Polar materials, with intrinsic polarization effects, present significant potential for photo(electro)catalysis. However, the available natural polar materials in this field are quite scarce, due to the requisite structural non‐centrosymmetry. Defect engineering emerges as a promising avenue for tuning material symmetry, yet achieving the transition from centrosymmetric to non‐centrosymmetric structures and optimizing associated polarization effects remains challenging. This study demonstrates symmetry breaking in centrosymmetric 3R‐delafossite AgFeO2 through ordered oxygen defects introduction, yielding substantial macroscopic polarization. The transition is achieved via annealing post‐treatment of co‐precipitation‐hydrothermal AgFeO2 samples, with precision in oxygen defects control by tailoring annealing conditions. Experimental characterizations reveal ordered interstitial oxygen and disordered oxygen vacancies. Density functional theory calculations indicate a higher propensity for the formation of disordered oxygen vacancies compared to ordered ones, while ordered interstitial oxygen is more easily formed than its disordered counterpart. Resultant macroscopic polarization enhances photoelectrochemical performance, with photocurrent density increasing from 0.79 to 2.95 µA cm−2. Coupling macroscopic and spin polarization via external electric and magnetic fields further enhances photocurrent density (≈18.44 µA cm−2). Employing a facile one-pot hydrothermal synthesis approach, in this work, we achieved the successful synthesis of a CuCoO2/CuO heterostructure, which was characterized by an atomic-scale intimately bonded interface. This can be utilized as a reference for the synthesis of heterostructures involving multiple compounds and their secondary phases. Notably, the CuCoO2/CuO heterostructure stands out for its superior performance in photocatalytic overall water splitting without relying on additional co-catalysts or sacrificial agents. In addition, this heterostructure displayed excellent electrocatalytic activity, photocatalytic activity for the degradation of trichloromethane, and promising PEC performance when utilized as a photocathode. A pivotal feature of the CuCoO2/CuO heterostructure is its capacity to efficiently inhibit the migration of photogenerated holes from CuCoO2 to CuO. This was attributed to the synergistic effects between the intrinsic interface electric field and pronounced valence band offset. Interestingly, this mechanism overcomes the traditional limitations associated with type-I heterostructures. Consequently, the two half-reactions of the overall water splitting process are selectively localized on opposite facets of the CuCoO2/CuO heterostructure. Overall, our findings elucidate the profound implications of band alignment in these heterostructures, offering pivotal insights for the innovation and optimization of advanced heterostructure photo(electro)catalytic materials. Phytochemical investigation of ethanol extract from the flowers of Trollius chinensis Bunge resulted in the isolation of two new flavone C-glycosides (1–2), along with 10 known compounds (3–12). The structures of the new compounds were established as 6‴-(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl)-2″-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl orientin (1) and 6‴-(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl)-2″-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl vitexin (2) on the basis of various spectroscopic analysis (including different 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopies, high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry) and chemical evidences. Bioassay showed that eight flavonoids inhibited complement activation on the classic pathway in vitro, with their IC50 values ranging from 0.88 to 4.02 mM, which may contribute to the applications of the herb in treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Through the method of R-main factor analysis, this paper is studying for the handle of wool-like fabrics, firstly accounding to raw materials, blending ratio, weight, linear density, yarn twist, yarn shrinkage and density, then using FAST testing the compression performance, tensile properties, bending length and rigidity, shear rigidity, formability, relaxation shrinkage, wet inflation and recovery property. The SPSS software is used to study these 35 index parameters and receive eight main factors and score and rank, the importance is to analyze the influence of handle of wool-like fabrics, and this conclusion can be guided the production and design of wool-like fabrics. In the process of trade and new product design and development, there is a common problem is how to judge a fabric' s simulated level. This paper firstly comes up with three general and important method, they are subjective evaluation method, objective evaluation method and subjective- objective evaluation method. One of the advantage of the subjective evaluation method is easy,fast and which is a common method; the objective appraisal method is based on the FAST apparatus to test the physical and mechanical performance to judge the simulated level ,the data is accurate and the conclusion is objective; the subjective-objective evaluation method is a method that has both merit of the subjective evaluation method and objective evaluation method. Using polyester and viscose blended yarn to design new wool-like fabric ,the warp and weft yarn are staple fibers, its blending ratio for T/R/SP is 68/ 30.5 /1.5 ,the linear density is 320. 46dtex,the warp yam twist is Z500 twisting/rn, S550 twisting/rn, however, the weft yam is Z400 twisting/rn, S600 twisting/rn ,the fabric weave is 2/2 and the gram weight is 220 g/m2. According to the dyeing process and technology , the new product is treated with preshrinking process, reservation form , alkali finished and dyed. Through the design and development of 31 different kinds of wool-like fabrics , this paper firstly analyzed its weave, blended ratio, linear density, twist and density, then using FAST - 1 compressing fabric tester tested its thickness under the load of 2 cN/cm2 and 100 cN/cm2 and then calculated fleeciness. At the same time, this paper also studied the relationship between these weave parameters of weave ,blended ratio , linear density ,twist and density and fleeciness ,the conclusion can be used to guide the design and development of wool-like fabrics. Using polyester and viscose blended yarn to design new wool-like fabric. The warp and weft yarn are corn-apun yarn. The fabric weave is plain and the weaving process is warping, spinning, twisting, warping, reeding and weaving. The dyeing and finishing process is pre-shrinking, heat-setting, alkali finished, water washed ,dyeing, hot water washed and cold water washed. Last,the performance of these finished fabrics are excellent. They are extensible, soft, smooth, flat and colorful. Objective: To observe the effect of Nailifu Spray on the treatment of premature ejaculation., Methods: A total of 90 patients were included in this study from January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2023. Nailifu spray was used to spray the surface of penile skin once a day, 2 sprays per session for 4 weeks.And the patients' premature ejaculation diagnostic tool (PEDT) scores, intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT), and international index of erectile function-5 (IIEF-5) scores were collected before and after treatment, respectively., Resuts: The median (P25,P75) PEDT scores was 16.0(15.0,18.0) scores before treatment and 10.0(10.0,10.0) scores after treatment. The median (P25,P75) of IELT was 20.0 (10.0,30.0) s before treatment and 240.0 (180.0,300.0) s after treatment. The median (P25,P75) of IIEF-5 scores was 21.0 (21.0,22.0) scores before treatment and 21.0 (21.0,21.0) scores after treatment. Compared with baseline levels, IELT was significantly longer and PEDT scores were significantly lower, with statistically significant differences. No significant changes in IIEF-5 scores were seen., Conclusion: Nailifu spray treatment of premature ejaculation is accurate and effective, worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective: To optimize the polymerization conditions of vinblastine (VLB) imprinted polymer., Methods: The conditions were optimized by the method of uniform design. The major factors investigated included the amount of functional monomer (MAA) and the cross-linker (EDMA) and the progenic solvent (toluene or acetonitril). The adsorption rate of VLB on the solid-phase extraction (SPE) column packed with MIP was adopted as the response value., Results: The optimal conditions were MAA 0.4 mmol, EDMA 1.6 mmol and using acetonitrile as the solvent. Under the conditions,the VLB imprinted polymer was synthesized and the absorption rate of VLB was 88.20%. The characterizations of the optimal MIP were determined by IR spectrometry and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis., Conclusion: It is possible to furtherly improve the nature of the polymer by optimizing the polymerization parameters with uniform design. The polymer synthesized under the optimal conditions exhibited high affinity to the target molecule VLB.

Objective: To investigate the optimal condition for complete removal of the template molecules from vinblastine (VLB)-imprinted polymer., Method: The prepared polymers were packed into the cartridges of solid-phase extraction column and washed by methanol-glacial acetic acid mixture with different proportions. The contents and recoveries of VLB in the effluents were determined., Results: Polymer extraction with methanol-glacial acetic acid (9:1, V/V) resulted in VLB recovery of 91.73%, but template bleeding was observed because of incomplete VLB removal. Using methanol-glacial acetic acid (6:4, V/V) as the extraction solvent, the recovery of VLB reached 98.03% with less solvents and extract times. The polymers could selectively adsorb VLB through non-covalent interactions and still exhibited strong affinity for the template molecule but not for the structural analogue vincristine after extraction with methanol-glacial acetic acid (6:4, V/V)., Conclusion: Methanol-glacial acetic acid (6:4, V/V) is an ideal extract solvent for complete template molecule removal from the polymers, and the processed polymers possess stable capacity of specific recognition and selectivity to the template.
