGROUND The prevalence of schizophrenia is influenced by many factors. The rapid development of China's recent development may have an impact on the incidence rate of schizophrenia. Understanding this change is of academic significance and scientific value.To understand the prevalence of schizophrenia and the trend of nearly twenty years in China, providing scientific basis for early prevention and treatment by meta-analysis. OBJECTIVE To calculate and assess the prevalence of schizophrenia in China METHODS A systematic literature retrieval was conducted by using Chinese database for the information about the prevalence of schizophrenia in China published from 2000 to 2020.The quality of literature was evaluated based on the cross-sectional study criteria according The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Stata16.0 was used for analyze the prevalence and subgroup analyses,including gender and regions. Egger testing and the evaluation of funnel graph were used to evaluate the publication bias of these literature,and sensitivity analysis was done by eliminating the influence of any one of these articles. RESULTS Twenty-eight articles were included. The total sample size was 76273830. The prevalence of schizophrenia in China was 3.72 ‰ (95%: 3.30 ‰ - 4.22 ‰). Subgroup analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the prevalence of schizophrenia among cases with different genders(P>0.05) ,among rural and urban(P>0.05),between the years of the survey(P>0.05). The related age range of highest prevalence of schizophrenia was 35-64 years old. CONCLUSIONS The prevalence of schizophrenia in China is 3.72 ‰. The prevalence rate of Schizophrenia is no difference with genders,urbancity.There was no significant change in prevalence of schizophrenia in the last twenty years.The related age range of highest prevalence of schizophrenia was 35-64 years old. BACKGROUND How about the prevalence of hyperuricemia in Chinese patients with bipolar disorder because the increasing level of uric acid in bipolar disorder patients was conformed. OBJECTIVE To study prevalence of hyperuricemia in Chinese patients with bipolar disorder. METHODS The Chinese and English literature related to the study in prevalence of hyperuricemia in Chinese bipolar disorder were searched,among which results such as comments, letters, reviews and case reports were excluded. The prevalence of hyperuricemia in Chinese patients with bipolar disorder was synthesized and discussed by meta-analysis. RESULTS A total of 1040 subjects were included in 10 studies. The prevalence of hyperuricemia in bipolar disorder was 32.6%(95%CI=0.26-0.38.),which was higher significantly than normal control(9.18%).It is also found that prevalence of hyperuricemia in bipolar mania,depression and mixed respectively were 27.11%,20.16%,30.88%.The UA level of male patients was higher significantly than that in female (Z=4.87,P CONCLUSIONS The prevalence of hyperuricemia in bipolar disorder was 32.6%(95%CI=0.26-0.38),which was higher significantly than normal control(9.18%). Chlorophyll drives plant photosynthesis. Under stress conditions, leaf chlorophyll content changes dramatically, which could provide insight into plant photosynthesis and drought resistance. Compared to traditional methods of evaluating chlorophyll content, hyperspectral imaging is more efficient and accurate and benefits from being a nondestructive technique. However, the relationships between chlorophyll content and hyperspectral characteristics of wheat leaves with wide genetic diversity and different treatments have rarely been reported. In this study, using 335 wheat varieties, we analyzed the hyperspectral characteristics of flag leaves and the relationships thereof with SPAD values at the grain-filling stage under control and drought stress. The hyperspectral information of wheat flag leaves significantly differed between control and drought stress conditions in the 550–700 nm region. Hyperspectral reflectance at 549 nm (r = −0.64) and the first derivative at 735 nm (r = 0.68) exhibited the strongest correlations with SPAD values. Hyperspectral reflectance at 536, 596, and 674 nm, and the first derivatives bands at 756 and 778 nm, were useful for estimating SPAD values. The combination of spectrum and image characteristics (L*, a*, and b*) can improve the estimation accuracy of SPAD values (optimal performance of RFR, relative error, 7.35%; root mean square error, 4.439; R2, 0.61). The models established in this study are efficient for evaluating chlorophyll content and provide insight into photosynthesis and drought resistance. This study can provide a reference for high-throughput phenotypic analysis and genetic breeding of wheat and other crops.

Colored wheat has always been a popular research area because of its high performance in the field and significant medical uses. Progress has been made mapping the genes of purple or blue grains; however, the reason why different grain colors form in wheat is not well understood. We created wheat lines with different grain colors (purple and blue) using the white grain cultivar Xiaoyan22 and located the candidate region related to the purple and blue grains in chromosome 2A, 2B, and 4D, 2A, respectively, by the bulked segregant RNA-seq. The transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses of the three grains at different developmental stages indicated that the upregulation of

Teosinte branched 1/Cycloidea/Proliferating cell factor 1 (TCP) proteins belongs to a plant-specific transcription factor family that plays important roles in plant development. TCP gene-regulated plant branching occurs downstream in the strigolactone pathway. In this study, 41 TCP genes were identified in the genome of Panicum virgatum L. (switchgrass). These genes all contained the TCP conserved domain, and they belonged to two subfamilies distributed across 18 chromosomes. Analysis of gene expression using RNA-Seq data showed that 16 TCP genes were highly expressed in the inflorescence and shoot. The expression patterns of 13 selected PvTCP genes were analyzed in different tissues, and their responses to strigolactones (SLs) were examined. The selected genes were expressed differentially in a range of tissues and to application of SLs, indicating that PvTCPs were involved in a range of developmental and physiological processes. This genome-wide analysis and determination of PvTCP gene-expression patterns yielded valuable information on switchgrass development that will inform studies into improving switchgrass and other species for crop production.

The copper-catalyzed sulfenylation of indoles with aryl iodide and sulfur powder has been investigated both experimentally and theoretically. This protocol provides a direct and facile approach to prepare 3-sulfenylindoles with moderate to excellent yields and good functional-group tolerance. The in-situ IR analysis provided evidence for that NaOAc could promote the synthesis of diphenyl disulfide by the coupling of aryl iodide and sulfur powder. According to DFT calculations, the coupling pathway involving the intermediate N-methyl-3-iodoindole is more favored than the direct coupling by the C H activation of indole. The N-methyl-3-iodoindole was identified as a crucial intermediate in the catalytic cycle.

Methods: The related literature were searched in Chinese Biomedical Database(CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) , WANFANG database,and Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index(CSSCI) from 1 January 2005 to 1 January 2020 The rate of switch between groups was synthesized and discussed.Result:A total of 549 subjects were included in 7 studies,in which in 279 cases are in combination group and 270 cases are in group of monotherapy by antidepressant . The results showed switch rate of valproate group was 0.11%,switch rate of antidepressant group was 11.11%, which was very different (OR=0.13 ,95% CI: 0.05–0.35) and also indicated that valproate reduced switch rate was 99%[ (11.11%-0.11%)/11.11%]. In sodium valproate group, switch rate was 0%，while switch rate in antidepressant was 5.7%( OR=0.18,95%CI=0.04-0.84,Z=2.18,P=0.03). In magnesium valproate group, switch rate was 2.2%,while switch rate in antidepressant was16.92% ( OR=0.11,95%CI=0.03-0.39,Z=3.47, P=0.0005).Conclusion:The salt valproate can reduced switch rate related to antidepressant in depressive patients.

The formation of nitrogen-fixing nodules on legume roots requires the coordination of infection by rhizobia at the root epidermis with the initiation of cell divisions in the root cortex. During infection, rhizobia attach to the tip of elongating root hairs which then curl to entrap the rhizobia. However, the mechanism of root hair deformation and curling in response to symbiotic signals is still elusive. Here, we found that small GTPases (MtRac1/MtROP9 and its homologs) are required for root hair development and rhizobial infection in Medicago truncatula. Our results show that the Nod factor receptor LYK3 phosphorylates the guanine nucleotide exchange factor MtRopGEF2 at S73 which is critical for the polar growth of root hairs. In turn, phosphorylated MtRopGEF2 can activate MtRac1. Activated MtRac1 was found to localize at the tips of root hairs and to strongly interact with LYK3 and NFP. Taken together, our results support the hypothesis that MtRac1, LYK3, and NFP form a polarly localized receptor complex that regulates root hair deformation during rhizobial infection. The more and serious mental symptoms correlated with dangerous and severe or severe type of COVID-19 pneumonia, more physical disease.ConclusionCOVID-19 pneumonia patients with cranial CT abnormality always had mental symptoms.

Copper(II)-catalyzed synthesis of sulfones from sulfinate salts and aryl halides was investigated by means of a combination of experiment and DFT calculation. Experimental results demonstrated the wide applicability of the title approach. The reaction mechanisms are revealed by in-situ IR and theoretical study. It reveals remarkable ligand effect the bidentate amine plays in the reaction, that is, it initially activats the C-I bond of iodobenzene so as to enhance the whole catalytic process.

Melatonin plays an important role in abiotic stress in plant, but its role in wheat drought tolerance is less known. To verify its role, wheat seedlings (Triticum aestivum L. 'Yan 995') at 60% and 40% of field capacity were treated with 500 μM melatonin in this study. Melatonin treatment significantly enhanced the drought tolerance of wheat seedlings, as demonstrated by decreased membrane damage, more intact grana lamella of chloroplast, higher photosynthetic rate, and maximum efficiency of photosystem II, as well as higher cell turgor and water holding capacity in melatonin-treated seedlings. Besides, melatonin markedly decreased the content of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion in melatonin-treated seedlings, which is attributed to the increased total antioxidant capacity, GSH and AsA contents, as well as enzyme activity including ascorbate peroxidase (APX), monodehydroascorbate reductase (MDHAR), dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), and glutathione transferase (GST). The GSH-AsA related genes including APX, MDHAR, and DHAR were commonly upregulated by melatonin and correlated to the antioxidant enzyme activity as well as the content of GSH and AsA, indicating that the increase of GSH and AsA was attributed to the expression of these genes. Our result confirmed the mitigation potential of melatonin in drought stress and certain mechanisms of melatonin-induced GSH and AsA accumulation, which could deepen our understanding of melatonin-induced drought tolerance in wheat.

Recently we elucidated that tobacco TTG2 cooperates with ARF8 to regulate the vegetative growth and seed production. Here we show that TTG2 and ARF8 control flower colorization by regulating the expression of ANS and DFR genes, which function in anthocyanin biosynthesis. Genetic modifications that substantially altered expression levels of the TTG2 gene and production quantities of the TTG2 protein were correlated with flower development and colorization. Degrees of flower colorization were increased by TTG2 overexpression but decreased by TTG2 silencing in coincidence with high and low concentrations of anthocyanins in flowers. Of five genes involved in the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway, only ANS and DFR were TTG2-regulated and displayed enhancement and diminution of expression with TTG2 overexpression and silencing, respectively. The floral expression of ANS and DFR also needed a functional ARF8 gene as ANS and DFR expression was attenuated by ARF8 silencing, which concomitantly diminished the role of TTG2 in anthocyanin production. While ARF8 required TTG2 to be expressed by itself and to regulate ANS and DFR expression, the concurrent presence of normally functional TTG2 and ARF8 was critical for the floral production of anthocyanins and for flower colorization as well. Our data suggest that TTG2 functions concomitantly with ARF8 to control degrees of flower colorization by regulating the expression of ANS and DFR, which are involved in the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway. ARF8 depends on TTG2 to regulate the floral expression of ANS and DFR with the positive effects on anthocyanin production and flower colorization. This article is protected by copyright. The large basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factor family is conserved in plants. These proteins regulate growth, development, and stress response. Here, we conducted a genome-wide analysis to identify the bZIP genes associated with stress resistance in switchgrass (Panicum virgatum L.). We identified 178 PvbZIPs unevenly distributed on 18 switchgrass chromosomes. An evolutionary analysis segregated them into 10 subfamilies. Gene structure and conserved motif analyses indicated that the same subfamily members shared similar intron-exon modes and motif compositions. This finding corroborated the proposed PvbZIP family grouping. A promoter analysis showed that PvbZIP genes participate in various stress responses. Phylogenetic and synteny analyses characterized 111 switchgrass bZIPs as orthologs of 70 rice bZIPs. A protein interaction network analysis revealed that 22 proteins are involved in salt and drought tolerance. An expression atlas disclosed that the expression patterns of several PvbZIPs differ among various tissues and developmental stages. Online data demonstrated that 16 PvbZIPs were significantly downregulated and five were significantly upregulated in response to heat stress. Other PvbZIPs participated in responses to abiotic stress such as salt, drought, cold, and heat. Our genome-wide analysis and identification of the switchgrass bZIP family characterized multiple candidate PvbZIPs that regulate growth and stress response. This study lays theoretical and empirical foundations for future functional investigations into other transcription factors.

Backgroud. To observe the effects of Liuyu decoction on qi stagnation and dampness obstruction syndrome of metabolic syndrome related to atypical antipsychotics . Methods. 154 schizophrenics who met both the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome and qi stagnation and dampness obstruction syndrome were randomly divided into 2 : 1 groups. The PANSS and Tess were assessed before treatment and at the end of first month, second month, and third month after treatment; blood pressure, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, triglyceride, and cholesterol were also measured at the same four time points. On the basis of continuous antipsychotic treatment, the study group took Liuyu decoction, and the control group took placebo. Results. Of the 154 cases, 102 were in the study group and 52 in the control group. Before and after treatment, there was a slight increase but no significant difference in blood pressure, blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, TG, DHL, and LHL in two groups (P>0.05) and also between the two groups (P>0.05). The body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, and BMI in the study group decreased, while that in the control group increased from the dividing group to the end of study. At the end of the third month, there was a significant difference in the body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, and BMI between the two groups (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, there was a significant difference in positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general symptoms, and PANSS in two groups, respectively (P<0.05). The negative symptoms, general symptoms, PANSS, and TESS in the study group were lighter than that in the control group after treatment. Conclusion. Liuyu decoction is not only beneficial to the treatment in body constitution of metabolic syndrome in qi stagnation and dampness obstruction but also beneficial to the improvement of such patients’ mental symptoms and side effects.

This paper proposes a software defect prediction algorithm based on improved BP neural network, which can effectively improve the prediction accuracy caused by the imbalance of the category distribution of data within the project. In this paper, in order to improve the data imbalance in the project, we use SMOTE algorithm to increase the minority samples (defective software modules), the ENN (Extended Nearest Neighbor Algorithm ) data cleaning algorithm is performed for the post-sampling data noise problem. The SA ( Simulated Annealing ) algorithm is used to optimize the four- layers BP neural network to establish the classification prediction model on the AEEEM database. We use cross validation to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm on AEEEM database. The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the performance of the model in predicting unbalanced data.
